Can Nebraska win in the colder games to come with a 60-40 pass-to-run ratio?

Husker Online’s Sean Callahan mentioned yesterday that Nebraska was 60% pass in the windy game on Saturday, and on the season is 59-41 in pass-to-run ratio 

November has not been kind to Nebraska in recent years, with run game issues being a problem as well as defensive issues at times…can Dana Holgorsen’s offense trust the run more or can they win with being a pass first team when it gets cold and windy?
