This is part 2 of Oree's story. In our last episode, we learned how Oree grew up and how she found herself in a difficult situation after running way to a friends house.
In this episode, Oree shares the story of the night she was first trafficked. How she was groomed, persuaded, and then forced. She shares the insights of the truth behind prostitution, pimps, buyers...and how they use others in trafficking to groom others.
Trafficking in the US is performed in the shadows and often occurs in this format that Oree shares. It's important that we hear her story and learn how this happened right in front of others...in front of people that could have intervened well before...and after.
