Hello there, this is Philip, and you're listening to Coffee Stories. Our spotlight today is on Miriam Erin Penza, the UAE Brewers' Cup Champion 2021 and UAE Jesuit Ibrique Champion 2022. She was born in the Philippines and has lived in the United Arab Emirates for five years now, after working as a full technologist for two years at the Coca-Cola Company.
