How early is too early to discuss the Hot Seat in college football?

Florida plays at LSU this weekend, and after the Gators lost to South Florida, the discussion about head coach Billy Napier and the Hot Seat ramped up….Brian Kelly says it’s ridiculous (Florida beat LSU last year)…is he right?
