Speaker: If you had to pick one, Bethesda came and they were like, which faction do you want an overhaul of missions and like what would that be like?

Speaker: Right, right.

Speaker: Welcome to episode 33 of Starfield with Normal People.

Speaker: My name is Michael and I am here with Duane.

Speaker: Hello everyone.

Speaker: Hello.

Speaker: Hello.

Speaker: Welcome.

Speaker: Welcome to the void, the nothingness.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: The great silence.

Speaker: Ever since the eclipse, Michael, it's just been... There's been a void in my life.

Speaker: I don't know.

Speaker: I think that great shadow that fell upon us here in the United States, it took something for my soul.

Speaker: I don't know.

Speaker: Are you different now?

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: There was some kind of occurrence or thing that happened.

Speaker: I think it was because, you know, I've been...

Speaker: going through changes in Starfield.

Speaker: And when I saw this great celestial event happen in IRL, I kind of like freaked out a little bit.

Speaker: You know, did you watch the eclipse?

Speaker: I did.

Speaker: Yes, I did.

Speaker: My wife got us all the special eclipse glasses, which I'm grateful for.

Speaker: And it really is something special.

Speaker: I feel like ever since I started playing Starfield, I even just look at the moon differently.

Speaker: Agreed.

Speaker: I see the moon in our sky and I'm like, wow, man, that's like, I was like really there, you know?

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: You get the sense that you're like, have visited in a weird way.

Speaker: Like, oh yeah, I've explored that and beyond.

Speaker: So there.

Speaker: It's, it is interesting because like you grow up and like the moon is just always there in the sky.

Speaker: And when you play a game like Starfield or even other space games,

Speaker: Yeah, you get the sense that that is a place like and I will never I'm 40.

Speaker: I'm not getting into the astronaut program.

Speaker: So I know I will be.

Speaker: I'm applying right now.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: Nice.

Speaker: It's looking good.

Speaker: I can blow into a tube and keep a little floaty plastic thing in the bubble thing.

Speaker: That's like an astronaut test.

Speaker: I think that's the only qualification they ask for.

Speaker: No one knows what I'm talking about.

Speaker: The right stuff.

Speaker: Have you seen the right stuff?

Speaker: I have a long time ago.

Speaker: I did see it.

Speaker: Classic scene.

Speaker: I also saw what's the Harlan Williams movie Space?

Speaker: Moonbase?

Speaker: Moonbase 3000?

Speaker: What's the Sean Connery one about the moon?

Speaker: Wasn't that 007?

Speaker: No, actually it wasn't Moonraker.

Speaker: That was with Roger Moore.

Speaker: Oh.

Speaker: What?

Speaker: Rocket Man.

Speaker: There's this ridiculous movie called Rocket Man with Harlan Williams that came out in 1997.

Speaker: And I thought it was so funny back then.

Speaker: Hey, Rocket Man is a cool movie.

Speaker: What are you talking about, Ridiculous?

Speaker: Rocket Man?

Speaker: Are we thinking of the same movie?

Speaker: Well, there's Rocket Man about Elton John.

Speaker: Are you talking about that?

Speaker: And then Rocket Man, where they go to bars.

Speaker: Wait, I'm talking about Rocket Man, where it takes place in the 30s.

Speaker: And he's got the gold helmet.

Speaker: Oh, the Rocketeer.

Speaker: The Rocketeer.

Speaker: Okay.

Speaker: The Rocketeer is great.

Speaker: I love the Rocketeer.

Speaker: That movie.

Speaker: No, that is awesome.

Speaker: Wait, so there's a movie called Rocket Man and it's about John.

Speaker: That makes sense.

Speaker: Just to give you an idea of what we're dealing with.

Speaker: There's a scene...

Speaker: Very famous scene where he has to share an oxygen.

Speaker: Like there's a piping between this guy's suit and his suit.

Speaker: And then he farts into it.

Speaker: And then the fart goes into the other guy's suit.

Speaker: So this is the type of highbrow humor.

Speaker: Right, right.

Speaker: that that movie so i was thinking of outland which is kind of a d-list well not d-list but kind of a lesser known sean connery movie it's up there with the zor zordax what's the other really crazy sean connery movie the one where the i know i know the outfit it's like xan xanax i know yeah it's zordax something like that

Speaker: That movie's trippy, dude.

Speaker: They're like, I mean... I feel like I need to see it.

Speaker: It's a trip.

Speaker: If I was into, you know, Aurora, I'd be watching that movie.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: For sure.

Speaker: Let me ask you a question.

Speaker: Knowing the outfit that he wears, or barely wears, because there's not much of it... There's a lot of man hair in that outfit.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: What...

Speaker: What Starfield faction would he best fit into wearing an outfit like that?

Speaker: Yes.

Speaker: The factions we are talking about are United Colodies, Freestar Collective, House for Rune, Crimson Fleet, Ryujin Industries, Trade Authority, and...

Speaker: and the Tracker's Alliance, and even the Starborn.

Speaker: Okay, I want you to think of what I'm going to think of in your head.

Speaker: Don't say it out loud.

Speaker: And then I'm going to tell you my answer, and it's going to be different than what you're thinking.

Speaker: Ready?

Speaker: Okay.

Speaker: Tracker's Alliance.

Speaker: Okay, what were you thinking?

Speaker: That's what I was...

Speaker: That's what I was thinking.

Speaker: Dang it.

Speaker: I thought you were thinking that I was thinking Crimson Fleet, but no, I, I, I was totally on trackers Alliance for him.

Speaker: Yes.

Speaker: Well, I think trackers Alliance because they could be anybody, right?

Speaker: They could be bounty hunters.

Speaker: They could be, you know, from anywhere.

Speaker: So they could dress however they want.

Speaker: Yep.

Speaker: That's what I was thinking.

Speaker: It's like he just has like a like just a weird I mean a very strange bounty hunter but still bounty hunter nonetheless.

Speaker: Yes indeed.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: Yeah there's a scene in in Zordak.

Speaker: Now I got to look it up because it's not Zordak's but there's a scene in there where like a Easter Island head

Speaker: opens its mouth and then like shoots guns out of its mouth.

Speaker: Like a bunch of guns start spewing out of its mouth.

Speaker: It's Zardoz.

Speaker: Zardoz.

Speaker: Yes.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: All right, kids.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: Go out and rent.

Speaker: Go to your local Blockbuster and pick up Zardoz.

Speaker: You won't be disappointed.

Speaker: 1974.

Speaker: Wow.

Speaker: Shoot.

Speaker: I would love, yeah.

Speaker: Someone needs to mod that outfit into Starfield for sure.

Speaker: Well, let me ask you this.

Speaker: So Sean Connery from Zardoz, these, you know, best known as either...

Speaker: you know, the guy from the rock or bond, the original bond, knowing that which, which of the factions do you think he would be in?

Speaker: We'll see.

Speaker: Okay.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: The one that he would fit into non Zardoz style.

Speaker: Bond, like very suave, very, you know, super agent.

Speaker: Well, see, now that makes me think of a faction that I didn't mention.

Speaker: So I actually thought of two other factions that are not on this list that I was looking at.

Speaker: One is Aegis, which is the spy organization.

Speaker: So that comes up right away for me.

Speaker: Another one that I don't think he fits.

Speaker: So it doesn't fit your question, but just for the sake of people listening that think that I forgot about these people.

Speaker: There's that group list, which is just essentially independent people that are just going out and trying to live in space on their own.

Speaker: The list feels like the trope of the defenseless farmers and then the gunfighter comes into town and has to defend, you know, Shane.

Speaker: Shane comes into town and into the valley and has to defend the farmers from the evil ranchers who try to take over the valley.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: It always feels like that.

Speaker: Like that's their little milk toast, you know, which there is actually there is a side quest.

Speaker: into in Starfield that's sort of similar where you kind of get to protect.

Speaker: Yeah, you get.

Speaker: Oh yeah, no, I've done that with the ship spaceship battle, right?

Speaker: Yep.

Speaker: Yeah, it's kind of randomly placed, which is kind of cool.

Speaker: This is what I like about how Starfield does some of these side quests.

Speaker: is that they can be in different star systems each time you play, which is kind of cool.

Speaker: Yeah, they're not always going to be in the same system.

Speaker: I want to take advantage of the icons.

Speaker: Like, I have not done any exploring by looking at planets and looking at, like, for instance, the ship icon that tells you that there's currently a ship in that orbit.

Speaker: Which you absolutely should.

Speaker: Yeah, I feel like I haven't explored a lot of the little side stories because of that.

Speaker: You know what's so funny is that is exactly what I did too.

Speaker: The first time I played Starfield,

Speaker: I really was ignoring all those icons.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: Because I just, I was always in a mission quest or, you know, mission, commission quest.

Speaker: I was always in a quest or something, you know?

Speaker: So definitely I also kind of ignore them.

Speaker: And then, you know, what's crazy is people talk about this side quest that they say it's really spooky called where there's a ship called the pale lady, um,

Speaker: I've heard of that.

Speaker: I still haven't found it.

Speaker: I can't believe.

Speaker: You're actively searching for it?

Speaker: I sometimes.

Speaker: So there's been times where I was going from system to system and anytime it shows that there's an icon that says ship of any kind,

Speaker: i would go check it out okay so that was my question that quest is actually spawned by that ship icon right like grandma that's what i've read yeah yeah yep yep okay and actually if anyone you know for people that like to find interesting followers interesting that you know crewmates that you can recruit one of my favorites is betty hauser and you find her just by she she's stranded in a ship that's broken

Speaker: So definitely be looking for the ship icons because that might be her.

Speaker: Right.

Speaker: And where other people you have to pay to recruit them, I believe she only asks you for ship parts.

Speaker: And maybe only one.

Speaker: So as long as you have like one ship part.

Speaker: Which I don't have currently.

Speaker: I better go get some.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: They're all spent.

Speaker: Well, what's cool is once you find her, you can board her ship.

Speaker: She'll say, I want some ship parts.

Speaker: Right, and then you can go get some and come back.

Speaker: You can go get some, yeah.

Speaker: You know, Betty Hauser is like the most Bethesda slash Fallout name I can think of.

Speaker: It's got that very, Betty is like a very.

Speaker: Oh, yeah.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: Mid-century name.

Speaker: And then Hauser, you know, makes you think of like a missile or like a. Like a howitzer.

Speaker: Howitzer, right?

Speaker: So it struck me as a typical Bethesda name, which is a good thing, right?

Speaker: You know, there was like a Betty Hauser appreciation thread happening.

Speaker: Some discussion happening in our official official normal people discord.

Speaker: What's kind of funny is somebody mentioned that if you give her grenades, they they said that she could kill you like accidentally.

Speaker: And they said what's funny.

Speaker: You're happy with those in their grenades.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: Apparently, her character called out in combat.

Speaker: She said something like, get down or get back.

Speaker: And then she threw a grenade and it blew up and actually hurt the player.

Speaker: It didn't kill him, but it hurt the player.

Speaker: And apparently her character then said, told you.

Speaker: Right.

Speaker: And I was like, that is awesome.

Speaker: A pithy.

Speaker: That is so great.

Speaker: Yeah, a little attitude from Betty Houser.

Speaker: No, I want to say howitzer.

Speaker: I'm going to call her Betty Howitzer from now on.

Speaker: She would love that, I bet.

Speaker: I bet she would.

Speaker: Yeah, so you're talking different factions.

Speaker: You said that you found a document.

Speaker: What exactly was this document talking about?

Speaker: So this, it was a factions guide that was put together by a user on Reddit named Third Ben.

Speaker: Makes me wonder what happened to the first two Bens, and I hope they're okay.

Speaker: Gary, Gary, Gary, Gary.

Speaker: Yeah, just a vault full of Bens.

Speaker: Mm-hmm.

Speaker: But Third Bend put together this factions guide.

Speaker: And what's interesting is at first it was just the UC Freestar Collective, I believe Crimson Fleet and House Maroon, if I'm remembering.

Speaker: And then after a little bit, they posted again, adding Ryujin Industries, adding the Trade Authority, which I think is good because the Trade Authority...

Speaker: They're kind of just a place to buy and sell stuff, but you can do missions for them.

Speaker: Yeah, absolutely.

Speaker: You can do missions for them, like the space trucking we always talk about.

Speaker: Yeah, you're doing that for the Trade Authority.

Speaker: They also added the Tracker's Alliance, so that's when you do a bounty mission.

Speaker: That's for them.

Speaker: And Starborn.

Speaker: And you were saying Aegis.

Speaker: Tack that on.

Speaker: Yeah, so that's the thing is in this guide, that's as far as it goes.

Speaker: I say yes, add Aegis.

Speaker: We don't know much about them, but that's the point.

Speaker: They are a super secretive group.

Speaker: And then throw List in there.

Speaker: I have seen many comments from players saying that they would love to be more involved with List and do missions for them and kind of like, honestly, you know, in the past, I've talked a lot about having a farming DLC.

Speaker: that would be perfect for list.

Speaker: It really would.

Speaker: To, yeah.

Speaker: Bring in lists, do farming stuff.

Speaker: You know, I'm reminded of the game Animal Crossing where you, you just have like your, your own Island, right?

Speaker: Like everyone knows that animal crossing is just, you build your own whatever.

Speaker: Right.

Speaker: But,

Speaker: Then they came out with DLC that was like, I want to say it was like the Happy Homes DLC or something like that.

Speaker: But what I liked about it was... That game is so wholesome.

Speaker: It really is.

Speaker: Happy Homes.

Speaker: A little too wholesome.

Speaker: And then there's the alcoholic father dog DLC.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: Get to your room.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: No dinner tonight.

Speaker: No, so what was cool was it was mission-based and you would design a home for somebody else.

Speaker: It was like you were an interior designer.

Speaker: And so what was cool was instead of this long form game like that, you just play slowly over time.

Speaker: It was like more fast paced and you, this person likes this, this, this.

Speaker: Okay.

Speaker: You design a house, design a garden, whatever.

Speaker: And then that's done.

Speaker: You get paid and then you're onto the next one.

Speaker: That would be really cool to incorporate that type of thing for list.

Speaker: We are trying to set people up.

Speaker: People that like to do outpost building, well, it's a little bit of a grind sometimes because you have to get supplies, which is, that's fine because it's a slow burn.

Speaker: But now imagine, and like, guys, I'm coming up with this off the top of my head like right now.

Speaker: Imagine that they're like,

Speaker: giving you supplies to go out and set people up on farms.

Speaker: Right.

Speaker: So they just give you a set number and they give you a quest and say, Joe and Sally Smith want to set up a farm on X planet.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: And you need to take this, you know, load over there and set them up their first outpost and, and get one crop going or something like that.

Speaker: They could have, yeah, they could have like, I think about the requirements for fallout build, like settlement building, you know how like depending on how many people were there, it would tell you how much water do they need, how, you know.

Speaker: Dude, that would be so cool if they were, they say like, we've dropped a crate or, you know, a cargo, whatever, of supplies of materials.

Speaker: Yeah, this is what they want.

Speaker: You build it.

Speaker: You build these outposts and then you leave.

Speaker: Like, man, that would be so much fun.

Speaker: And Lists could be like the new Preston.

Speaker: You know, it'd be like, we need another farm.

Speaker: Hey, there's another farm that needs your help on Titan.

Speaker: I'll mark it on your map.

Speaker: Mark it on your map.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: I just think there's so much potential.

Speaker: And that's just one little group that's very underrepresented in the game.

Speaker: Yeah, that could be a lot of fun, especially for the people that like exploring a faction, but also like more of a farming or like an outpost element built into quests.

Speaker: That would be cool for sure.

Speaker: Because there isn't explicitly...

Speaker: There's not a whole lot of quests right now that require you to go build an outpost, are there?

Speaker: I haven't found too many of them.

Speaker: No, there's like one Vasco gives you that quest, but just to teach you that you can do it.

Speaker: He's like, build me a girl robot.

Speaker: Please build me someone to love.

Speaker: But yeah, I mean, of these factions, if you had to pick one, Bethesda came and they were like, Dwayne, which faction do you want like an overhaul of missions and like what would that look like?

Speaker: Right, right.

Speaker: For you, man, I'd have to say house for ruin really, because number one, I, I don't, I haven't had a whole lot of interaction.

Speaker: There was the prisoner in the UC prison who is, you know, kind of my first, one of my first interactions.

Speaker: I haven't really hung out with Andresa.

Speaker: I know she's into it.

Speaker: So my experience with house for ruin is very, very limited.

Speaker: And from what I'm hearing, there's actually not a whole lot of deep,

Speaker: story elements so far about House for.

Speaker: So I think there is a lot of potential and, you know, I am one of my hobbies is is like world religions, believe it or not.

Speaker: So I'm always fascinated by ancient ancient religions, current religions, whatever cults, you name it.

Speaker: I'm into it kind of it interests me.

Speaker: So I would love to see something that gets into the nitty gritty about

Speaker: the cultish like behavior of house Varun and their deity.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: You know, their snake deity.

Speaker: That's, that's what I've heard it is.

Speaker: I mean, I don't know.

Speaker: I haven't been into it.

Speaker: So, but yeah.

Speaker: Well, there's even an NPC that's like, he says like,

Speaker: He seems to be confused.

Speaker: He's like, do they actually worship a big serpent or does it mean something else?

Speaker: So it's like there's even characters in Starfield walking around and like just wondering what, you know, about the mystery of House Baroon.

Speaker: In my mind, there's like planets that you can go to with like crazy Flash Gordon style castles and stuff where they have like these big

Speaker: you know, snake pillars and it's all very fanciful and there's all these rituals.

Speaker: I would love to see something like that in a game.

Speaker: Like you walk into one of these temples, you see a bunch of people standing around a fire pit and they've got, they're worshiping a snake or something to that effect.

Speaker: You know, I just think that that'd be fun.

Speaker: And then you could mow them all down with Betty Howitzer and her grenade throwing capabilities.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: I mean, there's something that I noticed was that before the game even came out, like the trailers, the videos, like it really showcased House Varun.

Speaker: And did it?

Speaker: I don't recall that.

Speaker: Yeah, it showed like I remember the trailer even showing a close up of like this snake statue and you hear one of the characters talking and like you see their armor.

Speaker: And they showcase House of Arun, but then the game comes out and there's hardly anything in there.

Speaker: Yeah, it's like the watch, you know?

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: You use it to open the lodge and then you never see it again.

Speaker: Actually, it was mentioned in, gosh, I think it was like a funeral storyline bit.

Speaker: Oh, really?

Speaker: And I was like, this is only the second time I've ever heard about the watch.

Speaker: But yeah, go on.

Speaker: So you saw it in the trailer.

Speaker: Well, so I'm just saying that how little they're used in the game seems extremely purposeful.

Speaker: Like it seems like most people... Are you saying shattered DLC, shattered spaces about House for Rune?

Speaker: I mean, I feel like it has to be.

Speaker: I feel like House for Rune is so underutilized that part of me thinks...

Speaker: that they like what regarding the main story and everything, like I'm going to try not to go into spoilers, but regarding everything that you learn in the main game and through the ending, I feel like House of Arun, they know, they know about that stuff.

Speaker: Right.

Speaker: And even their symbol is like a scribbled circle.

Speaker: So I'm like,

Speaker: is it, do they, do they know what's going on?

Speaker: You know what I mean?

Speaker: So I feel like it's gonna be related to that.

Speaker: And I feel like you just, you had to like get through the main story to learn more.

Speaker: That's a valid point.

Speaker: And everything you said about like the city and what you were imagining,

Speaker: it really makes me think that when they finally show us more of House Varun, we might get our own city, right?

Speaker: They have to add another city.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: It's like New Atlantis, but it's like...

Speaker: Varun.

Speaker: Dude, my God.

Speaker: And I would be so excited to see what that looks like.

Speaker: That would be cool.

Speaker: I'm down.

Speaker: You know, you talk about the study of religion.

Speaker: The game does point out that when you encounter Varun enemies in the field,

Speaker: They are Varun zealots, quote unquote.

Speaker: And so the game already makes a distinction between just the normal people from House Varun and then the zealots.

Speaker: The Zardaz.

Speaker: I mean zealots.

Speaker: The Zardaz, yeah.

Speaker: The Varun's are to us.

Speaker: I really, I think and I hope that the DLC, if it is about House of Arun, like maybe there is this like big internal struggle that they have between the people that want to sort of come together with the rest of the settled systems and the other people that are like, no, like...

Speaker: I go back to what I said before, which is like, and we both have said it, that Starfield feels like a foundation for something.

Speaker: It could be something much bigger in terms of just House Varun.

Speaker: Think about, like, they have a whole fleet of spaceships.

Speaker: They have a planet with a city.

Speaker: You could get into bigger space battles with, like, cruisers.

Speaker: I mean, the list goes on and on, but...

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: I mean, I feel like there could be a lot of, a lot of cool content that they could add.

Speaker: Let me ask you this.

Speaker: Is there a, is there a particular faction that you are interested in, in terms of story, like finding out more about, or getting more quests for?

Speaker: I would say story-wise, tough to say outside of House of Arun.

Speaker: However, I don't know if this quite answers your question, but I feel like a lot can be done with the Tracker's Alliance.

Speaker: Here's what I'm thinking.

Speaker: In the game, when you go to Ryujin especially, like there's a little shop.

Speaker: It's actually kind of funny because they're like, we sell weapons.

Speaker: I'm like, oh, really?

Speaker: Let me see.

Speaker: And they're like, they stun.

Speaker: And I'm like, oh, no.

Speaker: I like the ones that rip through my enemies.

Speaker: Right.

Speaker: Oh, no, thanks.

Speaker: I'm just browsing.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: But the thing is, there are these guns that, you know, EM weapons that are meant to stun and not kill.

Speaker: And then people have noticed that in some spaceships, you have a brig.

Speaker: So I'm thinking, why are all the Trackers Alliance bounty missions go here, kill them.

Speaker: Just imagine if

Speaker: The bounty mission is to bring them back alive.

Speaker: And if you kill them, it's like you get half the reward.

Speaker: If you bring them back alive, you know, it's basically Red Dead Redemption.

Speaker: You know, you can like throw them on the back of your spaceship time, time to the back of your spaceship and bring them home.

Speaker: It'd be cool if they could try to hack their way out of the prison too.

Speaker: So you're like,

Speaker: mid-flight, suddenly your prisoner is escaping and shooting at you or his homies intercept you somehow, take you out of the grab, out of the warp, and you're suddenly in a battle as they're trying to rescue their captain.

Speaker: They could do all of this in a bounty hunter overhaul.

Speaker: Even if it was DLC, I would totally buy it because it's just like, it was so much fun in Red Dead Redemption to get somewhere and you see your bounty

Speaker: And he's surrounded by his goons and you take them out lethally and they're all dead.

Speaker: But then that final dude, your main guy, you got to take him alive.

Speaker: And I'm just seeing like, I feel like this was the intention.

Speaker: They've got the stun weapons in the game and you barely use them.

Speaker: I suppose you can use them all the time if you want, but...

Speaker: You know, where's the fun in that?

Speaker: Right.

Speaker: And they have EM weapons on the ship.

Speaker: So now I'm imagining you can't like especially if the if the mission, you know, I talked about getting like half the reward.

Speaker: What if it's like no reward if you don't bring him in alive?

Speaker: So then

Speaker: You're going, you're, maybe you have more than one ship.

Speaker: One ship is for lethal, one is for capturing alive.

Speaker: Boarding ships is so much fun, right?

Speaker: Take the ship's engines out, you know, use EM weapons, don't destroy the ship.

Speaker: Board the ship.

Speaker: take out all the enemies.

Speaker: And I'm just thinking like buying these awesome EM weapons and maybe they can expand on those as well.

Speaker: Right.

Speaker: They should shoot out concentric circles like in star Wars.

Speaker: Remember the original star Wars when princess Leia, we never saw that stun type of stun weapon again.

Speaker: It was just that one effect.

Speaker: I always thought that was cool.

Speaker: They,

Speaker: Yeah, it is cool.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: I never saw them use that after that moment.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: But I'm just thinking, man, it'd be so cool, like, you've got your follower, you know, your partner.

Speaker: You arm them with EM weapons, and you just go in and stun, stun, stun.

Speaker: Take, you know, I don't know, carry the dude.

Speaker: I was recently playing Ghost Recon Breakpoint again.

Speaker: Mm-hmm.

Speaker: And there's this cool thing where like there's these special doors that are encoded just for the enemies.

Speaker: Like it's like bio locks or something.

Speaker: But basically like you can't get past the door.

Speaker: There's usually goodies like extra bullets and stuff.

Speaker: You can't get past there.

Speaker: Only the enemy can get there.

Speaker: But you can like kill someone and then sling their body over your shoulder and then walk up to the door and the door will open and then you can just throw them on the ground.

Speaker: and it's yeah just the idea of stunning an enemy and throwing them over your shoulder and putting them in the brig of your ship could be so freaking fun there's a lot to work with there yeah yeah because it's almost like i like the convenience of bounty missions now because you you just get there and once you kill the enemy you're paid and then the missions over you do whatever you want but

Speaker: It feels like a one trick pony though.

Speaker: I mean, like what you're describing feels very involved and enhanced version of a bounty hunting party or experience, you know, where bring them back alive is so much harder and it shouldn't just be a dialogue option.

Speaker: It should, like you say, they should try to run.

Speaker: You should stun them somehow.

Speaker: You know, they could, they'd be trying to shoot at you and kill you at the same time.

Speaker: I think, I don't use EM weapons a lot, but I think already in the game, there's like a timer for, I could be wrong, but I believe there's already a timer for like when enemies will wake up after they've been stunned.

Speaker: Maybe not.

Speaker: Maybe not.

Speaker: But there should be.

Speaker: There should be.

Speaker: There absolutely should be.

Speaker: And as I'm looking through like the melee build tree that I'm putting points in, there's options to knock your enemies down.

Speaker: And then there's also like a point further where they stay down once they're knocked down.

Speaker: So they could just be crawling around until you finish them off or at that point, sling them over your shoulder, throw them in the brig, you know?

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: See, and that's, that's cool because that's where, that's another like moment where if they were to make these changes, that particular skill point where they stay down would help with bounty hunting.

Speaker: if they did it in this way.

Speaker: You know, Todd gets his update once a week from one of the employees that sits in a little white room with a notepad and just like copies down everything we say.

Speaker: And then he walks down a long hallway, presents it to Todd and Todd's like,

Speaker: you know, marks through some of them or he's like circle some of them.

Speaker: So maybe, maybe that one will get circled and implemented or someone or someone tells they, they, they read them off and he like the ones he doesn't like, he like gestures his hand, like away.

Speaker: No, no.

Speaker: The trap door opens and they go to the fire pit.

Speaker: I'm still alive.

Speaker: I'm just badly burnt.

Speaker: I'll tell you this much.

Speaker: If there is, if there's anyone from Bethesda that listens the star field watch, let me check.

Speaker: the time wherever I am.

Speaker: Even if it's just you pull up the scanner, I wanna see what time it is.

Speaker: I shouldn't have to sit in a chair to know what time it is when the game made such a big deal about this watch.

Speaker: Just saying, just saying.

Speaker: Sometimes I'm like, what time is it?

Speaker: I don't know.

Speaker: I wish I could pull my wrist up and look, check my watch.

Speaker: That sounds a lot like a fire pit idea.

Speaker: I'm just very badly burnt.

Speaker: Sounds like how will that help us sell new watches?

Speaker: Hey, it would.

Speaker: It could.

Speaker: I was reminded when we were talking about these things that could be implemented into the game, a group of modders took it upon themselves to make a DLC-sized star-filled mod that lets you create a colony with mechs, turrets, farms, and more.

Speaker: Oh, man, I love that.

Speaker: Yeah, I saw this a couple of days ago, and the thing that stood out to me was the mechs.

Speaker: Apparently, you can get in and...

Speaker: drive a mech around and shoot things.

Speaker: I don't know how clunky it is because I haven't tried it, but yeah, this is already crazy to me because I, I, I need to see this because if, if, if modders can put it in, I know modders can do amazing things, but,

Speaker: But a lot of times modders, the things that they're able to do is because of what is in the code.

Speaker: Part of me wonders how much of this did they have to put together?

Speaker: How much of it is hidden away in the code?

Speaker: Meaning some of this could come to vanilla at some point.

Speaker: Okay, Michael.

Speaker: So I looked up the video.

Speaker: I'm watching the mech, and it's huge because, like you said, you've encountered the original ones from the war, and they're quite big.

Speaker: And it looks like the gameplay is pretty solid.

Speaker: I mean, this person's strafing.

Speaker: I'm looking at it now.

Speaker: Yeah, it looks, I mean, I have to say it looks like something that was found in the code, but I don't know.

Speaker: He just walked by his ship and he's huge.

Speaker: I mean, he's like half the size of his ship.

Speaker: He's taller than his ship.

Speaker: So, I mean, it's quite big.

Speaker: I mean, something that big obviously could affect what's visible on the screen, I guess, maybe.

Speaker: Maybe not.

Speaker: Right.

Speaker: Like, it could make it slow down, but...

Speaker: Maybe not.

Speaker: I don't know.

Speaker: Maybe not because the ships are already gigantic.

Speaker: I feel like it really, the game could handle this.

Speaker: You know, in the lore, you know, we all know that mechs have been made illegal and I could see a possibility for where the DLC comes out.

Speaker: Let's say, let's say you're contacted by someone at House Varun.

Speaker: They're like, we've been living in secrecy this whole time, but now we're facing a new enemy and we need your help.

Speaker: And so that there you go.

Speaker: You go to House Varun, you have to go to the city.

Speaker: You find out that whatever you're facing is such a big threat that settled systems makes mech suits legal again.

Speaker: And this is how they introduce mech gameplay to the game.

Speaker: Like,

Speaker: That's what I'm imagining is that some huge threat makes it so that they have no choice but to, you know, allow mech suits to be used.

Speaker: Well, could it be that this is the form of travel that we've heard so much about from officially from Bethesda?

Speaker: is a mech of some kind?

Speaker: It could be.

Speaker: It could be.

Speaker: I just, they've made such a big deal out of it being illegal and like outlawed.

Speaker: Like it's so ingrained into the story that I'm not sure how they would justify it.

Speaker: Like, like, I don't know how they would justify that as the new way to travel in just a smaller update.

Speaker: It would have to be like, there would have to be a huge lore reason.

Speaker: Right.

Speaker: So I don't,

Speaker: Well, here's what I'm thinking.

Speaker: I'm thinking of a gameplay reason.

Speaker: Like a mech is just you in a fancy skin 100 times bigger or 50 times bigger, whatever this is.

Speaker: Right.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: Is that does that matter?

Speaker: Is it any is it more fun?

Speaker: Is it less fun?

Speaker: I mean, all your enemies are going to be tiny.

Speaker: So what good is it?

Speaker: It's only good if you're if you're given a sense of scale and you have a reason to be in a mech suit that's that is that big.

Speaker: Like you're fighting another mech, basically.

Speaker: Or maybe like a big enemy of some kind.

Speaker: Yeah, we talked about scaling up some of the fauna in the past, which would be cool.

Speaker: That would be really cool, yeah.

Speaker: I've seen some mods that make some of the alien fauna bigger, and I mean, it's pretty rad.

Speaker: Some of the fauna is pretty big, but yeah, not on like a massive scale.

Speaker: Yeah, I mean, I don't know if it's just like, I feel like Bethesda would have tried this in the seven years or so that they worked on the game.

Speaker: Like this came up, somebody tried it, they just scaled up the player and put a skin on and they're like, well, is it any more fun than normal?

Speaker: Right.

Speaker: No.

Speaker: Or I don't know, the game's not really designed around that scale.

Speaker: So...

Speaker: That's probably why.

Speaker: So I, now when I was thinking mechs, I was actually thinking of like smaller, almost like fallout power armor style.

Speaker: Right.

Speaker: Next.

Speaker: Now that would be cool because you're not overscaling the player experience.

Speaker: You're still, the ship is still fairly big.

Speaker: The mountains are big or whatever.

Speaker: The fauna is all kind of the right, the right size.

Speaker: So I could see that.

Speaker: Yeah, I see how it wouldn't drastically change the game, but maybe for players that want to move across the landscape a little faster or be a little bit stronger.

Speaker: I could definitely see that.

Speaker: Right.

Speaker: You know, it's funny because I saw someone talking about Fallout 4 and how you can get...

Speaker: power armor with a little boost jet pack.

Speaker: Like, did you ever do that?

Speaker: Cause I don't think I've ever done that.

Speaker: I'm trying to think.

Speaker: I mean, I feel like the jumping in power armor was significant and I don't remember if I had a jet pack or not.

Speaker: I don't think so.

Speaker: Someone was, someone was describing it as though it were like sort of the early, well, it's like an early version of the boost pack.

Speaker: I'm actually looking.

Speaker: While you're looking for the jet pack in Fallout, guess what comes out today and is available at 6 p.m.

Speaker: our time.

Speaker: I'm so excited.

Speaker: Fallout TV show, which actually, technically, as of this recording, was made available nine minutes ago.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: What are we doing?

Speaker: Let's wrap this up.

Speaker: All right.

Speaker: Well, that's the end of our episode.

Speaker: We're out of here.

Speaker: We're going to go watch Fallout.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: I'm excited.

Speaker: It looks good.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: Can I... I think that...

Speaker: I'm a little disappointed that they're dropping all episodes at once.

Speaker: Are you?

Speaker: I know people.

Speaker: Yes.

Speaker: I know people like to binge, but I actually read a review.

Speaker: First off, the reviewer said it's awesome.

Speaker: They said it's great.

Speaker: So they had great things, good things to say.

Speaker: So I'm very excited.

Speaker: Todd Howard.

Speaker: The review was from Todd Howard.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: No, it was, it was hod towered.

Speaker: That was weird.

Speaker: But they actually lamented the drop of all episodes at once because they were saying that this would have been a good show for everyone to talk about each episode in the week between episodes.

Speaker: And I think that that can be a lot of fun.

Speaker: How many episodes is the first season?

Speaker: Do we know?

Speaker: I want to say it's eight.

Speaker: Okay.

Speaker: So we're looking at eight hours approximately of TV.

Speaker: So, I mean, I know it's possible for me to, to binge two, maybe three, if I'm, if I'm putting off a lot of stuff at this phase in life, but where I'm at with, with family and everything, it'll take me several weeks to, to, to get through that.

Speaker: Right.

Speaker: And I'm happy they're available because nothing is more frustrating for someone who has very limited time to be like, okay, remember next Tuesday, I got a, you know, new episode will be available.

Speaker: And then you kind of lose, you lose a little bit of the narrative thread each time they do have the recaps typically, but sometimes, yeah.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: I prefer what you mean though.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: I see what you mean where you might be busy, busy, busy for a long time.

Speaker: And then maybe it's like, you know what?

Speaker: I've got three hours.

Speaker: Right.

Speaker: I can, I can knock out three episodes right now.

Speaker: This is why I love catching up on really old, great series like Suits.

Speaker: I'd never watched Suits.

Speaker: And then I was like, Hey, I want to check this out.

Speaker: I got to watch like the entire first season, you know, because yeah, yeah.

Speaker: It's old TV and it's all available.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: Well, so definitely I probably also will not be binging just because of just the way my schedule is.

Speaker: But luckily for me, I, because you know, my wife, my whole family is interested.

Speaker: So you guys are going to all stay up until 6am tomorrow morning, watching all eight episodes.

Speaker: No, I think, I think what we'll do is basically hit one episode a night and then, then yeah, if there's, if I'm right and there's eight episodes, then that means it'll still take us a week, you know, to, to get through it.

Speaker: Does this mean you'll let your kids play the actual game if they're going to watch the TV series?

Speaker: So, yeah, I mean, we've had so many discussions.

Speaker: We've talked to our kids.

Speaker: We're like, it's going to be violent.

Speaker: It's going to be a very violent show.

Speaker: But they've seen Dad play tons of Fallout.

Speaker: So at this point...

Speaker: At this point, like with their age, one of them is to me, I'm like, yeah, you're old enough.

Speaker: The other one is like, let's hope we're not damaging you.

Speaker: Second born always gets to start things earlier in life.

Speaker: They get slightly robbed of their childhood, but they also, they tend to be better socially balanced because of it somehow.

Speaker: I don't know how, but it's kind of the way it goes.

Speaker: It is funny because we talk about like certain, there's certain TV shows and movies that we're like, you cannot see that yet.

Speaker: Like you guys.

Speaker: But it's funny because they are different ages.

Speaker: They're like separated by three years, but we always look at things in terms of, okay, that movie is crazy.

Speaker: All right.

Speaker: Well, when you're 18 and he is...

Speaker: 15 then we go it's like what what they're they're two different people but yeah it's like it's like how you feel about yeah what you're saying about how that you treat them a little differently whatever you do just don't show them zardoz because no one wants to see sean connery in a freaking borat swimsuit thing

Speaker: It is very, it's very boring.

Speaker: What do you call it?

Speaker: The mankini?

Speaker: The mankini.

Speaker: Yep.

Speaker: That's what it is.

Speaker: But I looked it up and it does seem like the jet pack in Fallout is vanilla.

Speaker: Maybe you have to craft it.

Speaker: That could be like in the, like the workshop.

Speaker: So, okay.

Speaker: It's, it's definitely not, it's not going to be, you kind of just boost up a little bit and then you come back down.

Speaker: Yeah, I think I have that.

Speaker: I must have added it in.

Speaker: I wonder if... Because I'm thinking of the power armor...

Speaker: you modify like the chess piece and would that be part of the chess piece on the back or something?

Speaker: Or this was actually a separate piece.

Speaker: I just, I don't remember.

Speaker: It could be, you know, and it's really funny because someone might be listening and think that we will have these guys even played fallout.

Speaker: Fallout is like one of both of us.

Speaker: It's like one of our favorite games, like fallout the series and fallout four.

Speaker: But I, I've played so much fallout four, but I never got into like power armor.

Speaker: Yeah, because Strong always was so disappointed when I equipped the power armor and I was a melee build.

Speaker: So I just, I went loincloth almost the whole time.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: Just like real life.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: So, yeah.

Speaker: So, yeah, I think that those are the, those are the main things.

Speaker: things I would want to see added to some of these factions.

Speaker: The others are kind of, you know, pretty well realized in the game as is.

Speaker: Maybe Trade Authority could do an overhaul with like space trucking.

Speaker: I think that could be really fun.

Speaker: But other than that, I mean, even the ones that do have core missions, like whole faction quests,

Speaker: can always be expanded in the future.

Speaker: The bottom line is the sky's the limit with what they could do with the factions.

Speaker: And we've seen in Bethesda games like Fallout where you become a raider, right?

Speaker: What was that, one of the expansions?

Speaker: Yes, yeah, the nuclear world DLC.

Speaker: Yep, that faction got blown wide open, essentially, and now playable in a whole new way.

Speaker: That was such a great way to do it, too.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: I loved how they do that.

Speaker: So yeah, they could absolutely do that kind of thing in the future.

Speaker: Should we get into some of our listener feedback, listener comments?

Speaker: Yeah, I saw a nice comment from Luke Enright on YouTube.

Speaker: And Luke says that they were going back through some of our old pod episodes.

Speaker: Right.

Speaker: And sadly, he says that he did it because of the lack of positive Starfield content out there.

Speaker: So I am thrilled.

Speaker: I am so happy that we have this kind of way for people to go back and listen to just Starfield.

Speaker: two guys talking about Starfield because they like it.

Speaker: You know what I mean?

Speaker: Like, so it's cool.

Speaker: We're just trying to add a little positivity into the world.

Speaker: There's the headlines that get clicks, the clickbait headlines on YouTube and a lot of negativity out there on the internet.

Speaker: So we're just trying to bring a little sunlight to this eclipsed world.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: Nice eclipse reference.

Speaker: I love that.

Speaker: But, but anyway, so Luke says oddly, so he's listening to, he was listening to the episode, how Starfield teaches us to let go, which was episode 27.

Speaker: And he said that it made him introspective.

Speaker: And he said, it makes me reflect on my own experience.

Speaker: on letting go of old save files and potentially starting new and all the nostalgia and whatnot.

Speaker: And then he ended up saying, didn't expect to get this deep into it though, into thought.

Speaker: Yes.

Speaker: Yes.

Speaker: We're molding him into our own starborn individual.

Speaker: That's right.

Speaker: And more enlightened and perfect being.

Speaker: No, I think that's great.

Speaker: Luke, good job on letting go on some of those save files.

Speaker: You know, Michael, Nikolai Govin left a comment.

Speaker: I think they were referencing companions that don't care if you do certain crimes or any crime.

Speaker: They said, seems like everyone forgets the Crimson Fleet companions, the lady you can hire in the bar and the Irish man after you complete the Crimson Fleet storyline.

Speaker: So you can grab, grab a couple of companions from the Crimson Fleet and they probably won't care if you do dirty deeds done dirt cheap.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: And those are great companions.

Speaker: Those are great characters.

Speaker: All right, we got a great comment from Random Wanderer.

Speaker: Says, normal gamer girl here.

Speaker: Nice to hear normal talk about Starfield without all the crazy.

Speaker: Hey.

Speaker: That's what we're all about.

Speaker: We're a little crazy, a little bit.

Speaker: A little crazy, yeah.

Speaker: We're definitely, the word normal is carrying a lot of weight.

Speaker: Well, she also found it way more fun to play a pirate dealer dirty cop.

Speaker: So, of course, I've started my character that is a drug dealer and a smuggler.

Speaker: But Random Wanderer says that she was a goodie until going through the unity a few times.

Speaker: And then she got a very weird

Speaker: situation very weird universe where she met her twin basically it's just like days of our lives soap opera something yes what throwback barbara barbara the evil twin i don't know what it is about meeting your twin or clone or whatever but she says so we are bad now

Speaker: Sometimes they'll still help people if their ship isn't worth the effort of selling, but selling AMP and selling UC ships back to the UC minus crew plus bloodstains entertains me more.

Speaker: That does sound like a lot of fun.

Speaker: This was fun.

Speaker: That's just hilarious.

Speaker: And yeah, thanks for commenting and thanks for listening.

Speaker: Oh, sidebar, Michael.

Speaker: You ever meet those people that are like, yeah, I absorbed my twin in the womb.

Speaker: And so, you know, every once in a while I hear voices or like, I actually have a normal, super, super higher than normal IQ.

Speaker: Yeah, there was, there was three of us.

Speaker: And then, but I'm the only one who, you know, lived.

Speaker: Do you have a friend like that?

Speaker: I've never met someone like this.

Speaker: I know some weird people.

Speaker: Oh man, that's something else.

Speaker: One of my favorite quotes was on The Office when Dwight Schrute said that he absorbed his twin in the womb.

Speaker: See?

Speaker: And then he says, he's like, now I have the strength of one whole man and one baby.

Speaker: Man, Discord's got holes now.

Speaker: This isn't really related to what we're talking about, but I'm excited to use that.

Speaker: And if you have not joined our Discord yet, you've got to join.

Speaker: We've got a bunch of people in there, a bunch of gamers, a bunch of normal people.

Speaker: Really good conversations about Starfield and other games as well.

Speaker: I don't know if you know this, but Discord's free.

Speaker: It's just a service.

Speaker: You click on it and you're there.

Speaker: Come hang out with us, come chat with us about Starfield or whatever game you're playing.

Speaker: Hey, I'm going to start some polls pretty soon.

Speaker: I want to use this feature.

Speaker: The only thing I don't like about discord is the McAfee free antivirus that it comes packaged with that you have to auto download and install.

Speaker: And it keeps asking you, Oh no, nevermind.

Speaker: No, it doesn't.

Speaker: It doesn't come with McAfee.

Speaker: I think you got your discord from somewhere.

Speaker: You know, that stupid antivirus.

Speaker: Hey, does your, you're like, is your discord logo done with like little Russian letters?

Speaker: It's still around.

Speaker: It's still like as hideous and bloatware as it has always been.

Speaker: I feel bad for, for like our parents, you know, and grandparents.

Speaker: People, they get tricked into it.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: That's awful.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: Luckily, Discord is, is very,

Speaker: You know, it seems bloatware free for the most part.

Speaker: It's pretty streamlined.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: So don't be afraid.

Speaker: Come join our server.

Speaker: Do not be afraid.

Speaker: Yes.

Speaker: I promise you Dwayne was joking.

Speaker: There's no McCaffrey, McCaffrey, whatever it's called.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: But definitely come on in and meet the other normal people because there's like, there's over 500 in there.

Speaker: It's pretty awesome.

Speaker: Seem to be over 9,000.

Speaker: That's right.

Speaker: Well, special thanks to our companions on Patreon who include Space Cadet E29, Rampage American X, Cherry Bomb RN, Griffin, Ben Price, and Zegra Rocks.

Speaker: You know, Michael, I just finally figured out where that reference came from.

Speaker: Zegra.

Speaker: Did you know that that's really part of the whole Godzilla like universe like Zeigra is like this?

Speaker: I think it's a turtle.

Speaker: It's like a giant turtle that Godzilla fights.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: I probably I probably got that wrong.

Speaker: But yeah.

Speaker: That's cool.

Speaker: Yeah, no, I didn't know that.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: If you're listening to the podcast and you're wondering, well, what's, what's patron?

Speaker: Why would I join patron?

Speaker: Patreon is something that helps support us for as little as a dollar a month.

Speaker: You can get episodes without any ads.

Speaker: You can get the episodes early.

Speaker: And in addition to that, we actually do bonus episodes for our patrons.

Speaker: So if you join the Patreon, you can actually listen to bonus episodes.

Speaker: I create a 4K wallpaper every month.

Speaker: We're giving out these little bonuses and it's a fun way to connect.

Speaker: And yeah, you can check on the link that is in the show notes.

Speaker: Oh, by the way, I want my chunks hat, Michael.

Speaker: Okay.

Speaker: No, wait.

Speaker: We agreed.

Speaker: We agreed to spin for it.

Speaker: Should we do that right now?

Speaker: Should we spin for it?

Speaker: Okay.

Speaker: Let's do it.

Speaker: Let's do it on the podcast.

Speaker: Okay.

Speaker: So just for backstory, you want to explain it?

Speaker: Well, we have this amazing member of our community, Zegra Rocks, who we just talked about.

Speaker: And Zegra Rocks has been very active in making patches and distributing to the community.

Speaker: So people in the Discord, a lot of us have benefited from this generosity.

Speaker: I'm holding up the suits patch that I finally got from you because you were hoarding it.

Speaker: I was holding, yeah, I was hoarding, I was hoarding all the patches.

Speaker: That's based on our suits channel, which is all about spacesuits that you can wear, right?

Speaker: And show off.

Speaker: Yes, yes.

Speaker: So I have to say, so Zegra was kind enough to send two hats to us.

Speaker: So one is like, it's based on companies within the Starfield game.

Speaker: So one is Trident lines.

Speaker: So Trident is of course the luxury ships you'll encounter in Starfield.

Speaker: The other one is a chunks hat and this chunks hat is beautiful.

Speaker: It looks exactly like the chunks hat that you can wear in the game.

Speaker: And Dwayne and I love it so much.

Speaker: Well, let me stop you there because you, you are so nice.

Speaker: You were like, Hey, look, look what Zegra sent us.

Speaker: And I was like, awesome.

Speaker: He's like, which one do you want?

Speaker: I was like a hundred percent.

Speaker: I want the chunks hat.

Speaker: He's like,

Speaker: You were texting me.

Speaker: You're like, okay.

Speaker: And I was like, I know Michael wants this one too.

Speaker: So I was like, why don't we roll a dice, roll a die for it.

Speaker: Or there's a random spin.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: So we're going to do that right now.

Speaker: You want to do the honors?

Speaker: All right.

Speaker: Can you see that?

Speaker: Yep.

Speaker: I'm going to take a screenshot.

Speaker: Ready?

Speaker: Hold that pose.

Speaker: Got it.

Speaker: All right.

Speaker: Why don't you hit it?

Speaker: Let's see what happens.

Speaker: Here we go.

Speaker: And spin.

Speaker: This is for the Chunks hat.

Speaker: Oh, no.

Speaker: Oh, congrats, Michael.

Speaker: Oh man.

Speaker: It was, it was the classic wheel of fortune where it was like right to the line and then.

Speaker: Blink.

Speaker: Just went over, went over to Michael.

Speaker: You deserve it.

Speaker: You, you do a lot of work for the podcast.

Speaker: So that's.

Speaker: That's kind of you.

Speaker: Enjoy.

Speaker: Thank you so much.

Speaker: Z-Gro rocks.

Speaker: The hat is amazing.

Speaker: I will wear it with pride.

Speaker: Well, thanks to everyone that listens on Spotify, Apple, and thank you to those watching on YouTube.

Speaker: All links that we talk about are provided in the show notes below.

Speaker: Yep, and extra special thanks for comments and feedbacks.

Speaker: If you have a comment, suggestion, or an in-game story to share, you can leave a comment on our YouTube page, or you can roll on over to Discord and chat us up in there.

Speaker: And if you like the show, consider dropping a five-star review on your favorite podcast app, because that would really help us out.

Speaker: Thanks for traveling to Starfield with us.

Speaker: Make sure you subscribe, because we will be back for more next week.

Speaker: All right, we'll see you then.
