00:04:05
Speaker
ah She was having issues with her blood pressure and everything, and she got bad enough. She wanted to go to the ER. Took her in, and they gave her a COVID test, and lo and behold, she had COVID. They didn't it wasn't they didn't link that to what was causing her blood pressure. They said it might have been a factor, but they still didn't think that was it. Yeah.
00:04:29
Speaker
So we get home and I take a home test and lo and behold, if I didn't test positive, sure. sure you know And I had been feeling bad for a couple of days, but I didn't relate it to COVID. It was, you know, I just, But, uh, but yeah, it's that time year, cold flu season. So, Hey, uh, you know, everybody take care of yourselves and be aware of what's going on out there.
Challenges in NCAA Playoff Format
00:04:48
Speaker
So, um, tonight I just want to kind of get into, uh, the NCAA football championships or playoffs, I guess, if you will. Um, when last we left everybody, uh, I don't had, had Alabama and ah Indiana played yet.
00:05:09
Speaker
I think so. They said that was two weeks ago. um maybe Maybe not. I forgot too, Don. Yeah, I've forgotten myself. But anyway, we'll kind of give a quick recap of that.
00:05:20
Speaker
um The... ah Breakdown was you had the Orange Bowl featured Oregon and Texas Tech in which Oregon won that 23 to nothing.
00:05:32
Speaker
ah Then you had Alabama and Indiana meet up in the Rose Bowl. And Indiana just, i I could not believe the way they dismantled Alabama. Oh, yeah. 38 3. Yeah.
00:05:44
Speaker
thirty eight to three Yeah, neither could the Alabama fans. I mean, they just. Oh, they, yeah, they're, I mean, they were jumping off bridges at that point. Yeah. ah Then in the Sugar Bowl, it was Ole Miss versus Georgia and Ole Miss pulled that one out 39 to 34. That was probably the best game of that weekend.
00:06:06
Speaker
Yeah, yeah. I mean, it really had to be the best game of the weekend. Yeah. And then, shockingly, Miami took out Ohio State 24-14. Now, here's the interesting part of all that. Everybody says, why do I go back and mention it? We already talked about it. Here's the interesting part of all that.
00:06:23
Speaker
Only one, yeah that that and that included every team that had a bye, those four games. Only one team that had a bye went into the next round, and that was the Indiana who was rated number one.
00:06:36
Speaker
o Now you go back to last year, none of the four teams that had a buy made it to the ah final four of the
Potential Changes in Playoff Formats
00:06:45
Speaker
playoffs. yeah So in the two years of this format that they've got, only one team out of eight has made the final four that got a buy. Yeah. Yeah.
00:06:58
Speaker
Yeah, I mean, no. So I think if anything's going to fuel the ah push for 16 teams, it's going to be that fact right there.
00:07:09
Speaker
Mm-hmm. I mean, because you know's because a lot of people were saying it's because they had too long of a wait. They waited, in some cases, two, three weeks before they got to play a ball game.
00:07:21
Speaker
Mm-hmm. And i know there may there may be something to that. I don't know. I mean, I never played college football. i um So I don't know yeah or you know pretend to know what those guys, how they you know how they felt not having a lined up against an actual opponent in two or three weeks. But you know i see I don't know. is is Stranger things have happened.
00:07:45
Speaker
It sure has. ah Yeah, I think and they've been talking about that a lot over the different sports talk sessions. of And some um some are saying just start the whole thing sooner.
00:07:59
Speaker
Like you said, go to 16 teams, start the whole thing sooner where people aren't sitting around for a while too long. Just get right into it after the last ah weekend of the regular season. Just get right into it. Kurt Sagetti, heard him say, he said, well, that just gives me more time to prepare, which seems to pay off for him. I got to say worked for them.
00:08:20
Speaker
Yeah, it worked for them. So he he he he did it. But, yeah, I think I was listening today Paul Feinbaum, and he had an athletic college football reporter on there. And this guy was pretty much saying that he didn't think that they would there's no plans for them to move next year to 16-team.
00:08:41
Speaker
team They'll probably keep the same format next year. yeah And, you know, it might be another year, it might be another two years before they even get to do that. You know, i I know there's a lot of logistics to it to get to change that and everything like that. So, ah and then and i I think the current format when they agreed on the 12 teams was to carry this through 2026. Yeah.
00:09:04
Speaker
Okay, that being this
Impact of Playoff Integration on Bowl Games
00:09:06
Speaker
year. Yeah. so the end So the end of this next college season would be, or well, this next college season would be when they would be reviewing it. it was a 27, one of those two. um So yeah, you're right. It's probably going to take it least at least another year before they have any kind of a ah decent system worked out. And you mentioned something about starting them early, you know right after the season's over with.
00:09:30
Speaker
And I do agree. I agree with that as well, I think, because having them, because I've seen this comment on a lot of different social media pages that the bowl games aren't fun anymore.
00:09:48
Speaker
Right. Right. that they've that because they've incorporated these bowl games into the playoff system, it's taken the meaning out of the bowl games. Now, now so you know, like the the Rose Bowl...
00:10:01
Speaker
there is no more pack 12. Well, actually it will be next year, but can you imagine a pack 12 team going up against the any, any, even the lower team in in the big 10 and the Rose bowl, that would not be pretty. ah I mean, Washington, Washington state, maybe, or you know, maybe a a Boise state might have a chance against Michigan state or or Purdue or, you know, currently was Wisconsin's plan. But,
00:10:29
Speaker
But you take the the the Big Ten, which technically the Rose Bowl is supposed to be the Big Ten champion h versus the Pac-10 or Pac-12 champion. Yeah. And i did i mean I just can't see Washington State or Oregon State or Boise State matching up against Ohio State, Michigan, Illinois, Indiana. I just i just don't see it happening. No.
00:10:55
Speaker
No. I don't think so. It be pretty it wouldn't be pretty. So yeah you have that, but, but you know, there's, there's other games out there. I mean, that they've had to um reconfigure because of conference realignment, you know, ah games that involve ah bowl games that involve the old ah Southwest conference or that involved ACC. You know, it's it's just kind of gone a whole lot of,
00:11:26
Speaker
you know And I'll admit, i mean i it's to watch the Rose Bowl ah with Indiana-Alabama was just just kind of like, okay, I'm just not into it.
00:11:37
Speaker
Right. you know Now the Fiesta Bowl, Ole Miss and Miami, that was you know that that seemed okay. i did The Cotton Bowl, Miami and Ohio State.
00:11:49
Speaker
Normally the Cotton Bowl's got ah got a Big 12 team in it. Where was the Big 12 rep? Yeah. You know, but that's what I'm saying. i think I think a lot of this, it's, I think they're right. It's taken some of the fun out. So by starting them early, I'll get back, I'll circle back around to what I was trying to say.
00:12:06
Speaker
By starting them early, i think you would then in effect be able to at least have an assemblance of what those bowl games were supposed to be because you wouldn't have, ah have them locked into this playoff structure.
00:12:23
Speaker
Yeah. That's just my feeling on it. Yeah. Yeah. I don't, yeah, the bowl, since they really started, Don, I don't know where how far back they did. They started pulling the traditional champions from these different, from these different bowls. I mean, the cotton bowls every year in year out was the Southwest conference champion. Right. the The Rose bowl, course, was big 10 and pack 12. The sugar bowl was the SEC champion and the orange bowl ended ended up being in the big eight champion. Then they would,
00:12:53
Speaker
draw in schools to to challenge them, bring them in. So that that was that that started ending a few years ago. If I remember right, the Rose Bowl tried to hold out. that He didn't want to give up that Big Ten Pac-12. Yeah, they tried to hold out.
00:13:09
Speaker
And they finally gave in. So, yeah, it's lost a lot of the meaning to that. I'm not sure. I'm not sure what's going to happen with the bowl games that aren't involved in the college playoff.
Miami's Surprising Playoff Run
00:13:21
Speaker
I, you know, I don't know if there's going be that much interest in doing it I guess they're making money. They wouldn't do them if they didn't make money. True. But, uh,
00:13:29
Speaker
But anyway, it doesn't seem like – it looks like this playoff system is getting all the attention. It's not the NFL. I mean, you know. Yeah. I mean, they go right into the their playoff system right away.
00:13:43
Speaker
And it seems it pays off for them. I mean, it works for them. Right. yeah Well, and you mentioned you know mentioned some of the other bowls that probably don't get them. I mean, there's still some some bowls out there that aren't a member part of this New Year's Six, as they call it, ah that you know I do think you still get some, um a pretty decent following. I know the Music City Bowl, the Liberty Bowl,
00:14:06
Speaker
um ah the Citrus Bowl, you know, they still get a pretty decent, the Sun Bowl still gets a pretty decent following. viewership and crowd i mean maybe it's because people just you know they they they they want to watch the teams are actually fighting for something instead of these these highfalutin teams that made a playoff i don't know what the question what the answer is um and maybe they're just picking the right teams for these bowls i don't know yeah yeah i don't know you know you get the fan bases might be interested in in turning into the bowl what was the Illinois, who did they play? They played Tennessee in the Music City Bowl.
00:14:47
Speaker
Yeah. Yeah. You know, and I'm sure the Tennessee and the Illinois fan bases were tuned into that. I'm not sure, you know, someone like me who's somewhat interested in just the matchup. But a lot of people, you know, beyond that, I'm not sure how many people yeah line up for the Music City Bowl. Yeah.
00:15:06
Speaker
Well, so you got to pick a couple of teams that have the, the following and, you know, taking Tennessee was, was probably a windfall for, for that game in particular, because you had a, I mean, ah a guaranteed fan base right down there with the game being in Nashville. Um,
00:15:23
Speaker
You know, and and last year when Illinois played in the in the Cheese at Citrus Bowl, I mean, you know, they had South Carolina. Again, you got another natural draw that the fan base is not that far away, you know. So yeah they know they're going to get some kind of fan fan reaction or fan loyalty to those games.
00:15:41
Speaker
and it's like putting Penn State in the Pinstripe Bowl. I mean, you know, it' it's yeah that kind of thing. um So anyway, we'll get to the the final four, 15. pitted Oregon against Indiana and Miami of against Ole Miss.
00:15:54
Speaker
okay And again, Miami went, or excuse me, Indiana went on this, um the best way I can put it is a blitzkrieg.
00:16:04
Speaker
i brought I mean, they just flat out ran over Oregon. Now, the first time those two teams because they met in a regular season, it was only a 10-point game. and indiana wins the peach bowl by 34 points i mean this that game was over at halftime oregon just didn't oregon just didn't have this just didn't have the good sense to stay in the locker room yeah yeah that was shocking that that i thought oregon you would thought and a better game yeah that and like you know you you
00:16:36
Speaker
yourself But I'll tell you what, Indiana, they they know something's going on there. and They know what they're doing. um and And, Don, this isn't necessarily about the Big Ten versus the SEC or the Big Ten versus the ACC. It's about Indiana versus everyone else. They're just putting everyone yeah under the bus. I mean, Oregon is of the elite teams in the Big Ten. They just buried them.
00:17:02
Speaker
And when they buried Ohio State, well, they didn't miss it, but but they but they put a good whooping on Ohio State at the end of the season for the Big Ten championship. You know, they they ah you know embarrassed Alabama. I mean, this this team is just – they're rolling.
00:17:16
Speaker
I know. You know, they they know something they know something the rest of us don't know. And I'm impressed and i'm in my ESPN brackets. I picked ah Indiana back when they first put the brackets out. I picked them because I was not impressed with with them.
00:17:32
Speaker
So far it's paying off. But, you know, we'll see what Miami can put together. I don't know. ah and that but i went up in the That's been, to me, the i don't want to say cinderella but given their ranking where they were at the they are the cinderella of this playoff i may are they beat number seven texas a&m now granted that was a very low scoring 10 to 3 contest and everybody half of most everybody fell asleep during the middle of it yeah uh but then they walked into ohio state and said you're who
00:18:06
Speaker
Yeah. you know Beat him by beat him 24 to 14. Yeah. ah It's like, what the devil? And then Ole Miss. Now, I don't know. You can argue that those were pretty too evenly matched teams and they probably were. ah But, you know, they came out on it, but every game, you know, they're going up against the team of Ohio state was ranked two. Ole Miss was ranked number six and now they're going up against number one.
00:18:31
Speaker
ah And, you know as, as, as impressed as I am and as you are with Indiana, I'm almost more impressed with oh what Miami's done.
00:18:41
Speaker
Yeah, you know, it makes you wonder um how they didn't end up in the ACC championship game, you know, and how they how the tiebreakers worked in that league. and for all their long The only thing was the early conference losses that hurt them. They lost yeah early games there they probably shouldn't have, and I think that's what them.
00:19:01
Speaker
Right. And I think they rallied and and, you know, they played well at the end of the season and they, you know, they got themselves into the, into the playoff picture. think they're legitimately good um college football playoff team. I think that there was no doubt they should be in there. I'm just shocked. They got this far.
00:19:20
Speaker
Yeah. I thought someone else would have taken them out. Oh oh yeah. You know, I didn't figure they'd make it pass they'd make it past Ohio State once the brackets came out. I figured wow you know they might have a shot against Texas A&M, but you know going up against Ohio State, that is you know I didn't figure that was going to be much of a of a contest. And it turned out to be – actually, it was one of the better ones. But like I still say the right now, to me, the Ole Miss-Georgia game was probably the best game of the entire playoff system. But but that my name, Ohio State game a pretty high second.
00:19:51
Speaker
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. That was, that was a good game. And this, ah um so this, this Miami team, you know, I didn't expect them to get this far as we said
Pre-game Analysis: Indiana vs Miami
00:20:02
Speaker
before. And I, I just, ah but now that they're there, you know, we'll see what they, if they've got the, if that they've got the answer to Kurt Segeti and his, and his, his, his, his game plan or whatever. I mean, i mean, so we'll see. Yeah. I, I, I,
00:20:20
Speaker
i think it could be a good game, but I kind of expect it to be a blowout, another blowout. Don, I do. I just don't know which side is going to be a blowout on Well, I think Indiana's going to decide whether they're going to blow these guys out or not. I mean, they've been blowing everyone else out. or Well, yeah yeah you you say that, but then you look at, like I said, you look at what they what Miami did to you know ah Ohio State, who has a powerhouse ah offense. Ole Miss can surely put up points, and they did. They put up 27.
00:20:53
Speaker
ah But, you know, Ole Miss, neither Ole Miss or Ohio State could stop ah Miami's offense that much. i so know i mean i mean carson beck's not carson beck's not a bad quarterback don't get me wrong but you know he's and he was he didn't do bad this year but know it's not one you're gonna think is is gonna go run toe-to-toe with some of these other teams and you know he did and now of course we're talking ohio state had a freshman quarterback and saying um And I'm not sure Ole Miss's quarterback what he was or who he was. Well, he was the guy that stepped in during the middle in the early part of the season, took over yeah for the starter. And he's pretty amazing. I mean, he is. He's really something else. And –
00:21:38
Speaker
um That was Lane Kiffin found him somewhere um and brought him in to be the backup quarterback. And so i you know, he he he was a pretty good quarterback. I just, you know, Ole Miss almost got to the championship game, and and I would not have picked them at all to to get after Kiffin left and took – some of the staff with them i i just didn't we didn't no one expected them to get this far so yeah especially especially taking down taking down in georgia we'll get to our thoughts on the on the more of our thoughts on the game here coming up in a second uh i want to talk to you right now ah hydration is very important for maintaining good health uh we're all made up of of about 50 to 70 percent water and
00:22:22
Speaker
and You know, during daily activities or if we're working out in ah in the gym or out in the hot sun. I know I'm saying hot sun in the wintertime, but hey, you know, if you live in the south, you're probably still getting some warm days.
00:22:35
Speaker
um You can lose hydrate. You can lose your body or you can lose hydration. And if your hydration gets too bad, you can wind up in the hospital. It only takes losing about 15 percent of your body water. So proper hydration requires more than just drinking water at times because not along with the water, you don't just lose it. You lose key electrolytes like sodium, glucose and certain vitamins.
00:22:57
Speaker
So you need something that's going to be more than water. You need a hydration multiplication. And that calls for liquid IV. It's one of the most popular sports drinks in America and delivers hydration twice as fast as water and contains three times electrolytes of traditional sports drinks. It utilizes cellular transport technology to enhance rapid absorption of water into the body.

Dietary health ah and even better sleep through hydration.
00:23:49

comes in a wide variety of flavor flavors as well. I'm kind of po po ah that i'm kind of ah partial to the ah pineapple and the strawberry lemonade. Golden cherry is also very good. also had They also have a yeah sugar-free line that comes in ah also ah another amazing brand of flavors. And it doesn't use artificial sweeteners. It uses an amino acid blend instead.
00:24:16

They also have a line of but formula drink for kids and flavors they love, conc including like banana and cotton candy. It's conveniently packaged in individual pouches or sticks.

In-depth Team Analysis: Indiana vs Miami
00:26:00
Speaker
Try Liquid IV by visiting liquidiv.com and using the promo code GCS at checkout. All right. A little fumble fumble stumble there, but you know, I'll take it. yeah There you go All right. So we got Indiana, Miami coming up.
00:26:17
Speaker
On the 19th. And you like you and I were just talking. yeah It's easy to say that the way Indiana's been playing in the two weeks leading up that, you know, you they rolled Oregon, they rolled Alabama. yeah They're going to roll Miami, but, you know, I...
00:26:36
Speaker
You say it's probably going being a blowout. I don't know if it will be a blowout because I think Miami, um they're out to prove something. i Well, I think both teams are, really. ah But they're going up against the Heisman winner in Mendoza.
00:26:54
Speaker
Right. And, you know, that in itself, ah right now Miami has opened up as an 8.5-point underdog, which That actually surprises me. I would have thought they'd have been a little bit more of an underdog than that.
00:27:11
Speaker
um And the line, they don't give them much. They don't get much. They look for a defensive struggle. looks like as the over-under is only 47 and a half points.
00:27:23
Speaker
So, you know, that's ah that's interesting to me um in that respect. But let's see. We got the on the money line, it looks like the public, everybody's favoring Indiana. It should be no surprise. You're right.
00:27:39
Speaker
On the money line, it is... ah running 70 80, 70, 75 to 80% of the public's going with the ah Indiana on the money line. And about 86% of the betting public right now is saying it's going to go over that 47 and a half. And i would probably be more than likely tend to bet that one. I think that's probably definitely going to be the case there. I don't think it's going to stop at 47 and a half points. Right.
00:28:14
Speaker
You know, somebody's getting 30 and somebody's getting 20 in this game. I can guarantee that when this is the way it's going to be. um Right now, the key injuries looks like the only thing for Miami is Dalen Upshaw, a wide receiver with a foot injury.
00:28:32
Speaker
And Indiana's got Tyler Morris, wide receiver with a knee injury. Lee Beebe Jr. These were as of October 1st, so they might be available in this game. we i don't It doesn't list whether they're out or questionable. It just tells the injuries.
00:28:50
Speaker
And then ah Brendan Franke was just put on the injured list January 8th for an undisclosed history. He's the kicker. And I think actually he may have gotten hurt in that in one of the m one of the playoff games. So I think he may have gotten – I think it's why he's on the injured list. um And ah if you want to go down to the season splits, both teams on the spread, they're 10-5 against the spread. the road or neutral.
00:29:28
Speaker
miami's five and two Miami's 3-0 as an underdog, and Indiana is 8-5 as a favorite.
00:29:38
Speaker
Miami is 1-0 spread is 6-1⁄2 10-1⁄2. Indiana is 2-1 in the reverse that. As road underdog, Miami's 2-0. my are in indiana is two and one in the reverse of that as a road underdog miami's two and o As a favored road or neutral game, Indiana's 4-2. Let's see.
00:30:02
Speaker
Let's see if there's an any
00:30:07
Speaker
on teams versus teams allowing less than 25 points per game, I think that says. Yes, Indiana is, or excuse me, Miami is 7-2, and Indiana is 7-3. So we're we're talking a pretty good, this actually comes out to a pretty decently even matchup.
00:30:26
Speaker
Okay. You know, so, and neither them played head-to-head this year at all, or any team's head-to-head, so. Anyway, uh... I don't know. I mean i look i look for Mendoza to have to to to put up some numbers. I do.
00:30:43
Speaker
do. Because this is his last shot sure before. um Because he i don't think any of the – there might be a couple players that will play in some of the – the um All-star games, but it won't be your big game. It won't be Mendoza or anybody like that. They're going to wait for the pro combines, you know, get themselves ready for that. But I do. I look for him to have a ah pretty good day.
00:31:10
Speaker
I look for Carson Beck to have a good day. I i think this is going to be a pretty much an air rated football game. You know, I, I don't think either team. Well, I, Miami does have a pretty decent running attack, so they might be able to mix it up against Indiana, but that defense, what I saw them do against Oregon is just brutal.
00:31:30
Speaker
I know. Brutal. And against Alabama too. Yeah. Yeah. And I think, um, You know, Carson Beck, you know, he's kind of refugee from Georgia. He more or less was was told to move on, I think, and because they had the next quarterback. And, you know, so he said, so I know he has something to prove. And maybe that's, ah we'll see if,
00:31:57
Speaker
You know, he's been on a good run in these playoffs. We'll see if he if if that works out for him. i I still think that that Indiana defense, he, Kurt Segetti, he's going to have something dialed up for him. I really do. I think he's he'll be ready for Carson Beck and he'll know what what what kind of things Carson Beck doesn't like.
00:32:18
Speaker
or can't handle or anything like that. So i I really expect that. That's why I'm putting Indiana such a high favorite in this game for me, you know, so.
00:32:29
Speaker
That's, yeah and there's nothing wrong with that for sure. I mean, um because like I said, this is, ah this, yeah yeah you're looking for a team that's, that's, you know, basically been doubted all year and have proved,
00:32:48
Speaker
Well, I saying, maybe not proved in some people's eyes, but I think a lot of people now, they've proved that everybody's been wrong about them all year. That's Indiana. I mean... um And, you know, ah you and I last year when they made the playoffs, we said, well, you know, good run for Indiana. I said, yeah, they both got a lot of his players in. And, yeah, they made a good, a feel-me good run. And, you know, and then they started off this year just like they'd they never missed a beat. Uh-huh.
00:33:16
Speaker
Right. And so, you know, I think now the question is going to become for Cignetti is – is What's he do now? Right. Because he's going to lose Mendoza. I think he loses a ah couple of his top defensive guys are gone after this year.
00:33:33
Speaker
I think his top receiver maybe – or one of his one of his better receivers are going to be gone. you know Who's coming in to fill in those shoes in Mendoza? and and you know Can he keep this thing running? I'm sure he's not going to have any problem going through the transfer portal and picking up a kid or two if he needs to. and now not one Not with what they've got going over there. rob you know But is it going to be enough to to keep him to keep him and the Hoosiers in in that championship talk?
00:34:05
Speaker
Yeah, I don't know. You know, it depends how he can – what he can follow up with after this year. You know, a lot of these guys are guys he knew quite well, came over from James Madison. madison And, you know, he knew those guys quite well. Yeah. I don't know. That would be interesting. He shouldn't have any trouble hitting the transfer portal, recruiting.
Impact of Potential Championship Win on Indiana
00:34:28
Speaker
Now, that shouldn't be a problem for him. But – You know, at this level, the way he's been winning at this level, I just, it's hard to imagine him keeping it up. That doesn't mean it's going to be a bad football program. It's going to back to the old Indiana. I doubt that, but yeah. Yeah.
00:34:45
Speaker
But I mean, he might, might be, he might come down to earth a little bit more next year. You know, we'll, we'll, we'll see. And the other question becomes how much longer does it does he stay at Indiana?
00:34:57
Speaker
with this kind of success. Is he going to be happy staying at Indiana in the big 10 and still being, you know, a second fiddle to Michigan and Ohio state, you know, ah or, you know, is, is, uh, another conference or is the pro ranks going to come calling?
00:35:15
Speaker
Well, I'm sure the pro ranks are going to give them a look. Uh, I wouldn't, I would be kind of surprised if he left at Indiana right now, he's got things, he's got the things the way he wants them. And, uh,
00:35:26
Speaker
um So I don't know. I don't know ah you know where he could go that would be better. guess in Alabama. College-wise, I'm not sure. I mean, and Boy, i I'd have to look at who, because well'll we'll and next time we're on, we'll get into all the coaching possibilities here. Yeah, for All that. But yeah, because I'm not sure what's open right now, actually. um but But yeah, I mean, it's, ah I don't know. it just It's just one of those things. You see you see a coach.
00:35:58
Speaker
Because we've seen it happen before where a coach has two or three years of really top success. And you got to count his year at James Madison because of what actually what that team did this year with him not there, losing the players they lost two years ago and still making the playoffs. Yeah, right. Yeah. yeah so what and what does that What does that say about how he left that program, even though he took a bunch of kids with him?
00:36:23
Speaker
I know, and it's a new staff, I'm assuming, over there. A lot of staff came with him to Indiana, so I've been with him for a while. So, yeah, there you go. You just see what it is. yeah and next year Next year should be interesting on Kurt Segetti to see what he does to follow up this thing. Yeah, because if they do win the national championship, with i which i I'm going to say they probably will, um it's going to be, um you know,
00:36:51
Speaker
I'm not sure the Indiana fans are going to let him ah off easy with any kind of a record next year. If they're not at least playing for the Big Ten Championship, I don't think those fans Indiana are going to be happy. ah All right, so what's your final thoughts on this game? What we got for you? You're going to give a – I know who you're picking, but what kind of score you got for me?
00:37:14
Speaker
Boy, that's tough, and boy, you – call me out on this uh indiana indiana 49 miami 21 that's what i'm gonna go with okay i i think that's not uh too far off i'm gonna i'm i'm gonna do the same the same thing i'm gonna go ahead and take and india i'm gonna call it a little bit closer just because i think Just because I think Miami might have something something Indiana hasn't seen yet. But I think in the end, it's going to be an Indiana a win. I'm going to go 42.
00:37:55
Speaker
um I'm going to go forty two twenty four Okay. So, a little closer than you, but I still think Indiana is going to – it's not going to be – Pulling out. Yeah. Yeah. I think i don't think Miami is going to pull this one out. Yeah.
00:38:12
