Speaker: is a Binnie's and Goose Island collaboration. our friends at The Clues Out. It is 8. double barrel -aged stunner. recording to this. It is called Dude, I can't pronounce this. Do you know how to pronounce that? No.
Speaker: cor Cordage? Courage. Stout. Courage, yeah. All right. yeah It's a blend of bourbon barrel -aged stouts and barley wine ales, multiple. All right, this is really long, so I'm just going to read the bottom part. ah Pouring a dark shade of mocha with... ah Garp.
Speaker: garnet colored highlights the nose here delivers aromas of dark cherry bourbon soaked oak and Vanilla Bean. Luxuriously soft and creamy across the tongue, it blankets the palate with the richness of chocolate ganache accented by hints of apricot, almond, can prove.
Speaker: The spirited finish is complex and contemplat contemplative. What? Beginning with a bright streak of cherry cola. followed by flavors of raisin. date and fig that are accented by lingering hints of allspice sassafras.
Speaker: and candied orange peel. They just give, like... Two different full descriptions of this beer. Seems like it. All right. Anyways, so this is Goose Island's Stout Cordage Cuvée collaboration with Binnie's.

Speaker: Yeah. It's kind of funny, like... Of course there's... when you read something and it's like, you're going to taste this, you're going to taste this. And then like, oh there it is yeah there is a fruitiness that i wasn't uh Expecting from this. Not fruity like...
Speaker: Super fruity, but... I can see like the cherry cola and a little bit of the like apricot. Pro mic. Yeah, that definitely comes off in the back end. this Doesn't taste like any other... barrel aged beer I've had from Goose Island.
