Patrick Menefee: Coach to Entrepreneurs

For this episode we talked with Patrick Menefee, a real estate investor and coach to entrepreneurs. Patrick has started, built, and sold companies in the real estate industry including a house flipping business and a landscaping business. He currently owns real estate in North Carolina, and we discuss his experience with both long-term and short term rentals. We learn that patrick was in the Army and we Talk about living abroad and what effect that has had on his worldview.
