Jarratt: Welcome to another episode of Victory Lane Vibes. We are your hostesses with the mostesses. It's Jared, it's Peyton, it's Art, it's Madeline. We are here after a... Southern five hundred A crown jewel.
Jarratt: ah I guess the... ah the two stalwarts of the show were sure their takes from watching this dastard activity. um from their viewpoints here in a second.
Jarratt: So let's start the show, shall we? Speaking of dastard viewpoints, Christopher Bell's win and moves him into second into the point standings, 12 behind Denny. Does this win make Bell? the biggest threat to beat Denny for the title.
Jarratt: Art. I'll start with you
Art : Everyone else knows sold that, but I thought that was funny. i Thought that was funny Um... yeah probably i feel like he's in a toyota and toyota has been by far the best manufacturer this year um And this team can get hot. and 12 points is nothing that's one bad stage for denny away from you know basically being neck and neck so yeah i could definitely see this happening um
Art : Bell has run well a lot. this year as evident by what seven or eight second place finishes whatever it was so Is he a threat? Yeah, absolutely.
Art : Um... With this point system, you just have to. maintain that momentum. I mean, this is a great start for him. This is the best start you could hope for. So yeah, I'd say he's a threat. I think he's the biggest threat.
Jarratt: Madeline.
Madelyn: of sadly have to agree that. bell at this moment in time is probably the biggest threat to Denny on the title. I wanna... have a dream where it's not a toyota and it's not like i'm picking between Christopher Bell and Denny Hamlin for who's going to win my 2026 NASCAR championship but I think obviously he's second in the standing.
Madelyn: so That's just kind of how. of course he's the biggest threat at this moment in time but there's 10 races left or nine races left, so who knows.
Jarratt: Peyton.
PEYTON: Yes, although I've gotta say... i was looking i was just taking a quick peek at you know how strong Christopher Bell's been. He's been extremely strong. He's clocked in at. 12.
PEYTON: top five finishes that is tied for second place next place would be tyler reddick uh Denny Hamlin is at 14 top fives. It was interesting though.
PEYTON: Average finishes. Danny Hamlin still. in a league of his own. because Christopher Bell his average finish so far this year 13 .9 there's actually quite a few ah who are better than him.
PEYTON: Denny Hamlin. 8 .6 is average finishing position. So If Denny just gets back to his regular form. Benny is still easily the front front runner. But... This does put Christopher Bell in a good position.
PEYTON: Uh, So. Yeah, I'd say... he's in the hunt he is definitely in the hunt and he's shown speed all season long so Yeah, I wouldn't bet against him.
Jarratt: I think. ah Let's see if we can prove that you get one mulligan. And I feel like Denny uses Mulligan this weekend. um I wasn't used to seeing, you know, Denny Hamlin, basically the one of the better drivers at this racetrack, struggle so much. I know he had an issue with his toeling, but...
Jarratt: um I think he uses Mulligan for the ah the next nine races. So hopefully he has a ah better points outing. going into st louis i know that all the toyota drivers looking to to do well in the chase all depends upon their brake performance because toyota brakes really don't get along all that well so uh we'll see what happens uh with ah This upcoming race weekend, but I'm never. Putting Christopher Bell as a favorite for anything, you've lost your damn mind.
Jarratt: Absolutely not. No, no, no. no no
Art : Using your mulligan week one isn't... Ideal.
Jarratt: It's not ideal. But... That's... one of the i guess the better things i like about this format You know, it's not a leaps and bounds points lead that he had as it was.
Jarratt: um And like you said, to your point, usually it week one is kind of. If you get wrecked at Talladega. Uh oh.
Art : That's what I'm saying. that Talladega is coming. Like it's. waiting off in the distance for you.
PEYTON: i'd also argue as well that that mulligan really only applies to like the top five if You're below that. You have no like The 22 has no mulligans.
PEYTON: He's got to be on it. Every single. week.
Jarratt: Alright.
PEYTON: So I would say. Denny in the top three. Yeah. They've got a Morgan, everyone else. Yeah, you got to be perfect.
Jarratt: Question two. Two of the dominant cars ended up missing at the front in the final laps of the race. Whose night was more disappointing? Denny's finishing 18th? after getting a broken toe link, or Briscoe's after...
Jarratt: pit penalty, preventing him from a Darlington three -peat.
Art : Who's going?
Jarratt: Oh, I'm sorry. Madeline. so
Madelyn: i mean It has to be Denny who... lost out on.
Madelyn: A better race finish when he's leading the championship over Briscoe. Where's Briscoe even in the standings? Like...
Art : Briscoe is...
PEYTON: Yeah.
Art : Good. Yes.
Madelyn: so it's like not great for either of them but i think it's probably more disappointing on denny's end that he like you said week one he's already having a shit start to the championship. I'd have to say that's more disappointing than...
Madelyn: Briscoe missing out on a three -peat at Darlington, even if that would be... Impressive on his end.
Jarratt: Payton
PEYTON: Yeah, I will agree. Denny Hamlin missed out because this is one of his best tracks. He was tracking at the front all night. And... Like you're mentioning He needs to do everything he can to make it as comfortable and easy as possible. What he does not want to do.
PEYTON: is have it be anywhere close going into phoenix he he or not phoenix going into Homestead. He wants us. Little window of opportunity. for something to go wrong because
PEYTON: He's been doing this a long time. He is extremely, extremely good. But I almost feel like. given how much it would probably mean to his career, it would be so easy to get. target fixation you know if there's like you see someone if there's a crash on the highway they will get so zoned in that they might actually end up hitting that crash on the highway or you you want up hitting what you're trying you think should be avoiding just because it's all you're looking at I can only imagine if it is a tight points battle, how tough it will be from so for His best hopes. I think he needs to go in.
PEYTON: with a very easy situation in Phoenix. So can't afford to do that at tracks that you are really, really strong at and you can control your own situation. So. Yeah. For.
PEYTON: Alright.
PEYTON: Briscoe Yeah, slight missed opportunity but still finished well enough. And... Listen, he's not necessarily a title favorite, so... i Yeah. This would have meant more to Danny Hamlin to go and get everything started off on a great note.
Jarratt: art
Art : How you feel? How do you fit them points in that title favorite, though?
PEYTON: because it Because he started so low. and Uh... Fifth is always, I think a lot of people are considering fifth place to sort of be the the fringe. of where you could reasonably win a title from.
PEYTON: So.
Art : Alright.
PEYTON: I know it sounds like a crazy thing to say, but.
Art : I was going to say what a backhanded. Not compliment, insult. um
PEYTON: No, I was going to say, it's not it's not a compliment. It's just an insult.
Art : So I... I actually listened to Danny's podcast before we recorded on like 2 .5x speed. And he sounded pretty... That's the only way I can listen to Danny's podcast. But he sounded to be in pretty good spirits, honestly. He didn't seem that bummed. He was just kind of like, well, like I kind of messed up. so I'm kind of going to lean towards towards Briscoe, honestly. I know this track means a lot to him. He's had some very he's in multiple very emotional wins at this track, even dating back to...
Art : When he was in. um The O 'Reilly series. i mean And getting a three -peat, that's something that's pretty historic. And also the points benefit for him would have... Would have been a nice boost, you know, I don't know what it would have netted out to but I'm sure he probably would have leapfrogged Tyler and I don't think he would have got to Blaney by then. So I'm going to go Briscoe. Also because he really had one of the best cars late.
Art : Right? Denny was kind of out of it. um what about Two -thirds through the race. But you know 40 laps to go he was definitely in the hunt and kind of similar to what we saw in the the o'reilly series race this weekend You kind of would rather just not have your hopes up at the end, just to have them kind of snatched away to you, a la the 88 team.
Art : Um... I think it hurts a lot more when you... you you have some kind of hope and then it just doesn't work out for you so i'm gonna go briscoe but Yeah, anytime you can do something like a three -peat like that. I think that's just such a cool history moment for you uh and it wasn't like it wasn't there for him he wasn't you know Running 22nd, he had a chance at it.
Jarratt: I think I'll just double down the mod. previous statement from the the previous uh question Denny is more disappointing. um You know, sports clip doesn't get on the car very often.
Jarratt: And the Southern 500 is always a weekend where you can see the the sports clips. This game. um I wish that he would get back in the damn O 'Reilly's car so he can. Try and sweep the weekend like you used to. but That bleepity bleep won't get back in the car. in O 'Reilly's, but...
Jarratt: um ah it just sucks you know is it's it's a darlton's always good to denny and i feel like this would have uh it would have set the tone for him for the chase like oh y 'all thought i was done like here's another wallop and and points for me to march towards the championship that you said i can never win so um From that standpoint, it's disappointing. but um you know got nine races left there's still some tracks that he's good at so hopefully he can make up the difference somewhere or capitalize on somebody else's downfall
Jarratt: Speaking of downfalls. South Carolina was hit with a hurricane. Carson Osofar wrecked Brad Kozlowski in stage one with Brad saying his day is coming and it's coming hard.
Jarratt: And Carson saying, Ah, he just spat. What were your thoughts on the, the host of our. uh koslowski and uh peyton i'm coming right to you first mr host of our lover
Art : Do it. Mmm, get him.
Jarratt: What you doing with your boy, man? What your boy doing? Is this? Is he creating beef with the right person? Does he not realize that Brad Kaslowski almost ended Carl Edwards' life at Talladega?
PEYTON: So... I already got in a preview of every take I'm going to give. And as someone who has enjoyed watching House of R because he's fun. And I appreciate that he's just an idiot, but he was fast.
PEYTON: It's a lot less fun when he's not. as fast. You know, when he's fighting for wins, being, you know. Being roughhousing and all that and being, you know. fun and quirky on social media. It's enjoyable when he's running for wins. When he's running for 15th and just... Burning bridges unnecessarily? That's just stupid.
PEYTON: Now, I will say this. I like Brad Keselowski. Like, he just comes off as a likable guy. Now, do I agree with anything he says? Especially when he decides to be a scientist on social media? Anywho.
PEYTON: We're not going to go down that path. but I like Brett Kozlowski. Here is what I don't believe. that he's going to do anything. None of them are going to do anything. because we've had this already.
PEYTON: We heard for two years with Ross Chastain, all these drivers, goingnna they're going to line them up. They're going to line them up. but but you know what You know what it took? None of them did a thing It took...
PEYTON: Rick Hendrick. saying, stop wrecking my cars. I'm sick of it for M2. Calm down. So as big and bad as they want to talk. They are not going to do anything. And if they're going to do something, they're not going to then prior to it say, oh, I'm going to do something because that's going to get you.
PEYTON: Finding. suspended by NASCAR. Now, yes, can they make his life difficult? Yeah. when When you're fighting for a lucky dog or you're trying to put one of these drivers a lap down or if they pit in front of you and pit road, they can stop short. There are a lot of things they can do to make your life a bit more difficult.
PEYTON: But in terms of... tuning him up and giving back to him. in equal terms what he does to them. I don't think we're gonna see it.
PEYTON: I mean Bubba tried and that ended poorly. And that was also sort of a... That was a... bang bang type thing that wasn't a premeditated i'm gonna sit and you know stew on this so I think someone needs to.
PEYTON: Help encourage him to. Hey. These sort of antics are fun when you're fighting for for wins. When you're not, you're just wasting a lot of... Capital. And also for the last time, this is not Dale Earnhardt. Dale Earnhardt was doing this to further his chances of winning. Nothing Carson Hosovar has done.
PEYTON: since Talladega has helped further his chances of winning. so Please stop comparing him to Dale Earnhardt.
Jarratt: Bye. Your caveat, Madeline.
Madelyn: i feel like we've had the same conversation about Carson Hosovar like once every like Two weeks. all season long. and i kind of agree with like everybody gets so mad and all the drivers are so tired of it and the broadcast is like the garage is tired of cars and hosts who are acting like this and it's just The same thing like nobody's doing anything they're all like talking shit and they're like brad keselowski telling reporters that they're gonna
Madelyn: someone's going to show it to Carson one day and they're just not. Like he's not gonna stop until someone does something and I'm tired of having the same conversation over and over and over again.
Madelyn: And I think what Carson doesn't necessarily get, this has nothing to do with the rec. I don't even really remember it that much. I didn't think it was that crazy until Brad got really like mad about it. But like...
Madelyn: it I enjoy Carson Hosovar. I don't, I'm starting to enjoy him less because I'm tired of every single it's not like when like you have a driver who's not liked for like No good reason.
Madelyn: But like if you have a driver you like, you don't want to sit there and like read the same tweets being like, hey, he's kind of a jackass. and not have an argument like he is. and he's not doing anything Other than just like.
Madelyn: continuing to wreck people continuing to place like 23rd
Madelyn: Inspire doesn't seem to care. He doesn't seem to care. no one in the garage actually seems to care once the like next race comes around So I think we're just stuck. with Carson Hosovar acting like this.
Madelyn: Forever and ever because no one's ever gonna do anything We're just trapped. in a like hurricane forever. And that's why thought also I just like.
Madelyn: Maybe I've spent too much time. in recent years around men Carson Hosafar's age. Some of y 'all are taking his shit way too personally. The tweets I've seen from grown men being like, I just need him to be more apologetic.
Madelyn: Okay. Sure. When has a 23 -year -old man ever been apologetic and meant it? Ever. Like... But no, I think everybody just needs to stop talking about him because he wants you to talk about him. That's why he's doing this.
Madelyn: He wants the reactions. He wants the other drivers mad. That's the whole point. And he's never going to stop. Until someone like. wrecks him or punches him or tries. and no one's gonna try so we're trapped forever and that's my Carson Hosevoir feelings.
Madelyn: as of today
Art : You're not going to lob to me? All right, cool. post
Jarratt: Oh, I said art. My bad. I was on mute.
Art : Uh,
Jarratt: Alright.
Art : Thank you. Uh...
Jarratt: then
Art : You know I was called a hater. I was called a hater. And... I think I was just early. um I know it's not just me. A lot of people felt this way. The issue is...
Art : I hear what y 'all are saying. and i don't even think you guys are necessarily wrong up to this point about you know the garage does not have the tough guys in it like it used to especially losing kyle rip The real one.
Art : Um... But I'm just telling you the bill comes due For every driver. that drives like this. The bill comes due at some point. You know, Dale got away with it for a long time. Peyton and I were talking about this. Dale used to get away with it for a long time because he would charm you and he would race you hard, but he would never really try to just wreck the hell out of you just to do it.
Art : um and He would always be apologetic. You know, the the bill came due for Ross. The bill came due for Joey Logano. Everyone said no one's going to happen to Joey.
Art : And eventually he got paid out in a big way, a championship losing big way. Um... So I I hear what you're saying but I don't think.
Art : I'm thinking now before I make a declarative statement. I don't think there's a driver who... Drives this style that never got paid back. And paid back in the sense that changed.
Art : How? They drove. moving forward. I don't think anyone that lasted that long now. Do I think he's gonna become? you know, prime Mark Martin style driver. Absolutely not. But The day is coming now whether it's This weekend. two weeks, maybe it's next year, but.
Art : It's gonna happen at some point. And maybe it won't be Brad, but I'll tell you, if you had to pick someone on a short list to to agitate, he's probably the worst one to get because.
Art : He's old as hell. Your sponsor's not going nowhere. His he he don't care about his reputation because he's gonna be out the door in like 18 months anyway he's not in the chase so a points penalty don't matter for him And the biggest thing.
Art : He... co -owns the team. Who gonna find him? Who's gonna be mad at you when your name's on the door? You're the boss! You can do whatever the hell you want. so I just really think, and we've seen him. you know lose it to jared's point many times a lot of different guys not just he was young but even in his older age he can be aggressive so I just think.
Art : That was very um a very unwise decision. and The biggest thing is, I think. The continued poking of it. makes it worse for you right like i even just see now like oh he's reteeding quick clips and you know I know you think this is all fun and I know you think it's all a game and I know this is like you know your iRacing lobbies where you can just spaz out and just be like oh it's whatever it's a good time haha But listen, theres there's a lot of big money.
Art : and a lot of people's jobs on the line. when it comes to these performances. So for you to just be kind of flip it. because you're up right now and you've got to win and you're in the playoffs and yada yada. Like I said, the bill that's going to be an episode title in the next 12 months. I promise you, the bill comes due. And it's going to involve Carson Hosevar getting his lick back.
Art : And... ah I will be... very happy on that day. um So yeah, no, I thought it was a dumb move also. um You're running like ass. You're in the 18th or whatever. There's no reason to do it at this point. um It's just dumb. Like you're just being dumb. uh whoever someone had a tweet out that said whenever they told him we're not going to win the race racing. Corey Haim for 18th at Indy.
Art : Like that was a butterfly effect moment that has changed him. And he has not been the same since that race. And it's just been kind of in a downward slide. so Yeah, I think we can safely say all the shine has gone.
Art : off of young Mr. Hosevar.
Jarratt: You know, it's just um...
Jarratt: His lesson probably would have been learned. If Bubba would have cleanly. Wrecked him at ah at Martinsville um I don't think it was ah enough for him to realize that he shouldn't be doing the things that he's doing.
Jarratt: But I just hope that. You know, to my earlier point. Brad's the person to do it. um So I know that it's when Brad Keselowski said, it's coming, let's go hurt.
Jarratt: Good. Yeah, he said I'll pull my straps tight but ah brother I don't think you know the the world of pain that you you about to be in I mean, we all saw what. a What McDowell's malfeasance calls to Riley even with these, you know improvements that ah they car has Riley still set a week out with a concussion.
Jarratt: I wouldn't play with fire like that, big dog. You're, uh... Your team owner or, you know. your group 1001 money is about to dry up, so I wouldn't be a... Pissing off potential, you know, sponsored prospects. You want to play ah bumper cars out here with these $300 ,000.
Jarratt: next gen you know what i'm saying so uh watch your ass this is the the advice i'd give you Watch your ass, brother. you You wait for it these next weeks. Moving on.
Jarratt: uh silly season continues legacy motor club announcing that job hunter need a check will not be returning next season josh barry is the front runner to get the 42 is this an upgrade is this a downgrade or is this lateral performance.
Jarratt: Art. I'll start with you.
Art : thank you very much Everyone else can take the segment off.
PEYTON: umm i'm up so I'm upset because he didn't he didn't give the full new title for JHN. You need to slow it.
Art : Yes, please it is It is job.
Jarratt: I did say I did. I said Job Hunter need a check.
PEYTON: Yeah, but you went too fast, man. You got hit every part.
Jarratt: Job.
PEYTON: that game
Jarratt: Hunter. Need? a check. Brother gonna be selling feet pics boy. Hey get back in the car
PEYTON: Whoa.
Art : what that's a wicked thing That took a twist.
PEYTON: Man, okay. i wish I'm glad I'm wishing.
Jarratt: Need a check.
PEYTON: Now I wish I hadn't given you another chance to make it.
Art : See what you've done. See, there you go giving them a damn when it's not your time to give a damn.
PEYTON: Like this? This is
Art : You should have just sat there and ate your food and just left us.
PEYTON: Yeah.
Jarratt: You should have left it alone, bro.
Art : We all would have been better off.
Jarratt: Should've left it alone.
PEYTON: I can't believe that I'm responsible for, I feel responsible for someone's bad behavior.
Art : Amen.
PEYTON: This is this is my fault.
Art : Yeah, yeah yeah
Jarratt: You're welcome.
Art : That's you. ah You know that meme, the slander is so good I could die. Boy, that was me. Oh. uh Hey man. You show your ass out there. Listen.
Art : It's obvious. Dollar Tree don't play. When you come to the Dollar Tree 301, you better.
Jarratt: All right.
Art : You better come correct, okay? They're not here for any foolishness. and You showed your ass. For context, in case I was missing one of the rumors. unconfirmed rumors is that based on on john's uh performance at that new hampshire a dollar tree's home race where he Drove like ass and both of them
Art : uh was a big factor of them saying yo get them out of here Get him out of my seat. and uh First of all, good on you, Dollar Tree. I might stop by and pick up a few things tomorrow after work just for that move alone.
Art : um and uh I also love the fact that Jimmy Johnson is just like, yeah, no, we can't do this. I'm not sticking up for this guy. um So I'm just thankful to all parties involved. that Wise decisions were made.
Art : And get this bum off my TV. I've been saying it all year get this bum off my TV on Sundays i am nothing if not consistent i do not want to see this dude he drives in over his head and i know what you are i've said it before i said again i know how you what you are In your heart of hearts, John Niemicek.
Art : um So this is. a Good day for me It's a good day for the NASCAR community. It's a good day for America. It's a good day for the human race. As a whole, we are all up.
Art : We are all up. right now Okay. There are not many times in history. We are all winning. As a people, as ah as one race, the human race, as certain people say on Twitter.
Art : We're all up. And I just want him to go. He can go play in the dirt tracks or whatever the hell he wants to do. Like, just, I don't want to, when I put on my illegal international stream. for 36 sundays i don't want to see your bum ass on there and i don't have to now and i just I'm so thankful. You know, we, we, what's that? I mean, we really needed this. Like the Drake meme, we really needed this.
Art : that was me i stood out on my balcony i looked off at the tree line i said we really needed this man like Listen, a Trump ruined America. Global warming's going up. Data centers are draining all the water, fam.
Art : but we got one less bub in the cup series boy look it we might be okay we just might be okay so I'm very thankful. I am just so happy. And I watched him put around and do a whole bunch of shit all on Sunday. His pit box was right across from us.
Art : And. He lived up to all of the billing, which i which is to say he did nothing. Um, And I'm just glad for that team. They gonna get. Some talent in that seat.
Art : And it's just. it it can't be it can't get anything It can't get worse. It's only up from here for that team. So I'm i'm very happy. um I wish we had come. I almost went live. I'll i'll tell you the truth. and then I'll i'll pass the mic.
Art : i dead ass almost went on a twitter live on the pod account just not telling anybody i was Two seconds away. from just going on live and I was gonna stop and get you know a nice bubbly drink And there's a nice little store corner store down the street from me. I better go get me a drink.
Art : and walk back home and stream it live and just Enjoy. My afternoon. That's how happy I was. so we all We're all up today. We're all a little better today. That's what I'll end it on.
Jarratt: That's real hate.
Jarratt: Madeline. Your thoughts. I'm sorry you have to follow that.
Madelyn: I don't know how I'm supposed to follow that. I was just gonna say Josh Berry kind of feels like a lateral move. talent one. But I'm a bit of a Josh Berry hater. an outlier it seems according to twitter lately Um.
Jarratt: Man this is a bum.
Art : Now you're bound.
Madelyn: i don't I don't think he's bad. I just don't know why we're all acting like Finally. performing well is like Like when you're doing your job well, you probably shouldn't just get praised for doing what you're supposed to do.
Jarratt: awkward
Madelyn: um But I just kind of thought it was a lateral move. uh
Madelyn: I hope John Hunter Nemechek. finds peace as he moves forward in his life. wherever that may be. um I'm not as passionate about this as art.
Madelyn: clearly.
Jarratt: Hopefully not in people's DMs.
Madelyn: That. I'm gonna no comment. that. Yeah, Josh Berry, the lateral move.
Art : That's a good choice. Yeah. That's a good joke.
Jarratt: Peyton. Upgrade, downgrade, side to side. What's your thoughts?
PEYTON: Madeline is spot on. It it is. Thoroughly a side grade. Like you put. Yeah. They'll do this during MBA, not MBA. NCAA basketball tournament time where they will put the win -loss records of like Five teams.
PEYTON: And they'll say, Blind, hey, which one do you think deserves to make the show? And they'll just leave the names off. And you just got to sit there and it's like, okay, this team has this quality. if you put If you put these two teams, whatever, like you know the outskirt -ish teams in the NCAA.
PEYTON: Championship. or March Madness.
Jarratt: okay
PEYTON: You've got John Hunter Nemechek and... Uh, Josh Berry as trying to get in that play -in game. Top tens, top fives, they're right there. The only place that... Josh Berry stands out as he leads significantly. more labs. He read about 200 laps last season.
PEYTON: ah Bye. four times more than Josh Hunter. uh did And then same deal this year. He at least runs up front. Josh Brady just also happens to crash a ton, but...
PEYTON: So does JHN.
PEYTON: All I got to say is. What a terrible, terrible weekend. Like as one of those weekends when you wrap up and you just realize you're going to try like. You think they're going to be mad at me, man?
PEYTON: add's That's the only thing that John Hunter... Unless his attitude was... was crap crummy as well. He used to have to be sitting there like... man, that was a bad weekend. Do you think they're going to be mad at me? Like he probably was talking to his crew chief and the crew chief was like, Oh, I'm certain you're fine. Like John Hunter had to be just looking at him like.
PEYTON: and That wasn't that bad of a weekend, was it, guys? like I'm really sorry, but y 'all aren't that mad. And everyone was like, no, no, man, you're you're good. they're Like, no, we'll just we'll just move on to the next one, buddy. And you just just sort of sinking. waiting and knowing.
PEYTON: That man. Hopefully, everything's going to be OK. Man, to get fired off of a terrible weekend. like That is so... brutal and it's Like I said, I don't take the same glee that...
PEYTON: that art has I really didn't know that art had this sort of vitriol in his heart for
Art : No, I did We've we've been here.
PEYTON: John Hunter Nemechek, but man, I...
Jarratt: it's It's been every week at this point.
PEYTON: Yeah, no, I think that...
Jarratt: This was. this is probably the the best thing that happened to art because it's like Arts hate. fueled this decision.
PEYTON: Sports needs that, man. I'm happy for art. Listen. Sometimes you need... anger in your life to motivate you to do things that make you happy so
Art : What's the phrase?
PEYTON: And I'm glad that...
Art : What's the phrase people use when they say they spoke into existence? I don't believe in that. but What is it? Manifest. I manifest this.
Madelyn: manifesting.
Jarratt: manifested. Yes.
Art : Yes, I had enough hate in my heart that I manifested this. And I choose to believe that I just directed all of it to New Hampshire Motor Speedway into the box, with the the specific box where the Dollar Tree executives were staying in. I choose to believe that.
Art : That's the only time I believe in manifestation. obviously I did that. um I'll say really quickly, because I did not touch on Josh Berry. I do agree. I think it's kind of a lateral move. Um...
Art : Barry was... significantly better than than john what two years ago when he got a win and I think he was...
Jarratt: Okay.
Art : six or seven spots better than in the points i don't have the stats in front of me i should have but um Yeah, it really is a lateral move. um I mean, hey, maybe he can find some speed. I do find it kind of weird. Oh, this is the other thing I was going to say. I do find it kind of weird how you wait till you lose your job and all of a sudden start working well.
Art : Like that makes me think that you're just a bum. And that you were just bullshitting around for three years. Because there's no way, fam. That you... Where you at? He had maybe five top fives Well, maybe...
Art : Eight top fives all of last year. and now or eight top tens all of last year. And now all of a sudden he gets six in a row. That just tells me you weren't trying. That tells me that you weren't trying and I don't know how I feel because...
Art : Yes, I'm kind of a Josh Barry hater, not as much. as uh john but If I'm a teen... Do I feel like this guy's gonna just turn it on when all of a sudden we put the heat to him? Or is he actually gonna be able to perform?
Art : When we're not standing over shoulders saying, hey, your job is on the line this week. You know, I just. I wonder how that goes. I'm like how much fool's gold is this? This string of performance form. Because it ain't like they... are giving him the A stuff. right He's the only one not in the playoffs. He's not getting the eight cars out of the the shop. but I don't know But hey, you know if he can drive himself away into a job honestly though it is good for him, but I just I'd be leery of that.
Jarratt: Uh... For me, this is a... and upgrade. And the reason why I say it's an upgrade is that last little tidbit that Art just left us on. The Josh Berry's had six top tens.
Jarratt: is he trash yes Should he been doing this all season? Yes. If he would have done this, would he would have kept his car? Probably. But to know that you are. Unemployed and you're making the best of your situation is using the damn equipment that they put you in. You're a fourth -pin ski car. Why haven't you done this the entire time?
Jarratt: And the only reason why I say it's an upgrade is because when the lights got bright, Josh Berry performed and said, hey. I like it up here in cups. Sundays are cool. Let me go try out and see if I can be, you know, used to somebody.
Jarratt: um And... You know he's... An elder statements, elder statesman by age, not by experience. So it's not like he's going to be up here for very long. He probably got his contract super cheap.
Jarratt: Who knows, Kevin Harvick maybe, and let him borrow some money. in ah paid to get into the is paying to get him a Toyota ride. Who knows? Um, but i know this that John Hunter knew that his his time was his coming.
Jarratt: ah He just thought that since he was. a you know riding on his daddy's coattails that he was staying the cup ride i'm glad to see that as a A farce. It's a lie. And no sir, you do not.
Jarratt: Personally. Since the driver hasn't been announced to replace Mr. Job Hunter. Carl Sheldon Creed. He's a winner. Give him a job.
Jarratt: Yeah, you like that, huh? Yeah That boy doing it big down there in Darlington.
PEYTON: I've seen 100 % of... Sheldon Creed's Xfinity. Oh, my God. O 'Reilly series wins.
Art : Payton about to listen
Jarratt: You have O 'Reilly's wins.
Art : Cut.
Jarratt: You have.
Art : hey and First of all, I'm counting that tally. But also... Pain better go to every single race.
Jarratt: We need to send them to every race.
Art : Every single race that... that ah That old boy Sheldon, he's going to be at all of them to make give him the best chance possible.
Jarratt: Just to make sure. He does.
PEYTON: Honestly.
Jarratt: He gets it done.
Jarratt: Let's see. um As previously mentioned next week, the cup series goes to worldwide technology and the hood where they do the most good. Which chase driver needs a great day? the most.
Jarratt: Pete.
PEYTON: The 22. I think some other folks have said it but the 22. If he wants to make a run at this. This is going to be... a great track, should be a very, very, very good track for Fords.
PEYTON: I mean, Austin Sendrick's managed to get a win on this place. it is a great track for them if he wants to put a win together he needs to perform for all stages he needs to collect max points doesn't actually need to win but he needs to do Like that whole 40 points that he's saying they need to average.
PEYTON: Got to get. Got to get it there because there's going to be tracks where. They're not going to be as fast. It was. They grinded out a good finish. yesterday. But...
PEYTON: If he wants to be a real contender. Gotta be him. And I'd say any of the Fords. This is a super, super important weekend. Any of them. All Fords are on notice. Put up or shut up.
PEYTON: If you do not perform well...
Art : Hey man.
PEYTON: Forget about it. And and the Chevys, they're out of the picture.
Art : Hey man.
PEYTON: and Listen, ain't no Chevy winning this title. All the Chevys. They're done. Don't even look at Chevy. This is just Ford and Toyota for this year or so.
Art : The question was to name one driver. You can't take a quarter of the Chase drivers.
PEYTON: Well, you can...
Art : By claiming all the Fords, you got to take one driver.
PEYTON: you can you can i didn't name I only named one driver.
Art : You said all four drivers. and You include them in the answer.
PEYTON: On notice, on notice.
Art : Oh, bro.
PEYTON: But listen, the one the only one that I've got my eye on is the 22.
Art : Uh huh.
PEYTON: So. Y 'all can pick amongst the other ones I said.
Art : That's a scattering... Shotgun approach I see.
PEYTON: Listen, I went on a limb and I just made that limb the size of the whole damn tree. That's that's what I did. That's a clever trick. That's how I'm going to avoid being wrong. at any point ever again. Just hedge.
Jarratt: Madeline.
Madelyn: i was gonna say Chase Elliott probably needs to put together a good race. Just needed to put together a good race. long before. Next week. um It feels like every time.
Madelyn: Any of the Hendrick cars. I know we just got mad about cutting out like half the team by saying all the Fords need to put together a good race or have a good day. um All the Hendrick cars seem to kind of need to have a good day.
Art : See, here y 'all go.
Madelyn: and just don't know how to have a good day. But I'm gonna say specifically I feel like if anybody Really needs one. It might be Chase Elliott. But maybe I just have my Chase Elliott blinders on and he's all I can.
Madelyn: focus on but like to see him have a good day and actually have a chance at A win? But I don't think that's going to happen. i would like to not see I would like to see Joey Luano have a bad day.
Madelyn: So I'm going to be the opposite, Peyton.
PEYTON: oh Hold on. I don't want to see Joy look like I'll have a good day. This is not what I want. Trust me. Trust me. I want him on the hook. Three laps into... Stage one.
PEYTON: I want him like... The biggest engine kabloom you've ever seen, so please, I just want to make sure the audience knows that I'm not pulling for... Uh, For Joey Logano.
Jarratt: Not him pulling the microphone close to say that.
Art : Alright, he means business.
Jarratt: That's crazy. All right.
Art : Well, since everyone wants to just pick these giant swaths of groups, I guess I'll take the the one that's left over from Toyota's and I will go the 2311 group ah since.
Jarratt: Oh shit.
Art : We're just picking, we're just ignoring the question this week. um This is one of Bubba's Worst track statistically? I did get some stats for this, frantically searching while everybody else was talking.
Jarratt: Shit.
Art : Uh... bubba's average finish here is 25 .7 which is worse among the shanks guys drivers His best finish here is 21st. Which is... by far worst among the chase drivers.
Art : And statistically speaking, it is tyler red one of Tyler Reddick's worst. tracks Out of the chase tracks in total. So I am going to say that.
Art : the folks at airspeed need to come correct this week uh because Like we said that's earlier. the the mulligan for for Tyler still exists. And you want to hold that card until you get to Talladega, because we all know how crazy that can be. And for Bubba...
Art : Your mulligan don't exist, big dog. Your mulligan exists at Thanksgiving. You can, you can. Use it then. like it don't It don't exist until then. so both of them really need to have good days because this is ah a place where they could bleed a lot of points if it goes south.
Jarratt: uh yes so i'm not gonna i'm actually gonna follow the question as it uh as it was, and then Peyton, I'll come to you.
Art : Thank you.
Jarratt: um Bubba Wallace needs to have a great day. to the points that Art just mentioned. um toyotas can never ever ever ever ever ever ever bring the right break package to this track ever.
Jarratt: Ever. um So I need them to not focus on weight savings. They need to focus on durability and they need to bring the proper. breaking equipment to have a successful day.
Jarratt: um The Toyota's always the ones throwing rotors, losing calipers, and then it's murder she wrote for um typically JGR teams. But for Bubba and Tyler specifically, they have some brake shakes, some brake fade. The putter goes to the floor.
Jarratt: And then we get to relive the Bubba Wallace Pocono crash where he lost his brakes and went wee into turn one. so um Yeah. just uh When you go on the parts counter this weekend.
Jarratt: Grab the big one. Appreciate you.
Jarratt: And with that...
Art : Peyton had something.
Jarratt: Oh I forgot.
Art : You didn't go back?
Jarratt: Peyton. Do you put your hand down?
PEYTON: Yeah.
Jarratt: But yes.
Art : Man, give me the give me this this stick. you You under the weather today. I gotta... I gotta drive the car.
Jarratt: I'm doing a fantasy football draft.
PEYTON: I had a question but I was able to answer for it.
Jarratt: My my attention is is elsewhere.
PEYTON: I wanted to see I wanted to see how biblically bad bubble was at Gateway. um i was harassed has he had a single lead lap finish Luckily, he has so He just finishes really badly.
Jarratt: One lead lap finish.
PEYTON: Yeah, he's had three lead lap finishes, but all of them bad So. When he's running, he finishes on...
Jarratt: bad as in Bad as in where were the the finishes, sir?
PEYTON: well like you said best finish of uh
Art : His best was 21st from what I've seen.
PEYTON: Yeah, so... so it looks like it looks like a lot of cars are on the lead lap at these joints so Yeah, man, I didn't realize that. Because the thing is, he's actually won there in the truck series. You'd think that would translate.
Art : I mean, no track series no more.
PEYTON: Does it? It definitely doesn't, so.
Jarratt: And with that... It's time for Lights Too Bright.
Art : Yes. Sleep at the wheel, you better drive us off a cliff.
Jarratt: I'm not, I'm doing my fantasy football draft. Um...
Art : That's what I mean.
Jarratt: Peyton! I'll start with you. Who gets your light bulb award this week? I chose Peyton first because I don't know whether he's going to be here.
PEYTON: Man.
Jarratt: or across the globe. I wanna see what he does.
PEYTON: Of course I'm here, man. we I spent the entire weekend at the Southern 500, man. We had a great time. We got a chance to see a lot of different drivers. There were some boneheaded moves.
PEYTON: And I tell you what, the one that stood out to me was Charles Leclerc. in Italy.
Jarratt: HA HA!
Art : There we go.
PEYTON: Dude.
Art : Kick him out the car but I kick him out the car
PEYTON: This dude, this dude in a Ferrari at the Italian Grand Prix, Italy expects. What does he do? He puts his teammate off in the dirt. In the verse of Cain.
PEYTON: And then says, you know what? I've had enough here. and Less than a lap and a half later. destroys the outside. retaining barrier. in one of the passes corner like he is in rough shape What a horrible. He'll be...
PEYTON: Home Grand Prix for your team. So yeah, light's too bright. Poor Charles Leclerc. you
Jarratt: Ain't no poor Charles there
PEYTON: As I also say, not poor.
Jarratt: Fuck Charles.
PEYTON: Also, he's also managed to create a huge rift in the Ferrari fan base, which now is going to be inevitable.
Jarratt: you
PEYTON: but I guess Ferrari fans now get to take time off of hating.
Jarratt: You.
PEYTON: Ferrari the team. Now they get to hate either Lewis Hamilton. field. I guess existing. or Charles Leclerc for being Charles Leclerc. Yeah, from the whole Darlington weekend, my takeaway is Charles Leclerc, what the hell was that?
Jarratt: The, uh... I'm going to pass the mic, but my my my two expressions from the F1 weekend, seeing Charles pull that bullshit, and I was like, you raggedy bitch.
Jarratt: and then uh When he wrecked himself, it was like the the shackles being freed for your wrist. That was like, yes. Karma Swift. Fuck around and found out. Charles, and you did.
Jarratt: Hope you learned your lesson. Madeline. Use your lights to break. Okay.
Madelyn: I was gonna choose... the same thing I chose the last two weeks. but I'm going to be nice. and not do that again Indy cars, my light's too bright. uh laguna seca was so boring that i forgot it was happening until my friend facetimed me from tit lane
Jarratt: Dush. shit.
Madelyn: and So. Congratulations to Alex Polo for winning a championship without even winning the final race of the season or the race before that, if I'm remembering right.
Madelyn: um IndyCar probably shouldn't. end their season on one of their more boring tracks. um in our season ending race shouldn't it be so boring that we are having discourse about passes that happened like 30 years ago I don't know why we're delving into drama from 30 years ago I was not even alive I'm not going to discuss drama from things that happened before I was alive
PEYTON: It's an arty.
Madelyn: So IndyCars, my light's too bright. We should probably end on an oval. And I hope they enjoyed the World Cup. views for the race that didn't happen. And that's why we didn't end at Nashville this year. um
PEYTON: So... You were saying that I should probably just go ahead and delete this from my DVR because I didn't get a chance to watch it this weekend, so.
Madelyn: Yeah.
Madelyn: i I didn't watch it either. So...
PEYTON: I'll go and clear that room in the DVR and just watch the...
Madelyn: Scott McLaughlin won.
PEYTON: ah truncated highlights.
Madelyn: Alexander Rossi was on the podium. Somebody else is on the podium.
PEYTON: Yeah, I'm not watching.
Madelyn: I don't remember.
PEYTON: Let me see where Graham Ray Hall finished and hopefully if it's low enough I'll watch.
Jarratt: That's... Dastardly. um Speaking of Laguna Seca, y 'all see that? Portia. Fly like an eagle.
PEYTON: yeah
Jarratt: That record's cool. Crazy!
Madelyn: WEC also had a crazy, the WEC race in Austin also had an insane wreck.
PEYTON: That's one of them.
Madelyn: like bad like Someone almost died could have died. Rec. So. Shout out to safety crews in motorsports.
Jarratt: Shout out to safety and motorsports. Cause, uh, And helicopters. Shout out to helicopters, too.
Jarratt: Airlift being a thing is was needed this weekend. Um... Art. Light bulb. ay
Art : Man, I have a... I'll keep us I'll get us back on track. um Yeah, my my light's too bright. goes I have two. uh the first one goes to whoever are the ladies and gentlemen that assembled the 88 car for Mr. Raja Karuth.
Art : I need their financial records checked. I need to know what their political affiliations are. i need to know what they're doing to cause. Such. malfeasance to use Jared's favorite word.
Art : to young Mr. Carruth by giving him a lemon. In the most important race of the year. Uh... Golly, man, that was such a ah Okay. gut wrenching finish. um you know Madeline had asked me how do I feel about the race.
Art : uh the O 'Reilly race and I said you know I'm not even mad at Sheldon one actually I'm not even a Sheldon hater but I'm just gutted for Raj coming back from two laps down gonna finish top five and then the old girl just Can't pick up the gas anymore. um You gotta have.
Art : Your I's dotted, your T's crossed at this. and Listen, all them other JRM cars seem to be doing just fine. so um Whoever did not. assemble whatever need to be assembled correctly i'm not a car guy i'm not gonna pretend to know what it was but They get my lights too bright My other light's too bright.
Art : Because. This has not been shared on air. it's sponsored by this Aveeno Protect Hydrate Sunscreen. that I used all weekend. Because my light's too bright.
Art : Is the sun too bright? And it goes to the lovely. Tan woman directing traffic at Darlington Raceway. who told me how to get into the track. Through the gate. and had me do a full lap. Around the track, my Xfinity Fast Lap came at a blistering 59 minutes because that's how long it takes to walk. around Darlington Wasteway.
Art : It is a bitch and a half. Let me just tell you that. And it was hot as hell. I'd like to thank, again, Aveeno Protect Plus Hydrate for sponsoring me because I did not get any sunburn from that.
Art : Journey that trek but I had to walk the full length because I kept looking for the entrance that did not exist um Darlington. Can we please get a shuttle, a tram, a rickshaw, a golf cart? anything.
Art : A wheelbarrow with a cover. Something with some wheels going around the track to help folks. Um... And I am not an idiot. Because I was not the only one out there. There were lots of people on the far side of turn one and two.
Art : Huffing it. in the dirt with me. So I didn't feel bad because I was not the only one. Uh... You need to do a lot better at this. Because, listen, the...
PEYTON: that
Art : The average demographic. of health. and fitness at Darlington Raceway. With all respect in the world, with with love and respect and peace in my heart is not the best. It's not the best.
Art : And I was struggling in my modest level of fitness. And there are a lot of older folks. and heavier folks. who were struggling much worse than I was. So we really can't.
Art : Have a situation where someone gets. passed out or or god forbid you know dies from the heat stroke because they walked around the track. I mean, I did in 59 minutes power walking. And Peyton can attest, my power walk is on it. like I'm getting the fuck out out of wherever I'm trying to go.
Art : So that tells you how far it was. um So please. Do a better job at directing because I've never been to this track. I don't know. Um... Fix that, please. um So yeah, they get my lights too bright. They get the sun too bright. They get the global warming.
Art : ozone hole layer. Too bright. this week.
PEYTON: I've got to say, as the person who was waiting inside the arena, waiting for you to enter, when you said that you were in the fan midway... And I knew that the entrance was literally just mere steps away.
Art : Mere steps.
PEYTON: And I was just like, oh, cool. Well, he'll be in here in a moment.
Art : 40 outs.
PEYTON: And then he sends me a text message saying. Hey, I'm - that. Turn. Two. And I look at my, i hold on, wait. Wait, wait, wait. What do you mean you're a turn... Two.
Art : All the way.
PEYTON: Like... You... you've You... What?
Art : Yep.
PEYTON: It... I explained to folks, essentially he got. to LA from New York City. Not by flying west. Nope. He flew east. He went to London, he went to China, he went to Japan, then he went to...
PEYTON: L .A. like
Art : Yes. I was.
PEYTON: May I?
Art : I was probably. 40 feet from where I needed to go.
PEYTON: Yes.
Art : And she directed me. The wrong way.
PEYTON: That's impressive.
Art : Yeah.
PEYTON: What did you say to her?
Art : Yeah.
PEYTON: Maybe she hates you.
Art : You know, maybe she heard me on the show maybe i well no i didn't have the show merch actually that day on so they didn't even know that
PEYTON: No.
Art : I'm in. Listen, I don't know.
Jarratt: I told you, RMC events people.
Art : I don't know
Jarratt: They need to just take their check. and just swallow their whistle bruh It's not that deep.
Art : You know... while while i'm While I'm bitching about Darlington, let me just continue for a minute. This is a very... unspectator -friendly facility. Because for the folks for the folks who don't know, after you've walked...
PEYTON: The staircase.
Art : Anywhere from... 15 to 90 minutes to get to security. You're immediately met with. Probably 90 stairs in a row to climb up.
PEYTON: It is intimidating.
Art : And if you don't. And it is a steep. Like, I'm not going to bullshit you. It's a Steve. set of stairs and if you don't want to do that you have to wait for the elevator which is 90 people deep because of the aforementioned demographic at Darlington Raceway.
Art : And... I just don't understand why we can't get some escalators, some cross back ramps. Man, if you got a wheelchair, bro... you're in a rough world of hurt. Like the ADA needs to come visit Darlington Raceway and maybe do an inspection because I don't think they passed that test.
Art : It's rough. It's real rough. And I'm not even saying this is funny. like For us to get to our stairs, we were both a little... Huh. Huh. We were huffing and puffing a little bit. Just to get to our stairs. And we are in, again. modestly decent shape, I'd like to say, if I can... be so humble.
Art : So... The average person is having a hard time getting there, and it's just... It's very poorly designed. And I get maybe you were a product of your time. But we got to update that, man. like Y 'all got enough money. Y 'all can fix this.
Art : Please, please fix this. because so I'm telling you. Someone probably didn't make it home. I'll put it to you that way based on how hot that weather was out there. It was rough. It was real rough.
Art : Peyton, am I wrong? tell Tell me if I'm lying.
PEYTON: No. There's nothing wrong with what you said. There's nothing. I've gone to that track. I think this i add kind of i think this is my fifth or sixth time going to that track. there has never been a circumstance where going up in the stairs did not absolutely kick my ass And then the vertigo you experienced going back down it, realizing you were one misstep from.
Art : Woof.
PEYTON: you know, bowling, balling a bunch of old timers.
Art : Yeah.
PEYTON: Yeah. that track Like... Yeah, it is is ADA compliant by the Letter of the Law? But in terms of the spirit.
Art : Barely.
PEYTON: Mmm.
Art : If your grandparents went to Darlington Raceway, please call them and check on them.
PEYTON: Yeah.
Art : If I'm dead to it, because...
PEYTON: Yeah.
Art : Listen, we passed a lot of people on them stairs. And they this is not even being funny. They're struggling. And I legit feel... concern and empathy for these folks. Because listen, we got to...
Art : We gotta look out for our seniors, okay? Like, just because they be the boomer generation doesn't mean they should, you know... pass out, try to get to a race. I don't i don't think that's that's what they deserve. and ah It's just rough man. It's real rough
PEYTON: Still one of the best tracks on the... on the schedule.
Art : That isn't the Once you get to that seat.
PEYTON: Yeah.
Art : It's a good time.
PEYTON: the payoff the payoff is worth it
Art : But you... I think a lot of people probably got to that seat and said, I ain't getting up till this race over. And i fully I fully support them on that.
PEYTON: Exactly.
Jarratt: Mm -hmm
Jarratt: Let's see. So my lights to bright goes to one. Marcus. Lindley. Who's Marcus Lilley, you ask? It's Farage's crew chief in the 88.
Jarratt: Um, He had an unexplicable tone. when that raggedy shitbox he was driving wasn't picking up fuel. And I was yelling at Raj.
Jarratt: ah to shake the car back and forth. Brother, if the fuel pickup is broken... The fuck is shaking the car going to do? if you If you've learned anything in your experience as a crew chief with this car, the fuel pickup is already fucked, so shaking the fakeking your car won't fix it.
Jarratt: And I sit here and I question again. Why Raj doesn't have. Excuse me. While Raj doesn't have Rodney Childers. yeah Excuse me again. Well, Rodney Childress isn't on Roger's pit box. I feel like this is a gross misstep. by JR Motorsports.
Jarratt: I'm writing a letter. And I want it rectified by the time the next race comes around.
Jarratt: Lights too bright.
Jarratt: That's it. Well, with that, though, I think that... a That about covers our shenanigans from this week.
Art : Hey, I got one last quick thing. Sorry.
Jarratt: Oh Lord.
Art : It's not bad. It's not bad. So I found, well...
Jarratt: It's always bad.
Art : Where's her? First of all. Well, that's hard. uh i found A tweet. That uh, sorry some audio was playing in my ear um I found a tweet from a gentleman who now I'm trying to source because I want to give credit to it. But yeah one of the things NASCAR did, if y 'all missed it, is they're doing this whole thing about giving like.
Art : A swear jar for the radio? During the chase...
Jarratt: Yes.
Art : um And there's a gentleman who apparently... has been tracking. The swears? All season. there Here we go. I found it. I wanted to make sure I gave him credit. This is Braden Williams be at on Twitter.
Art : He has been tracking apparently. Who has been cursing the most all season? So I would like to now go around really quickly and we can wrap. And I want you to give me your top three, who you think is the most.
Art : Top. Cursors, who's got the worst sailor mouth? in the garage. And we'll just see who gets it right. And I'll give you the top five after that.
Jarratt: Ty Gibbs, Noah Gregson, and Denny Hamlin.
Art : Okay, Ty and Noah. and Danny.
PEYTON: I'm going to say... SVG.
PEYTON: m
PEYTON: Riley Herbst. For no reason. And...
PEYTON: John Hunter Niemicek.
Art : Riley's a good boy. I don't know why you picked him. That's a weird one.
PEYTON: I'm just picking randoms, just like, who who who would surprise me?
Art : Okay.
Madelyn: Not one of you said Ryan Blaney.
PEYTON: That's too easy.
Madelyn: zi
Art : Okay. Okay.
PEYTON: I'm not interested in being right. I'm interested in being somewhat funny. I've missed on both marks.
Art : I was gonna say, we might have... That's O2 count for you.
PEYTON: Yeah, I know. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
Art : Madeline who you got?
Madelyn: I mean, obviously Ryan Blaney is up there. Probably. I don't think SVG is because he doesn't really talk much on the radio if you listen to his radio.
Madelyn: I don't know who. Ryan, maybe. Bubba?
Art : So you're saying Ryan, Bubba, and... Who's the third?
Madelyn: I don't think I have a third guess. Because I don't listen to anybody's radio except for like Ryan and Chase.
Art : Oh man.
Art : So... P1 by... 30 curse words. Or 30 curses, I guess. is Zane Smith. Which...
Madelyn: Now who's listening to Zane Smith right now?
Art : I mean...
Madelyn: to know that.
Art : apparently this guy is going through and scanning them all and getting them all but Zane Smith is one. He is at 169. Second place. Noah Gregson.
Art : at 139 So whoever said no, while you're on point. Third place is a two -way tie between Bubba and Josevar. At 113.
