podcast is about and is to help people solve



their relationship problems. Help them become

that you know, you need advice on it. And this



post is gonna be about how to stop being a nice guy.



This guy wants to stop being a nice guy wants



to get a girlfriend. I think the simplest Answer



is, you know, you don't need to stop being nice.



You need to stop being a pushover. But anyways,



guys, he wants to make the change as he sent in this question.



Honestly, I think it is really important to



not be a doormat and to be a guy that's on his purpose.



If you really want a girlfriend. Those are going



to be one of the biggest things that you're going



to need to improve. A lot of guys, nowadays are



just really desperate. They are too busy on



these dating apps. Swiping left and right or



whatever they do. I don't even know. I don't



even have a dating profile. If I do. I have it



on my phone, but I don't use it. I don't go on dating



apps anymore because I find the waste of time.



I think it's important to understand that.



Yes, being a nice guy is not wrong. I think the



problem is that being nice. They guys use being



nice as a strategy to get into a woman's pants



to get validation for others. Instead of, you



know, being genuine about it and being caring.



So they put other people first instead of putting themselves.



First. I was like that too. I thought, you know,



hey Will, I'm nice. Why am I not getting laid?



Well, I mean, I was busy, you know, I was busy



trying to get people to like me. I wasn't putting



myself first and it sucked. I would go on these



dating apps try to get dates with women. Try



to talk to them through these dating apps, which



is a shitty idea. That's horrible. Just because



you're not gonna get any luck on that. I wasn't



really exercising properly. Obviously, I



write regularly exercise, but at the same time



I wasn't I just wasn't focusing on myself. This



is the mistake that holds guys back when the

I want to stop being a nice guy! I want a girlfriend!

 You don't have to be a genius to figure out that it's a bad idea to date, someone, you work with. Life is complicated enough without adding love and work into the mix. I don't know why we can't figure this out ourselves. In this podcast, I go through some of the reasons why you should not date co-workers or someone you work with.

with this girl and well, they work together.



There they flirt with each other and he's like,

need your help to decide if it would be a good



idea to date her and I have come up to the conclusion



after just thinking about this topic.



I don't think it's a good idea to date your coworker.



As a matter of fact, it's a terrible idea and



there's a little bit of reasons why first of



all whenever you date someone and the relationship



goes bad, it can lead to conflict in the workplace.



So if things don't work out you guys break up



for some reason, you know, maybe she finds another boyfriend.



Maybe you're like man I f****** hate that b****.



She's crazy, she acts. Crazy, she's too crazy for me.



Then she can I mean, hey y'all get into fights



all the time. Y'all break up. Boom. Thanks can



be really awkward in the workplace making it



really really uncomfortable. When you see



the co-worker everyday. I mean, especially



you work in the same department. And also there's



another reason it can lead to drama and gossip



in the office or workplace. I mean, eventually



people are going to find out that you two used to date.



Used to you guys used to Get along all the time.



Maybe you guys, maybe kept it secret. But inevitably



people will talk about you and your relationship.



It's just not really healthy when you're working



because when you're on the clock, you're expected



to work.you know gossip and talk about. Oh my god.

I still hold this over myself and we've all been



through breakups. It sucks. Breaking up with



a significant other because maybe the relationship



was really good. You missed the Ex you miss the



intimacy, you miss hanging out with them was



one of the best things that you were doing with your life.



I've been through it. I've been through breakups



where I got where I cried this stuff, dude. We



also added, I saw her Instagram post of nothing



but her in a tank top. She's with another dude,



and he's he's really sad about that. Wait, first



of all, but why are you? Why do you have her on



social media? I think that's a huge mistake



of still following your ex on. Ooh media, if



you guys broke up mutually even still, I think



that he needs to remove her off of social media.



It does him. No good to follow your ex on social



media because your ex is already over you. She's



looks, she's moved on. She's with another, dude.



She's now she's moved on from you. And unfortunately,



that must suck. I've been through that one of



the best things that I did was literally walk



my ex not block them. Remove them from my social media.



I got rid of all their photos. I mean, it's over.



The relationship is over. There's A slim chance of them.



Coming back, slim chance. I know it sucks like,



and like, I really want to just get back with her.



Like she was the best thing to ever happen to me.



And yeah, I get you man. His sucks, losing the



love of your life. Will you? You thought that



she was the love of your life, but she probably



wasn't you guys broke up. So, obviously I'll



get rid of her from social media. Delete. All



her photos, find something else to do, too.



Didn't really ask for any help. He just was like,



Hey, I can't get over her, but he needs to stay busy.

about being single now being single. Can be



depressing, sometimes especially, you know,



keep on going on dates and just things are not



working out or maybe you want something romantic



like, man. And like I want something romantic



with someone it sucks. Like I can't get over that.



You know, modern dating can be very, very frustrating.



You know, you're just swiping on people and



then you try to go on dates with people and they



can be hit or miss. Maybe you hit it off with someone



and then they ghost you after the day. You're



like, man. That was a great day. Everything was perfect.



Like your girl, you know, you probably like



man, you know what I'm gonna sleep with this guy.



He's really charming and you do sleep with them.



And, you know, after that, That he blocks you



off of everything. You've lost your number.



He blocks you. You just basically goes to he.



He, he hits it and quits it or you're a guy and,



you know, you take a woman on a date restaurant.



Maybe you guys hit it off. You guys get some drinks



and things are looking great. You kiss her,



you know, maybe make out with her and then, you



know, you don't things are great. Then you don't



hear from her. She goes you too. Yeah. I've experienced



that and I bet many women I've experienced that too.



So this is why I picked the post because, and



we're going to read it right now, obviously,



because it kind of resonates with a lot of what



a lot of people are feeling about modern dating.



It sucks, especially online dating whether



it's hinge, Tinder. Oh, screw Tinder, by the



way, that's a hook-up app. I mean, if you're



looking for a romantic partner on Tinder, yeah,



I feel bad for you because you ain't going to do that.

Best friend way too much. In this guy is feeling



way too uncomfortable with it and I right, It



a couple of times just to be like, are you serious,



man? Like, you couldn't read the signs, like



you should be breaking up with her. It's crazy.



She's even spending the night at this. Dude's house.



That is crazy. And this is the type of disrespect



that you should not be accepting. But I just,



I just had to pick this out because I was guys,



we got to be smarter. We got to be smarter. We



gotta know when to be like, put her foot down



and create boundaries. It's crazy. I'm going



to start reading right now. So I started dating



this girl for Or months ago. And for the last



two, to two and a half months, she's been hanging



out with her best guy, friend, a lot. Let's call him.



See, sometimes she hangs out with him more than



me during the week, and I'm not invited whenever



they hang out. This guy has made it pretty clear



that he doesn't want to hang out with the both



of us together. They spend a lot of Fridays and



Saturdays drinking alone in his room and they



don't invite me either. Even though I live right next door.



She has stayed over in his room a few times. I



had a fight with him. Once a month ago, so he has



completely cut me off after that. When we first



started dating, the guy used to be really good



friends in even consider rooming together,



but we don't see each other anymore. I know for



a fact, they are just really good friends, but



I don't feel super comfortable with it. What



should I do in this situation? I'm 100% sure.
