And this is something we changed recently on our leadership team here in San Diego. Instead of one person trying to do it all for their squad, we were all spread out across different squads. And what we were doing is just what the squad leader, one person was trying to run incentives, trying to get people a correlation, trying to hold people accountable, trying to hype up his team, trying to keep track of attendance, get the new guys motivated, make sure they had everything they needed.
