I’m joined by comedian Lauren Edwards, aka Live Laugh Lauren, for a chaotic and honest deep dive into the question: should I have kids?
We talk about being happily childfree, motherhood FOMO, r/regretfulparents Reddit, the pressure women feel to become mothers, why parenting has to be an enthusiastic yes, and the reality of choosing freedom, community, disposable income and a quiet house.
We also get into being the fun aunt, building your village, therapy, loneliness, relationships, overstimulation, screen time, sticky toddlers, and why no one is thinking about you as much as you think they are.
