Awakening from Distractions

All right, let's dive in. Why are you here? The purpose of this life is for you awaken.

awaken The purpose of this life is for you to wake up out of the dreamlike state that you are often stuck in, which is distractions, which is television, which is drama, which is social media, which is traumas of the past.

It's waking up from all of the pain, all of the suffering, all of the distractions, and allowing yourself to transcend, to transform, to awaken into the present moment.

And if you currently do not feel like you are enjoying your life, like you are present in your life, like you are grateful for your life right now, then it's time to awaken to that. It's time to awaken to a deeper presence. It's time to awaken to a deeper presence.

part of you. And part of this requires deep healing. It requires you to move past whatever has been holding you back. It's requiring you to eliminate distraction, to eliminate whatever is blocking you from being present, whatever fear is in the way of you allowing yourself to be present.

Feeling Emotions and Life's Brevity

The real work happens when you actually allow yourself to be present. When you actually allow yourself to feel whatever it is that you need to feel today.

Good feelings, bad feelings, uncomfortable feelings, painful feelings. Allowing yourself to fully experience all of life, all of this moment, all of you.

So ask yourself, what am I running from right now? What am I not allowing myself to see, feel, sense, and experience in this lifetime?

Because your life is short. It may feel long in the day-to-day of everything you're going through, but life is short. It is flying by in a second.

You may think of ah couple years ago and it feels like it was just yesterday because life is flying by and your life is a gift. You have this precious human life, this gift that was given to you and you're here.

You're here today. Some people aren't here anymore. They don't have what you have anymore. And so for you to go through this life, this gift that you have, sleeping in a dreamlike state, and what does it mean to be asleep or in the dreamlike state? It means that you are distracted.

You are stressed. You are not grateful. You are not living an appreciation. You are not present. You are not mindful. You are living on autopilot. That is what you are doing when you are living asleep.

You're just going through the motions. And you are not here to just go through the motions of life. You're here to feel, sense, and experience life in whatever form it is coming to you today.

So if you are operating through your life, just waking up, going through your day, eating your breakfast, going to work, doing what you need to do every day on autopilot, without intention, without presence, without feeling, without feeling in your body, without feeling your life around you, you're operating in this

Living with Intention

dreamlike state. You are living asleep. You are not awake.

And it's not your fault. The world around you is constantly throwing situation. The world around you is constantly throwing life situations and experiences and traumas at you that make it easy for you to live on autopilot, to live asleep.

But your purpose here is to awaken from it. To awaken from that sleep state. To awaken from this dreamlike state. And be present here.

Feel your body. Be with the people you love. Be with yourself. Feel the energy of nature when you're outside. When you're walking to your car, feel every step.

Feel what you're doing. Have intention behind what you're doing. Have intention behind the words you're speaking, the actions you're taking.

Life without intention is empty. Life without intention lacks depth in everything you're doing, your work, your relationships, your business, everything, everything.

And so the purpose of why you are here is to wake up from this. So how do we wake up? It is eliminating all of the distractions and coming home to your stillness, coming home to that quiet space within you that is this optimal state of truth.

Some may call it your spirit. Some may call it your soul. It's this inner space, this inner knowing, this inner sense of you, the real you. It is coming home to that space.

It is getting really clear on what is going on inside of you, It is wiring your subconscious to live awake because you have been programmed through repetition to live asleep, to live in the darkness, to live in that dreamlike state.

And you can easily wake up out of it by coming home to yourself, by coming home to your truth, by spending time with yourself, being with yourself, spending time in quiet and peace and serenity,

and rewiring your subconscious to live this way in as many minutes as you possibly can because you don't know how many minutes you have left and that's the reality of the situation that you're in every minute that goes by you are running out of time so don't take advantage of another day of another minute be fully in this life be fully where you are

Because why else are you here? Really, your purpose is to live life, is to be present in it. You may not always be happy, but you're still meant to be present in it.

In all the emotions, in all of the challenges, they're there to teach you things. And so if you're running from the challenges because you're afraid of them, you're missing out on the lesson. You're missing out on something that is meant to mold you into the version of yourself that you're meant to be.

Embracing Stillness for Success

So wake up. Awaken to your life by becoming more present. Spend five minutes every day minimum in pure stillness, in pure silence, just being with yourself.

That's all you need. And then when you spend five minutes, then maybe you spend 10, then 20, then 30. Then maybe you're doing this multiple times throughout the day and everyone has five minutes.

So it doesn't matter how busy you are, how important you are. You have five minutes. You can wake up a little bit earlier. You can retreat into your bed a little bit earlier at night.

You can find five minutes to spend with yourself. This is how you awaken. It's going inside. It's doing the work. So whatever you were meant to receive from this today, receive it, welcome it have an open mind, have an open heart, and trust that this was meant for you today in some way.

It's time to wake up. Your purpose on this earth is to awaken, is to be present in your life. Because again, you don't know how many days you have left.

So give your all to your life. Give your all to yourself. Give your all to the people you love.

You're worthy of it and you're capable of it. It may feel hard, it may feel challenging, but the more you do it, the easier it's going to become. So spend some time in stillness, spend some time alone with yourself and start to feel the difference you feel in your life every day, in your relationships, in your work.
