Today on Yoga | Birth | Babies we have one of my favorites: a community birth story. My guest today is Allie Dunbar. Allie is an Actor, writer, producer and entrepreneur from Toronto, Canada. She lives in New York City with her husband Hamish and their amazing baby boy Monty.
Allie’s story is full of twists and turns: deciding to go to Canada to give birth, life in the NICU, and the transition into motherhood sooner than expected. I hope you enjoy our conversation.
