We literally and figuratively have a treat for you in this episode as we learn about “Tarts & Tails”, a boutique pet bakery. Rayna, the founder, is originally from Baton Rouge, LA but currently resides in the Dallas metro area. Rayna takes us on the journey of how she established Tarts & Tails and some of the things that were barriers to beginning her journey and how she’s navigated them. Rayna lives by the daily mantra, “It is personal AND it is business.” Rayna pivots between her HR 9-to-5 and Tarts & Tails seamlessly and will share some of that in this episode as well.

Rayna along with the entire Tarts & Tails family believes that giving back to the community is imperative. For every purchase made, Tarts & Tails will donate 1 bag of biscuits to a local non-profit animal shelter or program. We hope that you take away some great advice you can apply to your own entrepreneurial walk and find some time to support Rayna’s as well!
