I do a brief surface skim of each of these topics to begin your exposure to them and I start to talk about why they are KEY for managing anxiety, depression, and any mental health challenge. Differentiation and Boundaries! How to be yourself and have relationships with others

In this episode, I break down a recent reel that I saw where Esther Perel is addressing "tiktok" diagnosis, what is problematic about how we have been viewing ourselves and mental illness, and how really the only way she believes (and I agree) that we will start to make mental health progress is by addressing our societal contributions. She also notes that healing is a collective process and I talk about my thoughts on this concept.

Anxiety?! Do I have it and what to do about it

In this episode, I share three personal opinions that I believe are foundational beliefs we need to operate from in order to live well. They are 1. accepting our anxiety, 2. viewing knowledge as perspective, and 3. gaining awareness and developing compassion for our "self."
