If I had to describe being a Highly Sensitive Person in just one word, I might use the word 'exhausting'. Honestly, it can be tiring being a highly sensitive person, but it's not all doom and gloom.

I'm a big believer that when we understand and respect our sensitivity, we open the door to being able to navigate the tricky bits of being HSP more easily.

In this episode (# 295) the podcast, SelfKind, join me, Erica Webb - registered counsellor, somatic exercise coach, yoga teacher and highly sensitive person - as I talk about 5 of the reasons you're so tired as an HSP (and what you can do about it).

Mentioned in this episode:
🏠 SOMA:HOME starts late April 2025 and now is the time to jump on the early interest list!

This group program for highly sensitive people will support you to befriend your sensitivity, your body and your needs. Through mindful movement, nervous system regulation and potent self-enquiry, you'll come to see your sensitivity and your body through a lens of self-kindness and compassion AND you'll be more equipped to navigate overwhelm and overstimulation, self-criticism, doubt and anxiety.
