Elizabeth Green has nearly 40 years of experience working with infants, toddlers, and families and currently serves families as a sleep consultant.
Elizabeth refers to herself as a sleep doula, because as there's tons of conflicting advice around sleep, she helps families figure out what their needs are and works with them from right where they are.
As Elizabeth says in the episode “It’s not sleep training, it’s sleep learning”.
Parents need to find a balance where the needs of their children are being met but also that the needs of the parents are being met— and sometimes that means mama hires a sleep consultant so she can get her baby and herself more sleep at night.
