If you believe you're in control of your recovery and life,, you will be. This is the most well reserached concept in determining who gets well following a back injury.

Your Internal Locus of Control

Dr. Arturo Solís Herrera has written extensively about a fascinating and unconventional theory: melanin, the pigment commonly linked to tanning, may generate energy in the human body by splitting water molecules. This process, he proposes, produces energy through molecular hydrogen while also releasing usable oxygen for bodily tissues. Though his ideas challenge mainstream science, we’ll take a deep dive into his research and reasoning. The concepts can be steeped in complex physiology, which might feel dense for the average reader, but focus on grasping the big picture. We’ll cover a lot in a short time, so sit back and enjoy the exploration.

Is Human Photosynthesis Real? Dr. Arturo Solís Herrera | Underground Physiology #03

In this episode of Underground Physiology, Dr. Pollack delves into the fascinating physiology behind his groundbreaking discovery—the fourth phase of water, known as a gel. We explore in depth how this gel forms a perfect semiconductor within the human body and how red light, particularly infrared light, serves as the key energy source driving this process.

Dr. Pollack’s revelation that human cells maintain their negative charge through the interaction of infrared light and water is one of the most revolutionary concepts in modern physiology. Yet, despite clear scientific evidence supporting his findings, mainstream science has been slow to accept them.

An active researcher and author, Dr. Pollack has spent his life driven by curiosity, translating his insights into paradigm-shifting scientific breakthroughs. Join us for a captivating discussion as we uncover the underground physiology of the fourth phase of water—an episode you won’t want to miss!

The Fourth Phase of Water with Dr. Gerald Pollack | Underground Physiology #02

In this episode I interview Scott Zimmerman who is the inventor or the NIRA light bulb. This first true full spectrum light bulb that has a spectral analysis all the way out the 3000 nm.  We discuss the importance of the infrared spectrum for health and how this deficiency can be related to many disorders in the human body. We discuss how we are living in the most photon deficient time in modern history and how this can lead to chronic disease. Scott is an engineer who has published many research papers on light and physiology.
