It’s time for a B1G Power Rankings update…how far does Penn State fall after their loss at UCLA?

Also, how high does UCLA climb if at all after their win? Penn State was seen as a potential best team in the league before the season and were dropped to 4th last week after the loss to Oregon…but what about now? 

We’ll get some form of clarity this weekend when Indiana heads to Oregon on if they are truly a contender to win the league…can you imagine if they do?
