Excited for this episode, Irnise is someone I met many years ago, who I’ve always held in high regard. She’s created a phenomenal business, which honestly might even be able to help you! Irnise uses her experience, training, and change management skills to develop cost-effective plans of action for her clients. She works with healthcare organizations and service-based businesses struggling to become sustainable or profitable. She identifies the key issues and uses the change management process to build a strategic plan that will help her clients go from struggle to stride and become sustainable and profitable in their business.
Irnise uses this process to address Implicit Bias, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and planned structural or cultural changes that may impact large amounts of people within the organization. As a graduate of Howard University and the Howard University School of Law, Irnise serves as an architect of social change for both the clients she does in her private practice and her organizational training. Irnise hopes to empower more people and organizations to embrace change and use it as a tool to become more effective and efficient.
Irnise currently resides in College Park, MD with her husband and two sons. Irnise enjoys traveling and reading business development books that help spark new ideas for her clients.
