Exciting Episode on Human Design
00:00:42
Speaker
We're back again with another episode.
00:00:44
Speaker
I'm so excited because today we get to talk about the payment design.
00:00:48
Speaker
And I have payment design expert, entrepreneur.
00:00:54
Speaker
This is her second time on Bigger Talks.
00:00:58
Speaker
Welcome to the podcast.
00:01:00
Speaker
And by the way, you are in Spain right now.
00:01:02
Speaker
So thank you for taking the time.
00:01:04
Speaker
I think it's 7 p.m.
00:01:04
Speaker
your time, 10 a.m.
00:01:08
Speaker
It's a miracle season.
00:01:09
Speaker
Welcome to Bigger Talks.
00:01:11
Speaker
How are you feeling?
Micah's Transformation Through Human Design
00:01:13
Speaker
Thank you for this nice introduction.
00:01:15
Speaker
Very excited for today's talk to get even deeper into human design than we did in part one.
00:01:21
Speaker
Excited to get into it.
00:01:23
Speaker
So before we get into it, like, who is Micah and how did she get into human design and how did the design change and advance and evolve your life?
00:01:33
Speaker
That's a deep question.
00:01:35
Speaker
Honestly, I think the reason that I'm doing this is because to me, human design was absolutely life-changing.
00:01:41
Speaker
Like I had been struggling with work, with life, with health, with all of the things that
00:01:50
Speaker
And I just didn't understand why I couldn't make shit work.
00:01:53
Speaker
Like I was working 18 hours a day.
00:01:55
Speaker
I was writing 250 emails a day and I was doing everything society and everybody told me I had to do in order to be successful.
00:02:03
Speaker
And it was an absolute disaster.
00:02:06
Speaker
Struggling with my second burnout at the age of 30, I had an autoimmune disease.
00:02:11
Speaker
I had a hit rock bottom.
00:02:12
Speaker
I had engaged in very unhealthy behavior in order to continue to keep up with what I thought society was asking me to do in order to get what I wanted.
00:02:22
Speaker
And it got to a point where I was just like praying and I was like, what's going on?
00:02:27
Speaker
Like, why is nothing working?
00:02:29
Speaker
I'm doing everything that I think I have to do and I'm struggling so hard.
00:02:34
Speaker
And then one night, I listened to a podcast, had something about being a projector, and I had absolutely no fucking idea what that meant, but I was like, that's what I am.
00:02:43
Speaker
And suddenly, literally my whole life made sense.
00:02:47
Speaker
And I'm like, now I understand why nothing ever worked.
00:02:51
Speaker
And it's because I didn't understood or I hadn't understood the energetics of things, right?
00:02:57
Speaker
So we grew up in the society that tells us this is the way things are meant to be done.
00:03:02
Speaker
This is the only way we're able to achieve the things that we want.
00:03:06
Speaker
And if you're not able to succeed in the way I'm telling you, it's because you're not working hard enough.
00:03:12
Speaker
It's because you don't want it enough.
00:03:14
Speaker
And I was just trapped in the cycle of blaming myself, of hating myself, of just feeling so unworthy, undeserving.
00:03:24
Speaker
And that was like a really dark experience to have for myself.
00:03:28
Speaker
And the second that I understood the energetics of who I've come to be, and I started to understand that there's this whole different layer to life that I hadn't had access to yet, that
00:03:42
Speaker
I felt the biggest relief that I felt in my life.
00:03:45
Speaker
And I suddenly could start understanding and loving parts of myself I had projected for so, so, so, so many years.
00:03:53
Speaker
And that's how human design came into my life.
00:03:56
Speaker
Yeah, that's beautiful.
00:03:57
Speaker
And God willing, hopefully someone can listen to this podcast and get their energy archetype in human design through your voice and your presence and your authority of who you are.
Understanding Worthiness and Authenticity
00:04:08
Speaker
So you say you listen to a podcast.
00:04:10
Speaker
Before we got on, you talked about being a projector.
00:04:12
Speaker
You know, as a projector in human design, you have to be invited.
00:04:16
Speaker
I reached out and said, hey, do you want to do the podcast?
00:04:18
Speaker
He's like, hey, that makes sense for your energy archetype.
00:04:22
Speaker
So what I believe and what I'm come to understand as far as human design in my life is that human design is a gateway or pathway to understand your worthiness within yourself, right?
00:04:37
Speaker
My design, I'm a three-six Marta role model generator.
00:04:42
Speaker
So I'll always say yes to a lot of things.
00:04:45
Speaker
What I realized, some of those yeses was really no's internally, but it made sense.
00:04:51
Speaker
It was a friend or I should do it.
00:04:55
Speaker
But once I committed to it,
00:04:57
Speaker
I didn't feel the way I thought I would once I started it.
00:05:00
Speaker
So can you give the people a brief on like the importance of knowing your design, what it represents and how it can help you not only understand your worthiness, but understand where you're going in life?
00:05:11
Speaker
Because I think a lot of us are confused because the world is changing.
00:05:15
Speaker
Things are changing.
00:05:17
Speaker
And the collective consciousness is changing.
00:05:18
Speaker
We need something more than just, you know, the religious aspect or maybe astrology or numerology.
00:05:24
Speaker
I feel like human design is kind of breaking through in a different way to help us clear the way so we can be the way for ourselves.
00:05:31
Speaker
Yeah, I think you made a great example.
00:05:34
Speaker
So the way that I see human design and the way that it can help us is that it's really this kind of roadmap to our energetic authenticity.
00:05:42
Speaker
We often get caught up by, you know, what does it mean to be authentic?
00:05:46
Speaker
Like there's such a trend on like, I have to be authentic.
00:05:49
Speaker
But even though it seems so easy, like, oh, just be who you are.
00:05:52
Speaker
It's really hard for us to understand what that means and how that looks like.
00:05:56
Speaker
And so human design has very tangible strategies that help us align with the universe so that we can move out of resistance and find flow in our life.
00:06:07
Speaker
And the thing that you were explaining specifically, I think is really interesting and I want to get into it.
00:06:12
Speaker
So there's like five archetypes,
The Five Archetypes in Human Design
00:06:14
Speaker
And for the generator, which is what you are in the manifesting generator, which is a hybrid between the generator and the manifestor type.
00:06:21
Speaker
We really have to understand that there is this deep connection that is rooted to your consistent energy that comes from the SQL center.
00:06:30
Speaker
And the SQL center is the energy center that's at the height of your belly button.
00:06:34
Speaker
And that's like connected to your desire, your creativity, your life force.
00:06:38
Speaker
That's where really, you know, this drive to create and to move forward is born.
00:06:44
Speaker
And it's so intrinsically connected to the things that you love and excite you that the moment that you start compromising your desires, your excitement to please others, you will feel that your energy gets robbed, right?
00:06:58
Speaker
And so what happens is that that sacral center is your treasure box.
00:07:04
Speaker
It lights up the world.
00:07:06
Speaker
People are intrinsically drawn to your magnetic aura, right?
00:07:11
Speaker
And they want to know like, Eric, let's have a drink.
00:07:13
Speaker
You know, let's go for a walk.
00:07:15
Speaker
Like, I want to be around you.
00:07:16
Speaker
You're the life of the party.
00:07:18
Speaker
When you are in a place where you're excited to be, when you're like in your radiant energy.
00:07:23
Speaker
But that treasure box only has a certain amount of space.
00:07:26
Speaker
And every time you're saying yes to a commitment where your body is telling you no to,
00:07:32
Speaker
You're actually accepting a letter that is filling up that box.
00:07:36
Speaker
And the more letters that you have in that box that are actually no's that you said yes to, they're going to absolutely drain that energy center.
00:07:45
Speaker
And so what happens is that you can imagine that your aura is in a constant collaboration with the universe, which is offering you on a silver platter, yes and no options.
00:07:55
Speaker
That sacral center is super basic.
00:07:57
Speaker
It's like, hell yes, I'm loving it or no, disgusting, don't want to do it.
00:08:02
Speaker
And so what happens is that every time that you don't have enough energy in that sacral center, you're over compromising.
00:08:10
Speaker
You actually don't have the energy to feed that magnetic aura.
00:08:15
Speaker
When you don't have energy to feed that magnetic aura, the universe can send you impulses to
00:08:21
Speaker
When there is no space in your aura to receive impulses, your sacral center has nothing to react to.
00:08:27
Speaker
And that's when you're going to feel stuck.
00:08:29
Speaker
That's when you're going to feel stagnant, right?
00:08:32
Speaker
And so that is when we start moving out of energetic authenticity because our subconscious knows all of these amazing things are for us to experience in this lifetime, but we don't know how to get there because we haven't understood energetics yet.
00:08:45
Speaker
And so human design is really that tool that helps you connect to the wisdom of your body.
00:08:51
Speaker
Our society has told us or taught us that our mind is superior, that if we make, you know, like a good decision, we have to think it through, we have to make a list of cons and pros.
00:09:02
Speaker
But the truth is that our body is so much wiser than anything our mind could conjure up.
00:09:07
Speaker
Like our mind is great to find solutions to problems and to get inspired, but it's not here to move you through life.
00:09:15
Speaker
So you are saying our bodies have more, hold more wisdom or have more guidance than our minds.
00:09:23
Speaker
That is a different dynamic than I've ever heard in life.
00:09:27
Speaker
Because everyone's saying growth mindset, you know, the abundant thinking, it's all mental, mind over matter.
00:09:33
Speaker
And it's like, no one talks about the wisdom of the body, like the nervous system, you know, how do you feel about this with clients?
00:09:40
Speaker
It's like, it's not what it looks like.
00:09:42
Speaker
What does it feel like?
00:09:44
Speaker
And are you excited?
00:09:45
Speaker
And I think my challenge is there are things that's come in my life that I say yes to, but they're not hell yes.
00:09:54
Speaker
Like, yeah, I can do that.
00:09:56
Speaker
And then when I get in it, my energy is kind of neutralized.
00:09:58
Speaker
It's not like, yeah, I'm looking forward.
00:10:01
Speaker
Like I was looking forward to this interview because I know the energy you bring, right?
00:10:04
Speaker
And how you talk and how you show up.
00:10:06
Speaker
So it was a nudge to reach out to like, hey, I want you back on the podcast because I know we're going to have such a powerful discussion about our energy.
00:10:16
Speaker
So before you talked about manifesting generators and generators, what are the other three that people should know and be aware of?
00:10:23
Speaker
How do we discover and find out what our design is?
00:10:27
Speaker
So the way that you can discover what your design is, is this is a fantastic way for me to plug my website, go to my website, you get a free chart.
00:10:36
Speaker
You need your birth time, birthplace, birth hour, and that will create, you know, a deep understanding of your energetic roadmap, which is called the body graph.
00:10:45
Speaker
And we have the projector, the manifestor, and the reflector that we haven't talked about.
Projectors and Their Role in Society
00:10:50
Speaker
And so the projector is about 20% of the population, and they are the newest energy type.
00:10:56
Speaker
And they are the energy type that is guiding us into the new paradigm.
00:11:00
Speaker
These are the ones that are rising in society into positions of power, but the way that they are creating the power dynamics is completely different because they're neutralizing this idea of having to
00:11:13
Speaker
use force and manipulation and like authority to move people forward.
00:11:18
Speaker
They're actually doing it from a very different perspective, which is really constantly asking what other people need.
00:11:29
Speaker
They're here to guide us into this new consciousness by figuring out different ways of optimizing what we already have.
00:11:37
Speaker
And so they are very light, highly sensitive, and they have a specific way of seeing things.
00:11:44
Speaker
So the most important thing for a projector is understanding that their worth does not come from doing, that their success is absolutely reliant on their capacity to explain what only they are able to see.
00:12:00
Speaker
And the more value they provide in the world and the more they're able to support others in achieving success, the more successful they will become as well.
00:12:10
Speaker
So they're really here to see things differently, but support people.
00:12:14
Speaker
And the more they support people, the more the universe supports them.
00:12:19
Speaker
And then projector, right, which you are, you have to be invited.
00:12:22
Speaker
And why is that for that energy type?
00:12:24
Speaker
Why does invitation is so important for their energy type?
00:12:28
Speaker
So the reason projectors need to be invited is because we have a penetrative focused aura.
00:12:34
Speaker
We're going to do great one-on-one conversations because our aura naturally is penetrating into the core soul of the person that we have in front of us.
00:12:43
Speaker
And so because we see things that people are not ready to see, we don't know that we have to wait for the invitation.
00:12:51
Speaker
We'll come across as like, we know it all.
00:12:53
Speaker
Like, I know all your problems.
00:12:54
Speaker
I'm telling you what you're meant to be doing.
00:12:56
Speaker
But the other person needs to have recognition for the projector first.
00:13:01
Speaker
Only when there's recognition, the other person creates space within them and the wisdom of the projector can land.
00:13:08
Speaker
If a projector starts telling people how great they are and how good they are at doing anything and everything and like all of the stuff that they know without being invited and recognized, they will feel a very strong rejection.
00:13:22
Speaker
Now, can you discuss the reflector and what was the other one?
00:13:26
Speaker
So the reflector is only 1% of society.
Reflectors: Mirrors of Society
00:13:35
Speaker
I think reflectors are like, every time I have an event, like a live event, and there's a reflector in the room, everybody's like, pointing at the reflector.
00:13:43
Speaker
It's the first I'm meeting with a reflector.
00:13:45
Speaker
Like human design nerds get so excited about reflectors.
00:13:48
Speaker
It's the funniest.
00:13:50
Speaker
I have to say reflectors are extremely unique and what makes them so special or so different is that the other energy types are ruled by the sun, but the reflector is ruled by them.
00:14:00
Speaker
And so the reflector has a completely open chart and no singular definition, meaning the reflector is really here to mirror the health and the well-being of society.
00:14:13
Speaker
It's great to have a reflector in our team,
00:14:17
Speaker
at our job, it's great to have it in our friends group.
00:14:20
Speaker
They're always going to be the reference point for how well something's doing.
00:14:25
Speaker
So if we have a reflector in the office and they're struggling with something specific, we need to fix that thing that they're struggling with because they are like the manifestation of what's working, what's not working.
00:14:36
Speaker
And so reflectors are incredibly open and free because they're here to sample, they're here to try.
00:14:42
Speaker
They will mold and adapt and mirror everybody they meet.
00:14:47
Speaker
And so they often have a very strong character when they're conditioned because they're holding on to what they got to know when they grew up.
00:14:58
Speaker
But their road to alignment is really letting go of any construction of who they're meant to be and being absolutely open and free to move and shift in every situation and every environment.
00:15:12
Speaker
Reflected one percentives.
00:15:13
Speaker
I got to talk to one reflective and see why.
00:15:16
Speaker
And the manifestor is also pretty
Manifestors: Leaders and Initiators
00:15:18
Speaker
It's 7-8% of the population.
00:15:21
Speaker
But the manifestor has something also very unique, which is a closed aura.
00:15:26
Speaker
So manifestors are here to be in a position of leadership.
00:15:29
Speaker
Manifestors come from the olden time, from the kings and the conquerors.
00:15:32
Speaker
They have blue blood.
00:15:34
Speaker
And so they don't have consistent energy, but they're very authoritarian.
00:15:37
Speaker
They're very strong.
00:15:39
Speaker
And so what used to happen is that, you know, the king would be like, let's conquer this land.
00:15:44
Speaker
And then the manifestor, because it doesn't have consistent energy, would use the generator soldiers to do all the dirty work because they have consistent energy.
00:15:52
Speaker
And it's part of the generator's karma to really let go of that idea of having to sacrifice one's own energy for others and really embodying being in their own desires and not feeling selfish when they do what they love doing.
00:16:09
Speaker
Yeah, and I think that's been my challenge at times because I know that information, it could be something as simple as if I'm writing something, right?
00:16:16
Speaker
Say I'm going to write a book and my spirit or my, I want gummy bears.
00:16:21
Speaker
But because of my illogical mind, I might shut that off.
00:16:25
Speaker
I'm like, no, I'm not getting no sugar to write.
00:16:27
Speaker
Like, are you crazy?
00:16:29
Speaker
But then I go, what if?
00:16:30
Speaker
This makes me happy and excited.
00:16:32
Speaker
Maybe I should get the gummy bears and write the book, right?
00:16:35
Speaker
And so I don't know why that appears or why that happens within a generator like myself.
00:16:41
Speaker
But before we get into that, I do want to acknowledge because I think this happens in astrology.
00:16:46
Speaker
And I know it has to be some type of life hack or some way.
00:16:50
Speaker
There's people who have their name.
00:16:52
Speaker
They have their dating, time, and year they were born.
00:16:55
Speaker
They don't have the time they were born.
00:16:56
Speaker
They have the locations.
00:16:57
Speaker
What happens when you don't have your time because you can't really figure out your design?
00:17:02
Speaker
Is there some type of offset that they could do to get, like, how does that work?
00:17:06
Speaker
Like, what is your answer to that or solution for someone?
00:17:08
Speaker
If they came to you, it's like, I don't know my time.
00:17:11
Speaker
For human design, it's specifically unfortunate.
00:17:14
Speaker
Patient is not so bad.
00:17:17
Speaker
As long as you're in the same time zone, you could be in different continents, but if you're in the same time zone, it's totally fine.
00:17:23
Speaker
But birth time is actually quite complicated.
00:17:27
Speaker
It gets really nuanced.
00:17:29
Speaker
The thing that I advise people who don't have a birth time, there's actually special astrologers who dedicate themselves in finding your exact birth time.
Astrology's Role in Human Design
00:17:39
Speaker
So you can hire an astrologer who will do that.
00:17:42
Speaker
Wow, I didn't know that.
00:17:43
Speaker
That's new information.
00:17:44
Speaker
So let's get into design.
00:17:46
Speaker
I think I gave you my information.
00:17:48
Speaker
Can I talk about the gummy bears for a moment?
00:17:51
Speaker
Because I love that example.
00:17:52
Speaker
So the thing that I personally love about human design the most is that it gives you a completely way of looking at things that I hadn't heard before, but it kind of makes sense.
00:18:01
Speaker
And I like them way better.
00:18:03
Speaker
Okay, it kind of like reframes a lot of things and allows you to break free of
00:18:07
Speaker
on a different kind of level.
00:18:09
Speaker
And so the gummy bears specifically, right?
00:18:13
Speaker
In human design, there is your digestion type, but there's also like there's 12 kinds of digestions.
00:18:18
Speaker
Everybody has a specific type to digest not only food, but also information.
Mind, Sacral Center, and Dietary Choices
00:18:23
Speaker
But we also have the way that our energy type uses energy to digest information and to like generate energy from what it's eating, right?
00:18:33
Speaker
So for you as a generator, it's really important to understand that we have two things that we have to think about when we're talking about digestion, food, and these kinds of decisions, right?
00:18:43
Speaker
I know that sugar is theoretically bad for me.
00:18:45
Speaker
It's gonna give me a sugar crash, but it also gives me a high that maybe gets me excited to write a couple of hours, like what should I do, right?
00:18:52
Speaker
So in human design, we look at two things.
00:18:54
Speaker
We look at the power of the mind and how incredibly strong our mind's capacity is to influence our experience.
00:19:01
Speaker
And this is really interesting because we're, you know, again, just starting to grasp that.
00:19:05
Speaker
Joe Dispenza does a lot of that work, but we can even look back to references from the 70s where they were like analyzing people with multiple personalities and they were able to see that one personality has a mole and when they're changing personality, that mole disappears.
00:19:22
Speaker
Or they even studied somebody who had like three different personalities and one of those personalities had cancer that they scanned and they saw.
00:19:30
Speaker
But when it switched into new personality, that cancer disappeared, which is like crazy mind-grown.
00:19:36
Speaker
So our mind and our capacity to believe something into existence is way more powerful than I think we're able to right now grasp.
00:19:46
Speaker
But we have to think our mind believes certain things.
00:19:49
Speaker
If we're constantly told gluten is bad, sugar is bad, whatever, whatever, all of those things are really bad.
00:19:55
Speaker
We're going to believe those things are bad.
00:19:57
Speaker
Those things are going to be bad.
00:19:58
Speaker
We all know that person that can eat sugar, pasta all day and is like super healthy, super skinny, never has weight.
00:20:03
Speaker
You know what I mean?
00:20:04
Speaker
Like there's this rule for those, like people who have been smoking for 60 years and they're like, have better health.
00:20:10
Speaker
You know what I mean?
00:20:12
Speaker
How is this possible?
00:20:13
Speaker
You're doing everything that's bad and you're great.
00:20:15
Speaker
You know what I mean?
00:20:16
Speaker
So I really feel like there's something where these people just like jump out of the matrix of believing certain things.
00:20:22
Speaker
This is just my perspective.
00:20:24
Speaker
And so we have the mind and what the mind believes, but then we have the energy and energy doesn't lie.
00:20:30
Speaker
And so what happens is that as generators manifesting generators, you have to be excited about food.
00:20:37
Speaker
Like it doesn't matter if you've read that, you know, you got to drink celery juice or quinoa is the only grain that whatever, whatever.
00:20:45
Speaker
If quinoa tastes like cardboard to you, it doesn't matter how good your brain thinks that it is.
00:20:51
Speaker
It's going to cause indigestion, unwanted weight gain, and just like bloating and a bad feeling in your digestive system.
00:20:58
Speaker
Because your SQL center, which is in charge to generate energy, will reject that because it's not exciting.
00:21:05
Speaker
Like, I don't want to be eating cardboard, you know?
00:21:07
Speaker
And so we need to get both of those sites on the same page.
00:21:12
Speaker
We need to have our minds think like, oh, what I'm eating is healthy and is good for me.
00:21:17
Speaker
But also, I need my SQL to be super excited about what I'm consuming, right?
00:21:23
Speaker
And so sometimes, depending on what your issues might be with food, like I have a client who is a manifesting generator, and for her, it's really eat a lot of mixed food.
00:21:34
Speaker
So we were in Portugal, and she was eating tapas, all variety of foods, and her stomach was hurting all night.
00:21:42
Speaker
She woke up the next day still feeling bad.
00:21:44
Speaker
And what she did is that she went to buy an ice cream at like 1130 in the morning for breakfast.
00:21:51
Speaker
Because she knew that her sacral center was going to be so excited about eating that ice cream that it brought everything back into flow and all her digestive issues disappear.
00:22:01
Speaker
So sometimes eating something that really excites you, even though it's, you know, like a treat or it's sweet or it has sugar or carbs or gluten or whatever, all the stuff is that we're not allowed to eat anymore, right?
00:22:14
Speaker
If you're really excited about that, the cellular activation that will happen and the excitement of the energy within your body can counterbalance the quote-unquote negative attributes that that food could carry.
00:22:26
Speaker
wow, that makes sense.
00:22:27
Speaker
Probably last weekend or the weekend before.
00:22:30
Speaker
And you know what?
00:22:31
Speaker
I just want to have some quote unquote unhealthy food.
00:22:34
Speaker
I think I had like some dairy-free ice cream sandwiches.
00:22:38
Speaker
I had me some vegan quinoa chips, kombucha.
00:22:43
Speaker
I had me some kiwi grapes.
00:22:46
Speaker
Had me a wrap like a beef jerky.
00:22:48
Speaker
That's unhealthy food for you?
00:22:51
Speaker
I'm just saying because I have a personality or energy type where I can eat a lot.
00:22:58
Speaker
You train like your body, your metabolism.
00:23:00
Speaker
Yeah, but it's like I can really binge on food.
00:23:03
Speaker
I think that's the Capricorn Mars in me.
00:23:06
Speaker
It's because it's intense.
00:23:09
Speaker
I also have an active brain.
00:23:11
Speaker
So people with an active brain need a lot of food.
00:23:15
Speaker
So active brain, is that in my human design?
00:23:18
Speaker
Oh, I didn't know that.
00:23:20
Speaker
So that's what it is.
00:23:21
Speaker
I was like, I love food and I can't eat.
00:23:23
Speaker
Oh, and my grandma will always say, he's like, that little boy over there can eat.
00:23:28
Speaker
I'll eat the whole refrigerator and be like, yeah, I'm good.
00:23:33
Speaker
I can eat a whole box of pizza.
00:23:35
Speaker
But what I'm really saying is that I'm glad that you confirmed that we must follow.
00:23:40
Speaker
I can't speak for others, but these generators and manifesto generators, we have to follow that sacral response because it's like things that just come to me.
00:23:49
Speaker
It's not like I'm like, oh, yeah, I'm going to be.
00:23:51
Speaker
It's like I don't eat ice cream.
00:23:54
Speaker
Or I just want some bread.
00:23:55
Speaker
I don't eat bread.
00:23:56
Speaker
But it'll come to me.
00:23:57
Speaker
And so what I've been doing is testing it out,
Reclaiming Authenticity from Societal Conditioning
00:24:01
Speaker
And that's the three in me, right?
00:24:03
Speaker
And I think also what happened was when I ate all that stuff, I looked at my body the next day and how I felt when I trained the next day.
00:24:10
Speaker
I actually had more energy and I felt better.
00:24:13
Speaker
But based on your analysis and what you said, it makes sense.
00:24:18
Speaker
I was like, I'm glad I did that.
00:24:19
Speaker
Because sometimes I will rob myself of pleasure and desire because I feel like, oh, that's bad.
00:24:25
Speaker
When really it's actually good for me because my energy archetype needs it to recalibrate even more.
00:24:33
Speaker
And I think you're touching on a really great point, which is this idea of like, how do I teach my subconscious and my nervous system that it's safe for me to do the things that I want, that it's okay for me to do the things that I enjoy and that I desire.
00:24:48
Speaker
Because most of us grow up in a society where when we express, like, let's take Eric, you know, as a little kid, and you don't have any conditioning, and you're being asked, like, oh, Eric, you know, help us clean the house.
00:25:03
Speaker
And you're like, ugh, no, don't want to do it.
00:25:05
Speaker
Like, really not in the mood for that, right?
00:25:07
Speaker
What are your parents going to tell you?
00:25:09
Speaker
Like, who do you think you are?
00:25:11
Speaker
You've got to support the family.
00:25:13
Speaker
And children only see black and white.
00:25:15
Speaker
They love me or they don't love me.
00:25:17
Speaker
And in that moment when we hear these things about ourselves, we're like, oh, this is not safe.
00:25:22
Speaker
I better go help out my parents clean the house, right?
00:25:25
Speaker
And so when we do that, our parents usually compliment us.
00:25:30
Speaker
You did an amazing job.
00:25:31
Speaker
We are so proud of you.
00:25:32
Speaker
Obviously, like it's probably bigger than cleaning the house, but you know, you get the gist.
00:25:36
Speaker
And so what happens is that that's what we call education.
00:25:39
Speaker
And in that moment, what you learn or what we learn is that when I express, my inner guiding system is telling me love gets taken away and security gets taken away.
00:25:52
Speaker
And in order to feel safe and accepted, I have to reject my desires.
00:25:57
Speaker
I have to disconnect from what my body is telling me.
00:26:01
Speaker
And this happens again and again and again and again.
00:26:04
Speaker
And so then we become young adults or we finish school and we don't know what to study.
00:26:09
Speaker
We don't know what to wear.
00:26:10
Speaker
We don't know what to eat.
00:26:11
Speaker
We're so confused because for the last 15 plus years, 20 years, we have been taught that when we listen and when we express what actually is happening within us, it's unsafe.
00:26:25
Speaker
So we get that and we just suppress it and say, okay, I'll say yes.
00:26:29
Speaker
I'll come to you a bit.
00:26:30
Speaker
I'll train you at 7 p.m.
00:26:33
Speaker
instead of 3 p.m., you know?
00:26:36
Speaker
We get stuck in jobs that we hate doing.
00:26:38
Speaker
We don't have anything else but our soul's compass.
00:26:40
Speaker
Like, what else is going to guide us to where we have to go?
00:26:44
Speaker
And every time we do something that goes against what we feel, that's soul crippling.
00:26:49
Speaker
Like, that is, like, one of the most biggest pains that we can have ever
00:26:54
Speaker
And I truly believe that our purpose is to be in our gifts, that our purpose is to be just who we've come to be and to be authentic.
00:27:01
Speaker
And the universe is constantly conspiring with us to co-create that reality that our soul desires.
00:27:08
Speaker
And because we are so scared and so conditioned
00:27:12
Speaker
to express the things we actually want and to connect to that guiding voice that is going to drive us onto the path to our purpose.
00:27:19
Speaker
We're absolutely just like in this constant battle of, you know, the self-made jail that we live in where our nervous system and our subconscious prefers to be in a hell that's self-made, like in a situation where we're miserable, burned out, uninspired, depressed.
00:27:38
Speaker
Because that feels safer because we know this versus stepping out and actually allowing ourselves to trust ourselves.
00:27:46
Speaker
And that's the thing I think says something earlier, and I want to kind of like peel it back just a bit on the word authenticity.
00:27:53
Speaker
When it comes to human design, what is authenticity and how do you see it from your projector parent of the world?
00:28:01
Speaker
Because it is a new trend, just like healing and healers is a new trend.
00:28:05
Speaker
Authenticity is like something I've used over and over in my podcast.
00:28:10
Speaker
And, you know, like you said, what is authenticity?
00:28:13
Speaker
Can you elaborate on that and how we can get more into that space for ourselves?
00:28:18
Speaker
I really love that question because it entails a certain self-awareness.
00:28:23
Speaker
And I think so many people are interested in knowing about themselves.
00:28:26
Speaker
You know, we get thrown so many new words and we're all supposed to know what that means, right?
00:28:31
Speaker
Healing, again, I just need to make a detour because this is really important to me.
00:28:36
Speaker
I really don't like the narrative around healing because I do not believe that we are broken.
00:28:43
Speaker
And the thing that I've seen with my clients that holds people back the most is
00:28:48
Speaker
is that they don't move through life because I need time to heal.
00:28:54
Speaker
To me, that's the most disempowering discourse that exists in this spiritual niche.
00:29:01
Speaker
Because the only thing that will make you learn the lessons that you need is
00:29:07
Speaker
to overcome your own bullshit and to step into your purpose and find your path and have success is living life.
00:29:14
Speaker
And if you use the excuse of healing to pause your life because you don't want to get triggered, because you don't want to overcome your own insecurities, because you want to play small, because you want to stay stuck,
00:29:27
Speaker
Like healing is the biggest excuse to remove yourself from life.
00:29:32
Speaker
And life is the only thing that 200% is going to move you forward.
00:29:37
Speaker
None of us can escape the fucking lessons of life.
00:29:39
Speaker
Sorry, I get so intense about it.
00:29:42
Speaker
We need authenticity.
00:29:44
Speaker
This is so important to me.
00:29:46
Speaker
I know a lot of people really hold on to this like, no, I'm in my healing era.
00:29:52
Speaker
You have to be in your living fucking life era.
00:29:55
Speaker
In your healing era, you're going to go backwards.
00:29:58
Speaker
All of your symptoms will get bigger and you're just going to go in a downward spiral because you're not moving forward.
00:30:05
Speaker
We can do all of the courses, all of the meditations, all of the visualizations.
00:30:09
Speaker
But the thing that is going to teach you exactly where you're lacking is life.
00:30:14
Speaker
Everything that triggers you, every heartache, every like complication with your boss, your family, all of that shit is teaching you where you need to grow and where you need to expand into.
00:30:25
Speaker
And where you need healing, but you have to do it from an empowered way of moving forward and not from like removing yourself from life and not having contact with anybody and just like avoiding personal responsibility and integrity.
00:30:39
Speaker
Come on, drop the mic.
00:30:42
Speaker
Micah Gabriella, God damn it.
00:30:44
Speaker
Activated my sacral chakra.
00:30:48
Speaker
Now we can move into authenticity.
00:30:53
Speaker
So this is the way that I have boiled down authenticity, okay?
00:30:58
Speaker
So authenticity is unapologetically owning your personal experience and sharing it with the world.
00:31:09
Speaker
Can we get the book?
00:31:12
Speaker
Somebody invite me.
00:31:13
Speaker
Yeah, write the book.
00:31:16
Speaker
This, I think, is really essential.
00:31:17
Speaker
I remember like in 2019, before I actually started with human design, I wrote like this cryptic Instagram post, like, I'm going to find the roadmap to my authenticity.
00:31:27
Speaker
And I was really struggling to understand what authenticity meant.
00:31:31
Speaker
And in the first year of like starting my human design business and showing up on social media, the one thing that everybody said was like, oh, you're so authentic.
00:31:39
Speaker
Authenticity will look completely different for everybody.
00:31:41
Speaker
And I think the scary thing is that authenticity requires us to be really self-aware and connect to the parts of ourselves that we are afraid to share.
Personal Stories of Authenticity
00:31:52
Speaker
The most authentic thing that somebody can do is share the stuff that they don't want anybody to know.
00:31:58
Speaker
Like the things you're scared of anybody finding out, the thing you're ashamed anybody will find out.
00:32:04
Speaker
And the more you talk about this with your friends, and obviously, like if you have a platform, the more magnetic you become.
00:32:10
Speaker
There's something about people, like look at Cardi B. Like Cardi B to me is the person who is like one of the most authentic people in the world.
00:32:17
Speaker
And that's why she's so incredibly like successful.
00:32:20
Speaker
Because she is her, whatever that means to me, you know, like it's very shocking.
00:32:25
Speaker
Like I'm a European girl, you know what I mean?
00:32:29
Speaker
So, but her authenticity creates this magnetism, right?
00:32:32
Speaker
Even though nothing about her is very real, you know, like her aesthetic, everything's like molded and like, you know, surgery is like, it's not that it's natural or anything like that, but it's authentic.
00:32:45
Speaker
You like it or you don't like it, right?
00:32:47
Speaker
And it's beautiful.
00:32:48
Speaker
I want to, you just, you about to make me share too much information, but I want to be authentic in this moment.
00:32:53
Speaker
I want to tell a story about this.
00:32:55
Speaker
So I met someone and we were talking and I don't know some way, somehow, how many partners have you had sexually came up?
00:33:05
Speaker
And so I asked the question to them and they didn't want to tell me.
00:33:08
Speaker
I'm like, oh, are you acting like that?
00:33:09
Speaker
Like, come on, I want to judge you.
00:33:11
Speaker
She's like, no, I promise you, if I tell you, you're not going to ever talk to me, you're going to look at me different.
00:33:15
Speaker
I'm like, says who?
00:33:16
Speaker
I said, you're creating this narrative.
00:33:19
Speaker
I'm not going to say the number.
00:33:20
Speaker
So she gave her number.
00:33:22
Speaker
The number was more than 20.
00:33:23
Speaker
Just know that, right?
00:33:25
Speaker
So in her mind, she thought that she's bad or she's different or she's, and I'm like, yo, I said, guess what?
00:33:33
Speaker
Because I was teaching her in the moment how to be her authentic self.
00:33:37
Speaker
I said, I said, how you feel now?
00:33:40
Speaker
I was like, still here.
00:33:44
Speaker
Feels better, right?
00:33:45
Speaker
She's like, yeah, it does.
00:33:47
Speaker
Because you hold on to truth that no one cares but you about protecting it.
00:33:52
Speaker
And because you're authentic, guess what?
00:33:54
Speaker
So I said, guess what's going to happen with you or not?
00:33:57
Speaker
You're never going to lie or have to lie to me because I'm not judging you for your truth.
00:34:01
Speaker
I'm just trying to hold space for your truth.
00:34:03
Speaker
And I think the world we live in it as everything is getting exposed, as we see, the more we can be in integrity, the more we can be authentic, we can have a more fulfilling life.
00:34:12
Speaker
When you're hiding things from your partner, from your family, from whoever, when you hide things from yourself.
00:34:19
Speaker
It's not going to be easy life to live within your body.
00:34:23
Speaker
And so I just love that you brought up Cardi B and anybody else says, and I feel like those people are, they say authenticity is the most powerful emotion there is more than love.
00:34:38
Speaker
Because you're not allowing nothing to stop you from being your true essence of who you are in every moment.
00:34:44
Speaker
Today, I don't want to be positive.
00:34:46
Speaker
I don't want to smile.
00:34:49
Speaker
Don't be positive.
00:34:50
Speaker
Today, I want to curse out my spouse.
00:34:52
Speaker
Curse your spouse out.
00:34:54
Speaker
Be fucking hitting me, right?
00:34:57
Speaker
And I think it's important.
00:34:59
Speaker
I love that you got so passionate about that because I think most people feel the way you feel, but they're so afraid to hit that button and turn the engine on or turn the volume on because they're so afraid of what someone's going to think.
Embracing True Self for Fulfillment
00:35:14
Speaker
They're going to be looked at different and someone's going to judge them and they're never going to be able to make the money they're going to make or have the person who's like, listen, at some point, I believe.
00:35:23
Speaker
When you're not authentic, your true self will come to light.
00:35:26
Speaker
And I think the more you suppress your shadow self, your real self, you're going to expose it in a way you don't want it to be exposed because you're holding it in like it's a cage, like it's an animal.
00:35:36
Speaker
So that's beautiful.
00:35:40
Speaker
I think it's a very beautiful story that you shared.
00:35:42
Speaker
And I think in the end, all of these stories that we have about ourselves that we feel shameful because somebody put them there.
00:35:51
Speaker
And so we are born without any conception of anything.
00:35:55
Speaker
And these beliefs that we grow up with that kind of get ingrained, again, we had to adopt these beliefs because we had to reject part of ourselves in order to be loved and accepted.
00:36:09
Speaker
And they're kind of like, this is one of my favorite things.
00:36:12
Speaker
I wrote about it today, actually.
00:36:14
Speaker
And that is really understanding that, you know, when we're in this, you know, self-aware process, when we're moving to spirituality, when we're getting curious about the things that you share, we're on this self-awareness journey.
00:36:25
Speaker
What we're going to meet are going to be blocks, patterns, repetitive shit.
00:36:30
Speaker
And we're like, why?
00:36:32
Speaker
Why do I always hit my head against the same wall?
00:36:34
Speaker
Why am I always attracting the same partners?
00:36:37
Speaker
Why do I always fail in this specific business area, right?
00:36:41
Speaker
And so all of these patterns, everything that is standing in between who you are now and who you want to be, that pattern loop belief at some point
00:36:52
Speaker
served you and you had to hold on to that to survive, right?
00:36:57
Speaker
So instead of getting angry at ourselves, because again, we find limitations because we have more stuff to work on because we have shadow aspects and we have triggers and we have this and we have patterns and whatever, we're
00:37:07
Speaker
I want to also bring awareness to the fact that we need to have curious, warm empathy to the thing that is holding us back.
Integrating Shame for Intimacy
00:37:17
Speaker
That is holding us back right now at some moment protected us from, you know, like the horror, the pain, the heartache, the rejection that the environment in which we grew up with like presented to us.
00:37:29
Speaker
And when we are curious about that part that we feel shameful about, we realize that that's just our inner child's way of trying to protect itself.
00:37:40
Speaker
And when we connect to that hurt, fearful inner child, we can have love and empathy for that darkness within us, for that shadow side.
00:37:49
Speaker
And so once we're really having loving, curious energy towards those rejected parts, we can integrate them.
00:37:57
Speaker
And that's when that happens, what you were saying, right?
00:37:59
Speaker
I'm able to integrate the shameful parts of myself and therefore I'm able to show myself in a whole complete way.
00:38:06
Speaker
And now when I'm seen as my whole authentic self with all of the shit, the shadow and the shamefulness,
00:38:12
Speaker
that's when I will be able to have true intimacy.
00:38:14
Speaker
That's when the love that I feel is actually love for who I am.
00:38:18
Speaker
Because what happens is that if we're hiding parts of ourselves from our partners, from our relationships, from whatever, whatever, we become adults that are completely in relationships and dynamics that are absolutely superficial.
00:38:31
Speaker
And we feel that we're just living this super superficial life where nobody really gets to meet us.
00:38:37
Speaker
And so that's also like a very unpleasant experience to have.
00:38:40
Speaker
That's when we have midlife crisis.
00:38:44
Speaker
Oh my God, what's happening?
00:38:50
Speaker
Everyone steal yourself.
00:38:56
Speaker
You will go through a crisis if you don't embrace your true self.
00:39:00
Speaker
I don't care how much money you have, what you owe, what you know.
00:39:04
Speaker
You go, life will break you.
00:39:08
Speaker
We're not broken, but we're here.
00:39:09
Speaker
We're always healing, evolving.
00:39:11
Speaker
We're saying break down the sickness in you.
00:39:14
Speaker
Break down the stuff that was put on you from your society, put on you from how you were raised.
00:39:18
Speaker
We didn't come into this world with fear.
00:39:23
Speaker
But it's real to some of us because we believe it, right?
00:39:25
Speaker
Like you said in the beginning, we can believe it, it can manifest.
00:39:29
Speaker
And so I'm just so grateful and fortunate to do the work, to understand the work, but to be curious.
00:39:35
Speaker
Like I was about me and my design that continuously led me to this point to say,
00:39:40
Speaker
What is my design?
00:39:41
Speaker
What is Gene Keys?
00:39:42
Speaker
What is a three six role model?
00:39:44
Speaker
What is, you know, all these things that we have no answer to until we have someone like you who can speak profoundly about it.
00:39:51
Speaker
Can you speak just a little bit on like how do we use our design?
00:39:57
Speaker
Because I think this is such people, people are even looking for money or they're looking for love.
00:40:03
Speaker
Those two things go hand to hand, some sorts of people live in.
00:40:07
Speaker
How can people use a design?
00:40:09
Speaker
And then last but not least, how can people use the design to find that most authentic self?
00:40:15
Speaker
So can you speak on those love, money, and then authenticity of self?
00:40:19
Speaker
How does the design help you
Human Design as a Growth Roadmap
00:40:21
Speaker
get close to that?
00:40:21
Speaker
Because I think numerology, I love astrology, I love, but it doesn't break it down in the details the way the design does to go.
00:40:32
Speaker
This is the concept, okay?
00:40:34
Speaker
The concept is that we have come, I don't know if I said this in the last episode, but I'm going to explain it again.
00:40:40
Speaker
We've come into this world with our soul being whole.
00:40:43
Speaker
And we know exactly what chances, opportunities, relationships, money are meant for us in this lifetime.
00:40:49
Speaker
And all of these things are kind of like an iCloud and a holding pattern.
00:40:53
Speaker
And our aura has the key.
00:40:55
Speaker
Our aura is the password that connects the things that are meant for us into our reality.
00:41:00
Speaker
What happens though, and this is something we talk a lot about in human design, is the conditioning and the process of deconditioning.
00:41:07
Speaker
And so conditioning, we can imagine it like a slime that's sitting on top of our aura, not allowing that our soul can connect with the things that are meant for us.
00:41:15
Speaker
And so this conditioning is born from what I was explaining earlier,
00:41:20
Speaker
That when we were little and we showed ourselves authentically, but that authenticity was rejected, we were punished or shamed for our whole authentic self in order to survive, we reject a part of that whole authentic self.
00:41:32
Speaker
And that allows us to create a lost self.
00:41:36
Speaker
And so that lost self creates this emptiness inside of
00:41:41
Speaker
that we try to fill through success in our work, through intense but toxic relationship, through substances, material things to kind of fill that hole.
00:41:49
Speaker
And what human design does, it actually allows us to tap into that parts of ourselves that we have rejected and lost so that we understand that
00:41:57
Speaker
those specific unique qualities, gifts, and talents that we have are meant for us to explore and move onto the path of our purpose.
00:42:07
Speaker
And when we're able to integrate back to our whole authentic self, we're able to take off that slime and conditioning from our aura and our soul can go back to connecting to the things that are meant for us in this lifetime.
00:42:19
Speaker
And so what human design specifically is that it allows us to use energy and alignment with the universe to find the path to our purpose.
00:42:29
Speaker
And it has this deep information around our karma, our unique gifts, the way that we're meant to operate in the world, the way that we're meant to show up, how we're meant to
00:42:40
Speaker
make money, how we're meant to connect romantically with other people.
00:42:45
Speaker
It has astrology, the ancient law of the I Ching, the mystic side of Judaism, which is Kabbalah and the chakra systems, but also quantum physics and genetics.
00:42:56
Speaker
And so all of this information combined really gives us such a deep roadmap of how we're meant to operate energetically.
00:43:05
Speaker
It's so good because it compensates everything.
00:43:10
Speaker
Like the depth of human design is insane.
00:43:12
Speaker
And this is actually, it's great.
00:43:15
Speaker
But I also always like to pay attention to the fact that your life doesn't change by learning shit.
00:43:22
Speaker
So like my biggest goal is,
00:43:24
Speaker
What I want my human design legacy to be is to give practical tools to actually live out your design.
00:43:31
Speaker
Because human design is so vast in information that people nerd out on human design information, want to know all of the details, all of the nitty gritty, go deep in it.
00:43:40
Speaker
And they're like, no, I just have to learn more before I can actually implement it.
00:43:44
Speaker
No, just let me learn a little bit more.
00:43:45
Speaker
And then, oh, I need this information.
00:43:46
Speaker
I need this other information.
00:43:48
Speaker
But where you're going to see the biggest change and impact in your life through human design is when you start living out your energy type.
00:43:55
Speaker
And the energy type is the most basic, most powerful tool to find alignment.
00:44:00
Speaker
It gives you a tangible strategy on how to move through life.
00:44:03
Speaker
It gives you a core feeling that allows you to know when you've gotten off track from the path to your purpose.
00:44:10
Speaker
And it pinpoints what your main goal is in life, which is your signature.
00:44:15
Speaker
And when you focus on your signature...
00:44:18
Speaker
As collateral, your life will have an incredible up-leveling.
00:44:22
Speaker
But you don't need to know all of
Living Your Design for Life Improvements
00:44:24
Speaker
You've got to get the first base solid and start using and living that out.
00:44:31
Speaker
So based on my design type, which is someone similar, three, six, role model generator, what's the best thing I can do in this moment to embody that archetype?
00:44:41
Speaker
Like from you to me, what is the first thing that I need to like, forget like you said, you said something so powerful.
00:44:47
Speaker
You don't evolve your life from learning anything.
00:44:50
Speaker
You get it from embody, embodiment, right?
00:44:52
Speaker
Because we can have knowledge, but don't have the experience.
00:44:55
Speaker
So then the experience lacking, you can't embody what you know.
00:44:59
Speaker
because you haven't experienced it.
00:45:00
Speaker
So how does someone have my chart of me, myself, how do I fully embody it?
00:45:06
Speaker
Like, what's the easiest way?
00:45:08
Speaker
I really think the easiest way for you, which I think you're already doing because you've been into human design for a while, is just 2,000% honing into giving yourself permission to follow your sequel desires no matter what.
00:45:25
Speaker
That's scary because it means creating boundaries.
00:45:28
Speaker
It means saying no.
00:45:29
Speaker
It means letting down people.
00:45:32
Speaker
There's these very deep fears that are going to come up around what happens when you start owning your truth and what you want to do.
00:45:41
Speaker
And if there's this core belief of like, oh, I'm being selfish, I'm here to support other people, like generators very often struggle with people-pleasing tendencies, like those are very deep survival attachment core wounds that are going to come up.
00:45:57
Speaker
And so it sounds very easy to be like, oh, I just going to live my life doing exactly what I want.
00:46:02
Speaker
But it's just not that easy because there's so much conditioning and there's so much, you know, fear around that.
00:46:07
Speaker
And so it seems so simple, but actually really working on this is going to unlock deep rooted limitations.
00:46:17
Speaker
And the beauty of human design in general is that there is an impact that only happens through what in human design we call the oral transmission.
00:46:27
Speaker
So in human design, we talk about the cellular activation and the cellular activation comes from the specific code words we use in human design.
00:46:35
Speaker
And these words carry a certain frequency.
00:46:38
Speaker
And that frequency, when we have an oral transmission, will awaken your dormant DNA.
00:46:43
Speaker
So it is a completely different, you know, we call it mutation.
00:46:47
Speaker
It's a different process if you read human design information or if you hear human design information.
00:46:54
Speaker
And yeah, because I think I did struggle with the people pleasing and letting people down.
00:46:59
Speaker
Now I'm over that.
00:47:01
Speaker
No, I can't show up today.
00:47:02
Speaker
No, I don't want to train you.
00:47:03
Speaker
No, I don't have no money for you.
00:47:06
Speaker
I'm not attached to that part of me anymore because that was hard for years.
00:47:09
Speaker
And a lot of us dealing with people I love and care about, Sam, because I know I got to honor what I want, what I need for me because I've always sacrificed me for you.
00:47:18
Speaker
And then you get me nowhere.
00:47:19
Speaker
I'm not doing that.
00:47:20
Speaker
I think my struggle now is maybe it's a past life regression or something where when I do something for my desire, part of me feels like I'm being irresponsible.
00:47:33
Speaker
Like, no, you can't go on no trip or no, you can't.
00:47:35
Speaker
It'll just come up.
00:47:36
Speaker
It won't be like, you know what I mean?
00:47:38
Speaker
Like it'll come up in spurts.
00:47:39
Speaker
It's not like it's stopping me.
00:47:41
Speaker
What did it come up?
00:47:43
Speaker
I'm like, but what if that's what I really want?
00:47:45
Speaker
Based on my design.
00:47:48
Speaker
And in human design, our mind is actually what we call the not self.
00:47:52
Speaker
Our mind is constantly interfering with our truth from the human design perspective.
00:47:58
Speaker
And so you're constantly fighting with your reason and the beauty of the sequel center, the beauty of the power of trusting yourself and being in the moment and allowing to respond to, you know, the impulses you're receiving on a daily basis from who you meet, what you eat, who you see, what you smell.
00:48:16
Speaker
Like you're in constant respond modus.
00:48:20
Speaker
And so your mind is going to try to reason with you.
Trusting Instincts for Authenticity
00:48:26
Speaker
Like, no, you can have ice cream.
00:48:27
Speaker
We have learned that ice cream is really, really bad.
00:48:30
Speaker
And like, that's not good because whatever, whatever.
00:48:32
Speaker
Or like, the mind is just like constant chatter.
00:48:35
Speaker
And like, not only you, but all of us are constantly negotiating with
00:48:40
Speaker
trusting the wisdom of our body and then fighting with the logic of our mind.
00:48:44
Speaker
And again, the mind is fantastic.
00:48:46
Speaker
The mind is great for so many occasions, but it's not always what we should rely on to find and be on the path of our purpose.
00:48:56
Speaker
I just came up with something.
00:48:56
Speaker
I don't love this out there, but body authenticity.
00:49:01
Speaker
Body's saying versus what my mind is telling me.
00:49:04
Speaker
My body is saying, I just want to stay in bed for another hour.
00:49:08
Speaker
And maybe when you stay in the bed for another hour, maybe there's a manifestation that happens that you can't see.
00:49:14
Speaker
So you need to trust what your body is saying instead of like, no, I say I get up at 5 a.m.
00:49:19
Speaker
You know, it's like, you know, but today the body says, Eric, can you just give me 20 minutes?
00:49:27
Speaker
And you know what, for you actually, like you're somebody who thrives on consistency.
00:49:31
Speaker
You're somebody for whom discipline is easy and you have a defined ego.
00:49:35
Speaker
So those are like very strong indications that you're going to do pretty well with being able to commit to yourself, committing to other people in doing the shit you said you were going to do.
00:49:45
Speaker
You know, like there's a very strong capacity for you to be in this very structured way of showing up in life.
00:49:52
Speaker
But there's people who are not meant to have consistency.
00:49:55
Speaker
There's people who are undisciplined.
00:49:57
Speaker
And it's not a negative word.
00:49:59
Speaker
It just means they don't need discipline to have success in their life.
00:50:03
Speaker
And so especially in the sports, gym, health, spiritual thing where it's like, you have to wake up every morning at 5 a.m.
00:50:11
Speaker
and drink your water with lemon and then you meditate.
00:50:15
Speaker
There's a lot of people for whom that is actually energy draining.
00:50:19
Speaker
And they try to do it because everybody in the industry is telling them the only way you're going to become a millionaire, the only way you're going to have the body of your dreams is by being consistent and having discipline.
00:50:28
Speaker
But these people actually will feel worse if they try to apply consistency and discipline.
00:50:35
Speaker
And I had this client, 25-year-old guy, super fit, biohacking, like all of the things.
00:50:40
Speaker
And he's like, Micah, I'm a bad spiritual person.
00:50:44
Speaker
And I'm like, okay, what does that mean?
00:50:46
Speaker
Why do you think you're a bad spiritual person?
00:50:48
Speaker
And he's like, well, because I do all of the things and I wake up in the morning and I do the routine and every day, the same hour, same time.
00:50:54
Speaker
And I try to apply discipline, but then I fall off the wagon.
00:50:57
Speaker
You know, I feel like shit.
00:50:59
Speaker
And then we looked at his design and we just found out that that's not the way that serves him.
00:51:04
Speaker
He needs to move through life in a different way, in a more intuitive way, in a way where he can still show up every day, but maybe it's, you know, one day I wake up at seven and the next I wake up at 12 and sometimes I'm going to have lunch at one and the next time I'm going to have lunch at four, he has to move in a different way for him to be aligned and trying to force himself into discipline and consistency is actually draining his energy.
00:51:28
Speaker
Versus people like you and I who have arrows that are pointing to the left, which thrive on consistency and discipline.
Consistency vs. Flexibility in Design Types
00:51:36
Speaker
For us, having a routine is really energy enhancing.
00:51:40
Speaker
Like no matter where we go, we can be traveling, but we'll have our little routine.
00:51:43
Speaker
You know, we'll wake up, go to the gym, have whatever breakfast, you know, there's something that...
00:51:48
Speaker
familiarity and that consistency of knowing what we're going to do that allows our overthinking brains, our active brains to use up the energy to think about important things and not about what I'm going to eat or what I'm going to do today.
00:52:01
Speaker
Yeah, another thing is a part of feeling safe in the body, the discipline.
00:52:05
Speaker
And there's something I did with my Instagram because last year was big ego death in a great way because I was so attached to what I put out, right?
00:52:13
Speaker
So perfectionist, you got to look clean, you got to have a haircut, you got to, you know, it was just so just the car has to be clean every time we post it.
00:52:21
Speaker
It has to be the best looking car.
00:52:23
Speaker
And I'm like, man, fuck that.
00:52:24
Speaker
It's not even real.
00:52:25
Speaker
Hey, I don't look like that every day all day.
00:52:27
Speaker
I'm not showing up.
00:52:28
Speaker
And so now I've been like, I'm not attached to what comes out if it's really my authentic self.
00:52:34
Speaker
So I'll go for a run and I'll get an intuitive hit on just a download.
00:52:40
Speaker
It's not even about the engagement.
00:52:41
Speaker
It's about how I'm feeling.
00:52:42
Speaker
It makes me feel good, right?
00:52:44
Speaker
Because I'm expressing myself in an authentic way that I feel like I want to share it.
00:52:49
Speaker
And I'm not putting no shackles on it or no restrictions or no, you can't post that.
00:52:53
Speaker
And I still fight with it.
00:52:57
Speaker
You know what I think is really interesting about this is that I feel like 2024 is really the year where we're all just like stepping into integrity.
00:53:05
Speaker
Like I see so many people being like, F this shit.
00:53:08
Speaker
I'm not going to do what the algorithm tells me.
00:53:10
Speaker
I'm not going to do what people tell me I should do.
00:53:13
Speaker
Like so many people are completely throwing all of the rules out the window and are like completely tuning into what feels right for them.
00:53:20
Speaker
Like the amount of creators that I'm following that are like, I'm not doing short content.
00:53:24
Speaker
I'm just doing three hour podcasts or like I'm completely switching my niche.
00:53:28
Speaker
Like, you know, in the niche switching again, because like this is not working for me.
00:53:32
Speaker
Like I thought this was it.
00:53:32
Speaker
I'm not like it's crazy.
00:53:34
Speaker
Everybody's totally doubling down on what feels right for them.
00:53:40
Speaker
And I think that that's super inspiring and interesting to watch.
00:53:43
Speaker
Yeah, and this is you.
00:53:44
Speaker
It comes through better.
00:53:46
Speaker
You get more of a hit.
00:53:47
Speaker
The person hearing it, reading it, witnessing it, there you can feel inspired.
00:53:51
Speaker
And with AI, you know, and this whole capacity of delegating and being able to create, you know, content, create workshops, create everything in this very digitalized unhumanness.
00:54:03
Speaker
One of the things that I'm really into is
00:54:07
Speaker
effort the beauty of putting effort into the things that we're doing you know it takes a certain courage and bravery to make that effort every day to showing up to sharing to wanting to be seen to being vulnerable like effort is such a beautiful beautiful thing and often you know in the spiritual world it's like every time something's hard or everything requires energy or effort it's like oh no you're like hustling like we also gotta just like you know put effort into shit
00:54:36
Speaker
In the Kabbalistic wisdom, there is this concept of having to earn the light of the creator.
00:54:44
Speaker
So there is something of us needing to, and this is not, you know, because when we come from people-pleasing tendencies, there's this thing of like, oh, I need to do something in order to have value.
00:54:54
Speaker
And this is not what I'm saying.
00:54:56
Speaker
But there's something about having to put a certain effort, having to contribute, having to, you know, honor the gifts that we have and be responsible to share what we've come to share in this lifetime with the world.
00:55:10
Speaker
Like that is an important task.
00:55:12
Speaker
We only got one fucking life.
00:55:14
Speaker
Like really honor your capacity and your individuality.
00:55:18
Speaker
And, you know, like I was trying to share this with somebody the other day and the person was like, yeah, but, you know, this is relying
Effort and Diligence in Growth
00:55:25
Speaker
And I'm like, no, like you can be the fucking best hugger in the world and you have so much value to provide.
00:55:33
Speaker
There's actually a reflector.
00:55:35
Speaker
She travels around the world only to hug people.
00:55:42
Speaker
She hugs thousands of people and changes their life with a hug.
00:55:46
Speaker
And so we don't need to have the best education or know how to communicate the most eloquent way.
00:55:52
Speaker
When we just understand what it is that we are really great at, that's when we're in our purpose.
00:55:58
Speaker
That's when we are authentic.
00:56:00
Speaker
And our purpose is not a fucking job description.
00:56:02
Speaker
I'm swearing so much.
00:56:04
Speaker
Our purpose is not a job description.
00:56:06
Speaker
It's not the bio on Instagram.
00:56:09
Speaker
Like your purpose is just showing up and sharing what you love with others.
00:56:16
Speaker
And then the purpose will develop and it will blossom and it will bloom and it will allow you to see where you're going.
00:56:23
Speaker
But this idea of like, I have a business idea and this is how I'm gonna become a millionaire and these are my strategies.
00:56:29
Speaker
I don't see that happening.
00:56:30
Speaker
Like life takes you on the ride.
00:56:32
Speaker
It's meant to bring you.
00:56:34
Speaker
They say, you know, Kabbalistic, I got this book, Kabbalism, astrology.
00:56:39
Speaker
They say sharing is receiving, right?
00:56:42
Speaker
If you're losing something on a physical plane, you gain something in a spiritual way.
Kabbalistic Wisdom on Giving and Receiving
00:56:46
Speaker
And it's a, the light of the creator, be the light to get more of the light from the creator, right?
00:56:52
Speaker
And I'm learning, someone told me this years ago, he's like, don't try to get everybody into the light, just be the light.
00:56:59
Speaker
And the people who want to be lit, they will follow.
00:57:01
Speaker
And that's what I feel like I'm here to do.
00:57:03
Speaker
That's what I feel like we're all here to do.
00:57:04
Speaker
It's like whatever your light is, light it up and light it everywhere you go.
00:57:08
Speaker
Because I know I'm going to change and shift the frequency in my positive, whatever way, authentic way.
00:57:14
Speaker
And I think that's what life is about.
00:57:16
Speaker
In order to be me, I must be free.
00:57:18
Speaker
In order to be free, I must be me.
00:57:20
Speaker
And I think most people are not free because we're holding on to restrictions in our mind again.
00:57:25
Speaker
Like I did with the food.
00:57:26
Speaker
Oh, I can't have the gummy bears.
00:57:28
Speaker
Oh, I can't have the pizza.
00:57:29
Speaker
What's my body saying?
00:57:31
Speaker
So, Micah, this was amazing.
00:57:33
Speaker
This is phenomenal.
00:57:34
Speaker
But before we get over here, how can one get into your aura field, get into your vortex?
00:57:39
Speaker
How can we give service to what you do and get to know more about you?
00:57:43
Speaker
Because we want to learn and connect with the paradigm and IP of you.
00:57:48

I'll try my best to answer.
00:58:17
Speaker
And by the way, what's your life path number for the numerologist and astrology?
00:58:21
Speaker
I'm on life path seven.
00:58:23
Speaker
And it's interesting because seven is also my birth date and I have like a specific seven is my lucky number.
00:58:28
Speaker
There's something about the seven that is really like powerful in my life just as a, you know, sign.
00:58:33
Speaker
I'm a Libra rising and my moon is Sagittarius.
00:58:38
Speaker
And your Mars is Capricorn.
00:58:42
Speaker
My Mars is Scorpio, which is like the moon tomorrow or whatever.
00:58:46
Speaker
There's a full moon.
00:58:47
Speaker
What does that mean when you have Scorpio Mars?
00:58:50
Speaker
I know what Capricorn Mars is.
00:58:52
Speaker
Strong, intense sexual energy and like work.
00:58:56
Speaker
I love Scorpio though.
00:58:57
Speaker
Scorpio is like, I identify with Scorpio a lot.
00:59:00
Speaker
I have the biggest, like the most fun with Scorpio people.
00:59:03
Speaker
What's your Mercury?
00:59:06
Speaker
That's how you think and communicate.
00:59:09
Speaker
But like in my human design, my Mercury is love for life.
00:59:13
Speaker
And I think that that's very clear.
00:59:15
Speaker
Like the way that I express myself is like very alive, you know, so it makes sense from the human design perspective, but I have no idea what it is in astrology.
00:59:22
Speaker
Well, again, thank you.
00:59:24
Speaker
