That's fine. but we're in the swing of it and you would think we're already in mid -season form with the with the episodes that we got rocking right now we spent the last few weeks ranking QBs, running backs, wide receivers. Today, we forget the tiers.
Speaker: And because we're planting our flags. ah Just like the Americans that are on the moon, apparently. Seven categories. One player. Each. No sitting on the fence. And no pretending we didn't say it when October rolls around.

Speaker: because you refuse to leave the draft without them. So, Raj, we're going to start off with you. Who is your take take -my -money guy? Who is he? Yeah, so my take take my money guy Honestly, how could I say Parker Washington without saying Parker Washington? It's not Parker Washington. It's Trevor Lawrence.
Speaker: Oh, Trevor Lawrence. I was a big skeptic of Trevor Lawrence, and he really reeled me in last year with the Liam Cohen offense. He finished as QB4. He built tremendous chemistry with Parker Washington, yes, but with Jacoby Myers when he got traded from the Raiders. and I think we're going to see the next level or we're going to see a return of Brian Thomas Jr. back at it. Trevor Lawrence has looks like he's had a tremendous camp. Looks like Brian Thomas Jr. has had a tremendous camp.
Speaker: Parker Washington has had a really good camp as well. Mind you, he's day -to -day, but I'm not too concerned about that. But year six with the Jaguars. Year two with Liam, Liam Cohen. i am taking all kinds of trevor lawrence when i have the chance to get him in mock drafts and that will be the case especially in two qb leagues i think he's a bargain qb1 in 2QB League. I am i'm taking all all kinds of Trevor Lawrence in mock drafts.
Speaker: So I had Trevor Lawrence last year. than our 2QB league. I drafted him. Much to my chagrin, I was not happy about that because I had him and Jaden Daniels. Thank God I had Trevor Lawrence Thank God I had him because the only reason why I made the playoffs was because he just lit it up towards the end The season so I love this pick. I love this call and That was my pick last year. that was his It was the make or break kind of year for for Trevor Lawrence. He had to get something done.
Speaker: Um, And he's still going. Relatively cheap. Um, yeah He's still going outside of the top 10 in quarterbacks, which I think is... is is is a mistake right in some i even saw some of them 11 and 12. um online today.
Speaker: So he's he's still got some disrespect on him. I guess no one trusts him 100 % just yet. but Yeah, that offense was humming last year, especially towards the second half of the season. Yeah, and if there's just last one thing I'll say, is like it's very unsettled at the running back position, Bashal Tootin.
Speaker: I think Chris Rodriguez is there, LaQuinn Allen. I think there's an opportunity for them to throw the ball a lot. And we can even talk about Travis Hunter, where it sounds like there's very clear reps and situations for him to play on offense. I think that's the right way to use him.
Speaker: Yeah, yeah i don't I think he's more of that gadget play on on ah offense. it's a He's not going to be a full -time starter, and I don't think he should be. in my opinion.
Speaker: Who's next, Knack? Yeah, that would be me. um I've got someone that... uh, He's been poo -pooed on, I feel like. he's He's being slept on a little bit.
Speaker: Going a little bit... high but everyone seems to like forget what he's done i'm going with kenneth walker iii Everyone seems to... He's changed teams. He's done.
Speaker: really well in four years in the league. All he did was carry a Seahawks team in the playoffs and win a. Super Bowl MVP. Um,
Speaker: And everyone's poo -pooing on it. It's not always too high. Second round is too low. This is crazy. He's on a new this new situation, goes with... a hall of fame coach got a hall of fame qb in the back there who's coming off an acl injury so They're probably going to run the ball.
Speaker: Um, a lot this year And they're going to lean on. Kenneth Walker, and there's no Charbonnet there to kind of carry the road. I know that They had drafted some guy last year. i Was it Brashard Smith? Brashard Smith, yes.
Speaker: Yeah. He might be mixed in, but he's not that that guy that's really going to... I think eat into his, um, his workload and right now he's ADP around pick number 22.
Speaker: second round pick right now for kenneth walker or in 10 team leagues i guess slides into the third But this is a guy you definitely want to be drafting and as a guy that I'm hoping to come away with. this year.
Speaker: Um, 15th pick seems high for 2QB League. I think for one standard, it's fine. uh to qb i would more so be comfortable with him maybe as my third or fourth round pick I think there's just a lot of stench with the KC offense like I'm not optimistic about having any of them personally. And that includes Kenneth Walker. injury injury concerns usage potentially i don't know fab if you feel like you may get there i mean
Speaker: ah I'm. I'm okay with it. as myqueue as my running back too. Like he's going right around with like as an RB1. And... and and that's that that is not where i want to take him at that's not where like and i can listen i can see the path to him and being very viable like a very good Fancy.
Speaker: starter from a running back position, like finishing top 10. It's not impossible. I just don't feel comfortable about it. You know what I mean? I feel like there's... There's that. That bust aspect that exists with him from an injury perspective because he's he's that's the difficulties thing always he's always nicked up always nicked up yeah And I don't know what the status is of the KC offensive line, but I know i i don't think it's gotten really better. in the last few years. so that's That's my only concern. And there are guys that are going around that price that I feel more...
Speaker: interested in getting. Like a Chase Brown was right around there. Call me crazy. Like I still like Karen Williams a lot for a lot cheaper too. um But... you know that it's not a it's not a bad call like i'm not poopooing next call at all like it is definitely i i do agree with the sentiment that a lot of guys are.
Speaker: a lot of ah he's He's falling on draft boards a little bit too much, in my opinion. I do agree with that, but I'm still not like... um i don't know he's I'll keep my money with this one. I want to say, well, but let me take it.
Speaker: What do you got, Fab? So I was I'm actually gonna pivot so my original guy was I'll say it quickly because it's a little bit It's I don't say it's obvious, but it's one of those guys were I'm on Ross St. Brown. like The more I think about it, like I just want him in every single draft, wherever I'm drafted.
Speaker: He's super high with the wide receiver like he's he's my wide receiver too right now for me but
Speaker: Jared Goff. This is a two quarterback league. This is super flex league. We're talking about Jared Goff. Jared Goff is for me right now. This guy needs some respect. He keeps on getting drafted as a low end.
Speaker: Quarterback 2. And he's finished as quarterback 10 or better in the last four years. So I don't understand why this guy is getting. No respect at all. You look at the guys that are going ahead of him.
Speaker: And you would you would think to yourself, like, he's he'll hell he can play better than all these guys. He's done it before. he's can so He plays every single game. He's consistently playing the dome most of the time too. So you want to, you want a quarterback to playing good conditions. Like he plays in great conditions.
Speaker: It's a great coach, great offensive line. Great offense, period. Hey, guys, Jameer Gibbs. sam laporte like come on you know what i mean like put some respect on this guy's name man like he's one guy that in the two quarterback league you can get him super super late Super flexing, you can get them late because everyone wants to go after the guys that rush and everyone wants to go after the rushing yards with the quarterback.
Speaker: You got Steady Eddie over here. It's going to get you 35 to 40 touchdowns every single... year and 4 ,000 yards passing. Like it's enough. You know what I mean? Like get your head out of here. You know what? and just drive the safe play with Let's go.
Speaker: The only concern I've heard the only only only concern I've heard is the offensive line uh i believe they lost her at their center for eight to ten weeks And the prevailing thought... lost the prevailing thought with golf he's more susceptible for an over the middle pressure which, and when he gets pressured, like...
Speaker: numbers are very clearly much much different golf when he's pressure under pressure when he's not under pressure because he has a hard time escaping outside the pocket. That's the only thing that concerns me.
Speaker: But... I think I would agree with your sentiments. Very steady, Eddie.
Speaker: Now you want that. uh we're gonna jump right ahead to section uh segment number two section number two segment number two though it doesn't matter because all these guys are It's called You're Dead to Me. That's what these guys are right now. So yeah I guess you can have an idea as to what.
Speaker: what you know ah who's burned us too many times where we're going with this roger want to kick this one off i think this is yours yeah so the you're dead to me or it could also be called the you know who hurt you uh who's burned you one too many times or who you just flat out out on He might have a great year and make you look stupid, but you simply can't bring yourself to draft him again. Nak, why don't you kick us off with this one?
Speaker: Yeah, I think I believe I've. I've drafted this guy two out of the last three years It's going to be Jaden Waddle. Jalen Wall, excuse me. um I just can't do it. I can't. I've i've managed to treat him. both times the both times that I've had him.
Speaker: But I just can't do it. that New offense. He's already banged up in camp. He usually misses a few games. He's always he's always limited. during the week always comes out a few plays during the game it's just I can't stomach it. And you know what? If if someone drafts him and he has a good year, like you mentioned, like I will.
Speaker: Clap my hands and i will I will be very happy for you. But I just don't want any part of it this year. I'm i'm completely out on Julian Waddle.
Speaker: I don't disagree with that. I like that take a lot, actually. I'm not super high on Waddle either. I don't know if I'm you completely out on him. But Courtland Sutton being there to me, like, it's a thing. you know and and and i know that yeah i i disagree roger it's a thing you know and and um if cousin pete if you're listening we had this conversation actually the other day we're talking about in the water and its potential ceiling so if you better be listening to this podcast right now because we Spent a half an hour with your ass on the phone the other day.
Speaker: So. I just feel like whatever upside you think you can have a jain with jaden wattle will be Jalen will be slightly capped with Courtland Sutton being there. Courtland Sutton is still... the guy in that room you know like i know that they just paid a boatload of money to get waddled in that ah offense and he's probably going to be he will be the guy going forward at some point but you still got to sort of respect the guy that's in the room a little bit then i think Bo Nix has created that rapport with Courtland Sutton.
Speaker: So. i I don't disagree too much with Nak on this. um I kind of like where this is going. I wouldn't be rushing to draft him. Put it that way. Pat Bryant is coming. That's where I think the Cortland Sutton. He's always been kind of the steady Eddie at the wider receiver position, but apparently Pat Bryant is having a great camp. He's pretty much solidified himself as the WR three. I know we heard it last year, um but he's been a pretty, he's, he was known as a pretty good prospect coming out. I think.
Speaker: where people have Jalen Waddle priced at WR. 18 right now he's going in the 41st uh as a 41st pick so fourth round they see the fit with the offense it's a natural fit when in a sean payton type offense But I'm respectful of your. your Your point knack about the injuries. He's always nicked up as well. He's always kind of on the injury report But.
Speaker: He's the perfect fit for Bo Nix. And I think at more so the fifth or sixth round. I'm very open to taking him where he's going, where he's going ahead of like Ted McMillan, Latin McConkie.
Speaker: um you know ah some other guys like i i think it's a little bit a little bit too expensive for me Let me ask you. yeah Right now I have, ah for per Fantasy Pros, they've got Jaden Waddell, PPR League. at wide receiver 20.
Speaker: Now, if you go down the list a little bit, wide receiver 25, Garrett Wilson, wide receiver 26, Romo Dunze. Luther Burden, 27. Mike Evans, 28, and DJ Moore, 29. Rather, almost all of those guys over Waddle.
Speaker: Right cost and the price and the price is a lot better Of course. Yeah. this is That's just all I'm... That's all I've got. to That's why i I'm out. I'm out. I've been hurt. i mean hurt hurt you Who hurt you? See you tomorrow.
Speaker: Fab, you're next, bud. So this one actually is going to hurt because he's hurt me, and but it's it's tough. um Nico Collins. I knew it.
Speaker: Niko Collins, I knew it. yeah and it's um it I love him as a player. He's fantastic. he's He's so good. He's such a good wide receiver. He's such a good alpha.
Speaker: That offense to me sputters. It concerns me. It scares me. CJ Stroud, I don't know if he's able to sustain a number one r receiver. Last year and I know I was good like yeah, but the guy has a thousand yards receiving in three straight knee in at least eight touchdowns in three straight years. i'm like Yeah, you're right.
Speaker: He doesn't play a full season. CJ Trout has been wildly inconsistent the last two years. The year... Before that, the third year, we had 1 ,200 yards and eight touchdowns and all that stuff. like Yeah, Cesar's shot was going off, and that's great. Last year, the majority of his fantasy points came from games where CJ Sproud was not his quarterback.
Speaker: Davis Mills was peppering him with targets. when Cedric Stroud was injured. And a lot of those games I won because I had Nico Collins starting. Because he was just getting 20 targets a game or 15 targets a game and some ridiculous numbers just and it is That's where a lot of his stats came from are like 20 % or 30 % from like a very very small chunk of games where Davis Mills was a quarterback and That, to me, concerns me.
Speaker: So. From. Picking. At the very... back end for wide receivers right because he's going right now is like a wide receiver nine I would rather go with like a Chris Olave or even a Malik Neighbors. at that spot or even like pivot and go to a different position.
Speaker: i like nico collins a lot i really really do i don't know if i can have him for three years in a row now and still can and still be okay with... bat equal col It sounds like you usual you try to convince yourself. 100%. I had other guys on this list too, to be honest with you. It feels like a therapy session. He's letting it all out, man. He's on a couch and just letting it out, letting it fly. What concerns me is ah higgins Higgins, Jaden Higgins, who like apparently Nico Collins has said rave reviews about him. like He is killing it at camp.
Speaker: He's hurt though, apparently. Apparently he got hurt. Yeah. oh my god everyone's getting hurt now Speaking of getting hurt, though, Tankdel is supposedly coming back. Tankdel had a very nice connection with CDShroud. I'm not saying that that's the reason why I'm fading Niko, but...
Speaker: I think he's like wide receiver five right now on the depth chart. So. Yeah, I know because he he has a long way to go before he goes back right but I don't know but that's just Nico calls to me like I'm i'm looking elsewhere if he's there and available to me not Not this year, but I'm sorry.
Speaker: And I like him. That's the worst part. I think, Roger, you're your're next, Roger. i know I think I have an idea who hurt you, but I want you to say it. And I'm going to go against the grain here. it's It would have been too easy for me to say Josh Jacobs. I'm not saying Josh Jacobs. um It's Jackson Dart. And I never i didn't know in him like in any leagues last year. I i am out on out Jackson from a fantasy perspective. And honestly, all it took was him getting laid out. what was it like the second or third like
Speaker: i get it miss like missed blitz pickup but then the post game conference ah questioning the how much he's been in the tent. you know containers ah It's a conspiracy theory on how often he's been in the tent. If you recall last year when he also was... got a concussion it wasn't that he was doing this like hurry up telling them to hurry up like i just the vibes of jackson dart from a fantasy perspective i can't do it I don't think they're gonna run with him as much. I think they're going to be more of a ball control offense with the running backs.
Speaker: and i see I see a big sophomore slump with him. i am I am fading him at his current ADP, which is of QB11. ah Guys like you mentioned, Fab, like Jared Goff. going qb 16. i'd much rather to have jared goff i'd much rather have nicks Bo Nix, Pat Holmes. like For sure, yeah, I agree. Jared Goff scares me. Yeah, he he scares me. ah
Speaker: to fantasy death and i am i'm out on him The. the the stock that's being right now put into jackson dart is a little bit high right and And we all know what happens to sophomore QBs.
Speaker: ah The slump does exist. It happened last year with Jadon Daniels. It happened with Anthony Richardson. It happened with the National Punch. See you, Trout. So he's still in the slump, sophomore, freshman, whatever. It doesn't matter what year he's in. Um,
Speaker: Yeah, so I I get that though I do I'm just surprised you're doing it on a player that shouldn't You didn't draft. it's Against the green indeed, Roger. Who are you just... it's who Who's burned you 120 times or who or who are you just flat out out on? And for me, Jackson Dart, I am flat out out. on out on. Nak, you have the next category.

I have to put one in there. Forget who the highest -ranked rookie is. Which rookie hype train are you jumping on and actively trying to leave your drafts with? Fab, we'll start with you.
Speaker: So there's actually not that much of a hype train about this guy, but I do like the situation that he's in. I do like his. The quality of a player that came out of college and obviously where he's drafted um What's his name again? Chris Bell.
Speaker: So Chris Bell is a wide receiver that got drafted by Miami in the third round this year. He's currently recovering from an ACL tear. He should be ready for week one. He's not one of the guys that like i'm going to pick up and bam put him in my starting lineup right away But it is somebody that i'm looking towards or looking at towards the end of my draft If I have a roster spot available that I wouldn't mind just you know putting in a lottery ticket.
Speaker: I like this. I like this player a lot. They raved about it. miami dolphins raved about him during the pre -camp process and everything like that I think they spent it. Third round pick on a wide receiver.
Speaker: um Who's recovered from an ACL tear kind of tells you how they feel about this guy? Um, so yeah, so he's one one name that i'm really monitoring. Um, chris bell wide receiver I know it's not the flashy name. I know it's like oh my god carnell tate or whatever But you know it's important that we tell our listeners that we do look at all the rookies, not just the the ones at the very top of the page.
Speaker: I don't know, I just... ah looks Looks good. Might have some good upside, but I think Miami offense, up on besides I think i'm I'm out on. this year.
Speaker: Might be a guy to stash in like a dynasty format, but um man, even to spend a draft pick on him would be would be tough for me. Yeah, I'm with Nak there. You're on your own, Fab, sorry.
Speaker: That's fine. It's okay. The island of one. It's okay. Roger, you got it. I think one guy that you will all agree on and we were very high on when we did the pre -draft process was Casey Concepcion.
Speaker: Casey Concepcion went 24th pick to the Cleveland Browns in 2026 draft. he had He had a really solid performance in preseason, four targets, three catches, 27 yards, ah one rushing touchdown on a really nice end around, and he played 25 snaps.
Speaker: apparently he is in all of the two wide receiver sets It sounds like even he might push Jerry Judy out either. Cut. cap casualty, cut casualty, or at the very least, maybe someone who gets traded mid -year.
Speaker: And one of the things I like about Concepcion, he's been compared to Zay Flowers. His play caller and head coach this year is Todd Munkin. Ton Monk can coach Zay Flowers. over the past three years. Say what you will about Zig Flowers, but... for his type of game, which is very deep, intermediate and short as well.
Speaker: I think Munchen can utilize Concepcion very well. Yes, the cubic situation is concerning, but they're going to be down a lot. and i think conception is the type of player you can manufacture really easy short throws And he can make stuff on the go with yards after catch. So really like Concepcion. Um, as a rookie.
Speaker: You look like you could be the best wide receiver of the class right now. like like I feel like teams all missed on on that. I mean, look, Carnell Tate and and then Tyson. I mean, Tyson, look, he's injured again. yeah always those soft tissue injuries but i mean he looks um he looks just as advertised he was like the sleeper everyone was talking about and yeah he definitely had camp darling i been hearing Speaking of Camp Darling, though I've been hearing a lot of good things about Denzel Boston.
Speaker: Yeah. as well out of cleveland like they're they're very very high up on him as well too So. yeah just so I think i think joeha own name they both don't have a quarterback right now, so it might be tough.
Speaker: Is deshaun watson gonna play at all? Is that a thing still? It's it's a neck and neck battle. Yeah, it is. It looks like he's gonna start though Well, Shador has the first is starting this weekend. this Is this the last preseason weekend already?
Speaker: No, no. they started yeah like Watson started last week, the first. Yeah, Shador is starting this this one. Yeah, Shadur starting this week, yeah. so we're doing uh the split we'll see what happens so we'll see Nak, take us home with this category.
Speaker: Yeah, obviously the yeah the obvious pick everyone wants to leave the draft with is Jeremiah Love, but... at wide receiver 32 right now. You've got Mr. Cardinal Tate. hmm I yeah think this, and and it's funny, and I chose this guy because I always poo -poo on the Tennessee Titans and fantasy -wise. I always call him the non -sexy pick, but...
Speaker: honestly This guy. Seems like he's going to establish himself as the. wide receiver one right out of the gate. and At wide receiver 32, you're paying in our league, 10 -man league, just outside of that wide receiver three.
Speaker: position flex play. and he's going If you look at the the bunch of re receivers he's going and he's being drafted with, you've got like Marvin Harrison Jr. you have brian thomas jr dk metcalf courtland sudden alex pierce quinton johnson and and chris godwin This is around the time of, let's say, round six or seven where you want to start taking swings. I think that's perfect position to take a swing on. uh carnell tate and i i don't think i'd mind him
Speaker: in my starting lineup as my wide receiver three. I just think he's that alpha guy. And I think. Maybe he's the guy that turns around. With Cam Ward playing playing better. towards the end of last year and looking pretty good in camp.
Speaker: I don't know. i think it's I think I want a piece of this guy. I want to try to get a piece of this guy in my lineup. Even if Stribling, Dijon Stribling is going 12th round and even Concepcion is going 13th.
Speaker: That's the high price to pay for a rookie goal. Plus with the sophomore quarterback. Yeah, 100%. He's that big. body he's that big body type that i think like like i said In Cleveland, you have that messy situation. There's a lot of miles. Like I said, conception looks really, really good.
Speaker: I just think that. With that battle going on, he might have to play with different QBs every other week. and Maybe they're going to start mixing in the third QB, right? there's that other Who's the other QB on the roster? Dylan Gabriel. but But at one point, they're going to have to figure out like which ones are we keeping next year? like What's going on next year? like They're going to have to play. So I feel like...
Speaker: just the but If three QBs play this year, I think it's just going to be another dumpster fire year. I just can't trust Cleveland. They brought Jared verse was wearing Dylan Gabriel's number And your adversaries just started worrying to tell Gabriel's number. And Gabriel was like,
Speaker: Yeah, I was like, I thought he was going to like. you know reach out to pay for a number. yeah i saw He just grabbed it and put it on. yeah That's just i just supposed to show you. it's goes to the the The level of respect that they have for the quarterbacks. Yeah. My goodness.

Speaker: Who's the old guy? You're happily drafting. One more time. while everyone else waits for the wheels to fall off roger let's start with you I'm gonna go with Steph Diggs.
Speaker: 32 years old. uh it's gonna be two years out of the acl guys like you remember he had the the acl tear two years ago with houston He's tied 85 catches, over 1 ,000 yards, four touchdowns last year in New England, only a 71 % route share.
Speaker: So he was not on the field. often he was a part -time player he was a very very efficient player now going into Washington opposite to McLaurin I think he fits pretty well with that type of like
Speaker: offense David Blau is the OC. it's It's an offense that's similar to Minnesota, which Diggs has ah played in before. So I like Diggs a lot. I think there's going to be some interesting... uh things there with jaden and and and maybe his mom tbt you took the words out of my mouth man that was my joke i was ready for that that's kind of where i I want to own digs also just for like. It might be fun.
Speaker: you know it just it might be fun to see It's going to be exciting. It's going to be exciting. It's going to be exciting. Jesus might have a little brother at the end of the year. A little stepbrother, you know? It's like a little bun in the oven. No?

Speaker: um he's Right now he's going for running back 20, which is not that expensive for a price. Last year finishes RB 15 the year before RB 19 there before RB 20. So he's really in that like mid -tier to low RB2 category.
Speaker: I just feel like there's always. an opportunity for him to play well i just feel like there's always a role for him in this offense. And I think it's a... It's a bit of a safer. RB2.
Speaker: Scenario for him. where you could do much worse. You can also do a lot better if you're lucky, but you're also do a lot worse. And I feel like. From a safe perspective, I wouldn't mind DeAndre Swift on my RB2. on a week -to -week basis, especially if he's going to have a head start on Monaco.
