The early slate of games on Saturday showed that Iowa is lacking a quality offense once again in a close loss in Ames

Iowa fell behind, 13-3, before tying the game up---before a late Cyclones field goal gave them a 16-13 lead with 1:45 to go…and Iowa did absolutely nothing with the ball when they got it back, getting sacked twice 

The Hawkeyes had 214 total yards, and just 83 passing yards from Mark Gronowski, who threw a bad INT in the first half that led to an Iowa State TD. Defense and special teams appear solid as usual but…..offense is lacking
