Yeah, gotta celebrate that win. That was, haven't been too many of those lately, you know? No, no, that was much needed. And even though Milwaukee basically sat every player that mean anything to their roster, we gladly will take it. It helped us kind of secure some positioning within the play-in tournament, which we'll get into here in a little bit.

And it's been rough lately.

Oh yeah. So it's incredible. Today was great. I mean, Kevin loves, man, 32 points in 10 rebounds in 15 minutes. He could not miss. He had eight threes, Alex, 18 points in the first quarter. Yeah, I was watching when he hit three of them back to back to back. He just had that, like on the third one, he was just like, all right, heat check, turned around, shot it, swish. It was like, damn. Yeah. And again, I don't care that the Bucks rested all their starters.

you're still in the NBA game and you still gotta hit the shots. So just great to see. And the team just generally looked like they were having fun. Mobley had a great night, 18 points, 10 rebounds, marketing 23 and seven. Garland actually didn't have to do very much this game, 11 points, but he dished out eight assists. in my opinion, yeah, yeah, it's a lock. I think he makes such a huge impact on both sides of the court for this team more than any of the other rookies do for their teams. So yeah, I think it's a far and away Mobley.

Yeah, I think so, too. And when I say I haven't heard much chatter, I mean, like, I haven't even really seen too many articles popping up trying to even create a debate that's not there. You know what I mean? Like, Scotty Barnes versus Evan Mopel. Like, you know, it's like, yeah, Scotty Barnes, you know, Jalen Green, like, Kay Cunningham, like, you're all after Mopel. Like, there's really not that much justification. So, hopefully, that's what happens. And it'll be really cool when that's announced at some point, if that is the case.

Cavs' Surprising Season and Nets Play-In Matchup

The Cavs have been very inconsistent, had some very ugly losses, Alex, that Orlando game. Gosh, probably one of the worst losses of the season. Again, another team that you're supposed to win against. And at that point, they still had a shot at the sixth seed, but it is what it is. Hell of a season, hell of a fun ride, never thought.

The Bucks, you know, there's a playing game on Tuesday. Game two of the playing series is probably Thursday or something like that. And game one will probably be like Friday or Saturday. So the Bucks get a nice long break by sitting their players today. And that's one of the disadvantages you have of being in the playing games. You know, you kind of you don't stop playing. You don't get the rest like these other teams are.

The loser plays the winner between the Hawks and the Hornets to be the eighth seed and play against the Miami Heat. So what that means is if the Cavs went on Tuesday, they're done. They're in. They're in the playoffs officially.

Moses Brown's Development Potential

I wanted to ask your opinion about one other small thing that the Cavs did roster-wise and just what your take is in general. But Moses Brown has been converted and will be with the Cavs for the rest of the season, whether that's just the playing games or playoff games as well. But he obviously had to step in, especially when Mobley and Allen were both out, started a couple games.

Yeah, I think so. I mean, he's super young, like the rest of the team. He's only 22 years old at a UCLA. Seven foot two, another seven footer for us to stick on Giannis or Embiid or whoever we need to, right? Rotate him in there when, you know, when you got to sit Alan or Mobley or Markinen. Alan and Mobley, they can bring that defensiveness. Markinen's not quite as great on defense, and I think Moses Brown can fill that when you don't need him on

So I think he's a really good addition, especially when you got him coming off the bench for like, you know, eight to 12 minutes somewhere in there just to give other guys relief. These are kind of just no name players that have just been able to be thrown onto this roster this year and make an impact at various times throughout the season, which has obviously also helped with the success of this team because they were able to fill voids when injuries would happen. Man, it's been a fun season. It's been fun. The last couple of weeks has been rough, but man, it's still fun to be here.
