Personal Transformation through Subconscious Mind

I'm certified in many different forms of yoga. I've been teaching for over 15 years now, am certified in meditation. I've studied in India, in Cambodia, in Tibet, the power of the mind.

I've studied mindfulness in front of Buddhist l lamas in the Himalayan mountains. I've been doing mindset work on myself and with others for a very, very long time, but never in my life have I done deeper mindset work from from all of the work, from all of the years of meditating, from all of the teachings I received in places like India and the Himalayan mountains.

Never in my life have I done deeper mindset work than when I started working with the subconscious mind. Now, when I started working with the subconscious mind, not only did I become calmer and more grounded, but I was able to eliminate these unconscious patterns and that were playing out onto the surface that I did not even know were causing me to self-sabotage in my life.

So if there is something in your life that you don't like, that you don't want, that you want to shift, that you want to transform, you have to transform this at the subconscious level of your mind.

If you're only meditating, if you're only utilizing your conscious level mind, to manifest, to ground, to shift, to change, to evolve, you're not doing enough.

There is a deeper part of you playing out under the surface without you even realizing it, and it's creating your reality for you all day, every day, without you even realizing it. And this part of you is your subconscious mind, the part of you that is operating 90% the time without you even of the time without you even

Understanding Subconscious Blocks and Self-Sabotage

realizing it. That's right.

90% of everything you say and do is rooted in your subconscious mind. So if you're wondering why you can't change a bad habit or why you end up in the same relationship or why you're not calling in the amount of money that you want to call into your business, even though you want to, even though you have beautiful, clear intentions, even though you're doing all this manifestation work to call your desires into your reality. The reason why it's not here is because you have a subconscious block. There is something blocking you under the surface level of your mind and is causing you to self-sabotage, unconsciously self-sabotage.

So you want to get clear about what that is, because if you don't know what that is, then you cannot heal it. You cannot rewire it. Clarity and awareness is the answer that will set you free from every bad habit, from every negative pattern that you would like to be free of.

So to start calling in more of what you want, it starts with working with the subconscious mind. And prior to learning about the subconscious, I had just been doing meditation, doing a lot of surface level mindset work that made me a very grounded individual, that made me a very calm individual, that made me a very mindful and present individual, which is something I i deeply value. Presence is one of the most important things things in my life, being present with my baby, being present with my husband, being present with my family. This is work I do on myself every single day to this day because presence is so, so important.

And meditation is amazing. I still utilize meditation. i love meditation. It helps me become a more present person. But meditation cannot eliminate unconscious programming that is holding you back and keeping you stuck.

Meditation cannot rewire old patterns and negative belief systems. The only way that you can rewire old patterns and negative belief systems is through the power of your subconscious.

Exploring Self-Hypnosis as a Tool

And so when I discovered this, i was like, I will try whatever, which led me to self-hypnosis, which is an incredible tool. You can think of self-hypnosis as a bridge to the subconscious.

It provides you with a path directly to your subconscious so that you can see what's in there and you can rewire it and when you can rewire your subconscious mind you get to choose the programming that runs your life in a very deliberate and intentional way so this is deeper than just meditating and becoming more calm and becoming more present while those are amazing things and things that you should always be focused on and always be doing presence is your superpower in this reality but if you have

deeper rooted blocks, if you have bad habits that you cannot break, if you are self-sabotaging and you're not calling in the amount of money that you want, or you keep ending up in the same terrible relationships over and over again, or you keep doing the same habit over and over again, and and you have no idea why even though your intentions say otherwise, that you keep doing the opposite, it is your subconscious mind.

So you can stop feeling so frustrated with yourself because it's not really you, it's your subconscious. And to change, shift, and evolve those patterns, you have to utilize your subconscious.

So I started doing self-hypnosis. And it sounds crazy because hypnosis has a very negative connotation, unfortunately, but hypnosis is simply this beautiful process of relaxation. It's not a sleep state. It's actually an awake state.

You become more awake to yourself. So when People ask me, hey, is self-hypnosis sleep? Is it a blackout state? No, it's actually quite the opposite. You're actually more awake.

You're actually more aware. You're actually more tuned in to yourself at the deepest level of your being. And when you're in this deep state of awareness, you're actually waking up to your truth. You're actually becoming more connected to your higher self in ways that you could have never imagined possible and you could have never done without self-hypnosis. Like I said, doing mindset work, reading books, doing meditation, all great things, keep doing them, don't stop doing those things.

But if you want to rewire a specific pattern or habit, or you want to call in more money, and you need to eliminate negative belief systems that you have from your childhood about money that are blocking money, you need to utilize the subconscious. You need to tap into the subconscious. And self-hypnosis is this incredible tool to help you access and rewire your subconscious mind. So I started doing self-hypnosis every single day. And when I tell you my life transformed in every single area,

It was every single area. I started doing self-hypnosis to help rewire some money mindset blocks, some old childhood wounds and blockages around money and abundance.

And while I did that, I also did so much more. I actually healed some deep-rooted traumas I didn't know still needed healing. I actually got to the root of this deeper wounded part of me, my inner child, that really needed my focus and attention that I had been shut down from because I was shut down from my subconscious.

My relationship improved my money situation drastically. improved. My friendships improved. My family life improved. My health and wellness improved. And I was already someone who was extremely healthy.

i eat all organic. I work out every day. i do yoga every day. i drink lots of water. My health even improved from this. It shifted and changed everything about my reality simply by pressing play on an audio recording for five minutes a day.
