The order of the top 3 can definitely be changed up, but it’s for sure Ohio State, Penn State and Oregon. Illinois looks like the 4th best team in the league, and are ranked 9th in the AP poll…how close are they to being a legitimate 4th in a “Big 4” of the league? 

How far does Iowa fall after their loss to Iowa State? We predicted they could have as little as 2-3 wins yesterday…
