Whoa, whoa, whoa.
00:01:38
Speaker
That's a beautiful introduction.
00:01:41
Speaker
Thank you.
00:01:42
Speaker
Thank you for the intro.
00:01:43
Speaker
I'm happy to be here.
00:01:44
Speaker
Thank you so much for being here.
00:01:46
Speaker
Awesome.
00:01:47
Speaker
Excited to have you.
00:01:49
Speaker
Okay, so I want us to get started by getting to know you a little better.
00:01:54
Speaker
So tell us a little about your challenges from your background, your accomplishments, and also the idea behind Miracle Season.

Eric's Background and Dreams

00:02:04
Speaker
I mean, that's a lot to explain.
00:02:07
Speaker
I'm trying to figure out where do I start.
00:02:12
Speaker
So a little about your background first.
00:02:14
Speaker
Well, originally, I mean, I'm from Baltimore.
00:02:15
Speaker
I'm both from Baltimore, Maryland.
00:02:17
Speaker
Born and raised.
00:02:19
Speaker
And, yeah, I grew up wanting to play basketball, the dream of playing professional basketball and being in the NBA.
00:02:27
Speaker
The environment in which I grew up in was very toxic and negative.
00:02:32
Speaker
And it was a lot going on, a lot of violence, you know, drug dealing.
00:02:37
Speaker
It was even, you know, you got a wicked jump shot.
00:02:41
Speaker
or you sling in crack rap, right?
00:02:43
Speaker
So the male influence in my life were mostly the men were drug dealers.
00:02:50
Speaker
They were kingpins.
00:02:50
Speaker
They ran the neighborhood.
00:02:52
Speaker
So that was my influences as a man growing up.
00:02:55
Speaker
That's what I saw.
00:02:56
Speaker
But that's not what I seek to go after.
00:02:58
Speaker
I wanted to go pro.
00:02:59
Speaker
I wanted to play ball.
00:03:03
Speaker
I mean, just in general, I just think life for me was...
00:03:08
Speaker
Our challenges were different.
00:03:09
Speaker
Like, we wasn't poor.
00:03:10
Speaker
Like, I wasn't poor, but the circumstances were poor.
00:03:14
Speaker
Like, my mom was there.
00:03:15
Speaker
First of all, I've never seen my mom and dad's games.
00:03:17
Speaker
My mom was there, but I felt a little bit of emotional abandonment, if that makes sense.
00:03:23
Speaker
Mm-hmm.
00:03:24
Speaker
You know, she provided, she guide, but there was no, how you doing today?
00:03:28
Speaker
I love you.
00:03:29
Speaker
I was school.
00:03:30
Speaker
I really didn't get that one-on-one intimate connection with my mom or my dad, neither.
00:03:35
Speaker
My dad was a provider and not a guider.
00:03:37
Speaker
He would buy me sneakers, video games, take me to practice, take me to basketball games, but never showed me how to dribble or shoot a basketball.
00:03:45
Speaker
So I didn't get a lot of one-on-one time with my parents.
00:03:48
Speaker
And I mean, I was a good kid.
00:03:50
Speaker
Like I went to school, I got good grades, excelled in school.
00:03:53
Speaker
So that wasn't really a challenge for me.
00:03:57
Speaker
But I think as I got older, I didn't really know that my life at all was a challenge.
00:04:01
Speaker
I just thought that was normal for everybody, for mom and dad not to be together and you grow up the way you grow up.
00:04:09
Speaker
And then, you know, I went to school, played basketball with the junior college.
00:04:12
Speaker
From junior college, I transferred to Hampton University in the VA.
00:04:16
Speaker
Graduated with a BS in entrepreneurship.
00:04:21
Speaker
I graduated honors.
00:04:23
Speaker
I was mega cum laude.
00:04:24
Speaker
So I probably got one C my entire college career.
00:04:29
Speaker
I was a nerd.
00:04:30
Speaker
A lot of people don't know that about me, but really a nerd.
00:04:33
Speaker
And I love learning and I love school.
00:04:36
Speaker
You know, I love school.
00:04:37
Speaker
So from there, I graduated 2010.
00:04:40
Speaker
I was 22 years old.
00:04:44
Speaker
uh booked a one-way ticket a month after graduation i had a thousand dollars in my name and i moved to la and that's the dream

Growth Through Challenges

00:04:52
Speaker
that's when the dream started you know it was like and i never looked back you know 10 years later this is this is home this is where i'm at but that's a little bit you know it's more general but that's a little bit of my journey so many details to kind of
00:05:07
Speaker
give but that should be enough for people to really get a grasp of like a part of who i am and what i've become so but yeah that's the starting point and here i'm here in la 10 years later wow that that's amazing i mean it says a lot about you as a man and um to be able to differentiate yourself from your environment and still thrive and and be where you are today so that's that's really amazing
00:05:32
Speaker
Yeah, just bless.
00:05:34
Speaker
You know, that's one thing I don't I wouldn't change anything about my past.
00:05:38
Speaker
I just think it made me who I am.
00:05:39
Speaker
And, you know, I always say if it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you.
00:05:43
Speaker
It's all about your breakthrough.
00:05:44
Speaker
And everybody has a story.
00:05:46
Speaker
Everybody's been through something.
00:05:47
Speaker
But I think the most important ingredient is what are you going to do about it?
00:05:52
Speaker
You know, how are you going to respond?
00:05:54
Speaker
How are you going to adjust?
00:05:55
Speaker
It's either going to make you or it's going to break you.
00:05:57
Speaker
So I just try to take the positive route and, you know, take the negatives with the good and just keep it moving.
00:06:03
Speaker
And life will find you if you're willing to find yourself.
00:06:06
Speaker
So that's what happened for me.
00:06:08
Speaker
Definitely.
00:06:08
Speaker
Well said.
00:06:09
Speaker
Yeah.
00:06:09
Speaker
I mean, the whole idea of the podcast is to be able to make people aware.
00:06:16
Speaker
I know that everyone goes through different things, but what matters is being able to positive, being able to be positive and positive.
00:06:25
Speaker
to thrive in what environment that you are and just being able to constantly challenge yourself to get to where you want to be.
00:06:32
Speaker
So that's amazing.
00:06:34
Speaker
Absolutely.

Miracle Season Mindset

00:06:36
Speaker
Awesome.
00:06:36
Speaker
So what's behind the miracle season?
00:06:39
Speaker
I see that.
00:06:41
Speaker
Yeah.
00:06:41
Speaker
So it's miracle season.
00:06:43
Speaker
So basically what happens is this, I want to really break this down.
00:06:48
Speaker
So the listeners and people that's going to tune in really get this.
00:06:52
Speaker
And I want them to really be aware of,
00:06:56
Speaker
of their third eye or their intuition or their gut.
00:07:01
Speaker
You know, there's so many different terms for it.
00:07:03
Speaker
But so, um, 2017, March 13th was the first day that I saw Rachel Lindsay from the bachelorette on national TV.
00:07:18
Speaker
I was part of one of the four guys that,
00:07:22
Speaker
who had the privilege to see her before any of the other guys in the house.
00:07:26
Speaker
I don't know if it was on after the final roles of her season.
00:07:30
Speaker
They showed the audience a sneak peek of the guy.
00:07:33
Speaker
So at the time, we were filming in Burbank.
00:07:37
Speaker
I'm in my trailer with one of the producers.
00:07:40
Speaker
His name is Louie.
00:07:42
Speaker
And I was like, man, it's miracle season.
00:07:44
Speaker
It's miracle season.
00:07:45
Speaker
But it wasn't like...
00:07:47
Speaker
It just came to me like you like it's like I channeled it like it came through like my intuition was like it was just coming to me like out of nowhere.
00:07:54
Speaker
I don't know where it came from, but I just know my spirit was like it's a miracle season.
00:07:59
Speaker
But at the time, I didn't really know what I was talking about.
00:08:02
Speaker
So the producer was like, listen, my man, you keep talking about this miracle season thing.
00:08:06
Speaker
I think you should say it on TV like you should like you should say it.
00:08:10
Speaker
I'm like, really?
00:08:10
Speaker
He's like, listen, it sounds good to me.
00:08:13
Speaker
It's clicking.
00:08:13
Speaker
It makes sense.
00:08:15
Speaker
Mm hmm.
00:08:16
Speaker
So what happened when I went on stage, everything I wanted to say, I said, and the crowd reaction, her reaction, it was just like I hit a game winning shot to win a basketball game.
00:08:28
Speaker
And after that moment, it felt so good.
00:08:30
Speaker
I'm like, wow.
00:08:32
Speaker
You know, this is only the introduction.
00:08:35
Speaker
We didn't even get out in the limbo yet, you know?
00:08:37
Speaker
So from that momentum, from that intentions, from that energy, that's what led me
00:08:44
Speaker
through my season on the show and so basically it's miracle season is anything that is a miracle and a miracle is anything that is big that is amazing that is something you that you earn that you accomplish but and to get the miracle you have to go through something so I say miracles they're not easy to attain but they're worth getting
00:09:09
Speaker
So for me, what I was foreshadowing, which I didn't know was my miracle of my season was me falling in love for the first time.
00:09:20
Speaker
And I went through so much.
00:09:23
Speaker
Like I got into the guys in the house.
00:09:25
Speaker
I got into the bachelorette.
00:09:28
Speaker
I banged up my body.
00:09:30
Speaker
I wanted to go home at one point.
00:09:32
Speaker
It was confusing.
00:09:33
Speaker
It was frustrating.
00:09:34
Speaker
It was overwhelming.
00:09:35
Speaker
I mean, literally it was just like life.
00:09:38
Speaker
You know, like it was just like life.
00:09:40
Speaker
That's basically what I went through in my 10 weeks that I was on the show.
00:09:43
Speaker
But on the back end of it all, I didn't end up with her, but I fell in love.
00:09:48
Speaker
And that was my miracle for that season was to fall in love for the first time.
00:09:52
Speaker
So I tell people, your miracle can be that new job.
00:09:56
Speaker
The miracle can be the new relationship.
00:09:58
Speaker
The miracle can be the promotion within your job.
00:10:01
Speaker
The miracle can be you moving to the other side of the country like I did, you know, 10 years ago.
00:10:06
Speaker
But what I'm saying to get your miracle in your season is
00:10:10
Speaker
You have to go through something or you will not be anything.
00:10:15
Speaker
And I think most people want a miracle to happen without doing any work or going through any vetted process or any type of resistance to get it.
00:10:26
Speaker
They just want it.
00:10:27
Speaker
And so I always tell people, be careful of what you wish for.
00:10:32
Speaker
And sometimes be careful what you pray for, because you might even get it.
00:10:37
Speaker
But you might not even want it when it arrives.
00:10:41
Speaker
So you got to be wary and you got to be aware of what you're saying, what you think you should have.
00:10:46
Speaker
What do you believe in and why do you believe in it?
00:10:49
Speaker
So that's what it's miracle season is.
00:10:52
Speaker
So if you're a miracle, I don't know how long you had to podcast, a few years, a few months.
00:10:56
Speaker
I don't know.
00:10:56
Speaker
But prior to having a podcast, there was a thought that became a thing.
00:11:01
Speaker
Now that you have it.
00:11:04
Speaker
The miracle is really not getting it.
00:11:06
Speaker
The miracle is what you had to go through to bring it to life.
00:11:11
Speaker
That makes sense.
00:11:11
Speaker
It's like a baby.
00:11:12
Speaker
I always tell a story.
00:11:13
Speaker
The miracle is when a woman is in labor, she's pregnant for nine months.
00:11:17
Speaker
She goes through so many different emotions, so many different pain and resistance.
00:11:23
Speaker
But on the back end of all of that, what comes out?
00:11:26
Speaker
A baby.
00:11:26
Speaker
That's the miracle.
00:11:28
Speaker
That's its miracle season.
00:11:31
Speaker
Everyone has a miracle, but what are you willing to do to get it?
00:11:36
Speaker
So that's what this miracle season really attained to, if that makes sense.
00:11:41
Speaker
Yes, it totally makes sense.
00:11:42
Speaker
So basically, the miracle is that dream, that thing that you want to accomplish that, like you said, like it could be a job or it could be whatever you want to get to in life.

Purpose and Belief Exploration

00:11:53
Speaker
But in order to get there, you have to be able to be able to do the work.
00:11:57
Speaker
Absolutely.
00:11:58
Speaker
Absolutely.
00:11:59
Speaker
Right.
00:11:59
Speaker
It's about that.
00:12:01
Speaker
There's a quote that I'm actually searching for.
00:12:03
Speaker
I think adults like this.
00:12:05
Speaker
Everyone has the ability to dream.
00:12:07
Speaker
Yeah.
00:12:08
Speaker
But then I forgot the last part.
00:12:12
Speaker
But not everyone is willing to put in the work for it.
00:12:14
Speaker
I think that's how it goes.
00:12:16
Speaker
So it's basically like that.
00:12:17
Speaker
And referring back to what you said about thoughts, it's all about vibration and the law of attraction.
00:12:23
Speaker
So you have to be constantly positive.
00:12:25
Speaker
You have to be able to watch about what you're saying, what you're thinking, and the steps you take towards your dreams.
00:12:36
Speaker
Absolutely.
00:12:37
Speaker
And you got to know what you want.
00:12:39
Speaker
I think what I come across sometimes with people is that they say things they want, but they don't know why they want it.
00:12:48
Speaker
So I'll come across women who always want to be married.
00:12:51
Speaker
I want to be I want to get married.
00:12:52
Speaker
I want to get married.
00:12:52
Speaker
I want this person.
00:12:53
Speaker
I was like, why?
00:12:55
Speaker
Well, because I mean, why not?
00:12:58
Speaker
But I said, I don't know.
00:13:00
Speaker
I mean, I'm asking you as an individual.
00:13:04
Speaker
Why do you want to get married?
00:13:06
Speaker
What is it in you that makes you know that that's what you really want?
00:13:09
Speaker
If you really never had it or you really never experienced it, why do you want to get married?
00:13:14
Speaker
Or let's take it to a guy.
00:13:16
Speaker
Why do you want to make a lot of money?
00:13:18
Speaker
Why do you want to go pro?
00:13:19
Speaker
What is the intentions behind that?
00:13:21
Speaker
Why?
00:13:22
Speaker
So or, you know, when people go to church and some religions, they believe the religion that they don't.
00:13:28
Speaker
But they don't understand the religion.
00:13:30
Speaker
They just believe because that's what everybody else does.
00:13:33
Speaker
But do you understand it?
00:13:35
Speaker
You know, there's a Proverbs 4, 7 saying all you're getting gets understanding.
00:13:40
Speaker
And I think a lot of people believe in things they don't understand.
00:13:44
Speaker
They want things they don't even know what it is to have it.
00:13:49
Speaker
They just want it.
00:13:50
Speaker
It's like, oh, I want to be a millionaire.
00:13:52
Speaker
OK, are you willing to do the work that it takes to get a million?
00:13:54
Speaker
I want to write a book.
00:13:55
Speaker
Are you willing to do the, you know, it's like.
00:13:57
Speaker
So I think people really got to be aware of their intentions, their thoughts, their beliefs, their attitudes, their emotions, their feelings, and understand where does all that come from and why.
00:14:09
Speaker
You got to question yourself.
00:14:11
Speaker
You got to question your wants and your needs and your aspirations, because when we come into this world, we're programmed.
00:14:19
Speaker
Whether it's the TV, our moms, our dads, our sister brothers, uncle, cousins, someone is influencing us, programming us to believe something that is true to them or what they tell us is true.
00:14:34
Speaker
Oh, you have to speak English.
00:14:35
Speaker
You have to believe in this religion.
00:14:37
Speaker
You have to go to this school.
00:14:38
Speaker
You have to wear this.
00:14:39
Speaker
But what if I don't want to do that?
00:14:42
Speaker
So I think people are not into questioning what's already fixated or what's already given because it seemed like that's the norm of life.
00:14:52
Speaker
But I'm a person who I didn't always go against the grain because I wanted to challenge things.
00:14:57
Speaker
I just went against the grain just because I thought different.
00:15:01
Speaker
I didn't believe in certain things that others did, you know.
00:15:05
Speaker
So we just got to know why we want things and get to the root of that.
00:15:08
Speaker
And I think things that make sense.
00:15:11
Speaker
Absolutely.
00:15:12
Speaker
And I think the number one important thing is also being open-minded, right?
00:15:17
Speaker
Like you have to be able to be open-minded to be, to begin questioning things.
00:15:23
Speaker
If you're, if you're like, um, there's this thing, um, I've heard it somewhere.
00:15:27
Speaker
I don't know where, but if you, when you believe in something, um, you, you limit your ability to explore other things because for example, let's say, um,
00:15:38
Speaker
You believe in, I don't want to get into religion, but.
00:15:42
Speaker
No, say it.
00:15:42
Speaker
Let's talk about it.
00:15:43
Speaker
For example, like.
00:15:50
Speaker
You believe in religion.
00:15:53
Speaker
So you grow up in a religious family and that's that's all you know.
00:15:57
Speaker
Right.
00:15:58
Speaker
So most of your beliefs come from from society, from your parents, like you said, from the influences that are around you.
00:16:05
Speaker
Yes.
00:16:05
Speaker
But so if you are carrying that thought and that belief,
00:16:11
Speaker
and you're just always like, okay, I believe in this, then you're limited to opening yourself up to be able to question things, question things on the Bible, question your pastor, question your parents, to be able to see, okay, what's out there?
00:16:24
Speaker
What are all the other religions are about, right?
00:16:27
Speaker
And to be able to...
00:16:30
Speaker
If you're focused on one thing, that's the only thing that you're going to be focused on.
00:16:34
Speaker
But if you're open minded enough to explore different options, that's when the door actually opens to like questioning and seeing other things and actually forming your belief around around what you like.
00:16:46
Speaker
The answer is the new answers that you're going to get.
00:16:49
Speaker
Absolutely.

Curiosity and Self-Discovery

00:16:50
Speaker
Right.
00:16:50
Speaker
You got to discern your truth.
00:16:52
Speaker
You got to discern what's true to you.
00:16:54
Speaker
Not what's true to what the pastor is saying or your mom or your dad is saying or even your boyfriend or girlfriend.
00:17:01
Speaker
What's true to you?
00:17:02
Speaker
Not even what's true to you or what's true to me.
00:17:05
Speaker
What's true to you?
00:17:06
Speaker
Because we're speaking from our perspective and our experiences.
00:17:09
Speaker
But what rings true for you, I think, is important.
00:17:12
Speaker
I think a lot of people are afraid to follow what they believe in because they don't want to be different or they want to fit in, which I understand.
00:17:21
Speaker
I've been there.
00:17:22
Speaker
But he or she who feels it knows it.
00:17:26
Speaker
And I think once you follow that, you'll be okay.
00:17:31
Speaker
Yeah, absolutely.
00:17:32
Speaker
Great.
00:17:33
Speaker
Awesome.
00:17:34
Speaker
So where does your inspiration come from?
00:17:37
Speaker
I know that you've mentioned that
00:17:40
Speaker
your environment was different, but you were able to, you know, study, focus on your studies and be good in school and be able to focus on your dreams enough to be able to get to where you are today.
00:17:53
Speaker
So how did that start?
00:17:55
Speaker
I just think, you know, honestly, it just kind of came from life, life itself.
00:18:01
Speaker
I mean, like I said, the men in my family, they were, you know, drug dealers.
00:18:06
Speaker
They sold endless drugs.
00:18:07
Speaker
So
00:18:09
Speaker
I saw a lot of good sides to that.
00:18:11
Speaker
They made a lot of money, but I also saw some of them go to prison for the rest of their life.
00:18:16
Speaker
And some of my friends being in the streets getting killed.
00:18:19
Speaker
And I just knew there was something more than life than just
00:18:23
Speaker
playing ball and being a dope boy or being on a block and being cool it has to be something more than baltimore city so i just always had a curious mind and i wanted to grow i wanted to learn i wanted to evolve and basketball was the vehicle that got me to a certain place and then eventually i got out of that vehicle and i started exploring life like what is life about what am i about who am i what do i want to do why do i believe these things you
00:18:48
Speaker
So I just went and did crazy research on myself, my horoscope, my NATO chart, my numerology, asking my mom and dad, how was it like when you were growing up?
00:19:00
Speaker
What did you believe?
00:19:01
Speaker
I just started questioning my life.
00:19:03
Speaker
Like, where does all this come from?
00:19:04
Speaker
And who am I?
00:19:05
Speaker
And why my name is this?
00:19:06
Speaker
And why do I look this way?
00:19:08
Speaker
And then I just started getting more information and more understanding and more awareness.
00:19:12
Speaker
And then my life started to change.
00:19:13
Speaker
And then different people I would attract into my life that would help me on my journey and get me to the next level, help me understand a perception or thought I might have.
00:19:22
Speaker
And just, you know, put me in the right space to be where I wanted to be.
00:19:26
Speaker
I just, just being curious, I think, and the inspiration of just, there has to be something better than what I'm seeing.
00:19:33
Speaker
This can't be life overall.
00:19:37
Speaker
So...
00:19:38
Speaker
Yeah, that's basically what it came from.
00:19:40
Speaker
Wanting more and wanting different from my life as a kid.

Journey of Self-Development

00:19:45
Speaker
Amazing.
00:19:47
Speaker
Yeah, and that's one of the things that I try to motivate other people to do.
00:19:53
Speaker
It's just being able to assess themselves and getting to know themselves better.
00:19:58
Speaker
It's crazy how...
00:20:01
Speaker
Even for me, I've been in my self-development journey for the longest now and I'm figuring out new things about myself.
00:20:08
Speaker
And that comes from researching and trying different things and reading and trying to get to know more about you.
00:20:17
Speaker
And from there also comes self-love, right?
00:20:22
Speaker
being able to accept and love yourself and those are many topics that we've covered on this podcast I'm happy you mentioned that so actually and I'm also happy you mentioned numerology and astrology okay let's get into that I study it I really like I got articles out about astrology that I wrote so I'm into it for sure
00:20:48
Speaker
Amazing.
00:20:49
Speaker
Okay.
00:20:49
Speaker
So actually, in an attempt to bring in new content out from you, I tried to listen to a lot of your interviews.
00:21:00
Speaker
And that was one thing that I wanted to bring up.
00:21:03
Speaker
Since you brought it up, we can go from here.
00:21:06
Speaker
So what made you interested in astrology and numerology?
00:21:12
Speaker
I'm just curious.
00:21:14
Speaker
Honestly, just curious about
00:21:16
Speaker
numbers uh then you know you know what happens is you think you know something and then you meet someone who knows more than you know and then they tell you something and i'm like oh what is this i don't know what this means oh we have a moon we have a rising we have a venus we have a jupiter we have a mars what is these planets and i have different signs in those planets oh wow yeah then you have your first house second house third house fourth house whoa wow interesting
00:21:40
Speaker
Curious guy, curious mind, curious George, that's who I am.
00:21:44
Speaker
So with that curiosity, I just went deeper and deeper and deeper and deeper until I got more information.
00:21:51
Speaker
And when I really examined all of it, it all rings true to who I am and what I've done.
00:21:56
Speaker
Like, people don't understand, right?
00:21:58
Speaker
In life, like, it might be crazy to say or it might, because some people don't believe in it, but I believe, of course, we all have free will.
00:22:09
Speaker
But it's written.
00:22:10
Speaker
Like when I go on my chart, there are certain things in my natal chart that tell me why I am who I am today and why I'm going to be who I am.
00:22:19
Speaker
There's a girl on YouTube.
00:22:20
Speaker
I forgot her name, but I actually looked up my chart.
00:22:23
Speaker
She was like, there are certain people, if they have certain signs in certain planets, they're either going to be popular, they're going to be famous, or they're just going to have crazy influence.
00:22:33
Speaker
Like there's nothing they can do about it.
00:22:37
Speaker
where some people want to aspire to get there and be that way.
00:22:41
Speaker
And it's just not for them.
00:22:42
Speaker
It's not in their chart to be that way.
00:22:44
Speaker
And then there's some people that feel like they can never get a break.
00:22:48
Speaker
But if they look deep into their chart, it'll break it down and explain to them
00:22:53
Speaker
Why is why do things happen?
00:22:55
Speaker
Why do you process things you do?
00:22:57
Speaker
Why can't you be faithful in a relationship?
00:22:59
Speaker
Or why don't you have a relationship and why you have trouble with money?
00:23:03
Speaker
You know, it's like it's so deep and it's so much information is overwhelming.
00:23:09
Speaker
But if people took the time to discover who they really are and what's really going on within themselves,
00:23:17
Speaker
They would have more peace inside.
00:23:18
Speaker
They wouldn't be freaking out or going crazy about life.

Personal Truths and Authenticity

00:23:22
Speaker
Or I'm not there yet.
00:23:23
Speaker
I haven't found a person.
00:23:25
Speaker
I can't buy my house.
00:23:26
Speaker
Or I don't have resources that this person might have.
00:23:30
Speaker
It's deep.
00:23:31
Speaker
It's more than what's on the surface.
00:23:32
Speaker
So I try to give people the information to take what they need and use it however they need to for their benefit.
00:23:39
Speaker
But I study all of it.
00:23:43
Speaker
Amazing.
00:23:43
Speaker
It's so deep.
00:23:44
Speaker
Actually, since my high school days, my friend got me into horoscopes.
00:23:52
Speaker
And we used to do it as a ha-ha moment.
00:23:56
Speaker
We used to get so excited.
00:23:57
Speaker
I remember Yahoo had the best horoscopes.
00:24:01
Speaker
They don't have it anymore.
00:24:02
Speaker
It's removed.
00:24:03
Speaker
But after school, we would race into the library and just like read and laugh.
00:24:08
Speaker
And it used to be, I don't know, I always believed in it.
00:24:12
Speaker
And recently, like a couple of years back.
00:24:16
Speaker
I was shopping.
00:24:19
Speaker
I was shopping, doing something.
00:24:20
Speaker
And there was a lady in front of me that needed help.
00:24:22
Speaker
She was in line and I was helping the lady.
00:24:25
Speaker
And out of nowhere, like the lady is very intuitive.
00:24:28
Speaker
Okay.
00:24:29
Speaker
So out of nowhere, she like, we started talking, we were waiting in line to, for the checkout line.
00:24:35
Speaker
And she like, we, she told me, she was like, you're an empath.
00:24:40
Speaker
Like she told me many things.
00:24:41
Speaker
And I was just like,
00:24:43
Speaker
I couldn't wait till I got home to discover a lot of things.
00:24:47
Speaker
And when I read all the stuff that she said, it freaked me out.
00:24:51
Speaker
And I was like, oh my God, that's what it means.
00:24:53
Speaker
Do you know about empath?
00:24:56
Speaker
Yes.
00:24:56
Speaker
Yeah, I know.
00:24:57
Speaker
Empath.
00:24:57
Speaker
Yeah.
00:24:58
Speaker
Yeah.
00:24:59
Speaker
So like my whole life, I never understood.
00:25:01
Speaker
Like till this day, I cannot watch like a horror movie or a lot of violence.
00:25:07
Speaker
Like it just it pains me.
00:25:09
Speaker
Like I can't watch like violent stuff on TV.
00:25:13
Speaker
I only watch comics and stuff.
00:25:14
Speaker
Right, right.
00:25:17
Speaker
And I never understood.
00:25:18
Speaker
Like, I am kind of sensitive.
00:25:21
Speaker
People, like, confide in me.
00:25:23
Speaker
I'm able to bring in comfort to a lot of people.
00:25:26
Speaker
And I, like, I never understood that until the lady mentioned it.
00:25:30
Speaker
And I went and did my research.
00:25:31
Speaker
And I was like, holy shit.
00:25:32
Speaker
Like, this checks out.
00:25:34
Speaker
I even took the test.
00:25:36
Speaker
And I was like, oh, my God, that's crazy.
00:25:38
Speaker
And that's when I, like, began, like,
00:25:41
Speaker
to get deep into it and I know my, I think my sun, moon and rising.
00:25:49
Speaker
But I want you to break it down for me.
00:25:51
Speaker
Can you guess what horoscope I am?
00:25:55
Speaker
I see.
00:25:58
Speaker
I'm only getting Scorpio and Capricorn.
00:26:00
Speaker
That's all I'm getting.
00:26:03
Speaker
No.
00:26:04
Speaker
Well, maybe that's your morning or rising sign.
00:26:05
Speaker
I don't know.
00:26:07
Speaker
What sign are you?
00:26:08
Speaker
Taurus?
00:26:08
Speaker
Okay.
00:26:11
Speaker
You're getting close.
00:26:12
Speaker
Um, Aries is my sign.
00:26:16
Speaker
Uh, moon is Pisces and then rising is Aries.
00:26:21
Speaker
Oh wow.
00:26:21
Speaker
You got a double fire.
00:26:24
Speaker
Yeah.
00:26:27
Speaker
Um, so I mean, let's see.
00:26:29
Speaker
I mean, Aries is a very dominant sign.
00:26:31
Speaker
It's fire.
00:26:32
Speaker
So they like to be in control.
00:26:33
Speaker
They like to lead.
00:26:34
Speaker
They're very dominant.
00:26:35
Speaker
They know what they want.
00:26:36
Speaker
They lack patience at times.
00:26:39
Speaker
Um,
00:26:40
Speaker
They're like the energy.
00:26:42
Speaker
They can take the attention if they want it.
00:26:44
Speaker
But they're actually the go-getters.
00:26:47
Speaker
They want to just do.
00:26:49
Speaker
They want to get it done.
00:26:50
Speaker
They don't want to wait.
00:26:52
Speaker
So they don't need you to tell them what to do.
00:26:53
Speaker
And they want to do everything on their own.
00:26:55
Speaker
They'd rather do it than someone else do it for them.
00:26:59
Speaker
Yeah, that's just interesting.
00:27:03
Speaker
Awesome.
00:27:03
Speaker
So what about...
00:27:06
Speaker
numerology.
00:27:07
Speaker
So I couldn't figure out how to calculate, but I found a calculator online and it's number nine.
00:27:16
Speaker
That's what you are?
00:27:18
Speaker
Yeah.
00:27:18
Speaker
So you're more like a, you're a giver, you know, you sacrifice time, money, energy for the greater good.
00:27:25
Speaker
You're like a humanitarian, a philanthropist.
00:27:27
Speaker
The only thing about nine is all they want is acknowledgement.
00:27:30
Speaker
You know, Drake has a song that says, if I, he said, if I, what did he say?
00:27:35
Speaker
If I got it, then I got it then.
00:27:37
Speaker
Just give me my acknowledgement.
00:27:40
Speaker
So you just love to give, you love to take care of people, but you just want your acknowledgement for it.
00:27:46
Speaker
That's all.
00:27:47
Speaker
That's all you ask.
00:27:49
Speaker
But you sacrifice a lot to help people, humanity.
00:27:53
Speaker
That's why you have your podcast.
00:27:57
Speaker
So if you got a podcast award, it would be like, yeah, I need that acknowledgement.
00:28:01
Speaker
Not that you need it, but that's just part of your dynamic, you know, if that makes sense.
00:28:07
Speaker
Yeah, it totally makes sense.
00:28:09
Speaker
Like in my career, like I, I do like above and beyond, but I don't like when someone else takes credit.
00:28:17
Speaker
I'm like, I did it.
00:28:18
Speaker
Like acknowledge me.
00:28:21
Speaker
Yeah.
00:28:22
Speaker
Yeah.
00:28:23
Speaker
So it's so simple, but it's complex.
00:28:25
Speaker
It's the one thing.
00:28:26
Speaker
who can't really understand it because they don't have the information or there's like, it's too, it's just, it's a lot of information.
00:28:32
Speaker
But once you really grasp it and you like, oh, okay, this makes sense.
00:28:37
Speaker
Yeah.
00:28:39
Speaker
Amazing.
00:28:39
Speaker
Thank you for trying that.
00:28:40
Speaker
You got attitude number.
00:28:42
Speaker
You have your expression number, your soul desire number, your personality number.
00:28:47
Speaker
You got more than just your life path number.
00:28:49
Speaker
So there's more to it.
00:28:51
Speaker
Your attitude number, you just gotta, you gotta go deep.
00:28:56
Speaker
Oh yeah, I have a lot to read.
00:28:58
Speaker
I still have it in my browser, so I'm gonna get back to it.

Manifesting Dreams and Visualization

00:29:03
Speaker
Okay.
00:29:05
Speaker
So, do you want to know how I discovered you actually?
00:29:08
Speaker
Yeah.
00:29:08
Speaker
I've never watched the browser in the season.
00:29:10
Speaker
Yeah, absolutely.
00:29:10
Speaker
How did this happen?
00:29:11
Speaker
Okay.
00:29:13
Speaker
So, I remember I was on my Instagram Explorer page and I was just like going through and then I saw your picture.
00:29:22
Speaker
And I was like, who's this guy?
00:29:24
Speaker
I went on their page.
00:29:25
Speaker
I was like, oh, and then I read a little bit and I was like, oh, my God, that's crazy.
00:29:29
Speaker
It's so crazy how I used to watch The Bachelor and The Bachelorette before, but I stopped watching it as I got busy.
00:29:37
Speaker
I haven't watched it.
00:29:38
Speaker
I think the last season I watched was Juan Pablo guy.
00:29:43
Speaker
That was way back.
00:29:45
Speaker
But I was like, oh, my God.
00:29:46
Speaker
And then I as I like looked at what you were posting, what you're all about.
00:29:51
Speaker
And I was like, oh, my God, this guy is very interesting.
00:29:53
Speaker
And I listened to some of your interviews and I got exposed to your positivity and motivation side without seeing what was put out there.
00:30:08
Speaker
about you, you know, like, so I didn't get to judge you from that point of view.
00:30:11
Speaker
I just saw all those stuff and I was like, oh my God, like, I was like instantly drawn to you and I was like, I need to meet this guy.
00:30:18
Speaker
Like a lot of the things that you went through, a lot of, a lot about your, your drive and, and all that, like, it just,
00:30:27
Speaker
I saw myself in you.
00:30:29
Speaker
And I was like, I need to meet this guy.
00:30:31
Speaker
Like, I had... I hadn't missed that feeling.
00:30:34
Speaker
And... Remember when we met at that event?
00:30:37
Speaker
Yeah, which one was that?
00:30:38
Speaker
That was a while ago.
00:30:40
Speaker
Yeah, it was... Crap, I forgot.
00:30:44
Speaker
But it was when you guys were doing the game show with the couples.
00:30:49
Speaker
Uh... Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:30:51
Speaker
At the... We were hosting the show.
00:30:54
Speaker
Yes, yes, yes, yes.
00:30:56
Speaker
So...
00:30:57
Speaker
And then like once I figured everything out and I was talking to my friend, I have a very close friend that I talked to about spirituality.
00:31:05
Speaker
She's actually
00:31:07
Speaker
the one person that gets more about spirituality.
00:31:10
Speaker
So like I'm able to share more with her.
00:31:12
Speaker
So I was telling her about you and then she was like, oh my God, you have to meet this guy.
00:31:16
Speaker
And I was like, yeah, I felt this way.
00:31:17
Speaker
And I was like, okay, I'm going to look like a fool because I don't know.
00:31:20
Speaker
I haven't watched The Bachelor or The Bachelor in such a long time.
00:31:22
Speaker
I don't know who the couples are.
00:31:23
Speaker
But I was like, I need to go there and meet him.
00:31:27
Speaker
So that's when I actually went to that show to introduce myself and network with you a little bit.
00:31:34
Speaker
And I think it was all...
00:31:37
Speaker
meant to happen for you to be on this podcast today.
00:31:40
Speaker
And I think it's, yeah, you can get it if you want it.
00:31:44
Speaker
You know, you just got to know you should, you should have it.
00:31:47
Speaker
And I think I was reading something that guys said, when you want something, the reason you can't get it is because to want something, it means you lack it.
00:31:55
Speaker
I was like, man, that's kind of deep.
00:31:56
Speaker
So you don't really want to want something, but even though we do want things, because the one thing is to telling yourself that you don't have it or you lack it.
00:32:06
Speaker
So it's kind of odd, but it's kind of like reverse psychology.
00:32:09
Speaker
That's why affirmations are so powerful because it puts you in a state of, uh, saying it, that you are it, that you have it, that you will become it.
00:32:20
Speaker
I am, I am, I am, I am whatever that is you want to claim.
00:32:25
Speaker
So yeah.
00:32:26
Speaker
Interesting.
00:32:28
Speaker
Exactly.
00:32:28
Speaker
So, um, about, uh, the universal law and law of attraction and all that, um,
00:32:36
Speaker
It's actually like if you want if you want something bad enough and if you want to manifest it, just know that you want to manifest that thing that you want to manifest, but don't see it as a lack.
00:32:46
Speaker
But just like you said, always imagine in your head and that you already have it.
00:32:51
Speaker
Experience the feeling in your head, right?
00:32:53
Speaker
That's how you're able to manifest.
00:32:55
Speaker
And I think it's very hard to do, but but it's amazing if you're able to follow through, you'll be able to manifest anything

Meditation and Self-Discovery

00:33:03
Speaker
in life.
00:33:03
Speaker
I think that's so powerful.
00:33:06
Speaker
So, actually, I've heard you mention the word vortex in one of the interviews.
00:33:14
Speaker
So my question for you is, do you know Abraham Hicks?
00:33:17
Speaker
Do you listen to Abraham Hicks?
00:33:18
Speaker
Yeah, I listen to her from time to time.
00:33:20
Speaker
She's a little bit all over the place, but I get her.
00:33:23
Speaker
You know, she's a little she's like she's a person who.
00:33:28
Speaker
I mean, I guess all leaders, guys, I probably can be that way sometimes, but I've learned how to just be open to someone's understanding instead of trying to.
00:33:37
Speaker
It's not that she forces her beliefs on people, but I've seen her interview people in the crowd and she make them feel like what they're asking her doesn't make sense.
00:33:47
Speaker
As if she knows what she's saying, but what they're saying, but she's like, she makes them say like, oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:33:53
Speaker
But you got to do this because of that, because this is what I'm telling you, which I get.
00:33:58
Speaker
So in a lot of her interviews, I mean, some of her speech speaking, I get her like I get her entirely.
00:34:06
Speaker
And it makes sense.
00:34:07
Speaker
Everything is based off of feelings.
00:34:10
Speaker
You know, like sometimes people don't know how to process that feeling as if, yeah, you just think about it and you feel and you visualize it and you're in that vortex.
00:34:18
Speaker
When you're in a vortex, you know, she talks like this and talks like that.
00:34:21
Speaker
It's like, yeah, but it's not that simple to me.
00:34:24
Speaker
So what do you really say?
00:34:26
Speaker
Well, you just got to feel it.
00:34:27
Speaker
Exactly.
00:34:28
Speaker
Feel it like, OK, but how do I feel it?
00:34:30
Speaker
You know, you just have to.
00:34:31
Speaker
It's like, all right.
00:34:32
Speaker
OK, you got it.
00:34:33
Speaker
You're right.
00:34:34
Speaker
I need to feel it.
00:34:34
Speaker
So I'm gonna figure it out.
00:34:38
Speaker
Yeah.
00:34:39
Speaker
And you know, it's so crazy.
00:34:41
Speaker
A lot of the YouTube videos or every content that I listen to, people are just asking the same question over and over and over and over.
00:34:51
Speaker
And I'm just like, I need to be, I actually wanted to go to one of the shows
00:34:56
Speaker
She had back in, I think it was April last year, but it was just so expensive.
00:35:01
Speaker
I was like, I'm not going to pay that much.
00:35:04
Speaker
What if I don't get to ask my question?
00:35:06
Speaker
You know, I didn't think it was, I don't know, it was worth it.
00:35:09
Speaker
Oh, that's a word you're going to have to change, by the way, too, just to give you a heads up.
00:35:15
Speaker
Oh, my God.
00:35:16
Speaker
Yes, please.
00:35:17
Speaker
It's expensive because, yeah, maybe, but expensive to who?
00:35:22
Speaker
Because somebody is going to buy it.
00:35:23
Speaker
Someone's going to be there.
00:35:24
Speaker
Somebody owns it.
00:35:25
Speaker
I learned this.
00:35:26
Speaker
Did you know Bob Proctor?
00:35:28
Speaker
I actually learned this from him.
00:35:29
Speaker
I do.
00:35:30
Speaker
He talks about that.
00:35:31
Speaker
He's like, you know, people go in the store and look at the tag and they say, oh, I can't buy it.
00:35:33
Speaker
It's too expensive.
00:35:34
Speaker
And he said, well, what do you mean it's too expensive?
00:35:36
Speaker
I mean, someone created someone owns it.
00:35:38
Speaker
But shit, someone owns the damn store, you know.
00:35:43
Speaker
So it's just all about it.
00:35:45
Speaker
Or, you know, rich dad, poor dad, Robert Kiyosaki saying, instead of saying it's too expensive, won't you say, how can I afford this?
00:35:53
Speaker
And then your subconscious and your body and your mind will tell you how.
00:35:58
Speaker
Because then when you say it's too expensive, you're telling yourself you can't afford it.
00:36:03
Speaker
Right?
00:36:04
Speaker
And I get it.
00:36:05
Speaker
Like, I mean, I've said that many times before.
00:36:10
Speaker
Oh, it's too much.
00:36:11
Speaker
I'm not paying that.
00:36:12
Speaker
It's like, no, you can have it.
00:36:14
Speaker
Maybe just not right now.
00:36:17
Speaker
But anyway.
00:36:17
Speaker
Yeah, I totally get it.
00:36:27
Speaker
You're right.
00:36:31
Speaker
It's about, like we said earlier, right?
00:36:33
Speaker
It's about what we think, what we say out loud.
00:36:36
Speaker
We have to be able to watch and edit everything out loud.
00:36:40
Speaker
You speak, you read, you know?
00:36:42
Speaker
You had a thought.
00:36:44
Speaker
You made a thing.
00:36:44
Speaker
You said, I got to meet this guy.
00:36:46
Speaker
You met me and guess what?
00:36:47
Speaker
I'm on your podcast.
00:36:50
Speaker
But if he was like, he would never get on my podcast.
00:36:55
Speaker
I'm not enough for him.
00:36:57
Speaker
That's what I have and I've never been on your podcast.
00:36:59
Speaker
See how simple that is?
00:37:01
Speaker
Exactly.
00:37:02
Speaker
But we don't think of things like that.
00:37:04
Speaker
We just bypass it because it's so natural for us to be in denial of what we think we should have.
00:37:11
Speaker
It's like, no, I can't.
00:37:13
Speaker
They would never look at me like that.
00:37:14
Speaker
I'm not enough.
00:37:14
Speaker
It's like, but who is saying you're not enough?
00:37:17
Speaker
You're telling yourself that.
00:37:19
Speaker
But yeah, that's a belief system.
00:37:24
Speaker
Yeah, absolutely.
00:37:26
Speaker
So one more question about...
00:37:29
Speaker
about Abrahamic.
00:37:31
Speaker
Did you do the meditation that she had?
00:37:35
Speaker
I have never done a meditation through her.
00:37:37
Speaker
I just always listed like my audio books and my YouTube material.

Spiritual Routines and Success

00:37:50
Speaker
Okay.
00:37:50
Speaker
So,
00:37:52
Speaker
The meditation.
00:37:53
Speaker
So I've heard when I was listening to her stuff, I heard about her meditation and I couldn't find it anywhere, her version.
00:37:59
Speaker
And there's this guy that I watch.
00:38:01
Speaker
His name is Aaron.
00:38:02
Speaker
I can't remember his last name.
00:38:04
Speaker
But basically, he did the meditation like he followed everything and he created his own version of like a duplicate Abraham Hicks meditation.
00:38:14
Speaker
And it's supposed to help you get into the vortex when you meditate through it.
00:38:18
Speaker
So I was scared.
00:38:19
Speaker
I was like, okay, let me give it a try.
00:38:22
Speaker
And that was my first time trying to get into the vortex through meditation.
00:38:28
Speaker
And so I put it on and he tells you to imagine yourself in a safe place or your favorite place or whatever.
00:38:38
Speaker
And then he tells you to walk around and feel and see things.
00:38:44
Speaker
And then
00:38:46
Speaker
And then before you get into the vortex, he tells you to picture like a door.
00:38:51
Speaker
And you picture a door, you walk towards it, and then he counts down from 10 to zero, and then you're supposed to open the door and get it.
00:39:00
Speaker
So that's supposed to be like your entrance to the vortex.
00:39:04
Speaker
So I'm following through everything, and...
00:39:07
Speaker
The minute I opened the door, there was this white light that was coming towards me.
00:39:13
Speaker
And instantly, I started shaking and crying like crazy.
00:39:19
Speaker
I started weeping and I'm like,
00:39:21
Speaker
What is going on?
00:39:22
Speaker
And then like I freaked out and turned out the meditation.
00:39:25
Speaker
I was like, oh my God, what's going on?
00:39:26
Speaker
And then I couldn't figure out, but it didn't come from like a sadness place.
00:39:32
Speaker
It was just like happy tears, you know, from happiness.
00:39:35
Speaker
And it was just like an overwhelming feeling that I felt.
00:39:37
Speaker
And I'm like, wow.
00:39:39
Speaker
And so I went around my friends and I tried to convince each and every one of them to do it.
00:39:43
Speaker
They didn't end up like doing it.
00:39:46
Speaker
So I'm like, okay, I need to figure out what this is.
00:39:48
Speaker
I went back to the video and...
00:39:51
Speaker
is it me like what is what's going on and i started reading a lot of the comments and i saw i i saw one comment that said she had the same experience as me and she was like weeping i was like holy shit this was this was meant to happen and it was just like such an empowering um yeah what do you think the weeping so good so i have to send you the link you're gonna have to try it out
00:40:17
Speaker
I don't know.
00:40:19
Speaker
But all I know is I was just like, which is good.
00:40:27
Speaker
Yeah.
00:40:32
Speaker
Yeah.
00:40:33
Speaker
Amazing.
00:40:34
Speaker
So I'll email you that.
00:40:35
Speaker
And then you have to, you have to let me know how that goes.
00:40:45
Speaker
So how did you start your self-development process and self-love and what routines do you do?
00:40:51
Speaker
Do you have a routine you follow morning time and night time?
00:41:01
Speaker
Pick up a book and realize 22, 23, what am I doing here?
00:41:05
Speaker
Why am I failing when I have a college degree and I graduated for honors?
00:41:08
Speaker
Why am I working a job getting paid $8 an hour?
00:41:11
Speaker
That doesn't make sense.
00:41:12
Speaker
I have a high GPA.
00:41:14
Speaker
I should be getting paid more.
00:41:16
Speaker
So it started with books like Think and Grow Rich, The Secret, things of that nature.
00:41:24
Speaker
And but so, yeah, so every day I get up, I meditate, pray affirmations, gratitude statements.
00:41:32
Speaker
And then I get started with my day at night.
00:41:35
Speaker
I don't really don't do anything.
00:41:36
Speaker
I mean, I pray throughout the day.
00:41:38
Speaker
I'm always reading material throughout the day.
00:41:40
Speaker
So at night is just whatever I'm doing.
00:41:43
Speaker
But I pray at night, of course.
00:41:44
Speaker
But.
00:41:46
Speaker
Most of my routine is done in the morning.
00:41:51
Speaker
Yeah, so early in the morning when I get out.
00:42:02
Speaker
So in terms of the affirmations, do you just follow the same list or when do you switch it up?
00:42:16
Speaker
strong i'm amazing i'm wonderful i can do all things i'm blessed i'm peace i'm humble you know i just kind of keep it general unless i want to switch it up depending on where i'm at in life i might change it if i want to change but i try to keep it general you know and um yeah and things just like when you really understand yourself and you you're in alignment with your energy that you want to be in
00:42:43
Speaker
You don't really stress too much about life, you know, because first of all, you realize you're not in control.
00:42:50
Speaker
Two, you realize the real plight in life is yourself.
00:42:57
Speaker
It's not the job.
00:42:58
Speaker
It's not your career.
00:42:59
Speaker
It's not your mom, your dad, your husband, boy.
00:43:02
Speaker
You know, it's yourself.
00:43:04
Speaker
You are responsible for your life no matter what the cars you would dump.
00:43:09
Speaker
You know, some people don't have their mom and dad still living.
00:43:11
Speaker
Some people don't have support.
00:43:13
Speaker
Some people don't have people to talk to when they're feeling down.
00:43:17
Speaker
But that's not an excuse for you not to be where you want to be.
00:43:21
Speaker
It's easy to say that, but you're responsible for your experiences.
00:43:27
Speaker
And everybody don't come out the same.
00:43:29
Speaker
So some people just won't get where they want to go.
00:43:32
Speaker
And that's fine.
00:43:33
Speaker
But I believe everything that happens to me
00:43:37
Speaker
It's for me, but at the same time, I'm responsible for it.
00:43:40
Speaker
You know, not not the person that's involved, not something I think they did.
00:43:47
Speaker
It's like, no, why are you here?
00:43:48
Speaker
What did you do to attract this experience into your life?
00:43:52
Speaker
Now, there's certain things that you don't know about that you can't control, like the family you were raised in and the energy and the things you believe as a child.
00:44:00
Speaker
But as you get older, you're also responsible for that.
00:44:05
Speaker
You know, because now you have more awareness.
00:44:08
Speaker
You're not six, seven, eight, nine.
00:44:10
Speaker
You're an adult.
00:44:11
Speaker
So now you have to be aware of the energy you bring into your life and the things you believe in the patterns you run.
00:44:19
Speaker
So for me, it's just that's how I get my day started.
00:44:24
Speaker
And I call it spiritual currency.
00:44:27
Speaker
You got to have more when you have more faith than you have money, you will never be broken.
00:44:32
Speaker
And I think a lot of people lack faith in life when it comes to, when adversity hits.

Consistency in Personal Growth

00:44:39
Speaker
You know?
00:44:39
Speaker
Because they don't know how to, they don't have anything in their spiritual bank account.
00:44:43
Speaker
It's only in their material account.
00:44:45
Speaker
But that's not enough to get through tough times.
00:44:49
Speaker
Especially in the times we're in right now.
00:44:50
Speaker
You know?
00:44:53
Speaker
So, that's basically what that is.
00:44:55
Speaker
Yeah, definitely.
00:45:00
Speaker
Amazing.
00:45:00
Speaker
So, you brought up
00:45:02
Speaker
Think and Grow Rich and I was actually talking to one of my friends about this book and can you believe that this book was written in 1937?
00:45:10
Speaker
Like I just can't, oh my god, it's crazy but like I can't imagine the person living at that time would write something like this.
00:45:20
Speaker
It was just very empowering and amazing.
00:45:22
Speaker
Yeah.
00:45:22
Speaker
Awesome.
00:45:22
Speaker
Awesome.
00:45:30
Speaker
So one last question.
00:45:32
Speaker
So for podcasters like me and or people that want to spread the best way to the best way to influence.
00:45:41
Speaker
To influence it.
00:45:42
Speaker
I'm confused.

Action and Influence

00:45:44
Speaker
You just do it.
00:45:44
Speaker
You know, you just don't wait.
00:45:45
Speaker
Like people don't understand.
00:45:47
Speaker
Like before TV, before any show, I was I was doing motivation videos.
00:45:52
Speaker
every week on instagram and it was 15 seconds motivation monday uh wisdom wednesday what's positive friday and when i went on my season i had 3600 posts with 3500 followers so i was literally posting every day so people knew me for the motive the motive the motivator yeah just who i was you know so i was consistent i think that
00:46:18
Speaker
Being consistent and working on your craft.
00:46:21
Speaker
It's all about consistency.
00:46:22
Speaker
Developing yourself, reading books, taking classes, going to seminars, and just, you know, being around different and better people.
00:46:30
Speaker
And just really, everything is consistency.
00:46:33
Speaker
You're consistent.
00:46:34
Speaker
You can get what you're looking for.
00:46:37
Speaker
You know?
00:46:38
Speaker
So, consistency.
00:46:39
Speaker
Just document, create, put it out.
00:46:42
Speaker
Don't worry about if it's perfect or not.
00:46:44
Speaker
Just...
00:46:45
Speaker
Get it out to the people.
00:46:47
Speaker
Let them be the judge.
00:46:48
Speaker
I even remember when I used to put out so many videos and the videos I thought like, man, this is like, yeah, woo, way too long.
00:46:55
Speaker
That video never hits.
00:46:57
Speaker
But then it'd be a video I wasn't even feeling the best in.
00:47:00
Speaker
They like love it.
00:47:01
Speaker
I'm like, wow.
00:47:03
Speaker
That's kind of odd, you know?
00:47:06
Speaker
So, yep.
00:47:09
Speaker
Stacey, yeah.
00:47:09
Speaker
Yeah.
00:47:12
Speaker
Amazing.
