Speaker: Welcome to Ministry Moment. We are so glad that you have joined us today because we started a new series about the Holy Spirit. And I just think this is such an important topic that because there's been so much misteaching, wrong doctrine about the Holy Spirit and a lot of confusion. I think it a lot of people don't understand who the Holy Spirit is and the ministry of the Holy Spirit.
Speaker: And so we're diving into that. So, you know you know, we can never overemphasize how precious it is to get to know the person of the Holy Spirit.
Speaker: you know And the ministry of the Holy Spirit, gar send God sent the Holy Spirit for a reason. And we know without the Holy Spirit, there nobody should ah will be able to be born again.
Speaker: All right. Because the Holy Spirit revealed the presence of God to us. Because the Bible said when someone gets saved, it is the Holy Spirit that witnesses to your spirit that you are is were a son of God.
Speaker: All right. You are a child of God. So thank God for the Holy Spirit. Now, even the Bible, the scriptures, you can never, nobody you know you know but should be able to know the scriptures without the Holy Spirit.
Speaker: So Jesus himself, depended and he depending on why on the Holy Spirit, the ministry of the Holy Spirit, it is the Holy Spirit that, all right, even the birth of the Messiah, that's a miracle.
Speaker: It is the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit, who was and is, shall be the Father of Jesus. So what is the name of the Holy Spirit? Now, let me ask, before you answer that question, i think I've been asked this question for the last 50 years. what is it What is the difference between the Holy Spirit and the Holy Ghost?
Speaker: I do have an answer. yes They're the same. It just depends on the translation you're reading. The Holy Spirit is the Holy Ghost. Amen. That's good. yeah Yeah, that's one of the best answers.
Speaker: So it is the translations. Okay. so and But you know what? The Holy Spirit is the is ah is a D-grade teacher.
Speaker: He teaches you the Word of God. So if you have any question in your mind, you know, you need some direction or you need ah you need a help in your life, in your personal life, in your career, just get to know the Holy Spirit.
Speaker: Knowing the Holy Spirit will solve ah every issue of this life. You know what I'm saying? Because you're five years from now, He knows every detail about your life, yeaha your mistakes, mistakes,
Speaker: and know The house that you are living in, he knows your address. Also, he knows your social security number. You know I'm saying? He knows your everything about your life. he knows He knows your friends. He knows everyone around you. Your children, your grandchildren, your great, great, great, great.
Speaker: gray Great, great, great, great. So, so I think, because he be president yeah, I think the best thing for all of us is to get to know him, get acquainted with the spirit of the most high God.
Speaker: And that's the answer for every problem. You know, the Holy Spirit is the secret of success. All right. The Holy Spirit is the secret for success in this life. So, yes, I'm sorry. Are you trying to say something? I know you have your notebook. You have your Bible open. I can tell. right. That's okay.
Speaker: You went past. No, no, no. Go ahead. Go ahead. no no no glad why well I was just going to say that you know the the Holy Spirit, you were talking about Him being our teacher.
Speaker: In 1 John 2, 20-27, you can read that, but it says that the Holy Spirit teaches us all things. It actually says the anointing, but the anointing comes from the Holy Spirit. Remember,
Speaker: Jesus said, the Spirit of God has anointed me, right? That's what he he said. The Spirit of God has anointed me to do what? There's an anointing when you receive the Holy Spirit to do what God's called you to do and to understand the scriptures. He opens. The Holy Spirit is the one that brings back to your remembrance the Word of God. He's the one that is teaching you the scriptures and in showing you those things. so I just wanted to mention that.
Speaker: Amen. Yeah. That's a good point. ah You know, everyone, every one of us can succeed in this life because of the Holy Spirit. So, yeah you know, I know for sake of time, let's go to the book of John chapter 16. Can I have you read this for us in your translation? In my anointed translation. Yeah. So my is more anointed than...
Speaker: Yes, that's the bottom line. All right. Book of John chapter, book of me the gospel is same book of John chapter 16, verse 2051. No, I'm just teasing.
Speaker: All right. Let's start from verse seven. Verse seven. All right. It says... But in fact, it is better for you that I go away because if I don't, the advocate won't come.
Speaker: If I do go away, then I will send him to you. amen And when he comes, he will convict the world of its sin and of God's righteousness and of the coming judgment.
Speaker: The world's sin is that it refuses to believe in me. Righteousness is available because I go to the Father and you will see me no more. Judgment will come because the ruler of this world has already been judged.
Speaker: There is so much more I want to tell you, but you can't bear it now. When the spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all truth. He will not speak on his own, but will tell you what he has heard.
Speaker: He will tell you about the future. He will bring me glory by telling you whatever he receives from me. Amen. All that belongs to the Father is mine. That is why I said the Spirit will tell you whatever he receives from me.
Speaker: Amen. Amen. Wow. what ah What a beautiful verses. You know, it says the Holy Spirit will, what? See, verse 8, it says when the Holy Spirit comes, all right, he's the one who brings the conviction. Yeah. I think some of us for so long, we're trying to be the Holy Spirit for our loved ones. You know, our you know people are you know we are praying for.
Speaker: No, it is the Holy Spirit that brings the conviction in their hearts so they can repent and turn back to Jesus. So is, you know, it it is a you know we We need to know that when you know this, it changes how you pray. OK, the Holy Spirit first, it brings conviction.
Speaker: All right. And the Holy Spirit also also, you know, the Bible says he knows everything. He will guide you into all truth. Are you do you need a direction in your life?
Speaker: It is the Holy Spirit that is the answer. All right? You need a guidance in your life. It is the Holy Spirit. Because the Holy Spirit will guide you into all truth. yeah Maybe you have a question your mind, who you should marry or who, you know, what house you should...
Speaker: You know, you want to buy a house, you say, Noah, do I really need to buy this house? Remember, so some of the things, sometimes we have, we don't really understand the importance of the ministry of the Holy Spirit. Right. And we have suffered big time.
Speaker: Mm-hmm. Holy Spirit wants to know. and he he wants to be involved in our daily life. He wants to know. So whatever question you have in your mind, I...
Speaker: pray I pray that you know may may the Holy Spirit help you, bring understanding to those questions or the answer to these questions. Yeah. yes Well, i was I was just going to say, so who wrote the Bible?
Speaker: It is the Holy Ghost. Oh, yeah, no, yeah, yeah you know, it is. The Holy Spirit is the author of the Bible. Yes. But the disciples, the apostles, are just writers. Right. I'm going to clarify that, yeah. Yeah, so the Holy Spirit's the author of the book. Yeah, about the book. And the Bible says that the Word of God is the lamp unto your feet. Mm-hmm. As you're trying to learn to hear and follow the direction of the Holy Spirit, if you're in this book and this book is on the inside of you, then because the Holy Spirit's the author of it, not only can he teach it to you, but it also begins to guide your path. He begins to give you wisdom on which decision to make.
Speaker: you know Sometimes I think people want like this grand, you know huge thing like, and an angel appeared to me and told me to do... this But it it's the guiding of the Holy Spirit. It's the leading of the Holy Spirit.
Speaker: And so if you're trying to learn how to follow the Holy Spirit and His ministry in your life, get in the book. yeah He wrote the book. yeah And he'll be able, but like I said, the Bible says it's a lamp unto your path. In other words, it shows you, it lights up the way that you should go. You know, Elijah, when he was, now he was a prophet. The Old Testament's different than the New Testament.
Speaker: But still, remember, when he was running away and he wanted to hear from God, it was the still small voice. Well, who was that voice? was the Holy Spirit. yeah you know So that still small voice that's on the inside of you, that thing that says, yes, do that, don't do that, ah listen to that the voice of the Holy Spirit on the inside of you.
Speaker: Amen. He can answer every question. yeah For example, I believe ah two weeks ago, it was two weeks ago or sometime, you know, few days back, you know, i was, I think it was a when we were Sunday service, first service or second, you know, and asked a question.
Speaker: Well, you know, don't don't worry about the time. you um let me tell you what will happen. And I say, you know, it was was Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, these people were born again, believers?
Speaker: What do you think? and I mean, I have an opinion. No, I have i have the answer. And he answers me. Okay. Yes, they were born again. You know what?
Speaker: Because remember, i see, I don't want sign another teaching, though. No, i you know, it it was, is you know, the way he he spoke to me is so beautiful that, you know, he just gave me the scriptures. You know, when Jesus arose from the dead,
Speaker: From the grave. The Bible said every saint that it has died in the Old Testament until well, until Jesus show up, everyone was raised back.
Speaker: Yeah. They went, they yeah, they came back. Right. So, and and and they believe the gospel. yeah They have seen Jesus. and the whim Because back then, nobody can go into the presence of God until Jesus died.
Speaker: So, because Bible talks about two sides of hell. There's a good side and there's a... there's a there's an evil side too so there's another they talk so that's what was the answer i said yeah it makes sense because everyone was raised back to life and the bible said they saw them in the street of jerusalem if you go to the book of john you're going to see all of that so that tells me they saw the messiah they believed the messiah and because the father they were brought back because jesus have to go and deliver at them yeah from the good side of hell can imagine there's a good side of hell
Speaker: You know, that's what we talk about Hades. Yeah. The scripture mentioned that. So well and i that was the answer. i was so blessed that it was even though, you know what I'm saying? you know i was so blessed. So I just give my own, tell my interaction of the Holy Spirit. So, yeah. Now I think, you know, this is why I was saying this in my opinion. Yeah. Because, i yes, I agree with that. But I mean, before that, I think Abraham knew I didn't believe God had shared with them because remember, he was looking for a city whose founder and builder was God. What was he talking about? Right.
Speaker: And he also it had God ever raised anyone from the dead when Abraham went to sacrifice his son. Had he? Is there any record of God raising someone from the dead at that time?
Speaker: No, but Abraham knew that God was able to raise his son from the dead if he died. So how did he know that? You know, we don't know what he shared, but I believe Abraham had some revelation that God had shared with him about what was going to happen in the future. And and that's why he had so much faith that, yes, God can raise his That's why he was on a mission to find that city, because he knew the promises that God had in store for Amen. Wow. that That's my opinion. That is the ministry of the Holy Spirit. No, you know, these are the things. Sometimes we thought, you know I'm saying, that, you know, my my mind is talking to me. No, it is the Holy Spirit. Yeah.
Speaker: It is the Holy Spirit. I think we need to learn how to recognize the ministry, you know, the simplicity of the ministry of the Holy Spirit. It's very simple. It's not difficult.
Speaker: and You have to be aware of for it. There is an awareness in the realm of the Spirit about His ministry. So that was my my own personal you know, encounter the Holy Spirit when I asked the question.
Speaker: And i was I was so blessed. It blesses me. So so i said thank and i just said, thank you, Holy Spirit, for ah telling me the truth. Because the Bible says he will guide you yeah into all truth.
Speaker: Whatever question that you have, just ask him. You know, you you want to get married, ask him, should I marry that person or should I run away? He will speak to you. But sometimes if your emotion is involved in that relationship, you may not hear very well.
Speaker: All right. just be careful. And should I apply for that job? Yes. You get it. Ask the Holy Spirit. Should I buy that car or that vehicle? Yes. Should I buy that house? Yes. Everything.
Speaker: He wants to be involved in our daily life. And because he was involved in the life of Christ Jesus, yeah that's why Jesus was able to, you know, and no no one was able to kill him to destroy his life.
Speaker: But he fulfilled every prophecy that was spoken over Jesus in the his book. Jesus had he had a book of life. You know, he fulfilled all the pages. I like that. That's good.
Speaker: Well, and Jesus said that he only did what he saw the Father through. I mean, you ever think about that? That means the Holy Spirit had to be showing him everything, and he was completely obedient to do exactly what was shown Amen. Amen.
Speaker: Now, i know I know for sake of time, what we're going to do, I know I don't want to rush. This is a very sensitive topic because we want you to have a life of success. yeah That's the bottom line That's what this this program, this ministry is all about.
Speaker: We want you to you know to know every detail. everything that God has for you. You know, sometimes people says, you know, people always made ah this comment, nobody knows, no one knows tomorrow.
Speaker: It is a lie from the pitch of hell. The reason why i can have the audacity to say that because we have not really, you know, ah we have not really looked into, you know, the scriptures to see, can any anyone,
Speaker: Okay? Knows. Can anyone know tomorrow? yes through the ministry of the Holy Spirit. he he always talk he is The scripture always says, he will guide you into ah every question. He has answered for every question.
Speaker: So what I'm going to challenge you, maybe you are living a life, you know, you are struggling, struggling, struggling in your life. I'm going to ask you, can I challenge you? Why don't you go back in your prayer closet, ask the Holy Spirit about what is going on around you. yeah What is the way out of this situation? Amen.
Speaker: What should I do? What can I do? Okay. And he will speak to you. Just listen to his voice. he's ah He's a master communicator. Yeah. He know how to talk to you. He made you.
Speaker: Yeah. He created you. He fashions you the way he wants to. He's your father. He knows how to talk to you. But the question, ah can you make a time to listen to his voice? Yeah.
Speaker: And one of the primary, primary way for the Holy Spirit to speak to anybody is through this book, the Bible. That's why you the more you spend time in this book, you know his voice.
Speaker: The more you spend time in the scriptures, you know the voice of the Holy Spirit. And understand it is a still small voice that we want, everybody want to hear. you know what I'm saying? But the more, think before you get into that place, you have to know the scriptures because okay if you don't know the scripture, you can't even recognize it as though was the Holy Spirit was talking to you anyway.
Speaker: Because the scripture brings light It brings you a clarity that when you hear the voice of the Holy Spirit, you know the voice of the Holy Spirit, the voice the voice of the devil. You what I'm saying? So I'm going encourage you.
Speaker: Don't neglect your Bible. You know, get acquainted with your Bible. And like I said, the Holy Spirit is ah the author of the Bible. Ask me a question. Maybe, you know, people you read, it that's why people you read a scripture, or a chapter, you don't understand the scriptures. don't Don't panic. Don't worry.
Speaker: Just ask him. So, holy what do you mean by by this? Yeah. I want you know. Wow. You know, can I share? love this. Yeah. but I just wanted to share a quick example. Yeah, go ahead. So when I first got saved, I didn't know anything, right?
Speaker: So I started reading through the Bible and going to church, and I heard this, ah so many different opinions on the doctrine about, you know, was Jesus rich? Was He poor? Does He want us blessed? Does He want us poor? So i just asked the Holy Spirit. I was like, what's up?
Speaker: What's the truth? And the Holy Spirit told me to go to the parable ah or to the story about the loaves and fishes. And I was like, what on earth does that have to do with the question I just asked you?
Speaker: But I read went and read it. And you know, Jesus said... or the disciples said, should we go buy bread? We couldn't buy bread for 5,000 people. You know, there's no way.
Speaker: But obviously, if the disciples ask if that's, you know, what they're supposed to do, they had to have the money to feed that many people. yeah And that's a lot of money. I'm just saying, Jesus had to have enough money if the disciples thought that. hey Yeah, you know, there were no broke people, though.
Speaker: I know don't you know, you need to reject that of your you know people, those who are against the gospel of wealth and riches, stuff like that. you you I feel sorry for you. can Who in the Bible did God anoint and call that he didn't bless? Yeah, everybody everyone.
Speaker: Anyone that listened to his voice. yeah Yeah. Everyone who every one of them was blessed. Yeah. You know, and even God told Abraham, kings will come out of you. Yeah.
Speaker: Kings are not beggars. okay Kings are well-established people. People who are substance. is that's why That's what God told me. He said, I'm going to bless you. yeah it's god who do It is God that who who has blessed Abraham.
Speaker: And we are the seed of Abraham. And I thank God that he is a God of prosperity. Even the Bible said God takes he takes pleasure in our our prosperity.
Speaker: Yeah, God rejoices over you when you succeed, when you do well financially. So it doesn't make sense. There's no way for anybody to preach Jesus, the gospel of Jesus. Good news, not bad news.
Speaker: Poverty is not a good news. I don't know what country you come from, but you I think you're you. Yeah, so I feel sorry for those who think that way. you know what i'm saying? I think those ideas have been birthed from hell.
Speaker: So you need to repent and just ask the Holy Spirit, you know, to teach you the right, yeah, the right thing. You know, ah seriously, because some of some ah some of them, you know, they allow the devil to use them to destroy many lives.
Speaker: You know saying? Jesus, okay, I'm not gonna... That's not our focus. It's a different topic. But what I'm telling you, it is the Holy Spirit. No, if you look at it, it's not true. It's not a different topic, though. Even though we say that, we both say that.
Speaker: If you look at it, it's the Holy Spirit is giving you what? Wisdom. It is, yeah. Wisdom. Yeah. How to operate. it said it You know, yeah the holy the Bible said, God said, I will teach you how to make profit.
Speaker: Yeah. Wow, it's the Holy Spirit. So folks, know we can never overemphasize the ministry of the Holy Spirit. Now, and maybe the following week, we're going talk about, you know, the person, you know, what what is what the person of the Holy Spirit? Is the Holy Spirit has a feeling or does the Holy Spirit, you know, can the Holy Spirit get mad?
Speaker: Yeah, he has a feeling. He's like God himself. So there's a lot we're going to address next time. And I believe that as you stick with us, you know, on this topic, your life, you're going to see your life, you're going see yourself moving from glory to glory. yeah And as you practice this before next week, I want you to take a time to practice what we are telling you today and ask him questions.
Speaker: Mm-hmm. Okay. Ask him question. And he he has the answer for you. So i'm we are so blessed to be a blessing to you. And we pray that may the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, why blesses you.
Speaker: Your Monday, your Tuesday, your Thursday, what is it? Wednesday. I don't want skip Wednesday. Your Friday. Every day of your life and every day of what?
Speaker: The entire 365 days of the year. Okay. meanwhile I pray that God will supply it will will supply to every needs of yours.
Speaker: May God open the eyes of your understanding so you can understand the scriptures. That's my prayer for you. Because when see if if you can understand what he's asking you ah you wow follow, you will be blessed.
Speaker: That's what praises him. It is it is i acting on god God's instructions that brings the answer to us.
Speaker: All right. That brings the miracle. So I pray in the name of Jesus that no weapon formed against your mind. All right. Will prosper.
Speaker: every spirit from sent from hell to frustrate your mind in the name of Jesus. I decree clarity in Jesus' mighty name.
Speaker: and We pray that the eyes of your understanding be flooded with light. I pray that no weapon formed against your health can prosper. that's right May the he I release the healing power of God to touch your life.
Speaker: Wherever you are, be healed in Jesus' mighty name. Be delivered in the name of Jesus. Yes, Lord, I decree that for anyone who's, if you have a question in your mind, pray that the answers come to you right now in the name of Jesus.
Speaker: You know, i pray the same grace that was upon Christ Daniel, and he he he was he was able to explain difficulty sentences. May the same grace rest upon you that every difficult and a question that you have in your mind, may you receive the answer in the name of Jesus. May the Holy Spirit guide you in this life.
Speaker: you know, how to make profit. May prosperity comes to you in the name of Jesus. May the Holy Spirit gives you wisdom to make a right decision to begin with in the name of Jesus.
Speaker: And I pray that even may the Holy Spirit give wisdom how to pray for your prodigal sons and daughters. Ask him, how how should I pray for my prodigal sons and daughter? And he will show you, he will he will teach you how to pray yeah in the name of Jesus.
Speaker: Father, we decree and declare, may the blessings of God rest upon every single person that is watching this program. Thank you, Father, for and um for this amazing opportunity to be a blessing to all of you.
Speaker: Oh, we decree and declare that you are moving from glory to glory, from faith to faith, from power to power, from strength to strength, and receive whatever you desire to see manifest in your life because the the hand of God is upon your life.
Speaker: God is with you. In the name of Jesus, we pray for you and your household. Wow. Thank you, Lord. In Jesus name. So thank you. Thank you so much for your time.
Speaker: and We believe that your life being so touched, your life being so blessed. And let's keep working together. You know, if you pray about if you want to, so I don't know, whatever Holy Spirit lay upon your heart, just let us know.
