Speaker: This is James Swiderski.
Speaker: I've got Joseph Nguyen for another value-packed episode of The Solarpreneur.
Speaker: Welcome to the show.

Speaker: And then leave us a review if you find this episode valuable.
Speaker: Today we're going to talk about the number one secret and superpower that the top 1% of people on this planet are using to crush their goals.
Speaker: And we're going to talk about how to become a solar-selling demigod.
Speaker: But before we get into that, we've got to welcome the man, the myth, the legend, Mr. Joseph Wynn.
Speaker: What's up everybody?
Speaker: Love the intro on that James, appreciate it.
Speaker: But guys, today we are talking about the one and only.
Speaker: You guys have probably heard it before, but I don't think that it's ever been explained in this way or in this depth in order for you guys to be able to utilize it and change your lives with it because it has changed ours.
Speaker: And what I'm talking about is the one and only law of attraction.
Speaker: Now I know this term has been thrown around like crazy, especially within the entrepreneurship space.
Speaker: But I don't think that I've ever really found anyone that has broken it down into its components and to then be able to extrapolate it and then give it to you guys in a bite-size, actionable, immediate result type way or explanation in order for you guys to basically make an effective change in your life.
Speaker: And what this is, right, the law of attraction, essentially what it is, is that what you think is what you attract.
Speaker: Right.
Speaker: Now, I know it sounds kind of like voodoo magic type stuff, but guys, this is exactly what controls your life, whether or not you know it.
Speaker: And if you don't know it, you still use it.
Speaker: And this is exactly the superpower that...
Speaker: The top producers in any industry are using people like Tiger Woods, Muhammad Ali, all of these people, right?
Speaker: LeBron James, they utilize this to their advantage and you guys can do it as well.
Speaker: And so the first thing I want to talk about is breaking it down into its components.
Speaker: So the law of attraction.
Speaker: What it is made out of and what it's controlled by is your thoughts.
Speaker: Your thoughts are things.
Speaker: And if you look around the world today, right, in front of you, if you're in your car, if you're sitting at home or anything, like everything around you, take a good look.
Speaker: Everything was created by a thought.
Speaker: That's what preceded everything that you see.
Speaker: And your entire life is preceded by your thoughts as well.
Speaker: It's not the other way around.
Speaker: A lot of people get this confused.
Speaker: Most people think that their environment shapes their thoughts.
Speaker: But that's exactly if you think that and if you believe that, that's exactly why you might feel like you don't have control over your life.
Speaker: But the people that truly have control over their life, their income, right, their skills and abilities, their dreams and reality itself are the ones that control their thoughts.
Speaker: Right.
Speaker: Because thoughts create everything.
Speaker: And so if you reverse it and you let the environment control you, that's why you lack that control.
Speaker: That's why you might lack control of the sail.
Speaker: That's why things happen to you, right?
Speaker: Or it feels like that.
Speaker: And then you can't actually do anything to manipulate it or bend it at your own will.
Speaker: And so that's the first thing, guys.
Speaker: Thoughts are things.
Speaker: And the law of attraction operates based on your thoughts.
Speaker: And whatever you think about is what gravitates towards it.
Speaker: So that works in the positive or the negative light.
Speaker: Yeah, guys, the law of attraction, simply put, is a superpower in where you can visualize something.
Speaker: You could think of something.
Speaker: You could dream about something.
Speaker: And you could literally make it a reality and turn it into your physical reality.
Speaker: Okay?
Speaker: And if that sounds far-fetched, I want you to really go look at it.
Speaker: Any A-level players, right?
Speaker: Think about some of the visionary entrepreneurs that we look up to.
Speaker: Think of the Bill Gates, the Steve Jobs, the Warren Buffetts.
Speaker: Think of all of these individuals.
Speaker: What do they have in common?
Speaker: They thought of something.
Speaker: They visualized and looked at the world with something and visualized their new idea and concept, their company.
Speaker: and it became a reality, and they saw this way before, decades even before it ever happened.
Speaker: And I want you to really think about why does this work?
Speaker: Why do some people really just see a goal 40 years out, boom, that thing becomes a reality, and some people can't even get themselves to accomplish one little task like going to the gym five days a week.
Speaker: What's the difference?
Speaker: It comes down to law of attraction.
Speaker: These individuals, these A-level players we're talking about,
Speaker: They understand the law of attraction on a deep level.
Speaker: They understand how it works in their life and how to apply it directly.
Speaker: So that's really what we're talking about as we're breaking down this five-part series that we're getting into.
Speaker: I know you guys enjoyed the presentation five-part series.
Speaker: And we hope to do that and add even more value with this law of attraction.
Speaker: And there's a lot of stuff to go into.
Speaker: So we're going to split it up over the next five days.
Speaker: We're not going to overwhelm you with a big four hour episode.
Speaker: We're going to split this up into digestible chunks that you guys can apply to solar and start seeing significant improvements in your life.
Speaker: Yeah, guys, definitely.
Speaker: And so we're talking about something pretty abstract right now.
Speaker: And so I just want to make it a little bit more concrete.
Speaker: And so we'll give you a couple of examples here.
Speaker: So
Speaker: How does the law of attraction work?
Speaker: So I'm going to use, for example, like if you want to become a major league NBA basketball player, right?
Speaker: Most people are like, oh, I don't want to pretend, Joseph, that I am that person when I'm not right now.
Speaker: And that's what most people think.
Speaker: But that's not how visionaries and the people that change the world think.
Speaker: They already saw it, like James said, in the future, and they bring it into the present moment.
Speaker: And how they do that is they act as if.
Speaker: This is how the law of attraction works, right?
Speaker: So a lot of people, they think themselves into depression, right?
Speaker: You know how your thoughts can lead to stress and stress can then break down and start to deregulate your genes and then you start to get even more sick, right?
Speaker: You can literally think yourself to illness.
Speaker: But if that's true, you can also think your way to wealth and health and success.
Speaker: And so because of that, let's say that you want to become an NBA basketball player, right?
Speaker: Right.
Speaker: Let's say that you act as if and use the law of attraction.
Speaker: So what you do now is you say, I am the greatest basketball player, right?
Speaker: That's what Michael Jordan did.
Speaker: And what you do at that point in time is that you say that you are this.
Speaker: So what you do is you act that part.
Speaker: So let's say you are the greatest basketball player of all time.
Speaker: What would the greatest basketball player of all time be doing at this moment?
Speaker: They'd be practicing their ass off, right?
Speaker: They'd be going to the gym every single day.
Speaker: They'd be practicing every single second that they get, and they wouldn't ever deviate from their goal.
Speaker: If things pop up, if people ask them to come hang out, if anything pops up in their life, they don't.
Speaker: They don't deviate from the goal that they've set.
Speaker: This is what A-level players do.
Speaker: And so how you can apply this to solar is act as if you are the greatest solar sales consultant that there ever was.
Speaker: And what would that person do?
Speaker: That person would role play every single day.
Speaker: That person would practice their presentation over and over and over every single time before they go to any presentation in order to execute this masterfully.
Speaker: Think about what these people would be doing.
Speaker: They'd master online lead gen.
Speaker: They'd master door knocking.
Speaker: They'd master everything that they possibly could.
Speaker: They wouldn't sit around moping, right?
Speaker: They wouldn't try to find excuses or blame other people or circumstances or lead to quality or anything like that, right?
Speaker: They wouldn't blame the weather.
Speaker: And so with that, you have to act as if, and that's how the law of attraction works.
Speaker: So when you act as if, now what you do is you start to think of other solutions to where you're trying to go to.
Speaker: So let's say you are trying to become, or you are the greatest solar sales consultant on planet earth.
Speaker: Now you start to think and open your mind to new possibilities that you haven't thought of before.
Speaker: Because if you keep thinking that you're not going to make that next sale or this next lead is going to be low quality or this appointment at a homeowner's house, they're not going to have, or it's going to be like a one-legged appointment, right?
Speaker: The person's not going to be there.
Speaker: You're going to start to attract those things into your life.
Speaker: But when you start to think about, hey, I'm going to close this deal, what you do is you start to think
Speaker: in a different way than you did before.
Speaker: And when you do that, things start to change, right?
Speaker: Because the definition of insanity is doing the same things, but expecting different results.
Speaker: So that's how you can use the law of attraction to then change your life.
Speaker: Because when you think that you're going to
Speaker: When you put that thought out there that you are going to close this deal, that you are the greatest solar sales consultant out there, then you start to act it and then practice what it would be like to be that.
Speaker: And that's exactly how you can gravitate all of those positive experiences, all those positive thoughts, all those positive solutions in order to become what you want to become.
Speaker: Guys, the reverse of this is equally true.
Speaker: You truly get what you focus and you put your attention and energy on.
Speaker: We've talked about the exchange of value before on the show, right?
Speaker: What you put value into, that's what you get value out of.
Speaker: If I put energy and time into focusing and replaying negative moments in my life, I'm going to get more negative moments back.
Speaker: And the way the law of attraction works is it solidifies what you believe directly and what you're looking for.
Speaker: Meaning,
Speaker: If I'm used to, my mind is used to replaying negative thoughts over and over again like a movie in my head, I don't have to necessarily like it, right?
Speaker: A lot of you guys think, oh, well, I don't like that stuff.
Speaker: It's not going to come over to me, right?
Speaker: The crazy part is your mind doesn't care, okay?
Speaker: What your mind likes is familiarity.
Speaker: So when it's replaying these moments of negative feelings and it keeps doing that, right, it's almost addictive, okay?
Speaker: Your mind literally becomes addicted to thinking about these things, right?
Speaker: And what is it going to do?
Speaker: Just like a drug addict, just like anybody who's addicted,
Speaker: when they get that craving, they're going to go and find that thing that feeds the addiction, right?
Speaker: Your mind is literally going to go find things to feed these negative thoughts because that's what it wants.
Speaker: Okay.
Speaker: This is the power we're talking about.
Speaker: If you could think about the power that addiction has over somebody, right?
Speaker: That feeling that they have to go do something.
Speaker: I don't have any choice in free will, and they'll just kick themselves into gear to go get something done.
Speaker: That is the little power we're dealing with, with law of attraction.
Speaker: this is why you have to be particular with who you hang out with who you associate with right what you listen to what you put in your body these are all things that contribute to your overall being now in the past and in the future okay this is what we're talking about this is the level with law of attraction and to go back to what joseph was talking about with really becoming that person before it happens i want you to think about when you were a little kid right
Speaker: Right.
Speaker: These characters have so much impact over these children.
Speaker: Children could literally go days being in a character.
Speaker: Even think about, it's been said like Johnny Depp when he's filming Pirates of the Caribbean.
Speaker: He literally became Captain Jack Sparrow on the set for three to four months that it takes to film a movie.
Speaker: Johnny Depp wasn't there.
Speaker: He would literally act like Captain Jack Sparrow for three to four months, 24 hours a day.
Speaker: That's how powerful this stuff is.
Speaker: And that's the level it takes.
Speaker: One of my mentors, Dan Locke, right?
Speaker: I've done a lot of coaching with Dan Locke.
Speaker: I'm sure you guys have heard of him.
Speaker: He told me closing James, closing is acting plus skills.
Speaker: Okay.
Speaker: Being a closer is you are acting, right?
Speaker: You're not being yourself.
Speaker: The saying to be yourself is one of the strongest,
Speaker: stupidest sayings in the history of humankind because your natural self is lazy, doesn't want to do anything, doesn't want to go outdoors, doesn't want to learn new skills, doesn't want to be coachable, just wants to sit on their butt all day.
Speaker: Okay, that's what everybody's natural human self wants to do.
Speaker: So by you saying that's okay and tolerating it like 99% of people in the world,
Speaker: That's what you're going to get.
Speaker: You're going to get what everybody else gets to.
Speaker: So as far as applying to solar goes, okay, it's very simple.
Speaker: When you go out and you have an appointment or you want to go do prospecting or you have a presentation, right?
Speaker: The easiest way to do this is I want you to become the result and the person on the other side of what you want.
Speaker: So very easy example.
Speaker: want to close a deal at your seven o'clock appointment this evening you have an appointment i want you to think about what it would be like if you came out of that appointment with a signed contract signed finance approved deal and it's all done okay what does that feel like what are you thinking at that point right for me i get a lot of confidence i get a lot of certainty right i know and my my skill set i get confident in my skill set i get sharper right and i'm able to go close more deals afterwards as well
Speaker: But that's the feeling I have.
Speaker: And the question at hand here is if you can actually feel like you achieved the result before the thing actually happened,
Speaker: What's going to stop you, right?
Speaker: This is the law of attraction.
Speaker: This is literally becoming the result before you actually do the action to get the thing.
Speaker: Okay.
Speaker: This is what Steve Jobs did with Apple.
Speaker: He visualized a world with computers that were intuitive, that had great design, that changed the world with new devices.
Speaker: He visualized these things like the iPod, the iPhone.
Speaker: He visualized these things before they came out.
Speaker: And he felt like they were already there.
Speaker: They were already a part of our reality.
Speaker: And boom, somehow he just finds the actions to get there.
Speaker: Okay.
Speaker: And that comes from having clarity, extreme clarity with what you want.
Speaker: What is your purpose?
Speaker: If you don't know what you want, guys, there's no way in hell you're going to be able to get there.
Speaker: Okay.
Speaker: There's too many variables.
Speaker: We know this.
Speaker: There's skill sets.
Speaker: There's things that'll get in your way.
Speaker: If you don't know what you want as well, you're just going to be
Speaker: meandering around life just like everybody else just playing the game in the rat race and nothing's going to happen nothing big is going to be happening so have clarity what you want focus on the result what does the result feel like visualize that result feel that result before it comes to pass right and then you're going to follow through with the actions every single time guys
Speaker: Boom.
Speaker: I love it, dude.
Speaker: And the biggest thing is that I didn't realize this.
Speaker: It wasn't until I realized this, that everything started to click for me because I was like, why can't I achieve my goals?
Speaker: Right.
Speaker: I always ask myself that, and I was always grinding every single day and it didn't seem like I was moving the needle much.
Speaker: And there was a big reason why.
Speaker: And James touched on it a little bit with saying that you have to feel what it would feel like to have the result of what you want.
Speaker: And what we mean by that is that you cannot achieve your goals as the person you are right now.
Speaker: Otherwise, you would have already have done it, right?
Speaker: So there's a big discrepancy there.
Speaker: There is who you are right now and who you need to be in order to achieve your goals.
Speaker: And there's a big, big, big gap.
Speaker: The way that you close that gap, right, is that you have to imagine yourself, who you would be if you
Speaker: you could easily achieve the goal that you have.
Speaker: And then you have to act as if you are that person.
Speaker: That person is not the same person as you are right now.
Speaker: And that's how you can make the law of attraction work because once you act as if you are that person who is capable of achieving those goals, you attract the money, right?
Speaker: The skills, the competence in order to accomplish those goals.
Speaker: You attract the people that you need, the network, right?
Speaker: All of this stuff starts to come into play.
Speaker: And this is how the law of attraction works.
Speaker: That's how it works in the positive light and also in the negative light.
Speaker: Here are a couple of idioms or metaphors that people always say.
Speaker: that resemble or actually utilize the law of attraction.
Speaker: So what you seek is what you will find, right?
Speaker: If you look for it, you will find it.
Speaker: That's what people say.
Speaker: And that's how the law of attraction works.
Speaker: If you look for it, you will find it.
Speaker: If you never look for it, you're obviously never going to find it.
Speaker: And another thing that people say is that when it rains, it pours.
Speaker: Why is that?
Speaker: As soon as something happens, right, something negative, we immediately look for other things that are negative, right?
Speaker: We automatically have that half glass or the glass half full perspective.
Speaker: And then we start to look for other things too.
Speaker: It's like, Oh, like, like I missed my appointment today or like the person didn't close.
Speaker: That means my next appointment isn't going to close.
Speaker: Like we start to make these correlations that aren't actually there in real life, but we just have that negative tint.
Speaker: And so we start to think like, Oh, like if you miss this sale, then you start to think, Oh, I'm a failure.
Speaker: And then I'm a failure because my high school, I didn't make my high school basketball team.
Speaker: And you start to think of all these random things.
Speaker: Like that's what my,
Speaker: My girlfriend left me.
Speaker: You can kind of see why when it rains, it pours.
Speaker: Automatically, our mind goes to work to find more things that you're thinking about.
Speaker: What you think about is what you think about.
Speaker: So if you think about something, you're going to think more things like it.
Speaker: Your thoughts multiply as you put focus on it.
Speaker: And that's why people say misery loves company.
Speaker: When you're sad, when you're depressed, when you're angry and you're frustrated, you're going to find people that are also like that and you find company in that.
Speaker: And that's how literally the law of attraction works to multiply or grow whatever you're focusing or concentrating on.
Speaker: And this applies not to just like external things too, but it applies to things like money and people.
Speaker: So there's a reason why rich people don't hang out with poor people and vice versa.
Speaker: And for me, when I was growing up, my family was mostly lower middle class.
Speaker: And I never hung out with millionaires or people who are rich or affluent.
Speaker: And so I never thought like those people.
Speaker: And so there's a reason why.
Speaker: It's because like attracts like.
Speaker: And so in order to become wealthy, in order to become successful, you have to think like it.
Speaker: And then you attract those people.
Speaker: Otherwise, they're not going to hang out with you.
Speaker: They don't want to be because you're the average of the five people that you hang out with most, right?
Speaker: Think about your friends.
Speaker: You are just like them pretty much.
Speaker: More or less, you guys are all the same.
Speaker: And so you have to be very careful with that because the law of attraction works there as well.
Speaker: And with money, if you fear money like I did when I was growing up because my parents drilled it into me, money is evil.
Speaker: Money is greed.
Speaker: Money is bad, right?
Speaker: Money will change you for the worse.
Speaker: And that's what I believed growing up.
Speaker: And that's why I never attracted any money.
Speaker: Because I was afraid of it.
Speaker: And that's how the law of attraction can work in reverse.
Speaker: But if you start to think that I deserve the money or you act as if like, what will it take in order for you to deserve insurmountable amounts of wealth?
Speaker: And once you start to think like that, then you attract it, but you can't fear it.
Speaker: And you guys might have that same problem that I had before with fearing money, fearing that it's evil, fearing that it's greed, fearing what people would think of you when you make a lot of money.
Speaker: That's the things you have to fix because if you keep fearing that, you're never going to acquire it.
Speaker: That's the truth.
Speaker: And so use the law of attraction there in your life, especially with wealth, with finances, with people, right?
Speaker: With success and abundance.
Speaker: You have to think it in order for you to attract it and then acquire it.
Speaker: That's the sequence.
Speaker: So guys, in this episode, we wanted to give you an overview, right?
Speaker: Really set the stage for not only how you can apply this to solar now, but what you're going to learn here in the coming days.
Speaker: Tomorrow's episode, we're going to talk about a couple of things.
Speaker: We're going to talk about the reticular activating system.
Speaker: We're going to talk about the lens which you view the world, right?
Speaker: How to shape solar.
Speaker: The way that you view your beliefs, right?
Speaker: How to shape and really change yourself for the better and have control over that.
Speaker: The next day, we're going to talk about defining that identity, right?
Speaker: What kind of solar rep you want to be, why being definitive, being precise with what you want to be is going to not only give you more fulfillment, but it's going to allow you to achieve those goals and really tap into the power of understanding.
