Speaker: You know, got the gator boots ready just in case I need to throw them on.

Speaker: You know what I'm saying?

Speaker: But, you know, it's good.

Speaker: It's all good.

Speaker: I cannot complain.

Speaker: It's been a great week.

Speaker: Low key week.

Speaker: So it is what it is.

Speaker: You know, those are always good.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: Just a Florida man in his natural habitat.

Speaker: Exactly.

Speaker: Had the alligator on the back porch.

Speaker: It was all good.

Speaker: All good.

Speaker: I'm glad you finally accepted you a Florida man now.

Speaker: They even got a show about us now on Netflix called Florida Man.

Speaker: Look, y'all hear this, right?

Speaker: He out here accepting being a Floridaian.

Speaker: That's crazy.

Speaker: I just had a revelation.

Speaker: I had a revelation when I was sleeping one night.

Speaker: I was like, you know what?

Speaker: Maybe I am a Florida man.

Speaker: Well, we'll see.

Speaker: I'll sleep on it and see if I decide if I really want to be about that life.

Speaker: Okay.

Speaker: All right.

Speaker: If that's what we do, then that's what we do.

Speaker: Yeah, man.

Speaker: That's what we do.

Speaker: You're still sleeping on it if you want to be a Texas man.

Speaker: I'm Texas, baby.

Speaker: Oh, you're Texas.

Speaker: You don't got the hat on, though.

Speaker: Where's the hat?

Speaker: I don't need a hat.

Speaker: Oh, okay.

Speaker: Everything big in Texas, you know?

Speaker: If I had, I'd have...

Speaker: Double Solo Cup, you know, some Dirty Sprite, you know.

Speaker: Oh, you drinking some Grey Goose right now?

Speaker: I'm working, man.

Speaker: Nah, this is some good shit.

Speaker: It's that... I'm gonna put you on.

Speaker: It's Minute Maid.

Speaker: It got some Zero Sugar juices.

Speaker: And this is a Mango Passion.

Speaker: Hey, bro.

Speaker: This should be... Hey.

Speaker: You put some goose in here, or you put some Casamigo or some motherfucking Patron, or you like, you know how you be making like some little, I wouldn't call them smoothie drinks, but infused with alcohol, you know, a little daiquiri or some shit like that.

Speaker: Hey, this will go hard.

Speaker: I'm just telling you.

Speaker: So, you know, when it's the weekend for y'all, you know, it's Friday night for you.

Speaker: Cause as you know, some people don't, you know, have a normal Monday through Friday.

Speaker: So if it's your Friday night,

Speaker: get you a little drink, get you go to Walmart.

Speaker: You can get this at Walmart.

Speaker: It's in the, where all they, in the milk section where the juices and stuff be.

Speaker: Minute Maid, zero sugar, mango passion.

Speaker: Put a little drink in there.

Speaker: You're welcome.

Speaker: Put you on.

Speaker: This is KDE Special.

Speaker: My own little signature.

Speaker: We need a little ad, a little sponsorship there because we just put people on.

Speaker: You're listening.

Speaker: We need our money.

Speaker: We do need our money.

Speaker: Absolutely.

Speaker: fire and it's zero sugar so you know if you want to fit bodies you know you're like oh i don't want to drink something that has you know sugar or whatever then you know try that you know zero calories good for you absolutely you know too much sugar is terrible for you

Speaker: I think nowadays everybody's super conscious about their health now.

Speaker: So all those zero-sugar drinks are good, but you got to still be careful just because it says zero sugar doesn't necessarily make it all the way healthy.

Speaker: But if you're looking for a zero-sugar drink, King Diamond and I put you on.

Speaker: Say that three times fast.

Speaker: No, absolutely not.

Speaker: I'll say something that's not going to be podcasting.

Speaker: You're like, where the fuck did that come from?

Speaker: Oh, man.

Speaker: But we got a good show for you guys.

Speaker: Hopefully, we don't waste too much of y'all's time this week.

Speaker: But we're going to start off with some sneaker news.

Speaker: DJ Khaled.

Speaker: My man, DJ Khaled.

Speaker: Everybody knows about DJ Khaled, I would think, if you don't know who he is.

Speaker: You've probably been living under a rock.

Speaker: Yeah, I did.

Speaker: We the best.

Speaker: He's a big sneakerhead.

Speaker: So if you're not aware for the sneakerheads, maybe listening, maybe not listening, DJ Khaled's probably one of the biggest shoe collectors out there.

Speaker: He's had a couple of complex episodes.

Speaker: He's had a couple of my sneaker closet episodes on YouTube.

Speaker: And the man has a serious, serious collection.

Speaker: Some of the one of the best.

Speaker: I would say he's definitely in the top five of celebrity sneaker collections.

Speaker: If I was rich, I'd be number one because I'd have all the heat.

Speaker: But DJ Khaled is really up there.

Speaker: But if he was encountering.

Speaker: What's the guy's name?

Speaker: Jay Bowen.

Speaker: Jay Bowen.

Speaker: I don't actually know who that is.

Speaker: Who is that actually?

Speaker: Did an ass car racer or something?

Speaker: No, he's an artist.

Speaker: Is he?

Speaker: I think.

Speaker: Oh, okay.

Speaker: Okay, yeah, because I was like, when I looked at the article, I was like, I don't even know who that is.

Speaker: But his shoes are fire, though, the threes.

Speaker: But it looks like the video that I saw, they were at NASCAR.

Speaker: It was like F1 racing.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: He's a, what you call it, a

Speaker: They call it Urbano Latino, but it's like that Bad Bunny type music.

Speaker: Oh, Bad Bunny.

Speaker: Reggaeton type shit.

Speaker: Okay.

Speaker: Stuff we don't know the language.

Speaker: Yeah, that is very much true.

Speaker: When I tried in Tulum, I was like, I can't do this.

Speaker: I can't even understand what they're saying.

Speaker: I can dance to it, but he asked me what the hell they're saying.

Speaker: I don't know.

Speaker: I'm just not that type of person.

Speaker: I got to be able to

Speaker: like know what they're talking about.

Speaker: Cause what if they say in some loud shit, like, you know, I wouldn't be like, Oh man, I was dancing to some, you know, talk about hanging black people or all I know.

Speaker: No, they're going to be like, yeah, man.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: Keep dancing, man.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: But, uh, he, he's got some custom threes, uh,

Speaker: And they look pretty good.

Speaker: To kind of remind me, the silhouette kind of reminds me of Off-White.

Speaker: Well, the colorway kind of reminds me of Off-White.

Speaker: The silhouette is 30s.

Speaker: But they're pretty good.

Speaker: But DJ Khaled has been at my man's head.

Speaker: So I call it like a compilation of videos of him.

Speaker: And he's basically just been guilt tripping him into trying to send him the shoes.

Speaker: I guess he still hasn't got them yet.

Speaker: So there's all these videos of DJ Khaled.

Speaker: And he's like,

Speaker: You know, man, you know, we looked each other in the eyes, man.

Speaker: We saw we locked eyes.

Speaker: And, you know, what that meant?

Speaker: I mean, you're supposed to send me the shoe.

Speaker: So he's been at his head and I thought it was funny.

Speaker: But more so, I wanted to talk about since we haven't talked about sneakers in a while, upcoming shoes and just what are you looking forward to at all this year, if anything?

Speaker: By the time the shoes that I'm looking forward to come out, we're probably going to be on season six, possibly season seven, or right about to get into season seven.

Speaker: Because I'm only worried about, and I already got a pair, but the Columbia 11s, the Blue Gamma Boys, which I fell in love with.

Speaker: When we were in Wichita, them hoes came out, and I was so pissed off I couldn't get those.

Speaker: And then the...

Speaker: GMP 11s.

Speaker: Most of the 11s I'm super stoked to get or I'm going to be trying to get offseason, new season, whatever you want to call it.

Speaker: Some of these colorways, though, I've been looking at and I'm not super impressed with them.

Speaker: There's a few of them that I'd be like,

Speaker: I'll try to get them, but if they're... I don't know what it is about Jordan.

Speaker: His is like... His... The well-known or the known shoes that are coming out are just not that oppressive to me.

Speaker: I don't know what it is.

Speaker: I just feel like he's running out of ideas.

Speaker: He's like Willy Wonka in the Chocolate Factory, and he's just like...

Speaker: chocolate assholes for everybody or, you know, or, you know, pimple, pimple popping chocolates.

Speaker: Like, I don't know.

Speaker: I'm just making shit up as I go.

Speaker: Um, now the Concord 12s, I know you're not a big 12 fan, but, uh, I might try to cop those just cause they look like the Kings colors.

Speaker: So I, you know, I can rock the, I can rock those with, you know, Kings Jersey and be in pretty, pretty set.

Speaker: Um, um,

Speaker: What else?

Speaker: What else is there?

Speaker: I'm trying to look at all the new upcoming shoes.

Speaker: I like the crafted fives.

Speaker: They're coming out here, actually.

Speaker: What color are those?

Speaker: They're like linen kind of looking color.

Speaker: Those are pretty... Yeah, those are pretty clean, but for 210, I just... I don't know.

Speaker: I mean, they're all 210 now, though.

Speaker: You know it's... I mean, some are 200, but...

Speaker: Fuck to me are those, and I don't know why they keep trying to make these shoes, but those Spider-Man ones, the ones before these ones were clean.

Speaker: But I'm just not.

Speaker: The Spideyverse?

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: They had a lot of hype, and I didn't really like them.

Speaker: I do like the Wolfgrade 13s.

Speaker: They remind me of the...

Speaker: I can't remember the name.

Speaker: It was like an all-white 13.

Speaker: It kind of looked better.

Speaker: It had red bottom, kind of like that.

Speaker: But it didn't have that light gray that that one had.

Speaker: That's one July.

Speaker: That ones look pretty tough.

Speaker: Those look tough.

Speaker: I do like their brilliant orange 12s, but they're women's only.

Speaker: I swear all the women get all the good color.

Speaker: Yeah, they're coming out with heat for the women.

Speaker: And then... Red Cement 4s are decent.

Speaker: I'm not impressed.

Speaker: Ooh, the Frozen Moments.

Speaker: Have you seen these?

Speaker: Ooh, these are clean.

Speaker: They're kind of like the cool grays, but they're kind of like leathery.

Speaker: Women's only, though.

Speaker: No surprise.

Speaker: Yeah, your best bet is probably trying to get those if they have it in big sizes.

Speaker: Yeah, that's what I did with the spring.

Speaker: I'm going to butcher the name.

Speaker: The Moab ones, they're like the lavender color.

Speaker: Those are pretty clean.

Speaker: Those would be cleaned for like a summer fit, but they don't come out until fall.

Speaker: And then... Are these really the 11s that are coming out for Christmas time?

Speaker: The DMPs?

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: These look like Concords.

Speaker: They look terrible.

Speaker: What is this?

Speaker: It's gold instead of the white emblem.

Speaker: And then, you know, they got a lot of your favorite 14s trash shoes.

Speaker: 14s are not trash.

Speaker: You'd really be hating.

Speaker: You'd be hating on... One of them that I might... Those fives that you just brought up and then the burgundy fives, I might... Those ones might be one where I'm like, I have to wear someone wear them first.

Speaker: Yeah, see him on foot.

Speaker: That's what I like about GOAT is people will take pictures on feet.

Speaker: And I'm like, okay, what a fit.

Speaker: That's clean.

Speaker: Sometimes I'm like you.

Speaker: I like the way the shoe looks, but I don't think it would look good in an outfit.

Speaker: So that's why I go on GOAT and I'll just wait until people do the on-feed picks.

Speaker: Yeah, like the Cougarie 4s.

Speaker: I slept on those.

Speaker: Luckily, I was still able to get them.

Speaker: Me too.

Speaker: I was still able to get them, though.

Speaker: But I was like, I slept on them, and then I saw somebody wear them at my job, and then I was like, you know what?

Speaker: Them hoses clean.

Speaker: Same thing with the Turbo 1s when you wore those.

Speaker: I was like, ooh, I slept on those ones.

Speaker: I need to get those.

Speaker: Yeah, when I realized they was, I realized the cool grades was he, when my homie Ramos came in, we was about to go out and he had them on with like these like distraught 501s with like a white tee.

Speaker: I was like, God damn, that shit hard.

Speaker: That's when I was like, man, I fucked up.

Speaker: I said, I fucked up.

Speaker: But, but, yeah.

Speaker: Yes.

Speaker: I mean, it's better than last year.

Speaker: I feel like last year was really bad.

Speaker: But this year is a little better.

Speaker: This year is a little better.

Speaker: I like the sixes, the swab sixes too.

Speaker: Those are tough.

Speaker: But the eights, I don't understand with eights why they keep making the most plain colorways with the eights.

Speaker: These just randomly all black and white eights.

Speaker: That's so weird.

Speaker: Like,

Speaker: Change it up.

Speaker: Do you know how many all black 8s there are?

Speaker: Why do you keep making the same shoe?

Speaker: Stupid.

Speaker: Because people gonna buy it.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: Stop buying the same damn colorways, people.

Speaker: Stop buying the same damn clothes.

Speaker: You know what?

Speaker: Honestly, I'm to the point where... Yeah, there's decent ones.

Speaker: I'm to the point where Jordan just needs to motherfucking let you create your own fucking colorway.

Speaker: You know what, to be honest with you, I would pay $250, $300 if I can customize my own colorway.

Speaker: Pick the colors that I want to pick for whatever shoe that I want.

Speaker: Or, you know, like set basic.

Speaker: Okay, for $11, it's $300 and then whatever for customs.

Speaker: Some shit like that, I'd be down to pay, but you just keep pushing out shit on top of shit on top of shit.

Speaker: It's just like, it's to the point where it's like, you know motherfuckers just getting them just because they're Jordans, and then they're just trying to sell the fuck out of them.

Speaker: So, you know...

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: It's not new.

Speaker: I did see, actually, and I wanted to, I meant to send this to you about, possibly could have been a topic, but you saw that sneakers had stopped like 10 million bots from buying shoes.

Speaker: And I was like, yeah, man.

Speaker: Yeah, I was like, that was really fucking good because I feel like one of the things that has ruined shoes is the resale market.

Speaker: Like, it's cool to get them, you know, if you miss out.

Speaker: That's cool.

Speaker: But, like, people want to buy, like, 50 pairs.

Speaker: Like, you'll see the – like, I went on YouTube a few times, and I've seen a couple of channels where it's, like –

Speaker: They already like guys already had shoes and they had like 10 pairs of them already.

Speaker: They're not even out yet.

Speaker: I'm like, man, see, see, this is the shit I'll be talking about.

Speaker: I'm like, why would you let someone get that many pairs of shoes?

Speaker: You know what they're about to do.

Speaker: They're about to sell every single, they probably didn't even pay for them one or they paid like $500 for all those pairs of shoes.

Speaker: And then they're going to sit there and sell every single pair for $500.

Speaker: And because no one will be able to get the shoe, they'll be cornered into the market to try to get them.

Speaker: It's just so it's,

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: I know we had an episode, I think on the first season about this, but it just, every time I talk, we talk about it.

Speaker: It just irks my nerves.

Speaker: I wish it goes back to the old days where you used to have to stay in line and wait for, you know, go to a footlocker, get your little raffle ticket or whatever, and fucking sit out there.

Speaker: Because then at least you know, like, you know what motherfuckers are out there trying to plot.

Speaker: So you can just either wait for them to come out in the store, rob them, or, you know, you at least, like, beat the shit out of them, something.

Speaker: So at least you get a pair of shoes.

Speaker: Because I remember one time, I can't remember what it was.

Speaker: I think it was for the hair sixes.

Speaker: The hair sixes joints was a, you had to wait in line.

Speaker: And I waited in line for those.

Speaker: And I remember one dude, it was a light-skinned cat.

Speaker: He had like three or four girls with him.

Speaker: And he motherfucking was just telling them, had them all grab a ticket and just give them random shoe sizes.

Speaker: Goddamn.

Speaker: So he can resell those motherfuckers.

Speaker: I was just like, bro, if I wasn't able to get my own pair, I'd beat your ass right now.

Speaker: Like, real talk.

Speaker: I definitely don't like when people do stuff like that.

Speaker: But I mean, at least get losing three pairs of losing better than 50 to bots.

Speaker: I guess it's still better than what's going on.

Speaker: Yeah, bots turn to thoughts.

Speaker: Maybe chat GPT, you ask him, he'll get you a pair, that AI.

Speaker: The robot's going to be standing in the line for us next.

Speaker: That's what's going to be next.

Speaker: But

Speaker: Yeah, it's all good shoes.

Speaker: It's all good stuff, you know, regardless that we may not like him.

Speaker: I'm sure there are people out there that could like what's coming out and they're still going to cop, you know, because that's just the way the shoe, you know, it's hype beast.

Speaker: That's really what it is.

Speaker: And you know what it is.

Speaker: Jordan always does this.

Speaker: He'll do a template of shoes that he can make some money off of.

Speaker: And then you're going to have them random-ass drops or restocks.

Speaker: And then people are going to lose their damn minds.

Speaker: Like, oh, shit.

Speaker: And then the cycle continues.

Speaker: I know we talk about Jordan, but I truly don't think he probably has much involvement anymore.

Speaker: I don't even think he wears the damn shoes, probably.

Speaker: He probably does.

Speaker: He's like, yeah, just keep buying my shit.

Speaker: And I'm going to wear these loafers that cost me $50.

Speaker: And you guys are going to buy shoes that cost me $300.

Speaker: The only thing he probably wears is Jordan Bryant is his golf shoes because he golfs ridiculously.

Speaker: That's probably about it.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: Man, I wish I could be on his status, but it is what it is.

Speaker: One day.

Speaker: One day I'll be like, y'all buy the ABs while I wear these Walmart fake Yeezys.

Speaker: But what are y'all feeling about the upcoming sneaker releases?

Speaker: We haven't talked about shoes in a while, so we wanted to throw something in there.

Speaker: What's hot, what's not?

Speaker: Have you even got a new pair of shoes recently?

Speaker: No, I haven't bought anything this year.

Speaker: Let me think.

Speaker: I'm trying to think the last time I bought anything.

Speaker: It had to be last year, but I don't want to know what it was.

Speaker: I want to say the last pair that I bought were the Royal Court 13s.

Speaker: Yeah, I think that was the last pair of shoes that I bought.

Speaker: I think the last pair I got was those dark blue ones.

Speaker: Yeah, I think that was the last thing I bought, which was like early 2022.

Speaker: Yeah, I need to buy me, since it's summer's coming up, I need to buy one of those all white shoes.

Speaker: I just don't...

Speaker: there's so many i want something comfortable but you know you can't go wrong with the all white air force one lows you can't go wrong with the harachis um some i had some all white uh

Speaker: Ultra Boost ones, they were comfortable as shit, but they're dirty as fuck now.

Speaker: I'm tempted to buy the Resonor shoe wash just to see if I can get them back to whiteness, but I think I just might try to buy another pair.

Speaker: But, you know, you have to have an all-white pair of shoes for the summertime.

Speaker: Yeah, I agree.

Speaker: I always default to the all-white forces.

Speaker: That's my...

Speaker: I know a lot of people talk shit, say that's the white girl shoe, but hey, man, when you keep them clean, they fresh out the box,

Speaker: What'd they say?

Speaker: Give me two purse.

Speaker: I'm just a little upset that they boost them up to $110 now instead of $90.

Speaker: You can still get them sometimes.

Speaker: I was on Nike.com.

Speaker: That's where I got mine the last time.

Speaker: I caught them, I think, for $90 one time.

Speaker: They'll be on sale every once in a while, but they're really hard to get.

Speaker: Like sometimes like I can't find them in the store.

Speaker: I always have to get them off Nike.com or something like that.

Speaker: Yeah, because the rest of all your Florida girls be out there buying them all up.

Speaker: Right.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: But they Starbucks in their hands.

Speaker: Just load up the guys.

Speaker: But their problem is like they buy the shoe and they wear that same one like and be beat to death.

Speaker: Like they be wearing them joints out.

Speaker: And they'd be, they'd look terrible.

Speaker: They'd look awful.

Speaker: I'd be like, what the hell?

Speaker: Clean them.

Speaker: Clean those shoes, man.

Speaker: Give them to me.

Speaker: Black Air Force One Lowe's eventually towards the end of time.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: That's because they be doing like, they be going to festivals and shit with them and then drunk people all stepping on the mud and shit.

Speaker: People don't know how to treat their shoes.

Speaker: Maybe I'll do a survey and be like, why do you buy Air Force Ones?

Speaker: Like just all white girls though and see just what they say.

Speaker: You in a perfect location because, you know, they might be wearing them to the beach or, you know, a little outlet mall or something.

Speaker: But hey, can I ask you something?

Speaker: Amber, why you wear those Air Force One lows?

Speaker: Oh, because, you know,

Speaker: How long have you had them?

Speaker: Since like junior high school.

Speaker: So you should do that.

Speaker: I'm promoting you to do that.

Speaker: I think I will.

Speaker: I think I will.

Speaker: I think I'll get out there one day, you know, be like AB Guapo reporting live from what white girl fest, 2023.

Speaker: I'm here with every white girl possible.

Speaker: Brittany, Bridget, Amber, Kaylee, Caitlin, Kylie,

Speaker: Just all lined up right next to each other.

Speaker: They all got all white forces.

Speaker: And I pan in on each shoe in each condition.

Speaker: Dusty, dusty, dusty, dusty.

Speaker: Somewhat clean.

Speaker: Dusty, dusty.

Speaker: Exactly.

Speaker: Exactly.

Speaker: But yeah, maybe I will.

Speaker: Maybe I will.

Speaker: We'll see what happens.

Speaker: But what, what, like I said, what shoes are y'all looking forward to?

Speaker: Please let us know.

Speaker: We, we let you know what we like and well, you know, maybe we can have someone on the show who, if you've got a fire sneaker collection and you think you got the heat, you know, maybe you can come on and show us, show us or put us on something we've been, we've been asleep on.

Speaker: But moving on, we're going to talk next a little bit of, I'd say, retro history.

Speaker: A company that everyone's probably very well versed with.

Speaker: I think from infancy, at least if you're around our age, you've always been probably heard or watched something on there.

Speaker: The company MTV.

Speaker: They've got probably every...

Speaker: Legendary reality show from the Jersey Shore to Florida Bama Shore.

Speaker: But they were the pioneers of reality TV for a while there.

Speaker: You had MTV, Spring Break.

Speaker: You had the live concerts, the music videos.

Speaker: I think everybody used to watch MTV back in the day.

Speaker: Nowadays, I don't know what actually comes on MTV.

Speaker: But clearly, probably, yeah, reruns.

Speaker: And clearly, probably in the future, nothing.

Speaker: Because MTV News, after 36 years, is finally being closed down.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: It's the end of an era.

Speaker: You know, when I was thinking about this, I was like, man, for the last five seasons of this show, we probably always talk about one show that was on, like, as kids that has been going from Jerry Springer to Maury to...

Speaker: Now MTV, you know, there's always.

Speaker: Burger King going down the drain.

Speaker: Yeah, Burger King.

Speaker: That's a good one.

Speaker: God damn.

Speaker: Thank God.

Speaker: Burger King going down the drain.

Speaker: You know, it's like all the 90s stuff going away.

Speaker: Did you see that they're still trying to, you know, they still trying to kick and trying to gasp for air.

Speaker: They're trying to do a Spideyverse Whopper.

Speaker: It's like red dyed buns with black seeds.

Speaker: That sounds disgusting.

Speaker: I was like, watch, Brooklyn get drunk all night in Florida.

Speaker: And he was like, let me try this Whopper.

Speaker: And he was like, this shit good, bro.

Speaker: This shit good, I'm telling you.

Speaker: No, this is exactly what I envisioned when you just told me that.

Speaker: You know, there's five people in a truck just pull up and went in the bed.

Speaker: And he got his little plan on.

Speaker: He's like, God damn, John, I want that goddamn Whopper with the black seeds and the Spider-Man with the shoes on.

Speaker: And they pull up, you know, that's what I imagined.

Speaker: So...

Speaker: Even more reason for it to not be open anymore.

Speaker: So disgusting trash.

Speaker: Long live the King.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: Right.

Speaker: No, thank you.

Speaker: Long live the clown.

Speaker: That's, that's what we say out here.

Speaker: Long live the crown.

Speaker: Ronald McDonald's going to throw them hands on the King.

Speaker: Fuck Ronald McDonald.

Speaker: Ronald McDonald.

Speaker: And, uh, what, what's the other minions?

Speaker: Uh, the hamburger alert, you know, the hamburger alert going to pull up, right?

Speaker: You, you know, the hamburger alert and, uh,

Speaker: What was the purple thing that looked like Barney?

Speaker: I can't think of his name.

Speaker: They all pull up.

Speaker: The king ain't ready.

Speaker: He gonna get sneaked.

Speaker: It gonna be over.

Speaker: The king is a gangster.

Speaker: You didn't see his shoes?

Speaker: He smacked the shit out of them bitches.

Speaker: He'd be like, hey, bro.

Speaker: I don't want no problems.

Speaker: I don't want no problems.

Speaker: And he'd be like, pussy.

Speaker: And they just start stolen on him.

Speaker: They wouldn't even see it coming.

Speaker: All three of them.

Speaker: All three of them.

Speaker: I don't know.

Speaker: Ronald going to be ready.

Speaker: He going to do some clown tricks.

Speaker: He going to come up behind him.

Speaker: He going to be like, now you see me.

Speaker: Boom.

Speaker: King slay.

Speaker: Now, see, the only issue that the BK King would run into is if Ronald McDonald come with some Sprite, because you know that shit's spicy as fuck.

Speaker: So if he throws some Sprite and it gets in his mouth, he's going to be like, for a good minute, and then it's going to be like, oh, we got him.

Speaker: Let's do it.

Speaker: And then they're going to jump him.

Speaker: But other than that, that's all you got to worry about is, you know, he's going to be like Mayweather out there.

Speaker: Oh, no, miss.

Speaker: Oh, no, miss.

Speaker: So unless he throws some Sprite.

Speaker: on the BK King, you know, he's going to be out here living long.

Speaker: I'm surprised they actually haven't done something like that.

Speaker: Like, mascots for fast food places, like in a boxing ring or something.

Speaker: Stop giving us our million dollar, giving us away a million dollar, you know, ideas away, man.

Speaker: Can't be doing that shit.

Speaker: My bad, my bad, my bad.

Speaker: I'm sorry.

Speaker: Sorry.

Speaker: Sorry.

Speaker: It will be entertaining though.

Speaker: But, uh,

Speaker: No, I forgot what we were talking about.

Speaker: Oh, yeah, MTV.

Speaker: And so MTV News closing down.

Speaker: We got so sidetracked when it was talking about a goddamn Burger King.

Speaker: MTV News closing down after 36 years.

Speaker: It's sad to see them go.

Speaker: When I saw the article, I started thinking about them like, man, I don't even remember the last time I watched MTV.

Speaker: But then I started thinking about all the shows that were on MTV.

Speaker: And I was like, they really did have, like,

Speaker: It had all the heat for a while there.

Speaker: The music videos, I remember, you know, like, Crank That Soldier Boy when that one was real big.

Speaker: That one stayed on repeat on MTV.

Speaker: You always would catch Soldier Boy like, you!

Speaker: But it just always had to hit.

Speaker: Jersey Shore was another one.

Speaker: When I was in, like, freshman year, everybody watched the Jersey Shore.

Speaker: every whatever Thursday, Friday, whatever the day after the episode came on, you know, that's all you would hear in the hallway.

Speaker: It's like, did you see Snooki and blah, blah, blah, and J Wilders, blah, blah, blah, blah.

Speaker: So it's like, man, it makes you feel old at the same time.

Speaker: Cause it's like, I remember when that shit first came on TV.

Speaker: And then you like, see like, oh man, this, then this show's 20 years old.

Speaker: This show's 15 years old.

Speaker: But it's not really surprising.

Speaker: The age of TV is virtually over.

Speaker: Now it's all streaming.

Speaker: Pretty much no one sits down and watches TV unless it's a sports game.

Speaker: And even then you can still stream all that.

Speaker: So it's not really surprising.

Speaker: But maybe they'll find MTV.

Speaker: And just like anything else, I'm sure it will come back.

Speaker: Some network will be like, you know what?

Speaker: Let's bring back MTV.

Speaker: Let's do this.

Speaker: They'll just buy the name.

Speaker: Yeah, they'll just buy the name.

Speaker: And it'll be part of a streaming package like MTV plus Hulu, some stupid shit like that.

Speaker: But were you a fan of MTV as a kid?

Speaker: Yeah, bro.

Speaker: MTV Jams?

Speaker: Psh.

Speaker: Talk about the music videos.

Speaker: They stayed on the crib, dog.

Speaker: Everything from MTV Jams had when, what was that song?

Speaker: Slow Jams with Jamie Foxx and Twista and all them boys.

Speaker: All the banger, when they first came out, they was all on MTV Gems.

Speaker: Like I said, that stayed on the crib.

Speaker: Jersey Shore.

Speaker: See, I'm a late bloomer to TV series, so I don't watch... I don't know... I didn't hear about them, but I don't know about them until two or three seasons into it.

Speaker: So then I'd be binge-watching up and then be like, oh shit, this shit crazy type shit.

Speaker: And then...

Speaker: So I don't say nothing to nobody where I'll tell them I ain't watch it.

Speaker: And then they'll be like, oh, you got to get on it.

Speaker: And then I'm like, all right, cool.

Speaker: And then I'll slowly watch it until I catch up.

Speaker: And then when they be having the conversations, I'll be ready for it.

Speaker: But Jersey Shore was a good one.

Speaker: They started adding what Ridiculous was on MTV.

Speaker: It was okay, a few ones.

Speaker: The ones I wasn't...

Speaker: Real World?

Speaker: Real World was on MTV at some point in time, wasn't it?

Speaker: Let me Google that shit.

Speaker: What's Real World MTV?

Speaker: That's a good question.

Speaker: I almost said that when you said something, when I thought about it.

Speaker: That was one of the first things that came to my mind.

Speaker: But I'm not sure if real world was MTV.

Speaker: It probably was because I feel like all the reality TV shows at first were MTV.

Speaker: And by the way, this is just the MTV News brand package area.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: Was it real world?

Speaker: Real world is an American reality television series produced through MTV.

Speaker: So, yeah, it was on MTV.

Speaker: So technically the MTV channel.

Speaker: They created reality TV.

Speaker: Yeah, pretty much.

Speaker: But technically the MTV brand will still exist.

Speaker: It's just the news portion that is being cut.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: They were more known for their coverage on celebrities and stuff, but I think this is the beginning of the end for them anyways.

Speaker: I think it's because BH1 took over.

Speaker: Because you got Love and Hip Hop, you got Basketball Wives, you got Real Housewives, yada, yada, yada.

Speaker: You got Mob Wives, I think it was.

Speaker: Now they got even more

Speaker: And they got even more Ratchet stuff.

Speaker: What is that other network, Zeus?

Speaker: Zeus got the trashiest, the trashy reality TV.

Speaker: So there's reality TV everywhere.

Speaker: That did hurt them because that was their signature.

Speaker: Yeah, everybody else's.

Speaker: And VH1, I think, did the Kardashians.

Speaker: Don't they?

Speaker: They have the rights to the Kardashians?

Speaker: I can't remember.

Speaker: But yeah, it's sad to hear.

Speaker: But like you said, it's only in the beginning.

Speaker: Now I feel how like adults are when we were growing up.

Speaker: Like I said in the last episode, watching blockbusters go away and Hollywood videos and, you know, CD players go away.

Speaker: It's just like.

Speaker: Damn, bro.

Speaker: The memories I have with these shows.

Speaker: What was before the iPhone?

Speaker: The iPods and the MP3 players.

Speaker: Zoomies.

Speaker: It's crazy to see just how far technology moves and how fast it moves.

Speaker: Anyone from having to download all your stuff

Speaker: On a device and you had so many songs to now you stream it all.

Speaker: You don't even download it anymore.

Speaker: One gigabyte felt like you had millions of storage.

Speaker: Now it's like, one gigabyte?

Speaker: What the fuck am I going to do with that shit?

Speaker: What you going to do with that?

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: Take two pictures and fill it up.

Speaker: Yeah, now you're getting terabytes of stuff.

Speaker: It's crazy, man.

Speaker: Technology.

Speaker: is moving at such a fast rate.

Speaker: And that's why, you know, I feel like some of these dinosaur brands such as MTV, you know, are definitely going to suffer because they just won't be able to keep up with the technology.

Speaker: You know, what they made money off of, the style of entertainment they made money off of just doesn't exist anymore.

Speaker: And then there's a lot of other platforms to get that content off of.

Speaker: MTV News was really big on coupling celebrities, but then TMZ.

Speaker: Now we got TMZ, E!

Speaker: News.

Speaker: Yeah, you got all that stuff.

Speaker: They have to find ways to make money, and they're just not doing that very well.

Speaker: As I said, the beginning of the end, probably for MTV, I won't be surprised if we're on two, three seasons from now.

Speaker: I'll talk about MTV's canceled altogether.

Speaker: They are owned by Paramount, so

Speaker: They got a big boy in their corner, so they might stick around.

Speaker: But these Paramount, these big industries, if they can't find any way to make money for you, they'll be like, cut you.

Speaker: Just like that.

Speaker: MTV, if you need some ideas, all we need is $10 million when we got you.

Speaker: Every season, we give a multi-million dollar idea.

Speaker: We leak it.

Speaker: Always leaking multi-million dollar ideas and nobody's... Hey, man.

Speaker: We don't even... I don't even need $10 million.

Speaker: I just need something simple.

Speaker: Give me about... I'll take 500K, but then I have to have perks.

Speaker: You know, like a private jet...

Speaker: Shoe exclusive.

Speaker: I don't have to wait in line.

Speaker: I go into a certain back door of a back door of a back door of a warehouse and the shoes is there.

Speaker: They be like, oh, King Diamond Eye, here you go.

Speaker: I appreciate you.

Speaker: I ain't got to wait.

Speaker: Just simple stuff like that.

Speaker: Maybe like 16 acres of land somewhere.

Speaker: Doesn't got to be the most fanciest.

Speaker: Just perks.

Speaker: I just need some perks.

Speaker: That's all I need.

Speaker: Tax-free, though.

Speaker: I don't want the IRS coming knocking on my door.

Speaker: But you just give me some perks like that and I'll be good.

Speaker: I'll give you some bangers.

Speaker: What the people want.

Speaker: Yeah, absolutely.

Speaker: Just get us something down in writing and we got you, MTV.

Speaker: We got you.

Speaker: We got you.

Speaker: We got you, Paramount.

Speaker: Just let us know.

Speaker: Let us know.

Speaker: We can make anything better than the shit y'all been putting on.

Speaker: What is it?

Speaker: Star Trek card and all that stuff.

Speaker: That's just garbage.

Speaker: Halo.

Speaker: That was terrible.

Speaker: I got better ideas than that.

Speaker: I promise you.

Speaker: I promise you.

Speaker: But we'll move on.

Speaker: We'll let MTV rest.

Speaker: We'll let Paramount post-west.

Speaker: And no one watches that shit anyway.

Speaker: I guarantee if I had the money, I had bangers better than power, better than BMF.

Speaker: If I had the money and had the time, I could write that shit out, bro.

Speaker: But I'm an average jock.

Speaker: I got bills to pay, you know.

Speaker: Yeah, we got to grind.

Speaker: We got to hustle.

Speaker: We got to hustle.

Speaker: Well, we're going to move on to our former president.

Speaker: I don't even like sometimes saying that term.

Speaker: That's your boy.

Speaker: More hot water.

Speaker: Down here, yeah, that is – if you're in Florida, you'd probably like Donald Trump.

Speaker: But not a fan, but our former president.

Speaker: He has a flag in the joint yard lock.

Speaker: Guys, don't let him lie to you.

Speaker: Uh-huh.

Speaker: Uh-huh.

Speaker: What did I say?

Speaker: No.

Speaker: No, I do not.

Speaker: No, I do not.

Speaker: Hey, Jerry, see my flag?

Speaker: The wind is blowing.

Speaker: We're good to hear, huh?

Speaker: That's what you be saying in the morning?

Speaker: Man, something like that.

Speaker: You know, you wake up in the morning, you know, you wake up, you got the gator on your yard, and you wake up, and you just step out there like, God damn!

Speaker: Well, ain't there's a good guy loving the Trump morning out here?

Speaker: Good Trumpin'.

Speaker: They got these Trump stores down here.

Speaker: Did I ever tell you about that?

Speaker: Mm-mm.

Speaker: Where they got his face mural on the front of it, and they have tea time, and you can talk about Donald Trump.

Speaker: You can buy memorabilia.

Speaker: I have three of them in Panama.

Speaker: It's actually really cringy.

Speaker: Every time I drive by, I just shake my head.

Speaker: I'm like, how can you guys like this man this much?

Speaker: It's actually crazy.

Speaker: He speaks their language.

Speaker: He knows exactly what they want, what they need.

Speaker: He knows exactly what to say to them folks.

Speaker: But our boy, our Florida boy over here, Donald Trump.

Speaker: Your boy.

Speaker: Texas.

Speaker: Texas likes them too.

Speaker: Some parts of Texas, mostly West Texas.

Speaker: You'll be talking about them guns.

Speaker: Oh, you will.

Speaker: Guns, you know, Texas.

Speaker: I'm like, what?

Speaker: That's the only thing that you could bring up in anybody in Texas.

Speaker: You talking about guns?

Speaker: You got my attention.

Speaker: No, in Texas, definitely, you hear guns.

Speaker: It's like the, you know how in Metal Gear Solid, when you come around the corner and a surprise thing come over, that's how Texas people be when they hear guns.

Speaker: Someone say, yeah, I bought a rifle.

Speaker: Somebody say a gun?

Speaker: Yeah, that's how it is, dog.

Speaker: But anyways, moving on, moving on.

Speaker: Donald Trump has been accused of sexual abuse many, many times, actually.

Speaker: I did a little bit of research into the history, and he has actually over 20 different sexual assault cases, even some with his own wife or former wife.

Speaker: But the more recent one, he finally was found.

Speaker: I don't even know if it's guilty because it was civil.

Speaker: It was civil law, so he was found guilty, and he's going to be paying

Speaker: fines and money, reparations to, I don't want to butcher her name, Jean Carroll.

Speaker: She claimed that Donald Trump sexually assaulted and raped her back in 1996.

Speaker: There has to be a statute of limitation on this shit, bro.

Speaker: I'm sorry.

Speaker: Go ahead.

Speaker: 95 or 96 is what the actual article says.

Speaker: But I get what you're saying.

Speaker: And, you know, it is kind of weird to go back 20, 30 years and say someone did something to me.

Speaker: It's like, why now?

Speaker: But in this sense, I feel like Donald Trump brings it on himself.

Speaker: He's just not a good person.

Speaker: He says terrible things about people all the time.

Speaker: He's always inciting hate speech, hate work, hate.

Speaker: We saw with the Washington Capitol raid and all that stuff.

Speaker: That was all partially his doing.

Speaker: He is about that life.

Speaker: So if you're going to be that type of person, you're going to bring your demons out.

Speaker: People are going to try to take you down.

Speaker: It's kind of just like the R. Kelly situation where you're

Speaker: You only can go so far before it's like you reach somebody's breaking point.

Speaker: So my real question is not really about the allegations, but how can we let somebody run for president that's done these type of things?

Speaker: This is not like we, Donald Trump has a list of

Speaker: I mean, from tax evasion, all types of things that they are accusing Donald Trump of, and he still intends to run for president in 2024.

Speaker: It's absolutely ridiculous to me.

Speaker: It's outrageous that you would sit there and let a criminal run for president.

Speaker: And that the Republican Party feels like they can't produce a worthy candidate other than Donald Trump is very sad to me.

Speaker: It really just goes to show you.

Speaker: That influences power because Donald Trump is he's influential, you know, maybe not in a good way, but in a way that captivates people.

Speaker: He gets their people's attention and people truly believe the things he says.

Speaker: I mean, if you come to Florida, you see it firsthand from the Trump store to the Trump flags.

Speaker: I mean, he's everywhere and it's always in a positive light.

Speaker: And then it really is sad to see that America can be in such a sad state in different cities and stuff and glorify a person that's sexually assaulting, raping and tax evasion and all types of other stuff.

Speaker: But how are you feeling about DT?

Speaker: I'm trying to be politically correct here I mean to answer your question if you see it's just like anything else in the world if you can if you can settle in civil court on most of your crimes then it doesn't it doesn't mean shit

Speaker: Because it can't prove that you were guilty.

Speaker: It can't prove that you were innocent.

Speaker: It just means that there was an incident and it could have gone both ways.

Speaker: And I think that majority of Trump's... I'm not a Trump expert, so I don't know.

Speaker: But I'm just saying I would assume that majority of his cases have all resulted in civil actions.

Speaker: So they've been settled in civil court.

Speaker: So if you, I mean...

Speaker: you can't, there's only so much the system could do.

Speaker: It's a broken system, but there's only, you know, the system does protect you in some aspects.

Speaker: Um, but, um, other than that, we know who Trump is.

Speaker: We know what he's about.

Speaker: Everybody knows what he's about at this point.

Speaker: And I mean, it's, you're, you're either on one side of the spectrum.

Speaker: You're either for Trump or you're against Trump.

Speaker: Uh, most common sense people would be against Trump.

Speaker: Um,

Speaker: But, I mean, like you just stated, your whole state endures this, man.

Speaker: Like, he's the second coming of Jesus.

Speaker: So, as long as he still has an audience, he's still going to be talking.

Speaker: He's still going to make actions.

Speaker: He's still going to do his little...

Speaker: dance until he can't dance no more.

Speaker: He may end up being like Art Kelly until after a while he doesn't generate power or money or influence and then he's going to wither away because everybody and their mom's going to attack him.

Speaker: Kudos to the chick.

Speaker: Hopefully she gets a good payday and

Speaker: $5 million is what she got.

Speaker: Okay.

Speaker: This is a decent payday for something that happened over 20 years ago.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: So it actually, you were asking about the statute of limitations and the reason why she was able to file this lawsuit was because it fell under the New York State Adult Survivor Act.

Speaker: which is a state bill which opened a look back window for sexual assault allegations with long expired statutes of limitations.

Speaker: So basically it's a window created to look back at these type of crimes.

Speaker: And more so, moreover, Donald Trump did not attend the trial.

Speaker: like any defendant in a civil case, you're not required to attend the trial or any of the proceedings.

Speaker: So he did not attend any of the proceedings.

Speaker: He basically just was like, yeah, my lawyers will go.

Speaker: They'll argue for me.

Speaker: I won't be there.

Speaker: If I lose whatever, $5 million is nothing to me.

Speaker: And that's what happened.

Speaker: Yeah.

Speaker: He got the bread, so he got the bread.

Speaker: That's one thing I just can't stand about this system.

Speaker: You have to have a statute of limitations.

Speaker: I get it.

Speaker: If you wait so long, there's only a he say, she said, and it makes your case harder, but it's just like

Speaker: You can't sit here and wait until someone reaches a statue of power or a significant amount of income to where all of a sudden you now all of a sudden have the courage to stand up for yourself and speak out.

Speaker: And to be honest, each person... Okay, because before I get attacked by women or anyone listening to this episode...

Speaker: I respect women finally coming out and sticking up for themselves and you should.

Speaker: But the issue that I have of it is, is

Speaker: If you think, for instance, the Deshaun Watson thing, if you think you're going to wait for someone to cash in like $185 million and you were sitting here saying that you were fearful of your life because how powerful he is, if this man just got a huge payday, what makes you think that all of a sudden he's not as powerful?

Speaker: He's more powerful now than he was before he was.

Speaker: You were afraid to come out.

Speaker: So it's like some.

Speaker: Some of these women.

Speaker: A few bad apples is ruining the whole bunch, the bundle or the real bunch for every woman because you got those ones that are only specifically trying to get a payday and just now just coming up, now coming out of the woodworks, they're like crackheads at like three o'clock in the morning and they just come around the corner like, hey brother, let me get a quarter from you.

Speaker: I'm like, where the fuck did you come from?

Speaker: So it's just, that's my bitch and my gripe.

Speaker: Um...

Speaker: I'm sorry.

Speaker: I just don't, I don't agree with it, but Hey, she got her payday, more power to her.

Speaker: The state of new, she lives in a state that, you know, allows her to do it.

Speaker: I can't be mad at her for doing it.

Speaker: It's just the system is broken.

Speaker: And in my honest opinion, and then it's like, my, my question is, is like,

Speaker: If women are allowed to have a duration, extended duration of time where they are able to commit to or make these accusations or follow these cases.

Speaker: What repercussions are we going to start giving out repercussions for women that are finally that have falsely accused people of sexual assault and have came up no evidence, no nothing?

Speaker: And I'm just I'm asking for the average Joe's, not even the Deshaun Watson's, the Bill Cosby's and all them, just the average Joe motherfucker that some girl was was upset because she got caught.

Speaker: And then her boy with her boyfriend with some some dude, she was banging and felt scared and under pressure.

Speaker: And then all of a sudden it was like, oh, he forced me.

Speaker: when it was platonic the whole time they were having sex.

Speaker: Or, you know, all of a sudden it was like, oh, he doesn't want to be with me.

Speaker: Oh, right.

Speaker: Type situation.

Speaker: So I'm getting off topic because it was supposed to be about Donald Trump.

Speaker: But, you know, it's just food for thought.

Speaker: We don't have answers to these.

Speaker: Yeah, there really is no answer because how do you know?

Speaker: And you get into the point where like, well, how do you know they're lying?

Speaker: Just because there was no way to prove it doesn't necessarily mean they were lying.

Speaker: It's just one of those things where it could go either way.

Speaker: I think right now the way it's set up isn't the best option, but I think it protects both parties' interests a little more than –

Speaker: than something else of that nature.

Speaker: But I do feel like something definitely needs to change.

Speaker: But I will give a little more context into the actual situation.

Speaker: Carol alleged that Trump raped her in a Berghoff Goodman department store.

Speaker: and then defamated her when he denied her claim and said she wasn't his type and suggested she made up the story to boost her sales of her book.

Speaker: Trump has denied all wrongdoing and does not face any jail time as a result of the civil verdict.

Speaker: It's a civil case.

Speaker: You can't majority of the time.

Speaker: That's how it works.

Speaker: But it's just crazy to me to your response to someone saying I rape you.

Speaker: Rape them is you're not my type.

Speaker: It's not even funny.

Speaker: It's just why.

Speaker: Why would you say that?

Speaker: Like, what's that's what I'm talking about.

Speaker: What's wrong with this man?

Speaker: Why would you even say why would that be the response to that?

Speaker: Your response to someone rape me is you're not my type.

Speaker: Wow.

Speaker: That's crazy to me.

Speaker: But people want to vote for this man.

Speaker: Crazy world we live in.

Speaker: Crazy world we live in.

Speaker: But we're going to move on to the final topic of the show.

Speaker: Another sad, sad situation.

Speaker: But the boy Tory Lanez has been denied another trial for the Meg Thee Stallion shooting.

Speaker: Tory Lanez, if you guys don't remember...

Speaker: in 2020 was accused of shooting at Meg the stallion after a party in LA at Kylie Jenner's house.

Speaker: Um, and if it, out of the side of the SUV, uh, people testified, said that he had a gang gun and shot at her feet and told her to dance.

Speaker: Uh,

Speaker: So it was not overall a good situation for Tory Lanez.

Speaker: He was convicted of three felonies in December for the shooting of Meg Thee Stallion and her feet and wounding her.

Speaker: his real name is Daystar Peterson that the evidence was wrongly.

Speaker: So his lawyers were saying that the evidence was wrongly admitted and that he needed another trial.

Speaker: Uh, the judge has since said no.

Speaker: And now he could get up to 22 years in prison for what he has done.

Speaker: Uh, there is no sentencing date yet, but one is to be determined.

Speaker: Um,

Speaker: Torrey lanes, uh, good, bad, ugly.

Speaker: How are you?

Speaker: What are you feeling about this one?

Speaker: I feel bad for, but I mean, we always say it.

Speaker: If you do the crime, you do the time.

Speaker: And the crazy part is, is the way I, like I said, I don't keep track with, you know, news like this and, and stuff like that.

Speaker: Like all these big, like trials and stuff like that, because I stay in my lane.

Speaker: Uh, but,

Speaker: Every time I would turn on the radio, it always sounded like Tory Lanez was telling the truth or somebody was coming to his defense and like, nah, making this down, lying or whatever, yada, yada, yada.

Speaker: And then they like all this evidence would pop up and this, this, this.

Speaker: And then so I was like, all right, maybe he going to get away with it.

Speaker: Maybe she was lying.

Speaker: Maybe she was fibbing.

Speaker: And then they found him guilty and I was just like, okay, all right, well maybe all the shit that I was hearing was just bullshit and it wasn't the facts.

Speaker: So I don't know what to believe if he did it or not, if it was him or somebody else.

Speaker: I don't...

Speaker: You will never know the actual truth of this incident.

Speaker: So I'll just take it for what it is.

Speaker: I'm sad to hear another brother's going to jail.

Speaker: But if he did the crime, he got to do the time.

Speaker: Hopefully him and Megan can move past this.

Speaker: I mean, apparently she is.

Speaker: She threw the first pitch out for the Astros season opener and then started twerking.

Speaker: So her foot seems pretty okay to me, but that's just me.

Speaker: Yeah, it's definitely a bad situation for him.

Speaker: Um, when I was kind of followed it here and there now, actually it was in the same boat as you.

Speaker: I really thought he didn't do it for a while there because it seemed like all the evidence was pointing to it did, did he didn't do it.

Speaker: And then all of a sudden, uh, all this evidence, all this stuff came out and he was found guilty.

Speaker: Um,

Speaker: It's very weird, the fact that he would do something like that.

Speaker: And then that tape came out where he made a call to her friend and basically admitted that he did it.

Speaker: Just basically sealed, put the nail in the coffin for him.

Speaker: I don't know why you would call while you're in jail and say some stuff like that.

Speaker: Though he never openly said he did it.

Speaker: He basically was apologizing for doing it, which basically would... Because people are stupid.

Speaker: They think that nothing's being recorded while they're in jail.

Speaker: Yeah, so I don't know where his mind was at, but maybe he just felt guilty.

Speaker: Maybe he felt bad.

Speaker: He realized he did it, and he realized he messed up, so he wanted to at least apologize.

Speaker: I don't know how Meg's feeling.

Speaker: She probably doesn't want to talk to Tory Lanez again, but hopefully she can move on, and hopefully Tory Lanez learns his lesson.

Speaker: 22 years pretty much means his career is over, and most of his life will be spent in jail.

Speaker: So it's not looking good for the Canadian rapper singer.

Speaker: I was never a big Tory Lanez fan.

Speaker: I think he had some songs here and there, but, you know, to go from millionaire, what a, you know, living the life, hanging out with Kylie Jenner and pulling up and blacked out SUVs and Meg, hanging out with Meg DeStally and living 22 years in a, in a four by four cell is one hell of a,

Speaker: world changer for you.

Speaker: So hopefully he can find a way to make it through and keep pushing.

Speaker: And when he gets out, he will be able to be remorseful and can find a way to contribute back to society.

Speaker: That's really all we can really say.

Speaker: But like we always say, you do the crime, you do the time.

Speaker: I don't feel bad for anyone that does something and gets their punishment.

Speaker: But

Speaker: Oh, yeah.

Speaker: Let's see.

Speaker: It's going to be the summer.

Speaker: We're just going to be working, grinding.

Speaker: Probably going to take a few trips here and there, take advantage of the 4th of July weekend.

Speaker: Me and my girl will be out in Cali some of the summer.

Speaker: It will be my first time in California.

Speaker: So it's going to be some new experiences, get to see Cali.

Speaker: Surprisingly, all these trips we've been on, never to California.

Speaker: So this will be the first time in a minute.

Speaker: So it's going to be new, fresh, and I'm excited.

Speaker: But other than that, man, it's probably just going to be a lot of chilling, chilling this offseason.

Speaker: How about yourself?

Speaker: I'm finishing this football season.

Speaker: Hopefully it ends in a happy ending.

Speaker: I'm on top of the world.

Speaker: We win the championship.

Speaker: After that, like you, it takes some vacation time.

Speaker: I've got to go back home to Cali, see some relatives I haven't seen in a decent amount of time.

Speaker: People getting old and random acts are starting to occur in life.

Speaker: So you never want to miss out on an opportunity to go see family.

Speaker: So I'm definitely down to do that.

Speaker: improvement as always reading just gain some more experiences in life so I can you know use my experiences to make a better podcast pretty much probably some other business capitals we'll get started of course we'll I have to bust your ass in some

Speaker: some 2k when that comes out but i think season six might be started around that time frame um but if we might get some gameplay on that um i'll keep you guys uh you know i'll keep you guys entertained uh during the off season i'll keep posting stuff on our instagram page shit like that with as much as we can just you know let you guys know that we're always thinking about you guys and you know

Speaker: And then who knows?

Speaker: You might have big surprises in season six that we didn't think were possible.

Speaker: And now they're possible.

Speaker: Or you may, you might just throw another curve ball at you guys and say, Hey, this is also what we got.

Speaker: And if it swims, it swims, if it floats, but yeah,

Speaker: Is that my cue to, hey, wrap this shit up?

Speaker: Yeah, yeah.
