1 year agoRobert Newry is the CEO and CoFounder of Arctic Shores. He set up the business with his friend Dr. Safe Hammad eight years ago to find a better way of determining a candidate's potential and to level the playing field for those from a less privileged background.
Arctic Shores has now assessed 2.5 million candidates in over 50 countries for over 120 companies.
Prior to finding Arctic Shores, he founded a document assessment and analytics business which he sold to Xerox in 2011. He has an MBA (Distinction) from Imperial College and a Bachelor's degree in Politics Philosophy and Economics from Oxford.
