At the young age of 5, Anthony was kidnapped by his father Burt. Years of isolation, abuse, no social skills or coping mechanisms, Anthony was at the end of his rope with what felt like no escape. After a physical argument with Burt, Anthony shot him. Will Anthony continue to work towards his own independence after years of trauma or will he continue to make mistakes. He is being held on a one million bail and is scheduled to appear in court on April 24th.

According Anthony, according to anthony Bert, who was intoxicated, woke him up around 3 a.m. m and started a physical argument reportedly on a phone-related issue involving his ex-wife. Found text messages between him and Susan. The ex-wife. Yeah. And started. Okay. Anthony then retreated to Bert's room, because it started in Anthony's room, to Bert's room, and Bert followed aggressively.

Anthony then retrieved a gun, and when Bert continued to advance towards him, Anthony fired three times, hitting Bert in the arm, chest, and head.

Bert stumbled into the bathroom seeking safety before he collapsed. Immediately after, Anthony called 911 on himself and calmly confessed, I just killed my dad.
