And I always find if I kick from there, it's just a little bit too soon. So got to go all the way up and around. don't know how far left. It may be like three. Is it? It's a K, I think. It's quite a way. You see like a sign like, because you do the whole birdcage and then once you turn the corner, it's still 200 meters or something. My family's always there. So I'm always distracted quite well. They're to see them because that's they go. So that's quite nice. But yeah, it's and yeah, you're kicking and a sign flashes up saying 800 meters to go. Whoa, whoa, whoa. That's a long way. Yeah. Yeah. I would say on the Tower Bridge, it's the closest I think most of us will ever get to being professional sports person. So do drink in the atmosphere because there's properly thousands of people screaming at you. And then, yeah, but like Kieran says, it's a downhill off the bridge. And yeah, you go nuts because you haven't actually halfway yet. So you go nuts to hit halfway. And then it's, yeah, then just suddenly it's Canary Wharf. going, oh, God, so far to go. uh i would say quite similar to yours nick but i've done london a few times now and i've been right in the throng of it like i normally i'm i'm sort of in the 3 30 group um and what i find is that when you when you start off london marathon yeah you've got the sort of downhill bit which you forces you to well you make makes you want to run a little bit faster but there is so much commotion in that first few k people will be pushing pasture people really slow in front of you and it's quite difficult to just stick what your plan is because you either want to overtake those people or you're getting annoyed because people are overtaking you. So I would say, one, get to the right, in the right point of your wave. So don't, if you're going if you're not planning on going really fast, don't go to the front of your wave because you don't benefit from it. planning on going faster, don't get to the back the wave. Either one of those ways you're going get frustrated by it. So just try and get in right bit. But also when you've started, stick to what your plan is. Don't try and change it because you're frustrated or angry, which is generally what do. I'm angry. You're very angry man.
