Talking about a variety of children and family health topics and suggestions on how to overcome struggles naturally with board certified Integrative Health Practitioner, Fraser Bridgeman. Raising a special needs daughter for over 14 years and coming against continuous health challenges that no one seemed to have any answers to, Fraser dedicated herself to find the answers she needed to give her child relief from the pain of countless health struggles. This path set her on a spiral of years of research and a life long dedication to help others find answers and relief from their health issues using natural functional medicine and incorporating all aspects of integrative health including diet, exercise, detoxing heavy metals, stress management and quality sleep. By using functional medicine at home lab testing and being dedicated to being a health detective to find the root cause or underlying imbalance in the body we can rediscover the healthiest versions of ourselves and children so that they can lead happy and fulfilling lives .
