gvallejo98: to Today we're going to do the power rankings 14 through 1, just bang them all out back to back to back to back and talk about it a little bit. I know you guys have all been asking for it. And then ah we're going to let Andrew take the floor and do 14 through 10.
Andrew: all right so at 14 we got kevin at 13 we got kyler At 12, we got Shiv. at 11 We got Trevor. And at 10, we got J.
Andrew: I feel like for a lot of these teams, they've just been really decimated. Bye. injury, especially Kevin's team. Kevin and Had really high prospects, I feel, the first week. And his team just really went in the shitter.
Andrew: ah Kyler and Shiv I feel like have decent pieces but not enough depth to really get there. And for Jake and Trevor, I feel like they're missing that one or two, one running back stud or one wide receiver stud. But I could see either one of them breaking into the middle ranks in the future.
Andrew: But for each of these teams, we wanted to choose a team that we think might be able to break into the playoffs.

Trevor Faust: With that being said, though. I know he's a shitty team here. But I'm going to say Kyler. Listen, I'd like... a lot of the pieces on this team. I think he's just. had some very bad breaks and maybe if things go right he can you know, get into the mid -tier, certainly not the top tier, but, you know, mid -tier. You know, he's got Saquon Barkley, who's been balls.
Trevor Faust: But. the eagles are going to fire their head coach here and their offensive coordinator in like two weeks Because if you don't have four wins by week six, obviously you're the worst coach in the world.

Trevor Faust: So Saquon get back on track. Rasheed Rice, Lad McConaughey, Coker. Michael Wilson. I mean, you got DK Metcalf. That's embarrassing. as your starter so it's like i think he's got a lot of decent pieces maybe you take some maybe you find something new but i think this team loki has some potential and so We'll see where it goes in the next three, four weeks. But, you know, who keep an eye on this. game

gvallejo98: So it's like, I just don't see how he can like come back from that. So, but my, my personal pick for the. like potential, like who could get the playoffs, maybe make some. um ah movement there is Trevor but it's entirely contingent upon like

gvallejo98: Like, so it's like if Josh Jacobs doesn't come back for another four weeks, then like. I know he's 2 -2 right now, but I just don't see how Trevor can make the playoffs if he doesn't get Josh Jacobs back. Because the rest of this team is solid. like He has Puka back now. Chase Brown is still putting up like decent numbers. I think he's RB15 or RB16 on the year. Laporta has been like i think tight end 2 or 3.
gvallejo98: And like that, that i don't I don't see that changing because. the The Lions have been airing it out all season. Their defense is trash. So they'll continue to air it out. So as of right now, I'm saying Trevor contingent upon Josh Jacobs. But if that doesn't happen, then I would still i would still go Jake because of his two elite players, at JSN and a McBride.
Andrew: Yeah, I honestly um I was thinking Jake as well or Trevor um I think both of those teams are... Just. really well set. I feel like Trevor really could break out, especially since he was able to go 2 -2 and not like...
Andrew: 0 -4. I feel like getting those two wins was really big for him, so I feel like it gives him a chance to... get into the playoffs. Um, And in terms of. just being able to. for jake i think jake also has a pretty solid chance but honestly my Take care.
Andrew: After looking at it again, I i really think I... I think Shiv can actually break through into the playoffs. I think that might be crazy.
Trevor Faust: Yeah.
Andrew: But... Um, If he just fucking benches and throws Kyler Murray away, like I think he has a really good chance to actually make playoffs. like I think there's like Stefan Diggs on the bench and JCM and JCM hasn't been that great, but Stefan Diggs has been pretty good. And I don't think he's that bad at the flex spot.
Andrew: And his first two running backs are really solid, I think. And his first two wide receivers, I think, is also pretty solid. I really think he just needs a quarterback. And if he picked up... legitimately any other quarterback on.
Andrew: the waiver wire or even just started Bryce Young, I think starting Bryce Young would be totally fine. for next week, but like I I think like he just really doesn't need Kyler on this team, and I could really see this team.
Andrew: I said making the playoffs.

gvallejo98: oh i had some but I just wanted to like, I think we have a little bit of time still. I agree with Andrew though. I feel like Shiv's team is kind of being like slept on. I think his RB1 and RB2 right now with Jalen Warren and Kyra Williams have been pretty great. I agree with Andrew. I think you've got to throw away Kyler Murray. I don't think he's shown anything this year so far. I know he's like, there's been some time he like he's been injured. There's also been like... Jay Jedis has been missing some time as well, so like who knows, maybe once he's healthy and once Jay Jedis is healthy, maybe he'll show more, but I think it's just a little risky. St. Brown, enough said about him. I just think he needs to fill out some of those other spots, but it's definitely still like, this is definitely a...
gvallejo98: potential playoff contender team right here. like is But the bigger questions are, is Igbuka finally going to do something? or can like that Bucks offense do anything. And then, like, J .K. Dobbins' previous years has been decent when not injured, but even this year, through the first four weeks, I think he's averaging, like, seven points or six points.
gvallejo98: So will that Bucs offense turn around?

gvallejo98: I ah saw a news report this morning saying that Sean Payne is going to take back ah the offensive play calling. So maybe that. Changes it up on that Bucs offense I mean, on the the Broncos offense.
Trevor Faust: I was thinking. Well, I was thinking we were all saying, you know, obviously his flex spot seems to be the trouble here. You know, obviously no quarterback, but the flex. You know who would have been great in that flex spot? Rico Dowdle. I cannot believe you traded that guy away. Like, Jesus Christ. This would have been a super team if you still had Rico on this team.

Trevor Faust: rather than you know go through all of them like we said before. One that we think can kind of crack into the top five. um or someone who has the potential to reach the playoffs and make ah a run. um And from my perspective, I hate to say this, this really pains me.
Trevor Faust: I think it's Geo's team. I hate seeing it, but I mean, he's got James Cook. And. Chuba Hubbard, who's been an absolute dog so far this year it's pissing me off and then the wide receivers you know Extremely. versus how between Tet.
Trevor Faust: ah neighbors and Nico Collins I mean I think you know With Jalen Coker, he's... kind of been a bit of a dud. Just this past game, he was playing the worst defense in the league without Jalen Coker, so obviously he ate. but Um, i think you know he's Still a good wide receiver, Miku Collins.
Trevor Faust: I don't trust the Texans, but... you know, so far the two games he's played, he's looked really solid and then neighbors as well as a really good receiver. But again, who's throwing the ball to them. very dependent on how Those three shake out, but I think across the board. This is a really decent team that could make a push. Your quarterback situation is a little shaky.
Trevor Faust: But. you know. who everyone has a hole in some capacity so I think a solid team. and I would hate to see this team in the playoffs.
Andrew: i would agree with that for the most part. I think it's tough for me to completely agree because I think... The quarterback position. is lacking pretty severely is kind of tough.
Andrew: I feel like this week is just like a bad bye week for him.
Trevor Faust: Mm -hmm.
Andrew: um for Gia but I feel at the same time Having that big of a hole at quarterback is kind of... tough. I feel like you need a top 10 quarterback and I don't see Jordan Love or Jacoby Brissett being a top 10 quarterback.
Andrew: um to win the league because i think it just takes one really shitty week during playoffs uh to just really get real the entire season for you. Um... But, I mean, other than that, I agree with almost everything. He has two stud running backs, and you can't really ask for much more than that. I mean, I really don't see why this team would need. too much more. um I feel like it's like a pretty good team, and I think it's going to... pretty decent place.

gvallejo98: um Yeah, I mean, for that, i mean it's obviously my team. But, yeah, I think, like, the the the Justin Herbert. pick not, uh, panning out was a pretty big blow to the QB situation. I mean, I think i think like most of us through here, we're we're we're also going to do at the end of the year like a... We had an NFL season predictions. I want to say I had like charges going like.
gvallejo98: 13 and four or something like that. Like I really thought it was going to be a dynamic offense and that just did not come to fruition. You can see that with Herbert McConkey, even a Mario on Hampton. He was a second round pick. I think he's like. RB20 right now, RB21. It's just not looking good. um But I think...
gvallejo98: I think at the end of the day, like I'm going to ideally just have to hope that can like QB stream correctly. I did CJ Stroud last week. He got 23 points. Hope and Brissette cooks against the Lions. ah offense But yeah, it's a precarious situation to be in. It makes making the playoffs, like if like you like Andrew said, if I had a top 10 quarterback, I think I'd feel a lot more confident. And the other thing I'll say is that... I guess myself is that.
gvallejo98: With Tet and Chubba, I'm like very heavily reliant on... like Panthers offense and like like we're talking about recently like is that offense gonna still be that dynamic the whole year? I don't know. Is it just like a little bit like ah a a Fugazi kind of thing. Like maybe the first four week defenses they they played weren't that great. So we'll see, but I still feel hopeful to. Maybe make playoffs.
gvallejo98: ah Andrew, do you know what your team was that you thought maybe might make the playoffs through this middle five?
Andrew: Yeah, honestly, I think Chris's team is just... I was completely wrong about the I think Cam Scatterbill hasn't been the best, but I think it's still a pretty decent pick.
Andrew: um I don't the wide receiver situation I think is pretty decent too now that like Drake London has Michael Penix for now I think it's really good um I think like Roma Dunzay could come alive I really don't know about the Bears offense it's really confusing to me I feel like there's just it just might be the new Packers offense.
Andrew: um But I really love the running back depth. um I really like a lot of this team. um I feel like he could make a pretty big run. um And.
Andrew: I feel like the running back depth is what's key here. I feel like that's really helping him out. so um yeah i mean maybe he could get an upgrade at wide receiver but at the same time i feel like this team just has like a lot of potential to make a deep run especially with everybody playing pretty well on his team And I feel like his bench. is not the best. I mean, he even has a free bench spot, but I feel like he could, I could see this team making the run.
Trevor Faust: yeah i think i mean across the board there's a ah really good team i think the flex is his only weakness, if you want to call it that. um but if you look at that i mean look at his bench he's got kyle pitts who's dare i say the goat
