Why'd I Buy?

On this podcast, we talk about luxury and artisanal products from around the world and explore what’s so special about them. What stories lie behind our unique splurges? Why might we opt for something “ethically made” or “sustainable” or “handcrafted” over generic, mass-produced alternatives? This podcast encourages listeners to be curious about their purchases and unboxes topics such as authenticity, artisanship, heritage, and conscious consumerism. Let’s think differently about what we buy– and why.
