Speaker: Hey guys, before we get into the episode today, i do want to let you guys know why our upload schedule has been so hectic lately. If you don't care about that, just fast forward until you hear the intro, I guess. ah So, over the last month, I've been in the process of moving again.

Speaker: sure this is like the third time I've moved since this show has started. But, anyway, I am... i am I don't actually know if I've said anything about in the Discord or anything, but a few things have happened recently, which has made it really hard for us to schedule recording. um ah It's about a month ago now. I actually had to stay with a family member in the ER for about three days.

Speaker: That was not fun. um So made a really hard record or edit anything. And on top of that, I've been purchasing an RV unit, which has been a really big ah purchase for me. It's been a really big deal for me. So I've been spending also about the last month dealing with dealerships and paperwork and the DMV and stuff. I finally got the damn thing moved out onto the lot just last weekend. I haven't had internet in the last for the last week and a half.

Speaker: Thankfully my neighbor let me bum his internet for ah that week and a half, but with the connection being so spotty, I could barely even watch YouTube on it, let alone edit or upload a video or episode or whatever. So recording's been really hard recently.

Speaker: I've had a lot of shit going on in life recently. i just now finally got to a point where I have my internet set up. All of my bills and stuff are set up with utilities and stuff. So I've gotten to a point where I can actually start focusing on the show again. So ah on top of that, the other co-hosts have had some stuff going on as well, which has made the scheduling really hard. And the one time we did record, we did a really long session because we knew, one there was lot stuff in that episode, but two, we just hadn't done anything for a long time. So we made sure we got a lot of stuff done in that episode.

Speaker: um But yeah, that's pretty much it. I've had a lot of crap going on recently with family. I've been doing a really large purchase. had a lot of stuff going on in life, so...

Speaker: Uh, so, yeah, it's made it really hard to edit or anything, so, uh, just where I'm at this point. Anyway, that's basically my explanation for why upload schedule's been so terrible. just because I've had literally no availability on my weekends or after work for ages. Oh, yeah, and that's the other thing. I've been working fucking 12-hour days for the last two-ish months, ever since we've been put on mandatory overtime.

Speaker: So, that just recently got dropped as well, which means I'm actually able to start working on stuff after work. instead of working on work. So, yeah. so For the first time in a few months, I've actually gotten a little bit of free time, and I'm actually able to somewhat focus on the show. So, we should hopefully, starting after this week, be on a more regular upload schedule.

Speaker: I'm not entirely sure, but we will try our best. So, thank you guys for listening to these ramblings. Anyway, on to the episode.

Speaker: Hello everyone and welcome to A Path Through Time. My name is Dakota and i am actually coming to you from the future. who ah The co-hosts are not with me right this second. I'm actually ah recording this after the fact because these idiots forgot to do an intro for me.

Speaker: So... until like ten or fifteen minutes into the episode so here i am ah what this is basically is we didn't have enough or i didn't have enough time to join the recording so the co-hosts are just doing a like chat for like an hour whatever this is ah it is forty fifty ish minutes so Just enjoy ah the ramblings of some crazy people. And hopefully that's entertaining because we are out of backlog and I don't have much stuff to upload right now.

Speaker: You already heard about my stuff in the intro, so I will let the others take it from here. On today's episode, we'll be discussing can a million lions beat one... couldn't beat Arceus...

Speaker: No. I mean, that that whole question is... can one million tigers be a Charizard?

Speaker: No. that That's another one that's... like You have to pick very specific Pokémon. think they'll get it! or get what I think they would win!

Speaker: Do you remember the Pokédex entry that says that Charizard can breathe fire that can melt anything? Oh yeah, and also the about this magma slug that's hotter than the sun, yet it doesn't melt through earth. we're not having the We're not going through Pokédexes.

Speaker: Can a billion lions beat one Meg Cargo? no because if they get within a mile radius of it, they instantly vaporize. It vaporizes within a hundred miles.

Speaker: I don't know, I was just making up a number.

Speaker: Who would vaporize within a one mile radius? Mankargo's are harder than the sun. its Yeah, they're like one and half times as hot as the surface of the sun. Which is so dumb. They should have just said it was as hot as a volcano. How many Kelvins is that?

Speaker: and this meme has become And this meme has turned into an actual discussion. um Of course. So up yes the surface of the sun, also known as the photosphere, has an average temperature of about...

Speaker: 5,500 degrees Celsius or 5,772 Kelvins. and so And when you multiply temperatures, you need to use Kelvins. So I'm going to take that. Welcome to Pokemon Science. Today we'll be learning about the solar system.

Speaker: Welcome.

Speaker: Yeah, so, okay. So, oh hey, well, so, Magcargo's Pokedex entry says that its body temperature is approximately 18,000 degrees Fahrenheit, which is apparently a 10,255 Kelvin.

Speaker: So, does that mean that Magcargo is twice the temperature surface of the sun? double the sun of the surface of the sun, yes.

Speaker: Hmm. I want to know, were they just smoking something when they made that come up? oh

Speaker: I don't know. This wasn't Sapphire, so why that they were... the The rest of the Pokedex entry is water is vaporized on contact. If this Pokemon is caught in the rain, the raindrops instantly turn to steam, cloaking the area in a thick fog.

Speaker: So what if we just threw into the ocean? We'll just get rid of the entire ocean. Yeah, so the Team Magma didn't really need to catch Groud They didn't need a Magmortar, they didn't need a Houdoub, they just needed their Moncalgo.

Speaker: I could say the They just needed a couple Magcargos to throw into the different water routes in Hoenn and just evaporate them. They could have melted Groud on. Yeah, they were trying to catch Groud on.

Speaker: yeah matt It's so weird that the lava snail is hotter than the little fire guard Pokemon. The lava guard Pokemon. Well, I mean, we don't we don't actually know how hot Groudon is.

Speaker: No, because I realize no matter what they put, it's not going to sound as big as ah almost twice hot as the surface of the sun.

Speaker: They already made it out of snail like that. They're like, you know what? It would probably be more reasonable, but if we make it less than the snail, we're gonna get so clowned on. Yep.

Speaker: Although, it's weird, though, that a that Pokedex entry being in Sapphire, that Pokedex entry is the same age as the Hoenn games.

Speaker: Isn't it in Kanto where we see this? Magcargo's a Johto Pokemon. The Joto entry. The Joto. You know what? We'll find out about this. well I'll learn about this in Rat One Radio.

Speaker: plugging this in Plugging our upper stuff in.

Speaker: yeah yeah i discover All sorts of weird science facts. Speaking of which, there was a Scientific American article about why biologists love Pokemon.

Speaker: because they make no sense.

Speaker: Oh, I have something we can talk about also. The fact that Pokemon's getting rid of the YouTube nick Pokemon Nature Documentary channel. Oh, yeah. we We didn't want to talk about that. That's too depressing.

Speaker: I'm going to bring it up. How stupid do you got to be get rid of free advertisement? They weren't making money off it. They were a literally just, I mean, for the views maybe, but they weren't making merch out of it.

Speaker: um No, they weren't, but these actually the creator made a video about it about it today explaining what they thought it was. Like, don't i don't think anybody really knows why they... I don't think anybody really knows why Nintendo did it, but like... Greed. The creator said it was probably because of like the branding of the channel.

Speaker: Like, people were... They said people were like getting confused as to whether it was like a real Pokemon or not. Like a real Pokemon. Wait, more. They were getting confused of what was an actual Pokémon. I thought he only posted actual Pokémon on it.

Speaker: No, he he... people thought that his channel was an official Pokémon channel. And since it wasn't Pokémon jumping, he had to step in and shut it down.

Speaker: Why not just put not officially but associated and that could have easily got rid of it. Yeah. That's what Dragon Ball Z Bridge did. they just said, and we are not a folks us officially affiliated.

Speaker: yeah i mean a lot of people were saying oh it was because of oh it was because the you know because they had a patreon account and whatnot or whatever but but like a lot of fun creators fan creators do have patreons like we have put jack city camp city like they they have yeah like their shit is monetized but the po Guys, watch out. They're coming for us.

Speaker: They're coming for us. yeah if we If we go dark of nowhere, just blame Pokemon Network. If you see us, Dunsparce, not a scratch, just go dark for like months, blame Pokemon Network.

Speaker: Oh no. They're coming for us.

Speaker: Prepare for trouble! You know, audience, we forgot to do an intro. We completely forgot to do an intro. Oh, yeah. ah Welcome to a special DM-less commentary episode of Mystery Dungeon of Path Through Time, which is not a real episode of Mystery Dungeon of Path Through Time.

Speaker: I am your guest host, Evelyn herself, and to my right, fill in the blanks, Yep, that's me, Eli. To the right is someone who has been going through his old SoulSilver file trying to beat the Battle Frontier. That's me, Eli.

Speaker: a And sitting across from me is someone who is currently trying to buy a new DS Lite.

Speaker: That's so funny. I think I just... to My friend has got three, no like five new DS's that he bought off someone and they were being repaired. That's actually funny that it's coincidence.

Speaker: Oh, it's me, Jake, you know, Walter, the depressed dog What's a dog? I don't know.

Speaker: Hey. Yeah, so we were gonna just do a regular DM-less episode, and then nobody had any good ideas on what we were actually going to do in that, so now we're just gonna be rambling on about various different things vaguely related to Pokémon.

Speaker: Yeah, if you just want to click the um upvote and then leave, we understand.

Speaker: But hey, if you stick around, comment and just say you stick around and we'll we'll know you're good you're a great fan you're sticking around for this. Yeah. Yeah. Before this, the ah theult um in the cold open, we were taught we were already starting to talk about some stuff, so...

Speaker: um yeah we Yeah, we have a bad habit of just starting to ramble and not have recording. Yeah. But no, good we I thought we were just trying to get some pre-show banter because Jake at one point just said, hey, we should probably start recording this just in case we can use any of it.

Speaker: Yeah, and then we have went for full discussion. Oops. Hmm.

Speaker: And then our pre-show banter turned into, oh hey, let's just have the show be this. Yeah. And then... Right. I have something funny that I've been seeing that my friends have been memeing on.

Speaker: Alright. So you know how, um... And Pokemon, we have Pokemon cards, and there's ah some people who take Pokemon cards way too seriously.

Speaker: that but the prices have gone outrageous and we can usually blame one person that started all that for. It's called Poke Paul. His name is Poke Paul.

Speaker: i don't know if you know about him, but if you're in the One Piece card collection game, get your cards now for the shoot up because now he's moved on to One Piece. So have fun there. He's left us. He's left he's left us Pokemon fans alone. He's going for after One Piece now.

Speaker: He's going off to One one Piece and Shaq.

Speaker: Oh, that's been something I've been laughing about for like the past month. Watching the videos of that.

Speaker: Oh, what was the videos about? Oh, just the cards. No, just memeing on Pokey Paul calling Shaq a LARPer. Which, LARPer is getting so... is changing its meaning already, and it's only been like a couple weeks.

Speaker: It's gone from Pearson live-action role-playing to not knowing the plot of something.

Speaker: I hate that. I hate that's becoming that. i hate seeing, oh, he's a LARPer now. I hate that.

Speaker: Me and my friends in elementary school, we'd do a lot of LARP.

Speaker: Like, Pokemon LARP, just... We just, like, during recess, we'd go to the playground, go to the... This random playground near our school.

Speaker: And, like... Just, like, uh... I think we did, like, Rescue Team.

Speaker: Um... Mystery Dungeon-style roleplay. Um... I don't remember a lot of stuff, but there was also, like, a weird... Weird tag game where kids would, like, make...

Speaker: like write codes on pieces of paper and then other, and then like the other team would try to find them. That was kind crazy. Hmm. So you had more, um good school, art school just did those stuff, regular stuff, tag, how can seek, Yu-Gi-Oh, that kind stuff.

Speaker: Yeah, I know, uh, so my elementary school,

Speaker: It was when Bakugan got super big and the Beyblades got super big. But for my Pokémon experience for elementary school was I had the the ultimate Pokémon handbook from the time that had like all the Pokemon and the learn sets and the other info for the time.

Speaker: was up to Gen 4. Yes, I'm next. Oh, yeah, I have that book, too. Darkware at the very end, right? Yeah, so I had a bunch of friends who I would just like, a we would do like a mock Pokemon journey through the throughout the playground and I would just flip open to a random page in the handbook and be like, oh hey, this is the Pokemon that just popped up here, can battle it now, see if you can catch it, whatnot.

Speaker: Oh no, random legendary has spawned.

Speaker: Yep, I did have someone fight a Lugia at some point. Just because it happened to come up. You guys sounded way more better mine by the time I was in elementary school, which, you guys don't know, I'm bit younger than some of these people. He's a baby, we know.

Speaker: ha ha. That kind of stuff is kind of falling over. Pokemon cards were more popular then, but not playing the game Pokemon cards, collecting. So basically it was just a side hustle of cards and a bunch of thefts.

Speaker: Every other day there'd be like one like mega Charizard getting stolen. Bro was in elementary school when megas were around.

Speaker: Yeah. when the When the big cards were still around.

Speaker: big cards? Oh yeah like the jumbo cards that are like as big as at a PC screen.

Speaker: Yeah, those things were getting snatched. Yeah, that the thievery for my elementary school time was that, you know, how Bakugans have the magnet, so we would just store, a bunch of people would just store with their Bakugans stuck to the inside of their locker, and it was elementary school, so we didn't have locks on our lockers, so...

Speaker: got to the point where somebody, when at least that the us kids never found out who it was, was going around and snatching bakugans from the inside of people's lockers.

Speaker: Why am I just hearing that? Why am I just thinking that now elementary school are just a bunch of hoodlums from all our schools? Oh, yeah. I have a way worse story, but I cannot tell.

Speaker: cannot tell, otherwise, f somehow on a low chance someone is listening to this that I know they will know exactly what I'm talking about and know who I am. Because this the story was wild in my middle school. Yeah.

Speaker: If anybody hears, like, background noise on my end, it's because I'm eating dinner. Jeeves!

Speaker: Jeeves. Oh, please. They probably hear me snorting. I just got an over game sick this morning. Can I get seconds, please? I'm i'm not actually in a restaurant. yeah Yes.

Speaker: The could I hope you have fun editing this? Yes, Master Wooster. Anybody know Birdie Wooster and his butler Jeeves?

Speaker: No, but I do know that off-team. P.G. Woodhouse said is an English author from the early to mid-1900s. Wrote a bunch of short stories that got super popular.

Speaker: See, kids, this is a learning episode. Welcome to English Pokemon 101.

Speaker: yeah

Speaker: The community... I'm disappointed the community right now. wi i' have not seen any questions from any episodes and I'm a little disappointed in people.

Speaker: Really? Let me see. Question of the episode. Okay. We used to have plenty of those. last thing on that channel is your question. Mm-hmm. Well, not even that, I'm talking about like that on the episodes on Spotify.

Speaker: People don't answer the questions? like No, they don't put any. okay. Which is big sad. In the comments? we take We take any and all questions.

Speaker: Or compliments, you know, just say, Walter's looking good, I'll accept it. Give him a ego boost. Oh.

Speaker: Oh, yeah.

Speaker: What was all y'all go to? No, this is for the community. What was y'all go to say, like, you would watch this no matter what was on, what no matter what.

Speaker: If this was on, that was you what you were going watch as a kid. Mine is the old timey SpongeBob, not this new SpongeBob, the old timey SpongeBob.

Speaker: Mmm. Cartoon that I grew up with. I don't think I grew up with many cartoons. Mmm. Between the Lions on PBS? I would home from school. You could say Pokemon 2. Pokemon's a cartoon. It may be anime, it's a cartoon. Yeah, but I didn't really get to watch much Pokemon as a kid.

Speaker: Not on TV. i was I was about eight until I realized it was more than just one season of Pokemon. Yeah, that's true. i was watch We did watch a lot of Pokemon just getting it out of the library because we didn't have cable when I was a kid.

Speaker: so It was on Kids WB, I think.

Speaker: What's that about the people that literally take powers from the PBS? That PBS show that um those people have those suits that turn them into animals. Oh, Wildcats?

Speaker: Yeah, I think that was my go-to PBS show. Yeah, yeah. Oh, I watched a ton of PBS shows as a kid. PBS got really just replaced by Nickelodeon.

Speaker: For like the generation-wise, like, not generation, but for like, when you guys were kids, it was PBS, but when I was a kid, it was Nickelodeon. i mean, Nickelodeon was also big when I was a kid. it was just Nickelodeon was only on cable.

Speaker: And didn't have cable, so I had to watch PBS instead. Here's a good good old that... This cartoon I still have the DVDs for that I will keep for whenever I'm an adult and DVDs aren't a thing anymore.

Speaker: Oh, what you Scooby-Doo? We're coming after you. Gonna solve that mystery. The best cartoon, I will say. the best.

Speaker: I don't know if I'd tell it the best, but yeah, we do have... We don't we don't count these newer shows that they made about what's good Scooby-Doo about the um no that awful art style, or Velma.

Speaker: We don't count those. not None of the Scooby-Doo that has been made since like the year 2000 maybe even 90 has been any good.

Speaker: The last good Scooby-Doo, I can't remember what was was. It was either the one... um ah I forget. It was basically what they used for the DVDs at What's Good Scooby-Doo? the um I can't remember it, but that or the one where they're literally teenagers in high school.

Speaker: Like that show about the Planisphere's disc one. a and no I So my dad has like the entirety of the original run from DVD set. Dang!

Speaker: And... and We've also got a couple DVDs of the What's New Scooby-Doo series. I have only the newer stuff. I don't have any like the old DVDs. I want those. Those are the best.

Speaker: Oh, yeah. Yeah, we got all the old stuff. My favorite quote from the old one is the um Fred chasing a cactus person in a cactus suit and yelling at him, come back and fight like a man, you vegetable. That was my favorite quote.

Speaker: yeah One of my favorite episodes was the Ape Man episode, where they're on a movie set, and... Basically, they just did a Godzilla.

Speaker: A miniature Godzilla. Uh, no. It's, uh... Well, it the it was a story about the Ape Man, and then... and then that one of the shots that they're trying to film, the eighth man goes off script and kidnaps the damsel in distress and they have to go figure out yeah who this eighth man is. I think they were memeing on god's on um King Kong, I mean. I think they were memeing on that. Probably.

Speaker: Most likely.

Speaker: But, yep, there's a scene where the ape man is chasing chasing ski Shaggy and Scooby, and they end up hiding in a room with a pool table.

Speaker: So they just start playing a game of pool. that's why they're in the gags. The gags they do during the running, where they just yeah play with the monster. And then Shaggy's getting ready to take a shot, and there's this weird noise behind him, and he's like,

Speaker: Quiet down, Scooby. I'm trying to take my shot here. then Next time he pulls the ah cuba the pull back, he knocks someone in the stomach. and Oh, look at that. It's the ape man right behind him. You ever see the crossover with Supernatural in Scooby-Doo?

Speaker: They do a crossover where they go into this where they get transported into the Scooby-Dooverse. And they actually have Freddy curse. Oh wow. Yeah, and there's dead bodies. Like, i don't know how they got permission that. There were dead bodies at Fred cursing. That's creepy. After he like after they like he's actually dead. it is something.

Speaker: have the Scooby-Doo and Harlem Globetrotters. Oh my gosh, I love that. That crossover. That's a funny one. I will say, what is one cartoon that you think deserved to be more popular than it is?

Speaker: Than it was during that time? Mine is easily slugterra. If you've never seen it. Slugterra? What is that? you you know Oh, you gotta look it up.

Speaker: um It is... but It is a... It deserved more than what it got.

Speaker: It is basically people using slugs as live ammo.

Speaker: Oh, wow. okay but that a TV show? Yep. Old cartoon. They used to run it um on Netflix and cable.

Speaker: They took it out like few years ago. You can find it on YouTube easily. I think it's on YouTube now. oh No, on YouTube, all the episodes are there fully. They uploaded every episode on YouTube.

Speaker: Oh, wow. Yeah. I thought it was funny. After... After you started talking about it on the show and talking to us with about it, it popped up on my recommended on the the Amazon Fire Stick that we have.

Speaker: It's becoming more popular. it's It's making a comeback. It's making a comeback.

Speaker: I've seen more and more stuff about people mentioning Select Terror, so it's making a comeback. Yeah. See, that question is hard for me because I never paid attention to what was popular to begin with.

Speaker: So I don't really know what wasn't as popular as it should have been. ah Just give him one that you don't think it was popular but you still liked.

Speaker: You know what's sad? like You know what's sad what's happening with the Avatar The Last Airbender movie. and the french Oh, like that. Yeah, ah

Speaker: that's just a terrible situation. You know, a lot of the people on the community say they'll still watch it, just so they can get the movie effect, even though they've seen it already. Yeah. Just watch it on wherever, Paramount.

Speaker: Well, a lot of people are saying they took it all down. Yeah, they're going to watch it and support on theaters. Yeah. If it were, but they canceled the, yeah yeah. But that's why there's petitions going for getting it back put in theaters.

Speaker: This, this costs Avatar a lot of money, which probably affect how they do they have the third Avatar. But I think like, I don't think, I don't think that Paramount like cares about Avatar as an individual IP though. I think they care about like,

Speaker: their overall portfolio and their and if enough people say they'll watch it, they'll still put it out there. Yeah, they care more about like getting people onto Paramount Plus, probably.

Speaker: Yeah. Unfortunately, I feel like Paramount getting their hands on Avatar, like the IP is probably the worst thing that's ever happened to Avatar. Paramount getting their hands anything the shows.

Speaker: Well, they had it from start. Any mainstream. Yeah. Oh, they did? er nicklodeon Did they? oh I forgot that Paramount was Nickelodeon.

Speaker: forgot about that. It's hard to keep track of what networks own other networks and studios and whatnot. I can't wait for the Avatar 3 to come out and just see how many Korra or Aang fans go to the new Avatar.

Speaker: Oh, Seven Havens? The avatar that's blind. i don't I forget the me the thing. They're twins and one of them is blind, I think. Or one-armed. I have not seen anything about that.

Speaker: know they've there's been leaks that they're making a new avatar.

Speaker: Yeah. i In case you didn't know or couldn't tell, I try to avoid leaks of just about everything as much as I can.

Speaker: My brain reads before it thinks of what it means.

Speaker: Yeah, i can't I can't blame you for like getting forget companies getting all the companies mixed up because Avatar The Last Airbender dropped when when the Paramount company of Nickelodeon, Paramount Global, was called was still called Viacom.

Speaker: Oh, okay, that's fly. Y'all remember the Nickelodeon, like... Uh, hotels they used to have. Oh. You mean, wait, Nickelodeon Hotel?

Speaker: Yeah, I used- i went to one, like, for, like, every, like, two years. it's Like, four years, and for two years in between each one. We went there, and if you were a certain age, you can go with your family members onto, like, a game show there.

Speaker: It wasn't televised. still it was It was just like there. And the year we the place that we went to got shut down, it was the year I could have been on it. I was so sad.

Speaker: You had to be 16 to be in there and I couldn't.

Speaker: Is this the one you're talking about? Yes, the place near me got kept you shut down. For the audience, I just meant to um i sent a link to the Wikipedia article on Nickelodeon hotels and resorts in our little Discord chat.

Speaker: Let's see it.

Speaker: Nickelodeon has had a lot of stuff that they've done, and there's still one thing that will probably never get fakes about PRs when they did a Halloween. They mixed Halloween with Nickelodeon.

Speaker: Oh. I want to just take out the Lodeon and put Nick with the E and just put ween. Just say it on your head Just, what does that what does that sound like if you say it fast?

Speaker: That was a big controversy when that came out. They did it for like one commercial and then they like took it down immediately. Yeah.

Speaker: Somebody in Nickelodeon must have been chuckling that they were able to get that past everyone to all of the higher ups.

Speaker: There's no way that wasn't just like a practical joke.

Speaker: Oh yeah.

Speaker: Because I watched a... um i completely forgot about the ad, but then like a YouTuber reacts to like... clips of stuff i saw them like whoa forgot about that

Speaker: nickelodeon i missed the prime nickelodeon miss bunked i don't know if you guys know the old uh pbs shows like that there were some good ones there and I've seen a couple like snippets of different PBS shows that are being made currently and they're just not good at all.

Speaker: Like, we we had like Word Girl in my day. That was pretty funny. Back in my day? We had Cyberchase. Yeah, I remember Word Girl.

Speaker: And Cybertase. And Electric Company.

Speaker: That was a pretty good one.

Speaker: Yeah, that was also Curious George. Fetch! Go fetch with... Icarly. Stop trying to make fetch happen.

Speaker: It's never going happen. What?

Speaker: that's ah that's That's a reference to Mean Girls. It was a joke. home okay Never watch those shows. i Yeah, they're they're a little before your time, I think. Oh, Dakota. And the Discord. He'll get it when he listens to this.

Speaker: Yeah. He definitely will.

Speaker: Oh, what?

Speaker: Nah, yeah, you're right. It's like, how did this make it through those? Yeah. To be fair, i learned about a movie where they didn't catch someone pulling down their pants at the end credit scenes in the bleachers. I learned about a movie.

Speaker: on, I'm looking up for a pic.

Speaker: was a lot of like, to be fair, there was a lot of like sketchy stuff on like those, on some of the Nickelodeon live action shows. Like Carly.

Speaker: Uh-huh. Yep. Henry Danger.

Speaker: I was really shocked um when that came out.

Speaker: were shocked when what? was very shocked that happened. When, uh, about the director. Yeah. Oh.

Speaker: Hmm.

Speaker: Uh, what else?

Speaker: Oh, I found out that you can play, like, Flash games on the internet archive now. Ooh, that's cool. Yeah. Like, they actually... Flash used to have a lot of security holes, but they emulate um they emulate Flash in JavaScript.

Speaker: So... Like, you can basically play... Up to a point, the like the Flash apps will work. Will work normally.

Speaker: Although like newer features might not. It doesn't have all of the features of Flash. But... um Like it won't hack your computer. Because it's sandboxed in the browser.

Speaker: And I found the original Flash movie for um the All Your Base Are Belonging to Us meme. I'm gonna send that in the chat. Have seen the Subnautica 2?

Speaker: I never played the first one, barr but the graphics I've seen Subnautica 2 look so good. Subnautica 2. Wait.

Speaker: I'm checking that out. Oh.

Speaker: Yeah, the new Yoshi game comes out this week. don't know. Who cares about that? No one, Yoshi's has time in the light.

Speaker: Let it go. My first video game ever was actually a Yoshi's Island thing. What was it? ah

Speaker: know You know what game they make about for a character? That little wizard that's by Bowser's side all the time. You mean Kamek? Is that his name? The one with the wand?

Speaker: Yeah. Yeah, need to shut the game by him. Dude deserves his own thing. it Or at least put Waluigi... Or at least get Waluigi and smash his brother's in it. He needs to be in there.

Speaker: he was always he was already in there as a the statue

Speaker: You know they really only got put in there just because of that rap song that got made of it.

Speaker: A four point, a three part rap song that got made and that's why it got put in the game. just because it was how good it was.

Speaker: Man, what rap song? Waluigi rap song. Wow. Wait, they put it in what game?

Speaker: It was in Smash. Oh. Wow.

Speaker: Waluigi Smash. I don't think it was that the rap song wasn't in the game. It wasn't in the game, no it was a Someone made their own song about it made it and it got really popular with the smash community and they all demanded him be in there.

Speaker: so then they added it to the game. Yeah. Because that song like made it like a lot of people want him in there after that. Because the end of the rap song, and they look they're get they're giving him like an imitation and the end of the rap.

Speaker: Another thing that's star-ish not newish. Have you guys seen the mall show?

Speaker: The Maul Show? What's from Star Wars?

Speaker: Oh, as in Darth Maul. Yeah, I will say bet better animation than Season 7 of Clone Wars. putting out there.

Speaker: i' I'm gonna get attacked for saying this. i cannot say that in public, but I will say it looks better than Season 7. The art style, the little details of the lightsaber going through water then having steam co come off it.

Speaker: Well, I wouldn't know anything about that. Yeah, I haven't watched any of the Star Wars TV shows. Podcast over. Good night, people. We're done.

Speaker: We're done. I can't be with non-Star Wars people. We're done. Hey, I've watched most of the movies. I just haven't watched the TV shows.

Speaker: I'm going to SWORT tour and leaving you guys.

Speaker: Oh no, we don't have anyone to play Walter anymore!

Speaker: no, all our problems are gone! old Walter is an NPC again, we don't have to worry about his TNT anymore!

Speaker: you think wouldn't use that? He'll find the worst time to use it.

Speaker: i think we know' find he'll find the the um worst time you use it

Speaker: I think with him being an NPC now, we would take it away from him almost almost immediately. Nah, Dakota wouldn't let you. I'd tell her that'd be his one commission. He'd never go up to stuff.

Speaker: Okay, we just gotta steal his bag someday and dispose of the TNT and then give it back. Wow, you gonna burn his house and then steal from him.

Speaker: Just to get rid of the TNT that can be used to blow us all to smithereens. Or blow the enemy to smithereens. We're not having this talk again. We had an hour talk about this last time.

Speaker: Yep.

Speaker: Ever just lean back and have your chest crack?

Speaker: What?

Speaker: You've never had your chest cracked before? No. Maybe. Maybe if I take a deep breath.

Speaker: don't know that's healthy or not.

Speaker: know. Oh. It's getting cut out, but my family is starting to get locked behind me. Okay, yeah. I haven't heard any of it coming through. At least on the night. they're slowly like picking up their people being loud because people was here.

Speaker: okay.

Speaker: And the walls are very thin here. Hmm. It'd be pretty funny because we had the we had like the pre-show banter before that kind of delved into discussion. Yeah. And like it would be pretty funny if we kept that as like the cold open and then we just like interrupted it and then the theme music plays and then we and then we like, hello, welcome to, you know.

Speaker: That could work. I think that's a good idea. Yeah, we have what about an hour of stuff. think we'll be fine. Yeah, we got 43 minutes just about on the Suncaster recording. That's as much as last time, so it'll be fine.

Speaker: These DM-less episodes are not supposed to be long. that's true. And it's not even real episode anyways. so No. We were not in character for this episode.

Speaker: Right. Mm! Goodbye, people. but yeah and and little little little little bit I've been Eli playing myself.

Speaker: Goodbye, everyone. And I've been Evelyn hosting and operating the equipment, so... Bloop!

Speaker: Hello and welcome to the end section. am Dakota, back from the future! If you want to help me get back to the present time, go ahead and join the Discord so you can tell me how. I'm stuck in the future at all times when I'm in these recordings, so help would be appreciated.

Speaker: Patreon is another way to help me ah help fund the show. Everything the show does is funded by the Patreon. And when it's not funded by the Patreon, it's funded by my own bank account. So any help is very much appreciated.

Speaker: So with that being said, the music for this episode is... Dooford Town, Wigglytops Guild, On the Beach at Dusk, Pokemort, Crystal Cave, Northern Desert, Craggy Coast,

Speaker: and Apple Woods. Alright, that's all for now. I've been Dakota, and I'm still stuck in the future. So until next time, I'll see you then.
