Cameron oversees individual, family, and nonprofit investment relationships at Ellevest, an investment company built by women, for women. In this role she advises clients around matters including public and private markets investing, generational transitions of wealth, and sustainable investing. She is passionate about financial literacy and helping women develop greater agency over their money in support of greater connectedness around money. Cameron is a CFA charterholder with 15 years of professional investing and wealth management experience. She joined Ellevest from J.P. Morgan, where she spent a decade advising high net worth individuals and institutions. She is a proud board member of both Women for Women International and the Beyond Sport Foundation. She is a graduate of Georgetown University, and is based in New York City.

Shale is primarily focused on real estate consulting for corporate clients, private equity firms, hedge funds, and real estate investment trusts (publicly traded & non-traded). Shale has competency to complete large multi-property, multi­national & global valuation engagements. In addition, Shale has experience in valuing the majority of property types, including multi-family, retail, office, medical office, industrial, land, and healthcare (senior living and hospitals).

Shale has also completed many engagements for financial reporting and tax purposes including valuations for ASC 805 purchase accounting, lease accounting (favorable/unfavorable and right of use analyses) ASC 842, ASC 360 impairment analyses, and other tax and financial accounting purposes.

Prior to Kroll, Shale worked at Stout Risius Ross. At Stout, Shale focused on valuation appraisals for estate planning, tax appeal, and financial reporting purposes. Prior to Stout, Shale worked at Marcus & Millichap where he helped clients with the disposition and acquisitions of commercial real estate.

Shale received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Michigan State University. He is a Certified General real estate appraiser in Michigan, Texas, Florida, Nebraska, Minnesota, Colorado, Ohio, Illinois, and Missouri. He is a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute. Shale also holds a real estate broker’s license in the state of Illinois.

Mark has over twenty-five years of experience in design and coordination for all phases of project design and delivery, from programming and pre-design through construction contract administration. He is licensed to practice architecture in 33 States and the District of Columbia. Mark's experience includes numerous project types, including higher education, K-12 education, corporate, commercial, civil, cultural, transportation, healthcare, science and technology, sports and recreation and corporate interiors.

As Perkins & Will’s Global Director of Technical Design Mark has a focus on developing a firmwide culture that delivers design and technical excellence while embracing innovative delivery and construction techniques and seeking to improve efficiency across all aspects of the Firm’s work. Mark also co-chairs the Firm Wide Technical Design Community and is a member of the Firm’s Project Delivery Board.

In his complementary role as Technical Director of Perkins & Will's Chicago Studio, Mark oversees the technical design, quality assurance/quality control and project delivery of all architectural and interior design projects delivered by that studio.

Finally, Mark is a co-founder of the Perkins & Will Innovation Incubator and has been an active member of the selection and oversight committee since the program's inception in 2010.

Alan D. Lev is the Chairman of Belgravia Group, Ltd., a Chicago based, and Phoenix area residential homebuilder specializing in townhome, condominium, and apartment developments. Belgravia has developed over 2,500 homes in Chicago as well as rental apartments and commercial projects, and three times recently was awarded Developer of the Year from Chicago Agent Magazine and Impact Award winner from Lincoln Park Builders of Chicago. He is also in the Homebuilders Association of Greater Chicago Court of Honor and the Merchandise Mart Hall of Fame. Alan joined Belgravia Group in 1989. 

Mr. Lev earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy in 1982 from the University of Illinois at Urbana- Champaign. He later obtained his J.D. from Loyola University of Chicago in 1985. During law school he worked in the tax department at Price Waterhouse. Mr. Lev practiced real estate law from 1985-1989 at Greenberger, Kraus and Jacobs and then Goldberg, Kohn, et al. He has been a CPA since 1982, an attorney since 1985, a licensed real estate broker since 1989, a licensed insurance broker since 2012, a licensed personal trainer since 2017 and a Registered Investment Advisor since 2020. Alan has a strong attachment to the Chicago area and the University of Illinois; he's been involved in many charitable and civic organizations and with the University of Illinois by guest lecturing in the business school, funding a scholarship, participating in the business school job shadow program, and serving on the Business Alumni Board and Dean’s Business Council.

Hanna is the Managing Director and Founder of Mood and Space (MAS): a UK-based development company that supports clients in creating their development vision and strategy as well as efficiently managing the processes to deliver great buildings and urban neighborhoods. She specializes in development management for large scale regeneration projects in urban areas. Her experience includes working as Development Director for East Wick and Sweetwater - a circa £860million mixed-use regeneration scheme on the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park which includes 1,859 homes and 20,000 sq ft of non-residential area.

Hanna is also the founder of "Black Women in Real Estate" (BWRE)- an active professional network that acts a means of connecting black women in the property industry, as she herself initially struggled to find this degree of kinship and support in her own immediate network. A 30+ year financing industry veteran, Mr. Krawitz’s career commenced in 1987 and includes leadership positions with highly regarded financial institutions including ABN AMRO, KeyBank and Fifth Third Bank.

In January of 2017, Mr. Krawitz joined Alliant Credit Union in charge of commercial lending. Subsequently, Mr. Krawitz was selected to additionally oversee Alliant’s loan trading operation, its FinTech partnership development activities, and its Select Employee Group relationship channels as Alliant’s Senior Vice President, Chief Capital Markets Officer and Head of Commercial Lending.
