Speaker: be able to teach this in the most simplistic way so people can start understanding how to connect with their own intuition and not have to go to a medium. and And it's fun. Like I'll never like, well, it's fun to read for each other. It's fun to get that external validation. It's fun to get that support. But at the end the day, you don't need to.
Speaker: You know, you have direct communication and direct contact. It comes through the exact same way as it comes through me. It comes through and that's through the Claire's.
Speaker: Welcome to Grief, Gratitude, and the Gray in Between podcast. I'm your host, Kendra Rinaldi. This is a space to explore the full spectrum of grief, from the kind that comes with death to the kind that shows up in life's many transitions.
Speaker: Through stories and conversations, we remind each other that we're not alone. Your journey matters, and here we're figuring it out together. Let's dive right in to today's episode.
Speaker: Let's start with a quick disclaimer. This podcast includes personal stories and perspectives on topics like grief, health, and mental wellness. The views expressed by guests are their own and may reflect individual experiences that are not meant as medical advice.
Speaker: As the host, I hold space for diverse voices, but that does not mean I endorse every viewpoint shared. Please listen with care and take what resonates with you.
Speaker: Hello. Today I'm joined by someone whose work beautifully bridges the spiritual and the deeply human. Kate Sinclair is a human intuition expert psychic medium, and intuitive advocate who has spent nearly two decades helping people remember the wisdom that's already living inside of them. Welcome, Kate.
Speaker: Thank you, Kendra. Thank you for having me. Thank you. I forgot to also mention you are an author in your book, Be Guided and Be Great. And you also have different programs, one of them being called The Clare Club. So we will be talking... about But all things intuition, all things, yeah, just spirituality and science too. There's science within intuition as well, right? Yeah, absolutely. to me, it's definitely a science and an art.
Speaker: right because a lot of it is the interpretation of the guidance that you do get, which is the artistic part. But there're I'm passionate about to teaching the mechanics of it because it is something you can learn and it is something that you can comprehend with the mind. So that's what I'm really excited to talk about.
Speaker: Well, I am excited to hear more. So let's start first learning a little bit more about you and even just how you discovered yourself. your gift So we were talking off mic before we started to record. You moved a lot. So you've been everywhere. I want to know where did you grow up? I know you just recently moved. You mentioned from Colorado to Illinois.
Speaker: Where did you grow up? Where was little little Kate? I grew up my first 20 years in Great Falls, Montana. And so I would consider like the void, right? you a lot of the A lot of the way I grew up was from the land. And so when you're very kind of energy sensitive, when you grow up with not a lot of people around you, you're very clear when people are in your energy. And I think because of that, I would read them. And I was very aware when somebody was around because you had so much space that there was very much a difference. For example, if I was out in the field playing and then I did see another person, you'd read them, which we all do, whether you're in a city or out in the country, but you kind of just naturally read them. Am I safe? Do they feel safe? Oh, they look scary, but they actually feel safe. So that's just really a natural part of, well, growing up in Montana.
Speaker: And yeah you you just, yeah, learn just how to be able to detect kind of in your own, surround more aware of your surroundings based on your yeah upbringing. Yeah, I'd consider it. Go ahead, honey.
Speaker: No, no, go ahead. I'd consider it kind of like, you know, I feel like first our our natural intuition is survival, right? So again, if you're walking kind of in the field or the mountains and you see another person, you read them, am I safe?
Speaker: As you move through the mountains and nobody else is around, you're sensing the environment. Okay, is there an animal? Is there a grizzly? You know, what's around the corner. So you're kind of always using those clairs, your intuition, to assess all of it. Am I safe? Am I healthy? Is that person safe? Oh, I feel really lonely, but you hear a noise. And that's kind of how I feel like we use our clairs. Like you listen for a sound. You can use that with your clairsentience. I feel somebody else's feelings. Is that my feelings or theirs? So kind of that that strengthening and really normalizing the language of how intuition works. Baseline, survival, and we all have it.
Speaker: And I love, okay, you use the word Claire's and I know you make a, you know, play on words that with, that's your, even your last, your last name is St. Claire, is that? And then you and Claire, Clairvoyant, Claircentian. Can you go into, I'll, as you're mentioning this before we continue on, yes tell us the different Claire's that we have.
Speaker: Yeah, absolutely. So the four clairs, well, we all have all of them, but the main ones are clairvoyance, which means clear seeing. So that can be literal, you can see images in your mind of like one day you'll be an author or one day you'll travel to New York whatever. You'll see imagers. Sometimes it's symbolic. Sometimes it's spirits. So there's a lot of things that you can see within the realm of your clairvoyance. And then another one is clairsentience. So that feeling took me 30 years to understand, was that my feeling or your feelings? Because untrained, everybody's feelings were my own.
Speaker: So I felt really out of control. i didn't know what I felt, but I felt everything. So that's clairsentience where we can pick up, you know, as and as a mother, you know, we're very dialed into how our kids feel.
Speaker: And sometimes untrained kids, you know, we're picking up the kids from school, kids get in the car and all of a sudden you feel really tired or you feel really angry or you feel really like disappointed. And a minute ago you were fine, right? So that's kind of that natural language of clairsentience where we pick up feelings.
Speaker: And then there's clairaudience and that's a hard one, but once you refine it, it's incredible. So clear audience is clear hearing. And so this is where you're driving down the road and you hear a voice say, turn left, you know, or back up or call your mom, you know, that real kind of spontaneous. And you can train that because at untrained, it all sounds like you're thinking thoughts. Like, oh, I had a thought. I should call my mom. I had a thought. I should turn left, right? It's random, but then maybe you find out there's a car accident and, you know, it's kind of like you on the back end, you find out oh, isn't that weird? Oh, look it. heard a voice say turn left and I did. And look it, I avoided that accident or what have you. And then there's claircognizance. And this one really highly intelligent people have. And so it takes a little bit to refine that in that claircognizance is clear thinking, clear knowing.
Speaker: So it's kind of just like that download, like, oh, we're moving to Illinois. That download, like, oh, I'm going to have a child. You just know it. you know Or like you're working with clients and you're talking and then something just comes out and through you. And you're like, i don't even know where that came from because you didn't think it, but it just came through you. So you just know it. It's like immediate download.
Speaker: And then there are other clairs like smell. it It depends on kind of your nationality because some people call it Clairhombriance, Clairalliance. And that's that one where you're like, I smell cigars.
Speaker: I think my grandpa's around. you know And then you can use your other Clairs to sense out to see if grandpa's around. Or i have an aunt that's worn the same perfume for 50 years. So I know now if I smell her perfume, I know she's thinking about me.
Speaker: Sometimes I'll take action. I'll give her a call. Hey, I was just thinking about you. Isn't that amazing? And I know everybody experiences those. Because you're saying that I'm like, I've had of each of those something. it's And ah you know it so it's like the the fact that we have it and then we don't know, is it intuition? Is it somebody that is from beyond trying to get a hold of us? And I know that with being able to be trained, you're able to then distinguish ourselves.
Speaker: and and be a little bit more clear clear as to what may be the the reason of that, whether it's your own intuition and your own higher self, or if it's somebody else trying to communicate with you. Is that correct?
Speaker: A hundred percent, Kendra. And that's that's like, why would I train my intuition? It's for that. So you have some control over it. So you can, you know, it's not just you, it's not a passive thing where we just receive guidance once in a blue moon. You can have an active dialogue, I'd say with your birth guide. That's who I always train people to have that... conscious conversation with, like, because I'm a little bit stubborn too.
Speaker: you know what I mean? It's like, if I want to go home this way, I'm going to make it home, right? So it can, like, I can work against my intuition when it was untrained. And then I don't like authority, you know, as a country kid and really growing up in severe trauma.
Speaker: I don't want anyone telling me what to do. And so I'd kind of shoot myself in the foot because if I felt guided to turn left, I'd be like, I go right just to spite myself. you know So at a minimum, we want to train our intuition so we can like, oh,
Speaker: It is guidance. Okay, let me ask another question because I don't just follow guidance willy-nilly. And some of us just, we won't do that. We have to know why. and and I know some spiritual advisors say you don't have the right to know why, but i believe you must. Because when my mind can understand why I have to do this, sort of why the guidance is there, when I understand it, then I can take that action more kind of, I can take that action with more confidence in myself.
Speaker: ah Agreed completely, because then you're not just being like, well, I'm i'm taking it out of fear or i'm you know if I'm making this decision out of fear or am I making this decision out of love or am I making this decision because it is survival mode? What is the meaning behind this? You mentioned then growing up then...
Speaker: in in trauma. So explain then a little bit of your upbringing and how you then started to really hone into this art and the science of intuition.
Speaker: Okay. I'll try to keep it concise because I can kind of get carried away on this because it's a story. you know Like with a lot of us, that one thing that you couldn't understand, that you had to overcome, right? And so for me, i was a little kid that saw spirits. I just saw things everywhere. and I wasn't ever scared of it because I mainly saw a sad-eyed brown woman. And then I always saw my grandpa. So i i my my my mother's mother mainly raised us. And so she'd be her husband passed away about 20 years before my birth. So he was just kind of always at the table when I'm three, four years old, And I was always like, why aren't we talking to him? Like, why are we talking about, you know, your little four year old brain? Like, why are people talking to him? He's right here. And um I'd see other things, but mainly it was my grandpa kind of really heavy around me. But then when I was like six, seven, my sister came outside and said, mom and dad are going to divorce.
Speaker: And it was at that time I went into lock myself in the bath. I didn't know what divorce kind of meant. And I was just like, I think my family is going to be destroyed. But like, you know, I didn't kind of understand what that meant. So I went into the bathroom and I said to my grandpa, like, don't you have to show me yourself, like with my eyes, or I can't talk to you anymore. You know, and I could feel his panic, but I was just like, you know, my little seven, 60-year-old brain, like, you have to show me with my eyes. Like, I see you, but I don't understand. And of course he couldn't manifest. I mean, you know, there's limitations here. And so I just said, then I can't talk to you anymore. I eat, you make me feel weird. Like I can't depend on you. And if my family's going to break up, then I just don't want to talk to you, grandpa. So it was from that moment I spent
Speaker: really pushing away anything I saw clairvoyantly. You know, my family was now separated and I was truly on my own. Around that same time, so it was around the age between four and seven when I'd be kind of left home alone or definitely at night. These kind of, I always called them black cougars.
Speaker: Right. And I think they were black because it was usually nighttime that they come out and they'd swarm around my bed and move really fast. And of course, you just like I'm making this up like these are my imaginary cats. But they scared the hell out of me.
Speaker: And sometimes I try to kind of make it down my mom, dad's room when they were still married. But the cats would scare me. So I'd run back to my room. And it take me 30 years to understand that they were, you know, spirit guides preparing me for that after the divorce. I really would be on my own.
Speaker: not only on my own, but my family would be against me. You know, you kind of become the problem and the, you know, the burden after something like that for some families. So it was a paradox between having a really strong will, then I didn't trust authority, and then my sensitivity would be used against me.
Speaker: So when you're a little kid and you're clear cognizant, things just come out of your mouth. And so when you are raised by secret keepers, you know, you just kind of channel the truth in your little kid and then you get smacked.
Speaker: for saying something you shouldn't say, or you shouldn't know that. And so, and then and when I became a teenager, it's kind of like, let's say if my stepbrother dated a gal that I didn't like,
Speaker: I wasn't falling for it. You know, I'm 15, you know, and I'm like, I don't like her. I'd be told like, what do you have a chip on your shoulder? You know, are you just jealous? And then maybe a year later, you know, she cheated on him.
Speaker: But nobody remembers when you knew she couldn't be trusted, you know little things like that. So when I'd say I don't trust that person, I was raised Catholic. And a lot of that was like, don't be judgmental.
Speaker: So what happens is you get older and you become a teenager. And now when you feel that person's dangerous, you're like, well, I'm wrong. I don't want be judgmental. And so you give them your phone number. you know So I really got into some really dark, scary situations because I would override my natural intuition assuming, oh, I'm being bad or I'm being judgmental. And I made a lot of really horrific decisions fighting that natural guidance that I was getting, convincing myself I was wrong or bad.
Speaker: And so in my early 20s, things get much more serious. you know like yeah like Your consequences of your action become you know a lot heavier and what have you. So it was a matter of I'd see stuff, tell myself I'm imagining it.
Speaker: I'd feel stuff, tell myself I was wrong. So it wasn't until I became a mother that that I really started to take it serious. And the whole time I'd read books on spirituality and religion, like i said, i was raised Catholic. So I was always really reading religious texts, always trying to interview people to so try to understand kind of what was happening to me.
Speaker: and then I started reading real kind of psychic medium books. So I was able to say, okay, that's kind of what this is. But then you're like, I can't possibly be, know, like nobody in my, in my family or I'm of the generation that wasn't a thing, yeah you know, or, or only in movies. Right. So there's a huge disconnect. Right.
Speaker: So long story short, I, I had my baby, And then we moved to New England. I'd studied for two years trying to understand, try to get help all along. But kind of the people that could help me were really eccentric or just downright kind of scary.
Speaker: So you're kind of like, well, that, that, I'm not that. So let me get away from that, you know. So long story short, my daughter's... two years old, we moved from new England to Colorado.
Speaker: I take her to the little park and we're walking around the little lake and this man came towards us. And I very clearly heard a voice say, pick her up and take her towards people. He'll follow you. mean, it was that complex and that, you know, so I just picked up my little baby. We walked across the grass, you know, and, um,
Speaker: Sure enough, he had turned around and started following us. But now I'm by people. i was by our vehicle. I was okay. But what absolutely freaked me out was I saw my two-year-old who's not really heavy on the eye contact. She didn't take her eyes off of him.
Speaker: So I very much understood that the baby got the same message that I did. so it's kind of like that where you bargain with God like, please either take this away or help me understand it because I want to have answers for her. you know So finally, about a month later, i go to an event at the Lincoln Center. it's Carolyn Mace is doing a lecture there. And I opened the brochure. And there's a local psychic um in the brochure. And I just knew she could help me, kind that clear cognizance. I just knew she could help me. So I right away booked an appointment with her.
Speaker: i didn't have a babysitter. So I come in with my toddler. And the first thing she says to me is, you can do this work. And even after the years of study, even after the decades of trying to understand through the religious lens, I'm like, I don't understand what you're even doing. How do you know that?
Speaker: How do you see that? Right? So she put me in her mentorship program and truly the rest is history. I um i started a career as a psychic medium and learned a lot. Learned everything, everything I could. Kind of having my ass on the line, reading people and having to have answers and kind of learning how all things come through a clair.
Speaker: And when you understand your clairs, then you can understand all the variety of sources that communicate with our clairs. And at the end of the day, not one of my clients didn't have an intuitive experience. Like if I offered a message, oh, your father...
Speaker: Your father is saying, you know, he left it on the pillow for you. Like, let's just say that was a message that meant something to them and they cry and they knew that was a message from their father. Like before I even showed up and had that reading. So i'm like, okay, they're all getting, they're all communicating with the other side. They're all getting guided too. So let me like figure out how to be able to teach this in the most simplistic way so people can start understanding how to connect with their own intuition and not have to go to a medium and and it's fun like I'll never like well it's fun to read for each other it's fun to get that external validation it's fun to get that support but at the end of the day you don't need to you know you have direct communication and direct contact it comes through the exact same way as it comes through me it comes through and that's through the Claire's
Speaker: I have so many things that I'm like, I want to touch upon. It's like, I, I'm just listening and feeling all these emotions as you're sharing the part of feeling like you want to push it away because it is just something you don't either understand or because society might have, you know, your own family pushed you oh oh away per se, because you were,
Speaker: saying things that were coming through, right? that That happened in one of my family members. And so i only knew that through my mom, that my grandmother on my dad's side actually said, I don't want this, take it away. And so, but I did not know that that had happened until my mom was saying, Kendra, you have you you do have some of these like gifts, but it's like, how do you,
Speaker: end up embracing them when somebody else in your lineage has maybe pushed it away. And somebody else had mentioned, one of my life coaches is like, I think it went even further back in your family history. Somebody even further back might've pushed it away. And if we don't embrace our gifts, we are blocking, I'm like, I didn't get this.
Speaker: this is the Oh, this is, at what do you call this when you get a knowing? And what do you call this? i get well When you get goosebumps, when you're saying something that's ring, this is kind of what do you, add is this, I don't know. this is Yeah, I mean, it could be a mixture of claircognizance and clairsentience. Like anytime I say something that kind of feels like it's true, these kind of things come happen. Yeah. um So...
Speaker: that if we push things away that are our own gifts, whether that's even that you are a musician and you've just like, no, I'm not going to embrace this gift. And like, you literally like block it, that when we block the gifts that we have, we're blocking other and other things to flow through us because we're blocking something that's true to us.
Speaker: Can you talk about that part of even just the lineage of the either generations of maybe blocking these gifts throughout history? Absolutely. Let's jump into that because that is so critical. So technically, i have a ton of – like each of my parents have like five siblings, you know, and then I have lots of cousins, lots of aunts and uncles. Okay. So I'm technically the youngest of the girls in both sides of the family. Okay. So I'm – Every literature I pick up is like, I come from 300 years of psychics, you know, and I come from all these spiritualists and I come and I was like, well, I don't. So I must not be like, that was a constant message. I'd see one thing like, I like, yes, I do that. Yeah, I do. that Oh, well, I don't come from that. So yes, I'm not right.
Speaker: So the truth is, okay, this is so pivotal. Which means that I'm the baby and then I do this work professionally. And then I kind of have to come out of the closet to people that I don't think believe in it and therefore I'm making it up in full crap, right? So there was a moment where I had just had my second baby um and my dad came out for a visit and you know he's like, well, what ah like what is this new work you're doing?
Speaker: And I said, well, I just want to tell you, like I am a psychic medium. And I can read the dead. I, you know, I was not as eloquent back then. It's like, ah how do I talk about But secondly, I'm like, I take clients and I offer messages from their loved ones on the other side.
Speaker: And I'm braced because I don't know what he'll say, you know. And sure enough to his personality, he didn't say anything. He acted like I didn't talk. Right. So now I'm hurt and I'm, you know, steaming on that. So the the next day, i got the babies in the back and I got my dad and we're driving around doing errands and I couldn't shut him up. For like three hours, he continued to tell me all of his intuitive experiences.
Speaker: So by I'm fascinated, but my heart's also broken because about hour three, I'm like, okay, dad, had you had all these experiences, why couldn't you have helped me?
Speaker: and He said something so profound. He goes, Kate, how can I help you with something I didn't understand myself? Right? And I was like, i that's it. That was my exact prayer for my own child. You know, and just because um it my intuition tortured me, my sensitivity, everybody, you're so sensitive. Like that was never a compliment at the time. Now if somebody is like, you're so sensitive. i'm like, yeah, thank you.
Speaker: And or you need to be more sensitive, like what ah i was like depending on the conversation. So what you realize is not only did I give my dad permission to be a psychic medium, whatever, he uses intuition, but it's just opened up the conversation. My aunts are, my cousins are.
Speaker: At the end of the day, his dad, my grandpa, his mother and father were both deaf mutes in the early 1900s, which this the state took kids away from deaf mutes if they were hearing children. So you can imagine deaf mutes were probably navigating this dimension with their intuition.
Speaker: You know, so it's like at the end of the day, what we have to realize is we all calm. from intuitive people. We do. I mean, it's again, it's a survival at a minimum. Human beings are wired to be guided to survive. And a lot of the times you could be like me where like, I didn't trust authority. So if I was guided to go left, I'd go right and could have you know ended up and did end up in a lot of trouble because of that. you know So we have to all agree, we all come from very intuitive people. And it can depend on the severity of our survival, how much they had to use it or not. Because a lot of the times, let's just say a few of my clients
Speaker: They come from a lot of wealth or, ah you know, so they didn't have to use it for survival in that way, but they definitely use their intuition to navigate relationships.
Speaker: You know, so a lot of us that come from survivalists, it's kind of like that's easier to open that lineage where everyone's like, oh, yeah, and then this happened to me and then that happened to me, you know, so.
Speaker: We all come from them. And the thing is, is a lot of us don't want to be the one that kind of comes out. We don't want that responsibility. But what I can say is we if you give yourself permission to know you're intuitive, you're connected to not only of the other side, but many other things, it gives the next the other generation permission to have been intuitive. Certainly gives our younger generations to be intuitive. And it's integrated now, so it's not like a weird thing.
Speaker: It's just I like to equate intuition to emotions. Everybody has them, whether you know it or not, whether you manage your emotions or not, you have them. But intuition is like it's the language of your soul.
Speaker: So it's even more a part of us than even emotions are. It is the language of our soul. And we are souls. Right. See, so sometimes we don't like the burden of being the first one out, but at the end of the day, you may be the one called to, to allow the other generations to have also been intuitive.
Speaker: i love I love that because it's giving permission by us doing that, that of opening up and admitting per se, like you said, that we do have these gifts, then we do give permission. it's When you were saying we are we all have emotions, whether we want to admit it or not, some people are emotionally intelligent because they know how to manage it. This would be intuitive intuitively intelligent that we are able to acknowledge that we are intuitive beings, and then we know how to be able to navigate all these different ways in which our intuition shows up and kind of navigate it that way, just like we do with the emotions. Instead of just kind of letting them kind of ride us, we we know how to be able to carry them. Would that be the right way of kind of comparing the two? You know, and I don't know if you can relate. i I come from very stoic people, okay? There was no such things as emotions, and if you showed any, then you were weak. So I being a very empathetic, highly emotional, no, I'm strong. You know, and I was really praised for like, oh, you can handle anything, right? So I'm like, I can handle anything, right? Okay, then you become a mom, you know, like I had to learn how to have more emotion. I was having them anyway, right? So you just BS in yourself, like I don't have any, um I'm stoic. Like, no, I want, you know, I had to go to therapy. I had to learn to have not just rage or nothing,
Speaker: You know, like when it's so stifled and you pretend you don't have emotions, that's kind of like it either comes out when you don't want it to. And I had to, like I said, I'm still in therapy. I still go to therapy. I still really work on my emotions, work on vulnerability. At the end of the day, all my my children have all their emotions, just like their intuition. It's like that you're going to have emotion and you're going to have intuition. It is the same way. Now, whether you want to refine it, learn about it, i you have a choice, but you and I know you kind of don't.
Speaker: It's kind of like what you're talking about earlier with them your art. You know, people think that they can choose not to bring in the art that they're called to bring in. You kind of don't. You kind of agreed to. And it won't stop coming for you until you bring that light into this dimension that you promised to bring in.
Speaker: It will never stop chasing you until you accept it, just like with your emotions, just like with your intuition. And it's and it's one of those things that people are then searching and thinking. wait, maybe it's that I'm not living in the place I should be living, or maybe, oh, maybe I'm just not doing, it maybe I should change careers. And they keep on thinking that it's something else and that something's wrong. And a lot of times it's just that you're not accepting something that is intuitively within you, which whether it's a gift or whether it is just really being able to accept your intuition. And that's what's making us sometimes feel unsettled because we're just not completely embracing who we are. And as you said, we're souls, we're spiritual beings having this physical experience. So it's like until we embrace that, then we'll always feel like we're not belonging per se. Agreed.
Speaker: Oh my gosh. Yeah. And that's really the passion of my work. It's that when do you know who you are as a soul, and you can talk to your birth guide, and you know why you're here, and you know the contracts you've made, who can stop you from rising to the occasion? If you're guided to go help that person over there, who can stop you?
Speaker: You know what I mean? It's just like I ask, oh, is it do I intervene here? Yes or no? If it's a yeah, I'm going to intervene. If it's a no because it's somebody else's muscle they need to use or somebody else's opportunity, you're not going to get me to do it. I won't do it.
Speaker: But untrained, I was like, I got to protect everybody. got to save everybody. It's all up to me. you knows like I could barely get going down the street myself, right? So people feel that patronizing like, well, you know who are you to help, right? So with guidance, you can get that refined. Like, is this for me to step in or not? Even as a mom, right? It's like we want to just, you know, protect them from everything. Okay, well, they need to have the muscles to live. They need to have the muscles to follow their own intuition. They need to know who they are as a soul, not because mama told them. You know, so it can be so refined just even in what language you do.
Speaker: And I loved what you said about, oh, we can think, it ah we need a move. We need a new boyfriend. We need a new husband. like We do so much crazy making to avoid coming to the table of our intuition, to avoid coming to the table of and our emotions.
Speaker: And as you say, coming to the table of bringing in the art, the work, the calling that you have, we will crazy make. We will distract. We will, you know, because that move in that mountain, we've done that. That's easy. It's logical.
Speaker: But going inward and getting to meet ourselves, people don't want to do that often because it's scary. You know, when you know who you are as a soul and while you're here, you know and you can't unknow it.
Speaker: Do you know what I mean? If you get guidance and you know it's guidance, you can't pretend you didn't get it So there's a responsibility about it. But to me, that responsibility and that clarity is everything. My my whole life is – I mean, I do think I'm living a dream.
Speaker: Based off where I came from and the violence and the abandonment and the starvation and the loneliness – I, my life is a dream. The connections, the health of my children, the health of my family, I'm married 22 years. I owe all of that. My ability to be able to move at this point in our life. And it's like, if it's guided, we'll go.
Speaker: if it's guided, it's for my children. If it's guided, it's for my husband. If it's guided, it's for me. Is it going to last forever? Or will we have to move again in a couple years? Probably. But if it's guided, who can stop you?
Speaker: As you're saying this, I'm thinking, so yeah if it's guided in this case, for example, your like next last your recent move is because of your husband's job, right? So then in this case, what would happen in these situations in which you feel guided in one direction or you feel a calling, but then your spouse may feel a guiding in the other. How do you end up kind of complementing the different kind of guiding in a family unit? How do you do that? Or with your children? as you're kind of navigat If you're all and everybody's intuitive in a family and one person's kind of being here, how do you kind of bring it all together?
Speaker: I think it's really important for especially women to to know their role in a family. So with what I mean by that is when you're being guided, we have to be like ruthlessly truthful to that. And especially a women will compromise like, hey, you'll go make money. I'll do like I'll sacrifice to chase, you know, like, well, and I did all that. And then I get really angry and betray myself because I didn't know how to ask myself what's right for me. So it would be a conversation with, would he make that decision based off he'd make more money? Is that truth for us? Like, is that important for us? He would take the opportunity, you know, without even asking guidance because he feels obligated to, you know, so we'd have all those conversations of like, is this guidance? And if you get guidance, you have to be brave enough to say, Hey, my guidance is we're not going.
Speaker: And then I'd have the conversation from there. you know And that that doesn't mean that it couldn't change, but sometimes guidance is like, the guidance is no, so we have the right conversation.
Speaker: And let's just say if my husband's like, I'm guided to go, but you're guided to stay, we'd have to have an honest conversation. What does that look like then? What does that mean? Because at the end of the day, we all must live our truth.
Speaker: And if it's guided, then it's right for all of us. And that's the scary part. You know what i mean? So it's like if my daughter who is in college said, okay, mom, you guys are guided to go. I'm guided to stay. i would literally...
Speaker: have to navigate those feelings and constantly check into the truth of it. Is this really guidance? You know, and just, I'd ask every day to get that reassurance and make sure. And then, you know, guidance evolves over time, right? So it's like, you can get the big guidance and then every day you just ask for the nuance of how we're going to make it work. You know, what's right. And maybe she would have got, she didn't, but let's just say if her guidance was like, I'm not coming out, but maybe when she graduates,
Speaker: You know, and it's like, again, when you know it's guidance and there's no BS, like it's not wishful thinking or what you want. So you pretend like, no, guidance is steady and it's clear and it's simple.
Speaker: It's not grand. You know, it's, it's steady. Now I just said it can change and it can, it can evolve, but it's still steady. It's still, there's a, there's a, there's levitate.
Speaker: A levity, but a um like a ah foundational, you know this, right? You know when it's like, eh, it's crazy making, you know, you ah versus like, no, you must.
Speaker: it's It's concise, you know, you must. So I would just say- its like a nurturing It's like a nurturing type of leveling, grounding type of energy rather than a frantic energy. Absolutely.
Speaker: Yeah, that's yeah um emotion. Yes. Yeah, it it is. it's It's a kind of a silent whisper, but it's kind of like the mom that says, no, no, or yes. And the kids trust you because you're not giving them all this BS. You're not acting crazy and you're not doing all these things. It's just that steady yes.
Speaker: No. Later. You know, as in, you don't get the information today. You don't need it. You know, you got some human things to to deal with. So there is something so simple about it that helps us know the difference between the crazy making mind and of course, our emotions, which that to me, again, when you know how your intuition works, it helps the mind and it helps the emotion because both of those things are going to do crazy stuff.
Speaker: You're going to try to rationalize it? Of course we are. And so the the guidance has to be able to communicate with us so that the mind understands, so the mind can ask those questions. And then when the mind understands and it can ask the questions in real time with guidance, then our hearts can accept it.
Speaker: And then that's when we can be brave and that's when we can trust. And that's why, okay, we're uprooting our family after 10 years in Colorado and we're going to go to Illinois. Like it's scary. And you don't you like you don't know what'll happen. But when it's guidance, i can't you can't language how just good it gets, right? I can't paint that picture enough for you. You're going to have to go through it and get the experience of it.
Speaker: So this time, this is a buy our house sight unseen, which we've never done before. And 20 years ago, there's no way I would have been able to do that. But it's just like, but we saw the house. We said, let's write the offer. We bought the house. And this, it's just, you couldn't have made it better. And that's what I'm talking about.
Speaker: There is an element of trust for your guidance, but trust is earned through using it consciously, right? Your guidance should not drive you into problems. Guidance should solve problems. With that being said, guidance can drive us into healing.
Speaker: And as you know, that's different. Because that means that there can be some pain in that journey, but it's part of the break breaking open for us to be able to then find a little bit more of the calm later, but you need to still really go deep in order to do that. Yes. i want to shift to talk about how can someone, which majority of people listening to this podcast tune in because it's called grief, gratitude, and the gray in between. So in the aspect of grieving and the part of grieving different, not just somebody has died, but grieving...
Speaker: different parts of your life that maybe are ending. How can these gifts that we end up kind of honing in be a support system and a tool in our grief journey?
Speaker: That's such a good question. I'll try to kind of refine it um I'd say so but um simplistically, when you're guided, let's just say to move or let's just say to have a boundary with a family member and you know you're being guided, it's the right thing to do. You must do it not only for yourself. Let's just say with some of my family members, I've had to go no contact.
Speaker: Or I am by nature, like, I want to hug you. I want, like, I could just, like, you know, my family relationships are everything to me. So it goes literally against my nature.
Speaker: But if your guidance is that I can't have a light, sparkly heart and be present for my kids and still have this relationship. I can't, like, you don't get, I had a skin cancer scare 2010, 2010, 2011, and it was skin cancer over my heart. And my guides were like, you have to give this boundary.
Speaker: And I was like, but I don't i don't want to. Like at the end of the day, you don't – I have to. I must. It's like you you can't not take it out on your kids. You know mean? So it's like if you want to be a clear wife and you want to be a clear mom, you can't have this abuse. You can't. And I just had to really like accept it. So what you realize is that if the guidance is there for them, for you, you know, okay, I have to have this this boundary – and I don't want to, but I must, you realize it's also for their soul too, because it hurts their soul to abuse you.
Speaker: So when you can you know and you ask and you ask, like, is this just for me? No, it's also for them. It's a blessing that you're giving them that boundary so they don't get to hurt you and have that cost them you know on their soul or what have you. So let's just say if we're moving and the grief the grief of it.
Speaker: I'm going to say this in terms of life experience. Every step along the way, i don't say we grow into or we change. I say we become back to our original source.
Speaker: So I find the every step you take that's in alignment with your guidance is one step closer to you being who you originally were supposed to be or are, you know, are destined to be.
Speaker: Right. So I feel like we're little kids and, you know, we. We're teenagers and we kind of do all the things we do to respond to our environment. And then maybe you think, oh, you're really stoic, you know, and then you're 35 and you're like, actually, I'm really tender hearted.
Speaker: I'm not stoic, you know. It's like, who do I want to be? In certain circumstances, I can still be stoic. It's fine. You know, I can still be strong. That's part of who I, that's a learned skill in me. But at the end of the day, I'm really tenderhearted. So I have to have relationships that are in alignment with that respect and that gentility and that tenderness because that's what I am.
Speaker: And so let's just say again, it's like if we moved from a place, we we moved away from our friends and now we're place and it's lonely and you know everybody has to kind of start over.
Speaker: When you know that it's guided, you get excited about the newness, the freshness, the the new opportunities, the new friendships, and you get to be more who you are because you don't have to be who they thought you were. Does that make sense? Because at the end of the day, we're always kind of growing and changing.
Speaker: Let's just say in terms of grief for our loved ones on the other side. You did a podcast in January and you had talked about through the grief process, everybody kind of has their own role.
Speaker: Everybody has their own unique way to show up. And I just love that so much because let's just say it when my grandmother passed away, she had five daughters. And of course she raised all of us grandkids too. and She was just such a lovely, wonderful woman.
Speaker: And I was in my early 20s. I was not married and I didn't have children yet. So it was a big loss. It was a big, scary thing to watch. um I'll just talk about this really quick. So my grandmother, um she lived on land in Montana and then an aunt and uncle raised their kids on so some of her land too.
Speaker: um So let's just say my grandma went out to the pasture and she did have a stroke. And my aunt and uncle knowing like she should be back Let's go see what's going on. They found her and they were able to get her and get her to the hospital. And the the doctor gave us such a gift. And he goes, it's a stroke. She's got five days.
Speaker: Like he was very matter of fact with us. So we're like, okay, five days. So my mother is a singer and plays guitar. So my mother comes in. And she's singing. We're ah we're all singing Amazing Grace. We're all singing. And you can feel my grandma so happy because that's what we did always with her. We treated her at normal. We acted normal. you know And then one of her daughters is a CPA.
Speaker: so let's just say she could prepare the estate. you know And she took care of all the stuff after my grandma passed away. But and then another daughter was really religious. And at the precipice of death, fine.
Speaker: You know what i mean? Like, tell us about the Bible, you know, speak to us and with the Lord, you know, it is so comforting and so beautiful. And then another of her daughters was a nurse. So she took care of her and that took that burden from us. So you see, I love what you say. And then, you know, another daughter didn't get to be there on time because she lived in Ohio. But when she came, she was a little bit kind of laughy and jokey, which for those of us that went through that five day um process,
Speaker: You could use a little giggle. You know i mean? she She wasn't there for it. And so her levity helped us. So I loved what you said. It's just like nobody tried to be anybody different. And every single person had a role there. And when you can show up fully, and that's where this kind of like when you're guided. And for me, like when I fought who I was.
Speaker: or I didn't know who I was, in that moment, I would have tried to like kind of be whatever, you know, I'll be the hero here. And I'll be that, you know, I was kind of trying to be everybody for everybody. And that experience would be very different now, now that I'm embodied, I know who I am, I know my role, and you have that confidence. So if again, how guidance can come in it is when you know who you are, you can fully be that. Everyone, even when people want to disassociate and it's too scary, you know, and sometimes you're like, you want to say something to somebody that maybe I feel like my intuition gave me my voice.
Speaker: because before I could really use my intuition, I had he not had my voice beat out of me. You know i mean I couldn't do it. I call myself kind of kiss-ass Katie before my intuition came. Because I just wanted to be good. I just wanted you like me. I really cared about stuff like that. Now I kind of don't care. Because I'm just going to show up with my full heart. I'm going to say what I got to say or not, you know, depending. And you're going to like me or not. Like, it's it's okay. You don't have to like me anymore.
Speaker: But, you know, and kind of knowing that and getting that reassurance from the spirit world or from your guides. um can give you that confidence to be able to say stuff, even in really precious moments when maybe it's a little scary and you feel a little nervous to say something or do something, you can be brave and do it.
Speaker: And then the knowing that through your intuition, that relationship continues. It's you use your clairs to talk to your loved ones on the other side. And again, we talk about source. So your intuition connects with all the energetic sources. And when you know, oh, I hear my grandma. Let me listen. Oh, say that again. You went too fast. You know, you're using your clairaudience and you can sense out like, oh, I feel my grandma's presence. Where are you? Oh, I feel you. Okay. Yeah. I sense you right there. You use your clairvoyance. There she is.
Speaker: She got on her apron. You know, and it's so fun because if you practice with other people, when I ask people to play and just, you know, hey, go ahead and tune into my grandma, they all see her apron.
Speaker: You know what mean? It's like, it's evidential. I could show them a picture of my grandma in her apron. Meanwhile, they're like, I don't know what I'm doing. I see an apron. Yeah, it's evidential because she always had her apron on, you know.
Speaker: And that's what can make it really real for us is, you oh, that relationship continues. And you though you grieve, you still have a relationship with them. That's exactly how I feel. Yeah, the relationship continues. You were talking about music as your grandmother was dying and your mom playing the guitar. That's how my mom also, that's how we also ushered her as well with just all of us singing and you know praying and singing and my brother playing the Native American flute ah Yeah. So it was just so beautiful. And yeah, it was so, ah there there was that gift of time there as well that kind of knew that we could be next to it. So that that is a that was just such a blessing. i want to kind of just pivot here as we're kind of close to ending. I have so many other questions.
Speaker: So let me ask one more before we kind of do. In the role of motherhood, And when you started knowing that your daughter even could sense some things as well, how do we, this is something at least for myself as a parent, when my one of my children have night night terrors and saying they could see somebody and that you're just trying to ease their mind and you're like, it's okay, it's just probably the pillow. and we so Or it's probably this, or there's nobody there.
Speaker: How can we kind of have that balance as being able to give them that comfort that they need to be able to go to sleep? And at the same time, not maybe, because again, not every time that they have a night terror or every time that they think that they see somebody is that there's actually somebody or how, what's ah a good, i good verbiage for a parent with somebody that's young, that is going through that I know I'm probably getting, yeah, I'm over explaining what I think you already know what I'm trying to say. So if you can just kind of give us some verbiage.
Speaker: ah Absolutely. So the real key is to normalize it for them, to ask questions like, tell me about that. What do they look like? Where were they standing? You know, be real curious. So I'll just tell a quick story about I'll tell a quick story. So even with my gift, I'm working professionally and we lived in a house that only had had one owner before us. And I moved my my baby, he was two.
Speaker: um I moved him from the blue room to the green room, but I kept seeing a woman in that room. And I'm like, there's no reason this older woman in a rocking chair would be here. i don't think a woman like that lived here. So i was like, Maybe it's a hologram. I didn't bother asking at the time because I was just really still trained to react. And kind of I saw her. I noticed her. but i was And i I could definitely feel she didn't care for me.
Speaker: was like, I don't know. Maybe it's a hologram. I don't know. So I tucked him into his new little room. And five minutes later, he toddles down to me and he goes, Mama, the lady.
Speaker: So even me, i'm you know I'm working. I'm highly psychic medium. I do this professionally. Even me, was like, dang it. I didn't take it seriously. i just kind of made some assumptions. So he's two, and he's so clairvoyant. He was even more clairvoyant. Then I remember I told you, I kind of tried to shut it down because my grandpa, when I was a little kid, And it took me a long time to recover it more.
Speaker: Okay. that it's just like, even the little baby knows what's going on. They'll tell you, you know, that lady sitting in the corner. It's like, we we have to like, normalize it as if they said, oh, look at that blue van over there.
Speaker: So we don't want to like go crazy like a van, you know, it's like, oh okay, yeah, there is a van there. Like you said, though, there's a refinement. Sometimes it is just a night terror, you know, and it's a dream, the mind processing. And sometimes there is something in the room.
Speaker: This is where our personal intuition is just critical. You know what i mean? Our emotional ah availability is critical to validating our little ones or teenagers even, right? So it's even now, let's just say if my kid my kid says, oh, I had a really bad nightmare.
Speaker: ah so For me, I do a process called dousing. I do energy removal every day. i didn't do it till ah like 10 years into doing this work professionally that i took it serious, but now I take it serious.
Speaker: So at a minimum, we can ask angels to come in and cleanse and clear the room. I would do that almost daily just because why not? At the end of the day, what would it hurt to have a angels clear our space? They're here to protect us. They would do it, you know, happily. They'll cleanse and clear out. We ask that. I have a kind of a no ghost policy in general. um Some people love their pet ghosts. I have a no ghost policy because who needs anything kind of bothering us when we sleep, especially our children. So I do do it respectfully where I kind of like invite them to be outside in the yard, like wherever they're lovely. Because a lot of them are here before us. So I don't want to be disrespectful. But it kind of like ghosts are real.
Speaker: Spirits are real. So we kind of have to agree on that level. Like these things are real. And a lot of times our kids and or teenagers see and sense them. So we really want to validate them, but we don't want to overreact like, oh my God, just like, oh, okay.
Speaker: How about we just go ahead or maybe we just do it in front of them. Okay. Let's ask the angels. We ask God, thank you for cleansing and clearing this room. I invite all ghosts or entities and energies to just go ahead and leave our home, go ahead, maybe stay on the side of our property. You know, we just learn to talk to it. We learn to talk to energy. We learn to talk to spirits.
Speaker: Sometimes even with me, I have to have boundaries with some of my family who is in the spirit realm. I didn't know that. You know, I kind of had a grandpa come and yell and scream at me on the other side. I didn't realize i had I had the authority to say, You don't get to come in and do that to me. I just kind of took more abuse. Like, oh, I'm a victim.
Speaker: Well, because you also don't talk to elderlies that way. So you were like, probably like you were always taught to respect other, right? And so you're like, oh, maybe I can't talk to my grandpa that way. but yeah you right ah like to give it Yeah. Yeah, Yeah, yeah. I'm glad Grandpa's being mean. So we just have to know. We do have authority.
Speaker: We do have to know, like, it comes to my kids, I'll do whatever it takes. So, like, at a minimum, Grandpa, you don't get to come in and get me all hysterical, you know. So giving ourselves permission to have boundaries. We're authority. We are the mother in the home.
Speaker: So we have full right to have the authority for clarity. The kids just don't need to deal with it. You can also say to loved ones on the other side, hey, if you have a message, come on in at 4 I'll listen. You know what I mean? Like kind of give him some parameters. We're learning to talk to spirits. We're learning to ask for what we need. We're learning to say, I cleanse and clear. We're learning to say, please release and remove.
Speaker: But really validating them and asking questions like, oh, okay. So do you feel like you're kind of stressed out or do you feel like you know because again, sometimes my kids have nightmares because they are dealing with energy or entities. It's just a fact. it's just a way of life. They could go to a store. a ghost could follow them home. It can happen to all of us, not just special people. Or, you know, it can just happen. And often the lighter you are, the more you can attract spirits.
Speaker: It's just kind of a fact. we we really want to normalize it. We were like, okay, if there's something bothering me, I'll ask heaven. you know We ask the angel realm to release and remove. We validate them. And or if we're kind of like, I don't know, we just ask real kind of you know thoughtful questions like, tell me more or what did they look like? or okay, like let's together, let's ask God or let's ask the angels to release and remove. So we're giving them the tools.
Speaker: You know, and so so that maybe that happens in their 13. And then maybe when they go to college at 20, it happens again. They're like, mama, i remember when mom said this. Or, you know, I don't have to be scared. That's another thing. We don't have to be scared.
Speaker: If it's normalized and we can talk about it, then we don't have to have fear about it. But, you know, I don't know if you can relate to this. When I was little, I was making it up, supposedly. Or it was an imaginary thing. Like, it was all in your head. You know, and it's not. These things are around us and they're happening and they're really normal. And it's not because you're a bad person or you did anything wrong or to deserve it. Sometimes they kind of just like the light in you.
Speaker: And that's another thing you can't be ashamed of. you know. Yeah, that the the imaginary, every kid, you know, that had their imaginary friend, right? So it's like, then you wonder, really, was it an imaginary friend? Like, or was it, right? i Then yeah you wonder. my i don't I don't remember having an imaginary friend. My sister had one.
Speaker: I think her name was Emily. Like one of my sisters. So I think that, so, ah you know, it's, And it was clear that that was the imaginary friend, but maybe it wasn't imaginary. So yeah, no, thank you for all those tips. And my kids are now teenagers and yes, about yeah but were in college and those kinds of things, but it's good to give them the tools. And when we talk about these things, even or just about our own gifts at the dinner table, normalizing these conversations that, oh, today I kind of had this intuition of not to go this way. And today i had this intuition of not doing this.
Speaker: Then they start noticing that that is just something normal to to have, right? It's a normal part of our of our being instead of them kind of being thinking it's weird that they fall, right?
Speaker: Yeah. Yeah, normalization. you know, again, we share our story, we tell them and it doesn't mean we have to share every story because we have we know it all or we have the wisdom or we knew exactly why and how. Sometimes it's just like it happened to us. We share the story and we don't have that pearl of wisdom. We don't know why it happened or we don't know where, you know. So it's, again, we're not coming from a place of perfection, but rather like this just happens to people. And it is where if, ah just for me, I'll do everything to make sure that my family knows I'm a safe person to talk to. I don't want any of them. i don't want any of my friends. i don't want anyone to be alone with this.
Speaker: you know Because a lot of times – I just want to give this one example too really quick because I know we have to wrap up. It's been so fun. And I could talk to you all day. i too because I still have more questions. that might I know. I'm going to try not to talk super fast but um because that's my instinct to talk fast with you, to get it in. But let me just say, okay.
Speaker: My son also, like I said, my daughter, very sensitive. She saw the guy, you know, she got the message. He'll follow you. She knew that. Okay. So she's extremely sensitive. She's claircognizant. So she knows stuff before I do often. Where my son is more slower with the clairvoyance. He can see he's really like, we call it a BS detector. He's, he can cut through the crap. He's good.
Speaker: clairsentient. He knows when you're telling the truth. So let's just say when he was nine years old, he walked home from school with a friend and he walked in the door, a different person.
Speaker: So i was like, oh, this is really interesting. You know, like there's a lot of energy on him. And all he did was walk home with a little girl who was so bright and sparkly, but she had so much energy and entities attached to her.
Speaker: Not because she's a bad girl. She didn't do anything to deserve it. She happens to be extremely empathetic and highly intuitive. She's a medium. And so, you know, she doesn't get any help at home because in her home, it's not real.
Speaker: So they don't talk about it. So I had ah to i had to clean my kid up, you know had do a little energy, do a little like, okay, let's get that energy off of you. but And so you see and I'm saying? These are innocent little children. It's not their fault. They didn't do anything wrong. It's just a natural part of what we do. As you know, you can go to a location and feel crummy when you came out of it.
Speaker: you know It's just kind of a part of it. So we have to normalize it and let everyone know you didn't do anything wrong, honey. It's just, okay, something got on you. Let's clear it off. It's all simple. I love that idea that it's kind of like, yeah, you just got a little bit of ah yeah have dust. Like, let's just, you know, kind of like, you know, being out, you might get some allergens stuck on you as you're out. Exactly. I love that. You know, wipe your shoes before you come in. It's the, now it's the should cleanse your energies before you walk Smudge before you come in. Yeah. Exactly. I call it good psychic hygiene, you know, and I'll have clients show up like I smudged and cleaned for him and like, well, thank you. I don't always have the luxury to do that, but I hope I'm clean enough for you, you know, and I say that we can have a sense of humor about it. It is funny, you know, and, you know, I think the seriousness, you know, in terms of like um being in grief, one of the things I do take very serious though, is when you are in grief, your aura does shrink.
Speaker: And bad things can get in at that time. I'll just tell a quick little story. knew a new woman, grew up with her. Her mother passed away. In her grief, she started to go to a bar. And a ghost did attach at that moment because her aura was so bad, doing a lot of drinking, you know just kind of disappearing.
Speaker: and It kind of bothered her to the point where she lost her kids, lost her husband. So in terms of energy, we do take very serious when we're in grief. When we're in big transition, we have to be extra protective, extra critical of whom gets to be around us. When you are going to go through that grief, again, you can't rush through it. You know this. You're an expert on this. We must go through it.
Speaker: But we do want to be really discerning on where we go and who gets to be around us in that really precious container of grief for sure. so day to day, it's funny, blow it off, whatever. But when we are sad or scared, overwhelmed, in desperate grief, we have to be very careful with ourselves, very selective with whom gets to access us and our energy at that time. because that's when yucky things can kind of take advantage of us then.
Speaker: That's so valuable. Thank you for for sharing that and just about just are really protecting and that it is not is' not that you're being rude. You really are just having self-care.
Speaker: Absolutely. As we're wrapping up, how can people get in touch with you? One, that you have the Claire Club. So what are some of these ways in which people can participate in the Clara Club or if they want to have one-on-ones. Do you do one-on-ones still? I do still. Okay.
Speaker: Please share about your offerings, please. Oh, I'd love to. So the Clara Club is a really good introductory little, it's a membership program. It's $47 month. You have my signature Claire confidence course where I really teach you each of the Claire's through a video.
Speaker: And then there's two meditations. Why you build energetic muscles through the active meditation. I know a lot of people don't like to meditate. If you're really mediumistic, you don't want to meditate because that's when everything starts talking to you.
Speaker: But it's ah it's a guided meditation to experience the Claire. So you start connecting your neurons. You start building neurons to like, oh, when I do that, that's my Claire sentience.
Speaker: When I see that, that's my clairvoyance. You know, we start to really connect the dots of the intuition you've always had and you have always used, but we're just getting a little bit more conscious about it. So you get that program for free while you're in the Claire Club. And then every other Friday, we do a live coaching and you just show up. I do a little quick teach and then you experience your Claire's. So I'll take you on a little adventure and you will read the situation.
Speaker: And the exciting thing is 100% of the time, i can i can give you evidential feedback that you saw something. I could literally show you a picture because what I have you read is a place i know in and out and I have pictures of. And so people will be like, I don't know what you're talking about. Anyway, you know, give me this full reading and why it's a safe place to come play. And it's just where you get to experience yourself and get validation. To me, that that validation from a stranger totally changed my intuition. You know, when you read your family, you're like, I know them. But when you read strangers, when you know, it when you read somewhere you've never been,
Speaker: it's boggles the mind, but that's where you start to create trust for your intuition. So it's the Claire club. And then we do have a six month embodiment program where when you know, kind of know you're intuitive, this is a place where you come and I'll organize your intuition for you. I have a, it's a sequential program. We really build on it at the end of it. I can take 10 years of working in the field and we can do it in six months.
Speaker: That's all. And we get your intuition organized. So it is a something you know when it's happening and you know what source it's happening from. To me, it's it's the golden ticket. And then I do do that private one-on-one 10-week coaching.
Speaker: It's a six-month program, but in just 10 weeks. And that's that one-on-one where I can really read you individually every single week, coach you individually with the tools of the program to really build that foundation. But this is where you discover who you are as a soul. This is really where we can talk about life purpose and who you are and how you do it and what's unique to you. And then if you go through the six-week program or the 10-week program, you can be eligible for the Kate St. Clair Method, which is an in-person two-day VIP experience where I teach you my methodology.
Speaker: So you can do this work yourself and or you will just 100% be immersed in how to do the work and you will do that work in that VIP experience.
Speaker: Awesome. Now, if somebody just wants your services as median mediumship as well, do you still offer that as well? I do once in a while. Yeah, I have a wait list for that. That is still once in a while. But absolutely, if I get guided to do it, I'll do it.
Speaker: Okay. Yeah, absolutely. Just because ah I know a lot of times people ask me, do you know a medium? So it's good to know that there are still, you know, that that's an option. Yeah. Kate, i always like to make sure that I give my guests an opportunity to share something that I might have not asked you. So if you'd like to now, please share with you with the audience something that you wish for them to have.
Speaker: I think we covered a lot of territory. One of the things I really wanted to make sure that we talked about was that lineage, was that it if you ever hear somebody say, well, i come from 300 years of psychics, so do you. I really want that to be driven home today between the two of us, your story and my story. i want to invite people in on that story that, again, that conversation may never happen for them. That doesn't mean it doesn't apply.
Speaker: And you can kind of just use your own intuition to ask, was my father guided? Ask, was my mother guided? Oh my God, she's so sensitive. Oh, she fights her sensitivity. She sees it as a weakness. you know So we can have some compassion for the ways people, like we talked about, crazy make, instead of really confronting themselves completely. whether that be their intuition, their emotion, and or their art, I feel really with you specifically, I feel like that's a really important conversation to keep having about that special art, the artistry that can come through only them.
Speaker: and it's scary, but through the assistance and the support of your intuition, ah who can stop you on any of it, who can stop you? Thank you so much, Kate. Thank you. This again was Kate St. Clair. And I was just an honor to be sitting here with you and the conversations could have, the conversation could have continued much longer than this for sure. So thank you again, Kate. Thank you, Kendra. My pleasure.
Speaker: Thank you again so much for choosing to listen today. I hope that you can take away a few nuggets from today's episode that can bring you comfort in your times of grief.
Speaker: If so, it would mean so much to me if you would rate and comment on this episode. And if you feel inspired in some way to share it with someone who may need to hear this, please do so.
Speaker: Also, if you or someone you know has a story of grief and gratitude that should be shared so that others can be inspired as well, please reach out to me.
Speaker: And thanks once again for tuning in to Grief, Gratitude, and the Gray In Between podcast. Have a beautiful day.
