Dreams about Death or Dying
In episode 47 we talk about those common dreams that no one likes to have, death dreams. This can mean you dream of a loved one dying, or you watch yourself die, or perhaps someone you don’t know, maybe an animal or pet or something in your care dies in your dream. REMEMBER our dreams are almost always symbolic and this dream is no exception! It never hurts to pray for someone’s safety after a dream like this, and it is always important to ask the Holy Spirit why he gave us that dream. But let’s not get bogged down in fear, let’s look at this metaphorically. Death dreams are most often pointing to something, a season, a mindset, or maybe a career path that is coming to an end. Here are some examples of recent death dreams and their interpretations in this podcast.
This week alone Margaux interpreted close to 10 death dreams, so clearly there is a current pattern of God showing us what needs to be put to death so the NEW can come! God is so good at pruning away what is no longer bearing fruit- he desires we grow and become even more alive and fruitful!
