Speaker: Hello and welcome to The Tree Project Dorothy Hogg Life and Legacy podcast series.
Speaker: I'm Eva Göring from the Scottish Goldsmiths Trust, and this podcast series has been developed to highlight the impact and legacy of the late Dorothy Hogg, MBE, and her influential time leading the jewellery and silversmithing department at Edinburgh College of Art. The participants in this project were selected by Dorothy alongside her friend, curator Amanda Gaim. We've interviewed alumni who studied under Dorothy between 1989 and 2008, and whom have gone on to have varied creative careers.
