Eden & Briana: Well... We were getting ready to leave and I was going to get on my horse and I don't know what the heck dad's horse was doing or what she was thinking. I wasn't looking at her and it happened way too fast.

Eden & Briana: Yes. So yeah, but would you like to hear what we did today? We decided to, you know. Presbyterian. Postpone me as long as you can. I am trying to postpone you. so We have drive -thru church in the summertime and in Ryder.
Eden & Briana: We decided... to ride our horses and attend church service so we did we did that today How'd that go? All of our horses were really good Boys and girls. But. They had a few amplifier malfunctions.
Eden & Briana: And the first time it sounded like gunshots and oh no Chrome just jumped a little bit. I mean, everybody, nobody freaked out. it just startled them but they were really good there was live music and There was more than one amp. incident but after the first one the second one they only jumped a little bit you know How's that saying go? Eden & Briana: It was not pleasant. No ice. Nope. So after we got back from riding yesterday with my scalp toe, I went out and caught him and I brought him up. So me and Stacy could sit and watch dad ride him around.

Eden & Briana: Fuck. Ja. For true crime news. Oh, boy. In Honolulu, Hawaii, 28 year old Kendall Rashad Ramsey has been convicted of murder in connection with the fatal 2020 stabbings of his girlfriend and their six -month -old son.
Eden & Briana: but In March 2020, Kendall had collided with a car and then drove off at high speeds. The driver, Lynette... Rojas. was injured.
Eden & Briana: And when Kendall was taken to the hospital. He confessed to a worker that he got drunk. pushed and hit his girlfriend and blacked out. When he woke up, he found...
Eden & Briana: his girlfriend and son dead. Oh my gosh. Kayla Holder was stabbed. 38 times. and six -month -old was stabbed 17 times. like Kendall wrote,

Eden & Briana: Today, I will be talking about the killing of Amora. Bane. Carson. and the monsters who took her life, Blaine Keith Millam and Jessica Carson.
Eden & Briana: Blaine was born on December 12, 1989, in Gregg County, Texas. He left school after the fourth grade. um Jessica actually had Amara while still in high school. blaine is not the dad okay Okay.
Eden & Briana: Um. Jessica's close friend. Amy Lothrop says that Jesse. met Blaine soon after. and said they were to get married like that spring.
Eden & Briana: So she said, Amy's... I'm sorry Amy seemed to be happy for her friend. Jesse. even though she thought they moved pretty fast, but said that he took care of Amara and that Blaine loved her.
Eden & Briana: Blaine even stated that, quote, Amora and Jesse are my life, unquote. Okay um Jessica's mom. Excuse me. Did eventually say that they started dating around January.
Eden & Briana: 20 or 2008. Sorry. And Jesse was described as sweet, outgoing, outspoken, and funny. Okay. Another friend, Farrah Stone, who also grew up with Jesse,
Eden & Briana: ah She goes by Jessie, so I'm just going to start saying Jessie from now on. okay stated that Quote, they appeared to be happy. Unquote. Okay. you
Eden & Briana: Friends say that about two months prior to the nightmare, They seen a change in Jesse. She quit talking to friends and family and they had no clue as to why.
Eden & Briana: Damn. So let's just get straight into the nightmare. Mm -hmm.
Eden & Briana: On December 2nd, 2008, just 10 days before Blaine's 19th birthday. Blaine had called the police to report that they found 13 -month -old Amora dead.
Eden & Briana: When police arrived at their Russ County trailer, they found Amora's body with severe injuries, very severe injuries. When the police questioned Blaine and Jessica, they stated that they left Amora for about an hour before returning home and finding her dead.
Eden & Briana: Okay. They later changed their story. and said that Amora had become possessed by demons. Blaine and Jessica went to a pawn shop to sell tools to get enough money to pay a priest to perform an exorcism on Amora.
Eden & Briana: Blaine however decided to take matters into his own hands.
Eden & Briana: Is there any? Is there any explanation whatsoever why they believe that this child... ha but Were they on drugs? Not that I'm aware of Okay.
Eden & Briana: Um.
Eden & Briana: That it's so fast I mean, everything was good. And then all of a sudden, two months before then, then all of a sudden things started changing. What the hell? is so or They started dating January in 2008 and this happened.
Eden & Briana: in December. that following year.
Eden & Briana: But... I think there's... a lot more to blame than... Okay. i Good find. Um...
Eden & Briana: Hmm. They apparently tried beating the demons out of Amora. Beating. them out yes Okay.
Eden & Briana: this is gonna This is just a trigger warning now. Because this is what Amora's autopsy showed. Oh shit. Okay. And she's 13 months old.
Eden & Briana: Correct. So just a little over a year. She's just a baby. And she's adorable I'm not looking until later. Facial abrasions and bruises.
Eden & Briana: 24 human bite marks. What? Bruises, scrapes and abrasions from head to toe.
Eden & Briana: Bleeding underneath the scalp. but extensive fracturing to the back of the skull which later was discovered to be a hammer.
Eden & Briana: Oh. bleeding between the brain and skull. A laceration to the brain tissue. as well as swelling, bleeding and bruising.
Eden & Briana: bleeding around the optic nerves. Oh God. bleeding in the eyes and around the jugular vein. No. fractures to the right arm and leg.
Eden & Briana: Eat. Rib. fractures. Oh my god. A tear to the liver. And extensive injury to the genitals. Oh my god. There was no sign of old injuries. suggesting a pattern of abuse.
Eden & Briana: So this all happened. Out. once.
Eden & Briana: Okay. I'm so nauseous um
Eden & Briana: Go ahead. I just have so many questions. or just Just keep going. Maybe you'll answer some of them. I'll keep them stocked and locked.
Eden & Briana: i still smell Evidence that was found were bloodstains consistent with blood... Force. blunt force trauma, found in a bedroom along with blood -stained Betting? and baby clothes.
Eden & Briana: mm -hmm Blood -stained diapers and wipes? No, no. A tube of astroglide lubricant. and a pair of jeans with blood stains on the lap.
Eden & Briana: DNA testing confirmed it was Omura's blood. So. They were both. Arrested. Um. On December 13th, Jesse's sister, Teresa,
Eden & Briana: visit her visited her in jail. Jesse told Teresa that Blaine told her that she needed help getting rid of evidence out from underneath their trailer horn.
Eden & Briana: Oh hell no. Teresa immediately told Police Sergeant Rogers. Sergeant Rogers got a search warrant. Crawled under the trailer.
Eden & Briana: and discovered a pipe wrench inside a clear plastic bag. It had been shoved through a hole in the floor from the master bedroom. Forensic analysis revealed components of the astral glide lube on the pipe wrench.
Eden & Briana: The diaper Amara was wearing and the diapers and wipes that was collected from the bedroom on the south side. God.
Eden & Briana: in 2010. Blaine was convicted of capital murder and was sentenced to death. Blaine maintained his innocence and kept pointing fingers to Jessie, saying she was the one convinced that Amora was possessed.
Eden & Briana: Now... You can imagine what Blaine's lawyers. tried to do. Insanity they tre what They went for the insanity plea.
Eden & Briana: to overturn his death sentence and that the bite mark analysis were were wrong. However, with all of the strong evidence and according to the state, it was Blaine who did it while Jesse sat back.
Eden & Briana: and watched and never intervened. Scwritten. Mm -mm. Mm -mm -mm. Blaine tried to appeal in 2019 and 2021.
Eden & Briana: which Both were denied. on September 25th, 2025. The Supreme Court denied his application for a stay of his execution.
Eden & Briana: on his scheduled execution day. Blaine was executed later that day by lethal injection. in Huntsville, Texas.
Eden & Briana: Oh, so he's already gone? He's dead. They didn't mess around. No. Like what was the date of his death? Who's execution? September 25th. 2025.
Eden & Briana: It's almost a year ago. And... The crime happened when? and 2008 so he did sit for a while yeah he was there for a while 15 years.
Eden & Briana: Something like that. 10 -15 years. She's faster than normal. Wow.
Eden & Briana: Do you want to know what he said in his final statement?
Eden & Briana: Not really, but I suppose. In his final statement, he didn't show any remorse for his actions to Amora. Instead, he thanked his supporters.
Eden & Briana: talked about his Christian faith, And even thanked the Texas Department of Criminal Justice for opening. A prison. chaplaincy to death row inmates.

Eden & Briana: At the time of his... of this crime against the moron. Blaine was actually on probation for solidity. solicitation of aggravated sexual assault of a child under the age of 14.
Eden & Briana: Oh hell no. Apparently... Blaine entered his neighbor's house. of 11 year old Kara Hodges. and left numerous pages torn from pornographic magazines that were marked with crude, inappropriate.
Eden & Briana: notes. inside of Kara's dresser.
Eden & Briana: Blaine's probation terms. prohibited Him. from going within 200 feet. of a Premise where children commonly gather, including school.
Eden & Briana: daycare facilities, playgrounds. public slash private youth centers. public swimming pool, or video facility. Unquote.
Eden & Briana: So just being in Amora's presence. He was violating his probation. One of Blaine's previous bosses stated that he had control issues.
Eden & Briana: and had a short fuse.
Eden & Briana: And right before that. Blaine and Jessica started dating. He was arrested. in January of 2020. 2008. for assault and family violence for getting in a physical fight with his brother.
