Jay Huang is the co-founder and CEO at Pulsifi. He is passionate about helping people unleash their potential. Pulsifi was founded to help organisations truly understand their people and make better people decisions, using data, predictive analytics, and AI.

Pulsifi provides a People Data Platform to help organisations improve quality and efficiency in talent acquisition and talent management.

Their approach is a combination of organisational psychology, data science and machine learning. This is done by analysing multi-dimensional data such as CVs, psychometric assessments, video interviews and employee records, to holistically understand each person across hard skills and soft traits, and predict outcomes like performance, work behaviours, job fit and culture fit with accuracy higher than 90%.

Their clients include Nestlé, Reckitt Benckiser, Baxter, Heineken, Singtel, UOB, etc, across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines and Thailand.

Prior to Pulsifi, he was Head of Strategy at CtrlShift, an AI pioneer in people data for digital marketing and online advertising. He was also with The Boston Consulting Group and worked closely with organisations in addressing their biggest people challenges. Before that, Jay was also a venture capitalist and public servant.
