Entering the Fantastical Realm

Yeah, so ah when we last left off, we were playing Dungeons and Dragons the last time we were together and some crazy stuff happened. ah You guys are in and in a crazy land, a crazy realm surrounded by ah just like fantasy crazy trees and and color different colors, and the grass is different colors, and it's this strange, fae kind of magical area that you're in. You had found a friend named Thelindra that you had followed ah to this wall that was supposedly invisible, that would let you into what they were calling Almenora,

kind of confusing but because it seemed like Alinora was like ah a people, not a place, but it seemed to be what was going on. So he followed there. They got to a point where they were saying, after agitating some trees and and Gwendolyn using some of her magic to help the trees understand what's happening and calm them and soothe them by turning into a tree herself, you find your way to the area where Telindra had said, this is where the wall is.

had some sort of interaction with it, and then was welcomed and kind of in like embraced by these, after the the wall actually appeared in front of you guys, sorry, I forgot that part. The wall actually appeared, this giant dome of vines that kind of grew from, looked like it was growing up from the ground beneath you, a dome higher than the treetops. And it embraced Gwyn and accept seemingly accepted her into the dome in some way. So Thalindra, excited, ready to get back in, ran towards the dome.

Okay, I love it. So your hand touches the wall. And when it does, ah the once again, small little vines start to wrap around your fingers into where you can hardly move them until the vines wrap around your wrist and go up to your elbow, your your body stiffens as your brain, your mind fills with like, almost a buzzing sound and this white light, krigs, you see it too, as he stands there. And his his left arm, his other arm, whichever it is, it starts to extend as if he's moving at himself to to assume the position. But before it gets there, it stiffens hardest board just without even in an instant, like he didn't make it all the way intentionally. It did it without him attempting to. And so he he's standing there now, head straight up, eyes up, mouth wide open, just ah stiff as a board, stiff as a statue.

And as it does, the necklace starts to vibrate and shake And it's it's pulling the vine is pulling and you see as Davin starting to get pulled in his head is starting to get moved away from the wall while his body is getting pulled into the wall until suddenly a jolt of electricity of lightning shocks through this.

You're going to see like flowers from this realm with all the different colors and stuff kind of start spawning and basically absorb the the gore and whatnot into a more ah the best I can do of a natural memorial as I can to whoever this individual was, having never really met them. um And then I walk up to the the tree or the wall, I guess, whatever we're looking at now, and I kind of fit myself in between everyone. And, you know, we're going to be found dead like this. I at least want it to seem like we were all together. And I put my hand on the put my hand on it.

And the blooms unfold in the little bit of, there's a mushroom here and there growing from the vines as it wraps around your wrist. And just as you're noticing the bits of mushroom that are growing with you, you're absorbed in and welcomed. It just welcomes you right in.

until it slowly fades away, the vision first. And Gwendolyn, as you come through, you look up and the vision, start the white of the vision is starting to fade and as it does fade out, you start to make out more of this forest, trees, plant life, but it's less dense, it's more managed it seems. There's there's ah more growth under the trees and you the first thing you notice as soon as the white clears up is a blue sky. It looks like an actual sky you remember.

And ah in the distance you can see what seems to be the glow of sunshine ah just just above the trees in the distance and it seems you're not sure if it's a rising sun or a setting sun but it is low in the horizon beyond you.

And the trees are still bright and colorful and the grass is still a brighter green and some of it purple like you had seen previously as it grows in little tufts along the ground. um And you see ah the the most the strangest thing you see that you ah hadn't really seen is a bit of a worn pathway of just dirt that is kind of stretched ahead of you to walk on. And just as you're kind of taking this all in, uh, suddenly Joxer comes through right behind you and he's kind of standing there or sitting there in like the three points, you know, superhero stance as the, the tree kind of, or the, the wall kind of spits him out and Joxer you're slowly

this this vision is fading and you're seeing that same view that Gwendolyn saw and your both of you though your head is still filled with this white noise sound and it takes a few seconds before that starts to fade but not fully and then Here comes Daven appearing just down the way a little ways from the wall as well, looking yeah kind of taken aback by what he's seeing as his head is still spinning and filled with these thoughts. this ah burn on one side of your neck where you it starts to sting as this burn from something just uh kind of has made your skin there really blister and and it's like a really pretty bad third degree burn there on your neck and then krigs you show up last one through, and all of you experienced this white fading into the view I described earlier, as well as this white noise kind of static in your minds that then slowly starts to fade, first Gwendolyn, then Joxer, then Davin, and then Krigs, and you've all formated to the other side of this wall.
