And today I have you a simple step for you. And today we are going to talk about stress and how, man, penetrating it is and damaging it is.

And that's just all the feels that I can think about it. But when you think about this, I was thinking about this recently and I heard somebody wrote a, read a book about this and I can't even reference the book.

So if you know the book, know that I'm not trying to play plagiarize by any stretch, but it got me thinking. And it is, man, when there is stress in your life, that means there's a responsibility behind it.

Responsibilities and Stress

And that responsibility is probably something you might have taken ownership to acquire, or you've been entrusted of that ownership and that responsibility.

As we get older, you get more and more things that you're responsible for. And it inquires or it... It honestly creates this healthy amount of stress or unhealthy at some point. But what I wanted to do is just take a different and an uncommon perspective about stress and think about the responsibility that that stress is maybe because.

And in that responsibility, how proud I am to take ownership of that responsibility. And so to see stress might be something that you care about very deeply and you want things to go well. And you've been entrusted to have that responsibility on your shoulders.

And what can you do to start taking ownership of the responsibility behind that stress and then see that as an opportunity and a blessing in order for you to be responsible of plenty?

Because that's what I think that I'm trying to be is I want to be responsible of more. I want to be a good steward of what I'm responsible for now And sometimes that the byproduct is stress. And I want to look at that stress in a little bit different angle and perspective. So anyway, hope this is, uh, I guess, giving you a different thought or an uncommon perspective about stress, but try to look at it as a positive. Cause that's what I'm going to do from here on out.
