She has led events such as Ability Summit and Global Business Development Summit as well as their first-ever fully virtual Microsoft Ready Conference and Include 2021, a groundbreaking global, digital event focused on diversity and inclusion. She has also had the honor of conducting celebrity interviews with icons such as Will Smith, Ang Lee, & Lenny Kravitz for the Microsoft internal show Outside In, delivering in-depth conversations that highlighted the wisdom of the show’s guests while making seamless connection to cultural learning objectives for Microsoft. Kiesha has also appeared as a host and emcee for numerous organizations including the Women in Tech Regatta, Miami Book Fair literary festival, and Dress for Success Seattle. As a believer in the power of storytelling to shift hearts and minds, Kiesha also has also taken many stages as a narrator and as a stand-up comedian.
