Ep. 010- It’s safe to assume that you or someone you know has been at least brushed by a struggle with mental health. If that stands true for you today’s very real and raw conversation with Jesse Cody aka. "Boston Mule" of Hike The Good Hike will help you feel a little less alone. Jesse vulnerably shares the story of his longtime battle with feelings of inadequacy and fear of failure that led him down the path to suicidal thoughts. The turning point came on his 40th birthday when Jesse was overwhelmed by the presence of unconditional love. This love ultimately saved his life and led to the decision that “a nice long walk” was exactly what his soul needed to get out of his chaos. Shortly after he set off to hike the Appalachian trail and thus (unbeknownst to him) Hike The Good Hike movement and non-profit in the making was born. This is Jesse’s inspiring story.
