Speaker: Yeah, we ah we've had these a lot of these folks on the show before, and this is no longer a trilogy, right? This is more of a... Franchise. Yeah, it's a franchise.
Speaker: Yeah, but yeah there's there's a little stuff that you don't know that I'm going to let Joseph tell us, because unless you were reading some of his posts earlier, you would know that there's more to come for this. And actually, I'm i'm a little excited about it because I've seen some of the stuff that he was doing a little.

Speaker: oh yes But yeah, he didn't say when he was going to divulge his little secret. Actually, he's already told people about it. you know um It's the the game.

Speaker: It does look interesting. it does look interesting i'll see you all the only thing that it's gonna be missing is walking see oh i know i do got a big coyote in it so see that's us yeah that's not a wolf guys that's a coyote i had identified the coyote yeah i was watching some of the stuff that he does i was doing with the uh video and stuff and i'm like wow it's gonna look interesting Yeah, and we're actually trying to use actual, you know, of course the practical locations and stuff so we can model it after the clown motel or the cemetery.
Speaker: Or when we shot in Nelson's ghost town also, they have the Jubilee Mines over there. So we're trying to get the mines kind of right and stuff too. And yeah, should be pretty good. Is this gonna be an open world video game?
Speaker: What video game? An open world. Open world. Open world. um Yeah, I'm not sure. Yeah, pretty much like a mission and stuff. You'll have a lot of NPCs, some interaction with characters and stuff like that, too. But it's like you could go into like there's going like eight or nine different chapters, you know. So if you want to go into the Quamata room, you can. If you want to go in the graveyard, you can and go back and forth.

Speaker: Happy birthday. Thank Raise your hand if you put worms in your mouth. Worms? um oh Well, I only did it once and um I was good. But yeah, I wanted to see it in a different movie. I was just where they dragged me to hell with the gypsy that hovered over her puked in her mouth.
Speaker: oh yeah I wanted someone to puke in my mouth and I wanted real worms because it was a non-union film. So um yeah, two people puked on set. They're welcome. That is wild. What what would possess you?
Speaker: I was inspired. That's it. I wanted to. Yeah. ye Well, ah you know it that they're willing to do almost anything.
Speaker: we Almost anything, but it depends. It might sound like a good idea. Then a next time, I probably won't. I didn't realize one girl got it out my ear and threw off my wig and my and I ran into the darkness. But all could taste is the dirt and like but the moving of the the worms and the mealworms everything like that.
Speaker: Yeah. A lot of people gag when they see it. I have the behind-the-scenes footage. And yeah, they're welcome. I made them feel something. Yeah. We're going to... I'm probably going to close my eyes when I get to that part of the movie. No, no. i It's going to be like that birdcage movie. yeah Isn't it beautiful? I will pry your eyes open. yeah You're going to watch me eat these worms. Watch it.
Speaker: you know i i just thank you joseph telling for and thank you guys so much happy birthday again it's also bad being in the upper 40s i'm 47 now that's what happens i don't like it at all yeah well i do my bones hurt a lot more i'm just like what the heck am i getting sick like no it's because i decided to do something when i used to be in my early 30s whatever it is it uh yeah it catches up that's all yeah Yeah, Brian, just to let you know, Nicole is one of the ones that I would like to have on the military show.
Speaker: She's a hero. I got all sorts of, yeah, yeah, a long time ago. Like, I don't, it was back in 99, I was deployed to Saudi. My M60 thought all was tough.
Speaker: And then I've been doing showbiz and becoming Saber Sparkles. And Joseph Kelly likes to write me in. I'm so grateful to um kill some cowboys and, That's always fun. Yeah.
Speaker: There's one scene in particular with that Zach Besquez with the blowing off his junk. I rewind it. Yeah, like sicko. Yeah. It's just like- It's going to be so little good Everyone's going to love Everyone's going to love it. I know. I did a spoiler.
Speaker: It's all right. Listen, there's a lot there's a lot to take in because like ah like I said before, this was originally when when we found out about Clown Motel or when I found out about Clown Motel.
Speaker: This was supposed to be a trilogy and this has turned into something way bigger. stop it Yeah. Yes. So congratulations there, guys. And that was it. And at the end of the movie and the third one, I was supposed to die, but I didn't. so No, the clowns didn't get him yet.
Speaker: This close. This close. The funny part is, is, you know, Joseph, I did not realize until I watched it again that you were actually in the movies. didn't pay attention know put two and two together yeah you were you looked a little bit different in it we had this conversation once before though yeah a year ago but i you know there's a lot of stuff that's happened in the year so you know sue me all right that is true a lot of stuff has happened um but where where do we go from here guys i mean um what did we besides
Speaker: all besides yeah You what? Let somebody else talk, Mark. You talk too much. And two just came out again on streaming, which is fantastic. So everyone needs to watch it. yeah And then three should be coming out very soon, too, which is fantastic. Yay!
Speaker: which we are all so excited about um so and then and i mean we have four coming soon too that we're going to be making and people can still get involved so it's phenomenal it's fantastic it's like clown mania we're all over the place i'm not going to freaking stop because then there's going a video game after that too so buckle up i'm kind of like combining them all you know nice yeah But yeah, Clown Motel 2 is now out on Amazon and thing Dango now. We should get a DVD release soon and we just got released within the past week. of course, there'll be more ah platforms that's in the UK right now and then we'll ah spread out to different countries like Clown Motel 1, which we had in 12 or 13 countries.
Speaker: who Did you think that this would become a very big thing, Joe? Did you see it as something like, oh, you know what? This is going to go on forever. I'm going to. Yeah, did not forever, forever. But when the first one did pretty good, you know, Walmart and all that, and we got a lot of attraction. And of course, you know, it's been on like Fox News and ABC as the Ferris Motel in America travel goes hundreds to the episode there. and You know, I think we have something there. And now we're trying to expand into, you know, more the games and cards and dice and stuff, too. And we could actually sell it at the Clown Motel, which is kind of cool.
Speaker: That's cool. So let's talk about the clown hotel. um Tell us a little bit about the interior. Like you guys have actually been inside the... I don't think Deanna has, have you Deanna? No, not yet.
Speaker: Oh, in the motel. It's so fun. Is it? i think i think I think Mary, you told me about it before. Yeah. Joe, do you guys want to you want to elaborate a little bit and tell a little bit? Yeah, I don't know if you guys know, in 2019, 2020, they switched owners.
Speaker: Before it was like old style. It was a 1985 motel. It's all blue. The rooms were pretty old. So when the new owners came in, Hame and his brother, Vijay, they pretty much remodeled it, painted red. But all the rooms, they give like half the rooms are horror icons. you know you like Friday the 13th, you go to Jason Borey's room, or Pennywise, you go to that room.
Speaker: And so it's a different twist on it. The graveyard's still the same, which is kind of cool. And I mean, you walk outside and within like 10 seconds, you're at the graveyard. Yep, it shares like the asphalt parking lot, like the parking lot and then bro cemetery.
Speaker: Yeah, fall right into it. Yeah, yeah. The whole town actually, like I was just there last weekend driving through and they were having their like ah zombie crawl kind of a thing, but it was like all kinds of,
Speaker: Oh my gosh, my power went out. du du du tu That's crazy. so Wow. It's windy here. So the power just like the lights just went out, but my computer's back on.
Speaker: um Anyway, that's so funny because I was talking about how creepy it is there. um I'll fix the lights in a second. So yeah, it's like the whole town because it's like an old mining town. And there was like a bunch of people back in the day that you know, probably met their demise in a very sad way. And so you can feel it. The whole town, you can feel it. It's very, like, spiritually connected. Yeah. All of it. The Mizpah Hotel. Mizpah. You know, the Clown Hotel. I mean, even the RV park where we stayed at.
Speaker: The doors would swing open on the RV, even though they were locked in the middle of the night. Like, crazy stuff happened. It was wild. Crazy wind. Yeah. Crazy. It wasn't the wind, because it was locked. I knew it was. See?
Speaker: I almost got you. Yeah, almost. going to turn this other light on, but it might be like really obnoxiously bright. Hang on. It's obnoxiously bright. kind of want to bring up something. So for Deanna, if that's okay for her to introduce herself and how she'd be able to become the queen of the clowns. I think that's the most important character.
Speaker: Of course. Thank you. Yeah, I'm Deanna Marie. I play the clown queen. and And I do a lot of like acting on TikTok, and I share them to you Facebook.
Speaker: And Joseph saw some of my TikToks on Facebook. So he reached out to me and said, would you want to be a part of Clown Motel? I'm like, I'm down. so I auditioned.
Speaker: and uh the crew were they were on the same page that uh they wanted to cast me as clown queen so yeah i was so super excited be a part of this so what did they tell you like hey this is what the role is going to entail this is yes they did and and to me um well i've done theater since i was young and i played the queen in snow white So that was pretty cool. And I love challenging roles. And to me, this was a challenging role because I'm not mean in real life at all.
Speaker: So, and I'm like, really mean in this So it's definitely a challenge. You play a complete opposite person of from what you are. Definitely. And I love that. I'm pretty sure that's what acting is all supposed to be about, isn't it?
Speaker: Exactly. i mean, if you play, and think about it. If you played a character that's close to you, like, hey, this is how I am. not much of challenge. You know what's funny is I'm not a killer in real life.
Speaker: I don't see worms in real life either, but here's the thing. Yeah, you know, not really in real life. So I'm very grateful to Joseph for allowing me to, um having, you know, faith in me to bring this character to life. So I'm very grateful to him.
Speaker: So this is for, you were you're the queen for three, is that right? is The third installment, yeah. She's the young queen. about What about part four? Because we were already talking about it. I don't know.
Speaker: have to wait until part three comes out to find out if she's in part four. You're going to have to wait. So what you're saying is, we don't know who's going to be in part four. she will be in part four.
Speaker: Yeah, I guess I can say that. Yeah, I will be. Yep. I heard Mark's going to be there too, but just like part of parts of them like shut up. I got all your you but are you telling me are you telling me you guys don't carry around all your fun props and stuff like that
Speaker: oh my god people love it at these conventions you know they love this taser i know we can all hear it from like across the convention hall and we're like nicole's is it legit like if you if you hit somebody with that is they gonna hurt no okay only if they ask me i know is i'm not gonna make him get hurt but is it willy but No.
Speaker: What? It's not Willie. I'm trying to put on the camera. pretty I'm trying to put the camera. Why is no camera? That kind of makes it kind of spooky, you know?
Speaker: It's like one of those movies. I'm trying to put on camera. Like searching? Nicole, how heavy is that? Is that Sledgehammer legit? Or is that just... It's actually Brett Wander's. Oh, there The prop.
Speaker: a but i brought that I bring this. out don't I don't bring it everywhere. And I usually have my severed head I bring with me too. And it's just fun. I just like, don't know, posing and making it creative and yeah interactive. yeah like We all look away. No one knew. like Oh, you come to this table. I'm whacking you with the hammer. watch bit We're going to be bloody because I'll laugh back. we are going to be bloody. That's all.
Speaker: That's good. Mary-Kate I know you became a part of this a while back Do you want to tell everybody how you found Joseph Or how he found you and and all that?
Speaker: i i love this story um So I knew some people that were involved in two And when I saw that a certain adult film star Was supposed to be in three I said, oh I need to be a part of that ring ring joseph kelly hello and i said i really want to be in a scene with that person and that person didn't end up being in the film but it was okay because clown went to got me instead yeah um but that happens but you know so we'll see if you can circle back around and um

Speaker: All right, guys, I got to for everyone that's on set with Willie, what's he really look like? He said he never takes the he never takes the the mask off. Speaker: um Yeah, laugh, but I am Mexican. Like what? Well, we love you. That doesn't matter. I'm Mexican. I'm Mexican. I'm excited.

Speaker: I'm Mexican. um being kera heta What? sonoun we So a party. So this is only a part of your the cast here, right, Joseph? So I have such fun with you guys on the screen right now. It's got to such an amazing time with these guys out in the field, on set.
Speaker: um Is there always a laugh? is Are you yelling at people? Are you are you just yeah die laughing? It's pretty good. Like even, hey, Ducky. Like even, we had about 150 cast members. But, you know, of course not on the same day, but our biggest day might be like 50 or 60 people. And, you know, we have a lot of helping hands. And Nicole's helping out and Mary Kay.
Speaker: And when we do our scenes, you know, it might 20 or 30 people and stuff. Does he squeeze? Lots of face paint everywhere. Face paint all over. It's crazy. It's amazing. Are you guys helping each other paint or what's happening?
Speaker: some Some yes, some no. Some do their own and others you know want to have theirs done too. um I was really fortunate that I got to do a lot of different characters and it was really fun because Joe kind of gave me free reign. And so when I did Deanna's, it was rewarding. Oh my gosh. Because I got to like see her and be with her and like get the character vibe. And we collaborated the curious look and she looks amazing.
Speaker: wonderful job you did yeah so yeah clips yeah clips of anything is there clips did you submit joseph kelly is there any aren you to get anything i don't know if can put one on my phone i don't know if you could write clips or anything like that but if you have the trailers i could send you a trailer yeah that's i think it that was if you send mark the trailer real quick he could probably whip it up get it set up we're not whipping it out thank god And while you're doing that i that, Joe, how can people be a part of it? There's still ways to be a part of it. They can be involved if they, so can you share a little bit with the viewers? Because a lot of people don't know how to get involved and maybe this is our opportunity to connect with you.
Speaker: Yeah, of course. So we do all of our films, uh, fundraisers. And so we've done that. I've done that since 2010 and, you know, we just grew and stuff and pretty much it's a film community. People who want to be a part of the movie, uh, actors.
Speaker: help out and yeah, no, and pretty much the Indiegogo we have live right now and we'll be going for about another six months or so. We plan to shoot in the late spring of next year and it's just whole building process, but anything on our Indiegogo, our Facebook, we're always posting.

Speaker: ah So let's talk about props. How do we get to the props? How do we come up with the props? Who who's i who who comes up with the ideas? A lot of the individuals bring their own props and design their own characters, and we'll just give them a description besides, you know, like Relic and Willy Baca. They were already clowns before it came on.
Speaker: Right. We were born clowns. Yeah. Born again. But like Hammy, you know, Hammy, I'm like, okay, this scene, you're going be banging a ham, and, you know, so put a pig nose on. Make some things happen. Make some things happen. Well, he made something happen. I'm glad I wasn't there for those shoots.
Speaker: A couple times. Oh my gosh. Well, I didn't tell you about the next one. yeah you need to tell them You shared with me that after you made a ham the next day for people to eat or something like that? Actually, the same day we made that ham. yeah like i tried to make that ham, but they wouldn't let me. So we we actually had a spare ham we cooked. Or that's what we're telling everybody anyway. Wouldn't want to waste food. So you know that joseph our not Joe Castro did the special effects for- I hope to make the poop for that scene.
Speaker: The poop? Bonus points. Bonus stars. He was like, go get me dirt. And I'm like, all right, I'm on it, Joe. What do you need dirt for? and I found out. Gotta make some shit.

Speaker: Yep. that's where That's where I'm headed next week. so I'm not hitchhiking though. so You're lucky. I'll never get the good experience if you don't. right like were i think I'm hitchhiking and a clown picks me up. I think that that's a problem.
Speaker: Two clowns. Two clowns. Yeah. Two clowns, one car. eagle yeah never were They were asking about Creepy Hollow and how holler it is at the haunt.
Speaker: They told me touch him there. That's why Joseph Kelly's been there twice. on That makes sense. He pays for the extra touch. I i will believe that.
Speaker: He put the, uh, like a bullseye where he wants to be touched. And and you probably have bull's eyes all herere therere all night that i or you're busy you thought like all ru that and then you enjoy it and you keep you'd have layers of the bullseye. I'd like to ask about, um, the, the best time on scene on the set and the worst time on the set.
Speaker: I think we, we kind of touched on the best times on the set the last time. but we don't really talk about the bad stuff. And I know that there's gotta be some bad stuff that happens on set. I've only had one. I've only had one. Yeah, and it involved a shitload of water, right? Yeah. They're like, you're gonna walk there're you're gonna walk out of the lake. was like, cool.
Speaker: And then they're like, now you're gonna submerge yourself onto the lake. I'm like, no. local shop though I had one. I was fighting Jason and he made my boot explode.
Speaker: Yeah. Ari Lehman. Yeah. Wow. He broke his stiletto in half. And then he was mad. He was yelling at me because I didn't. care Yeah. Everybody caught me except you. You were standing there laughing.
Speaker: That's what friends are for. No, they're not. Did it make it in twitter i didn't make it into any of the films? uh what is it did any of that make it into any of the film yeah so relic actually requested that i'm like you want to keep it in and i was like yeah we can it works out because it's in that scene and stuff and moments and yeah it worked out so we did keep it in the movie didn't even have to use a stunt double nope nope nope not even one anybody get hurt No. um and no yeah yeah was I think on Clown Motel 2, there was a fight scene with a Mark Hoadley and Ray.
Speaker: So they're two of our military specialists. And they were doing some choreograph with Mindy Robinson. And one of the kicks went a little too high and kicked Ray in the nose. And he was just bleeding afterwards.
Speaker: oh But I think that's the most. Somebody's getting a payback.
Speaker: That's the way it works, man. If you go indie, you're going to get socked in the face and you just got to deal with it. You know, if they're not comfortable with the stunt or anything, we'll tell them, you know, don't do it or inappropriate. Or, you know, we had a girl one time supposed to do like pop listing and she don't want to last minute. I'm like, that's fine.
Speaker: You never told me that. That was you. Yeah, we did it instead. people but nicole said Nicole said that she she explained the worm situation.
Speaker: so i do think set oh oh that was the only thing i had a problem with is i'm gonna do a little behind the scenes garamo was gonna have a third leg but when they ripped the hole in his pants he's like i didn't wear any underwear i said i and i had this real saw too like a five i said i swear to goodness if anything comes out of that i will cut it off yeah because i was who doesn't wear underwear he's like i didn't know it's gonna have a hole down there yeah it's hot out because uh It's hot out.
Speaker: I was just thinking for, you know, the next part, since you're not scared to have worms in your mouth, I was just thinking, like, I don't know, maybe, maybe like hissing cockroaches. back You know what I wanted? you want me to tell you what I wanted?
Speaker: And I threw it Joseph Kelly, but it's his film. I wanted to be in a scene sewing something, and he comes along, and he sees corpse the corpsbe cowboys with their members off, and then you see me have ah a dick lasso and then choke out the lasso. I thought this was a family movie.
Speaker: There's no judging. This is the creative of all of us. You told me about that already. i know. And I was like, yeah, get it. Woo. That would be so crazy. You would give like men so many clown nightmares. And then Dan Boyd in the corpse, cowboys. you know Because Saber Sparkles is playful. But she's shes psychotic. And she just doesn't understand that. She just enjoys.
Speaker: yeah and they would have so so Well, Joe's here and he's listening to all this. And I think Joe, you have you just got to keep climbing that hill, right? You say you got it.
Speaker: This was good on the last one, so we'll make that better. to the Yeah, but um for the next one, we'll have stuff like that too, but we're going try to make this one a little more suspenseful too. So the first half might not be as many clowns, more of a story development of what happened after the world, going into some darker corners, you know, like Insidious or...
Speaker: yeah So want to kind of build that up. But then as the movie goes along, we'll be able to show clowns little more like what Willie's doing.

So I stream six days a week. uh let's see i also have music on spotify if you want to go check out my music uh there's a song called uh about willie vodka and how he drinks too much and one of my songs is called another night out with willie vodka if you want to check that out um it is a song it is real yes it is a song um and so you know i've been live streaming since live streaming started and so i've been live streaming now for many many years i was one of the first uh clowns to ever stream live on any platform one of the biggest um I've been in every state streaming except for its streets three states in the US. I've streamed in every state, traveled to every state doing live streams and content in a few different countries. So ah we got a lot of big events coming up with kick and with Twitch and different things like that coming up. So the haunt has some conventions coming up next year.
