Speaker: Welcome to Marvelous Ministry Moment. I changed the name today. I love that. I love the name. Marvelous. You know, yeah it is ah ah it is a moment of when impossibility become possibility. Yeah. Wow. I just, there's a new program. We need to start another program.
Speaker: It's a place, it it is a realm of possibility. Yeah. We'll see how that goes. see i'm just that's i'm having fun that's all so but that ties into what we're going to talk about kind of because i was thinking about this so we're going to be starting a series on what to do when the enemy strikes but i was thinking you know you're talking about the realm of possibility is that when the enemy strikes that's when it gives god the opportunity to show off and and be marvelous like it was when the children of israel were being pursued by the
Speaker: best army in the world, and they're in front of a Red Sea and have nowhere to go, that God showed His marvelous glory and just flipped the Red Sea so they could walk across, right? You know, I love i love this topic. It is very powerful.
Speaker: Yeah, because we just celebrate what? Resurrection of Christ, you know? And not now, resurrection of Jesus, of Christ, should never be, you know, one time, you know, ah you know easter Easter season or one time a year should be every day of our life. So, you know, and, and you know, let let me let me let me rewind the tape. I know you mentioned about when ah Moses with the children of Israel, Israelites, but they left Egypt, bondage, they left slavery into their promised land.
Speaker: And in that place of possibility, yeah there's no way for you to stand and steal because there's always an action that have to be in motion every day in that place because we get things done.
Speaker: We don't wait. You know, and for, you know, okay, now this message is gonna be, is is is is gonna be if you if you want to see results in your life and you wanna know how to, yeah what what to do when the enemy attacks you, this is for you.
Speaker: In that place of a possibility when, you know, you don't just relax, and expecting whatever will be, will be.
Speaker: No, it is not a place of expectation. It is a place of action that you do something. because for so long we expect God to do everything for us.
Speaker: Now the hour has come. The reason why this work agenda is is on the on on the rampage, because we have allowed the enemy to to to torment. We have allowed the enemy to to to deceive so many people. And we become so passive, right? passive.
Speaker: And that we don't we don't respond to the the the attacks from enemy first ah to further and First, we should never find ourselves in that place of passivity that we wait until the enemy strides before we react.
Speaker: It's not a best place to be. but now In case we fire you find yourself in that place, that means that you will never why take possession of what the enemy has stolen from you.
Speaker: That's why you have to go after what the devil it was. has stolen from you, your health, your relationship, your fire your finances, anything that i mean is so precious to you.
Speaker: So you have to put your being in that place of power, reminding yourself, reminding yourself that the power of resurrection is an action in you.
Speaker: It is moving, is working in you. It is a divine ability that God has given to every human being, oh we that has believed the gospel so we can exercise authority So we can resist Satan and he we will flee from us. So what do we what do you do when out of nowhere, the enemy just strikes?
Speaker: Can i ask you a question? Yes. Okay. Can you tell, share one story from the Bible with me where the enemy didn't attack someone where there was no opposition, no trial, nothing that people had to walk through? Zero. Nada. No one. That's no one. No one made, yeah I love the book of Hebrews, but the like hall of fame of people of faith, you know? Yeah.
Speaker: none of them but None of them walked through it like a breeze with nothing. You know, everybody everybody has the opportunity. In fact, i love... Thank you, Jesus. The opportunity. Don't let me stop preaching. So yeah I don't want to catch you up. Let's go.
Speaker: Well, you know, here's the thing. I was thinking, okay, I'm changing tracks here, though. But... This is the only opportunity that we get while we're here on earth to beat up the devil. Amen. That's good. To show the wisdom of God, to remind Satan that he's defeated and go and help rescue people from darkness into light. And no matter what's going on,
Speaker: for us to say, no, despite what's going on in the face of opposition, I'm going to do what God has called me to do. I want my name to be written in the hall of fame of faith. and You know, when it lists all the people and what they did, I want it to be said that Pastor Chelsea, you know, you had your name in there and said, it doesn't matter what the enemy does.
Speaker: Even though the enemy tried to stop what God had called us to do, we stood and we did it. We stood in faith, in face of what the enemy has done. And here's the thing, you know, the only place that you can lose the battle against the enemy is here.
Speaker: Yeah. That's it. Because if you you believe that God is bigger than your situation and that he can do whatever it is that he promised and you don't back down and you keep pressing forward, you are going to come out on the other side victorious. You have no other choice because you're already victorious. Yeah. fighting an eve and and a Fighting a defeated foe.
Speaker: That's why it says to fight the good fight of faith. And we're not fighting against flesh and blood. You're not fighting against people. doesn't mean that people won't bring opposition. Amen. But it's the demonic spirits that are influencing them. So no matter what it is, your health, your finances, your family, whatever it is that you are fighting against, it is a fight of faith. Amen.
Speaker: It is a good fight. Yes. So it is very good. It's a yummy fight, right? Yeah. It is a good fight. So, so first, you have it is a mindset of erratious.
Speaker: What are you about to hear from it what you're going to hear in a minute and here, ah what you've been hearing. it is a it is ah It is a mindset. There's ah there's a some it is ah it is a special kind of mindset that God gave to the righteous man in Christ Jesus.
Speaker: And he expecting us to have this mindset. And when you when you have the mindset, any opposition, anything that you will encounter in this life,
Speaker: of bread yes to you. Yes. Yeah. Yeah. because we are of a different spirit as Caleb and Joshua came back after they spied spider land. They came back with a good report.
Speaker: Now, they didn't deny the presence of the the enemy. They recognized. the presence of the enemy, but they are so conscious of who is on their side.
Speaker: It's God himself. yeah The Almighty. God's hands upon their life. They they remind themselves that we are people of covenant.
Speaker: That if God is with us, no matter what the enemy will do or will try to bring oh all the distractions we are more than conquerors regardless now you have to have this kind of mindset is a mindset for victor it's not a mindset of for victims you know what saying victim mentality is not going to help you ah you you'll be able to to fight to resist sitting when enemy ah strike your your health
Speaker: when enemies strike your your mind your finances or your your children even your loved one you cannot survive if you choose to have a mindset of a defeat yeah person no it's not gonna play jesus broke through the grave he made you he already made you victors and we are more than conquerors all right we pass that's that place of victory and we are celebrate we are a place of celebration now when you find yourself in that place the enemy but remember the enemy is not going to just say congratulations for for being born again you a nice person you know i won't i won't do anything um no no no that's when you are qualified for trouble So everything that you are you while ah you are going through, ah the enemy will try to affect and anything around you.
Speaker: Keep that in mind that you are victorious. Yes. Yeah. You have to have that mindset before you can win any battle. Yeah. Yes, go ahead. Well, and I was going to say, we're talking about today what to do when the enemy strikes.
Speaker: But I just want to say before the enemy strikes, these are the things you should always be doing. Yeah. You should be in the Word of God. You should be time spending time worshiping God in prayer, building your relationship with the Holy Spirit, because that's key.
Speaker: You have to listen to the voice of God when you're going through something. That's not the time to all of a sudden try to learn how to hear the voice of God. No, you need to be developing that place of intimacy with God now so you can hear His voice now so that when trouble strikes, you're able to have a conversation with the Father and say, God, I need to know what what how am I supposed to handle this? Because you know everything.
Speaker: So that's important. So number one, be in the Word. Two, be in a place of prayer and worship, developing intimacy, training yourself to hear the voice of God. Journal the things you think you hear God speaking to you.
Speaker: And then the last one is you, or last two, you you have to be planted in a good church. You need a pastor. You need to have godly people around you, fellowship with other believers who are strong Christians. of Bible says iron sharpens iron.
Speaker: So, don't be hanging around with worldly people full of doubt and unbelief all the time because it will affect your faith. level. Find good Christian people that you can be around.
Speaker: And if you don't have any good Christian friends, a good place to start looking for them is at church, where you should be plugged in to start with. So you've got to be in a good church. That is so important.
Speaker: And when you develop these things, these are foundations. that you need to build in your life so that when the storm comes, you know that when Jesus was sharing about the person who built his house on the sand and on the rock, he was saying, those who listen to what I've said, those who know the word of God and apply the word of God, the storm's going to come to both of you.
Speaker: But if you have made a ah point in your life to build your life on the strong foundation of the Word of God and you're living it out, even though the storm comes, your house isn't gonna fall over and be destroyed.
Speaker: But those who haven't done that, their house is gonna be destroyed. Because see, the the difference is our firm foundation comes from our faith in Jesus Christ.
Speaker: Our roots, the Bible says, our roots are to grow down deeper into Jesus. When we have that strong root system, in fact, the Old Testament says that we'll be like trees planted by the rivers of water and our leaf shall not wither.
Speaker: What does that mean? Why does it say by rivers of water and your leaf shall not wither? It's saying that you'll be planted in a place next to provision.
Speaker: The river is that provision. But even if the river goes dry, your your leaves will not wither when you are planted into the house of God. think Psalm 92, right, talks about um the blessing of being, Psalms 1 and Psalm 92 both, but it talks about the importance of being planted in the house of the Lord. I believe that's Psalm 92.
Speaker: yeah yeah When you're planted in the house of the Lord, that's that develops that strong root system. You see people get off a lot. And one of the things I think that gets people off is when they get isolated, they stop going to church.
Speaker: They don't have that like spiritual accountability. And they aren't hanging around and fellowshipping with other believers who challenge them and build them up in the faith, right?
Speaker: um And then the last thing I'll say is, praying in the Holy Ghost. Oh, I love that, Jude 20. But ye, beloved, building up yourself in the most holy faith by praying in the Holy Spirit.
Speaker: And we know that faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God. So when you get the Word of God on the inside of you and then you pray in the Holy Spirit, that builds on that foundation of the Word that's on the inside of you.
Speaker: And then when something does come up, a trial or something happens, You already know because you're pulling from what's on the inside of you. You already have the strength of the word of God. You've already been building up your faith.
Speaker: And so you're ready to step in. And then Ephesians 6, it says that you quench every fiery dart of the enemy by what? no Your shield of faith. But you're the one that builds that shield of faith up. Amen.
Speaker: You know, I know you you you just made a statement about, you know, it's not healthy to oh is he is's not happy to be alone or it's healthy to, you know, ah get ah find yourself, ah look for godly people to be ah around you, to help you in know in your walk with the walk of faith.
Speaker: You know, book of Ecclesiastes, let's go to book of this book, a clay book of Ecclesiastes chapter four, verse nine. You know, for sake of time, the Bible says, woe unto him who is alone when trouble comes in. Oh, yeah. Wow. a good.
Speaker: God says it's not healthy for you to be alone. You need a strong person around you. Amen. You know, that's you you don't have to be alone and you don't have to.
Speaker: You got to, you have to, so you you need to surround yourself with powerful people. You know, our pastor, Pastor Hank, couldn't even preach it. Our pastors preach up by mess about a message about ah three up you need you It's good to have ah James in your life and Peter and what was it?
Speaker: John. John in your life. You need to find strong people to be around you, to help you. It's all of that. That's why but did you notice that Jesus never prayed with all the disciples?
Speaker: He always put the three aside, away from the rest. There is a reason why he did that. All right? So we can learn from Jesus. So the book of Ecclesiastes says, whoa, it's very dangerous for you to be alone when trouble comes in. So before trouble comes in, make sure that you are not alone. Find godly people, you know? And and let me also...
Speaker: what what No, I was just going to say, i that scripture that is so powerful, you you need to have people. And i what i had referenced earlier in Psalms 1, it talks about the joys of those who don't follow the fall the they don't follow what the enemy is doing or those people that are of the enemy. It's saying, essentially, don't walk in the way of sinners. Don't around.
Speaker: with people who aren't serving the lord but instead delight in the law the lord meditate on it dave amen and uh a book of ephesians chapter 6 verse uh what is it verse 11.
Speaker: ah You have to prepare yourself to be ready because we are engaging the evil forces in daily basis. You are you are a soldier. You are in an army, God's army.
Speaker: We are encountering the opposition in daily basis. There's a spiritual war. There's a little warfare that's taking place. We are fighting against what?
Speaker: Principality. It's not a fight that you see yourself in, you know, what is it? ah you know those boxing people it's not that but it's not that kind of fight what talking about here the bible said the the warfare you want the the warfare we rest so we we wrestle not against flesh and blood all right so i meet you another day we're going to talk about that that topic but now what what i'm told we're trying to tell you before we continue it says put on What? Your uniform on every day.
Speaker: that that So you'll be able to stand against... Yeah, okay, we have on the screen and ah on ah on ah on the screen right now. So put on the ha armor of God that you may be able to stand against what?
Speaker: All the lies of the enemy, dead the wise... ah ah What was it? All the schemes of the oh the scheme of the enemy because we wrestle now against flesh and blood, you know, ABCD, principality powers, all of that. But my focus on this verse is what?
Speaker: Make sure you have your uniform on. yeah You have to be ready every given time. You have to be ready because we like I said, You are in God's army.
Speaker: Yeah. All right. we are we are we We are fighting against evil forces. there's ah There's a spiritual war is taking place between good and evil. So make sure you have your unit uniform on.
Speaker: Because when enemy attacks, you' You'll be ready how to resist him. Yeah. Well, in Proverbs 24, 10, it says, if you fail under pressure, your strength is too small. So you have to be preparing yourself every day, every day, because we are, whether or not you like it, the moment you got saved, you were recruited recruited into the Lord's army. Mm-hmm.
Speaker: And so we need to be training every day for battle. You know, you think about the armed forces. They're doing drills all the time. They're training all the time. They don't wait until someone's invading the country to learn how to fight. No, they're preparing themselves all the time so that they're ready for the battle when it comes. And, you know, I love about God. Oh, for sake of time. Blessed be God. Hallelujah.
Speaker: You know, I know for sake of time. I think this we're going to stay on this topic. Yeah. Because there's a lot to say about this topic. Because i want I want people to, yeah you know. i you know my my My greatest desire is for people to know how to deal with issues of life. Amen. If you can know how to deal with things in your life, you will require no aid from anybody.
Speaker: You and the Holy Ghost alone is enough. Yeah. Now, and, you know, that's why I said we can never be passive ah believers. We must engage and we must be proactive, always ah while advancing the kingdom of God. Yes. Now, the reason why you need to put the your spiritual uniform on is because God wanted to take back or to go to territories and to discipline, you know, ah of ah evil forces.
Speaker: That's why we must take the gospel. We must preach. We must go, you know, and not waiting for them to attack before we react. So we are on the taking back or reinforcing the power of resurrection in people's health, in people's mind, in people's relationship, people's family situations.
Speaker: So we have the right. We have the jurisdiction to enforce. God's law into territories. Folks, that's what we've been assigned to do or who we've been called by heaven and to to ah to to to make sure that his kingdom is moving forward.
Speaker: That's the reason why we're still here because after we have received the Messiah, God needs us. God needs you. he needs you in your household maybe if you are the only one who is saving your family so god is counting on you yeah to bring glory into your family into your household if maybe if you are maybe if you are the only one who who uh uh maybe maybe uh you maybe maybe you you it seemed like uh the enemy the warfare is so heavy hey don't worry sometimes you know if i look at the life of jesus he suffer for us you know sometimes people go through a spiritual warfare not because they did anything wrong it's because of god is trying god is going to use you you become the bridge
Speaker: for the rest of your household so they can receive salvation. So don't panic. Make sure you have your unit uniform on. When the enemies strike, all right, make sure you don't panic.
Speaker: I'm going to encourage you. Don't even cry. Don't feel sorry for yourself. These are the things that you have to be yeah be careful. Impatience. Possess your soul.
Speaker: And watch over what you speak. at that very moment, will determine the rest of your life. yeah How you will determine the outcome of that situation.
Speaker: So you have to be careful what you speak at that very hour. war war ah will determine what you said will determine the outcome of that situation. So there's a fifth, like I said, I can never, I know the power of words.
Speaker: Believe, believe and speak right and let God reveal himself in your life. You know, the Bible says, Let God be true. Let every man be liars.
Speaker: All the problems that you are going through, things that him is using against you, it is a stepping stone for you to go to the next level in your life. Wow. We don't pray for problems, but problems come in. We know, like got we said the book of Joshua, they said, these giants are bread. yeah to us So be encouraged.
Speaker: God is on your side. You are not alone. Jesus said it. life I am with you all the time. You have to create this mindset.
Speaker: You have to have this mindset every day that will help you. When the enemy strike, you know what to do. amen Don't say, I don't know what to do. It's not you know, you have to be ready to cultivate devil ah develop, you know, that fellowship with the Holy Spirit. Yes. Every constantly every day of your life that will that's the how you put in the uniform on when you spend time.
Speaker: with the holy spirit when you pray to god that's what jesus said in this the lord's prayer he said pray what daily don't wait until something happens that you want to pray it may not work for you so be encouraged and we believe that the spirit of god is touching your on life in a special way for the next few weeks ahead of us we're gonna sing this topic and i know that if you can receive what is being said, what Holy Spirit is going ministering to you, you know, for the next few days, your life will never be the same. I believe in a miracle.
Speaker: Without miracle, no need to preach the gospel. ah Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and forever. If he did it back then, he can do it today. He can do it tomorrow.
Speaker: And the Bible says the whole earth is groaning. you know we for uh the full expectation to be delivered into our hands god is waiting on us he's waiting on you to take possession to position yourself so he can lavish his glory his his power in you and through you you know i don't want to preach any gospel that my life is not reflecting what i'm talking about that's so that's the gospel i believe i don't you know i'm not a person that you know saying that know when i pray for people it it happened but if i put for myself it doesn't no no that's not the gospel because my life should reflect what i believe yeah i can only give you what i have received so that's why you got to make sure
Speaker: that the word of God dominate your own personal life. So when you pray, you talk to someone, change, God will use you to manifest his glory in the name of Jesus.
Speaker: So whatever you need, maybe the enemy has has attacked your attacks your health. Hey, don't panic. Remember the cross, remember the power of resurrection and unleash that power.
Speaker: And by declaring the blood of Jesus, by declaring God's promises, and as a way that you will encounter, you will resist every evil force in your life in the name of Jesus. So we're gonna pray.
Speaker: And so I want you to believe, I want you to trust God. It's not too late. Anything is possible. It's not too late. Friends, I'm telling you, it's not too late with God.
Speaker: Anything is possible. So believe that. Receive it. And put your foot on the ground. And put your uniform on. And go after the things that the enemy has is it has stolen from you.
Speaker: And you will get it back. Because God's help is with you. And the Holy Spirit is with you. God's angels are with you. And they only move when we speak God's promises. So that's why you have to be careful what you speak when the enemy attacks you.
Speaker: I told you that will determine the outcome of that situation. So I believe that you want, will every one of us want to have a life of glory, a life of peace, but you have a role to play. So be encouraged, watch over what you say. And I would like to choose if you don't have anything good to say, just shut your trap.
Speaker: it as as as my statement. So, you know, because it's better for anyone not to say anything to talk negative. So so we're going to pray. Father, in the name of Jesus, whatever you need, I want you to receive. Receive the answer. The answer is with you.
Speaker: In the name of Jesus, we decree and declare that no weapon formed against you or anyone in your household can prosper. We take authority by the power of resurrection.
Speaker: I say you, thou spirit, spirit of infirmity, get your hands off of people's health. spirit of disease, get your hands off of God's possessions in the name of Jesus. And I decree and declare that you will not die. Your kidney will not die. Your bones, your nerve will not die. Your body is not going to die, but your body shall live to declare the goodness of God in the land of the living. We release
Speaker: peace over your home, over your household. In the name of Jesus, go forth and flourish in every area of your life.
